Caught In Flames

Sarina tried to hide her smile and hoped she wasn’t blushing, but she could feel the heat pulsing out of her cheeks as her imagination conjured images of Ty smashing the red emergency stop button and throwing her against the wall of the elevator. He pushed her leg up, hard cock ready as the bell jangled in the distance, so much like the phone ring that haunted her average day. But that jarring fear would roil up in Sarina’s body and in her mind, creating a different sensation, but one that was no less urgent and no less demanding .

Sarina cleared her throat and turned to look out the window, lights drifting by as they drove deeper into the city .

The sunset was in its final throes as the lights of Seattle came to life beneath the restaurant, SkyCity’s rotating seating area. Sarina and Ty made their way slowly around the three-hundred-sixty-degree course, the Puget Sound a dark plane glimmering in the rising moonlight .

Sarina wore her best dress: a pale blue backless with spaghetti straps and mid-thigh hem. It clung to her body, young and firm and in the full blossom of her young womanhood. She looked damn good in that dress and she knew it .

Ty’s tall, broad physique was perfectly matched by his black dress pants and jacket, a pale violet dress shirt giving him an unusually whimsical touch. Other than that, he seemed quite somber, gazing out the window, slowly sipping his glass of red wine .

Sarina was struck by how new the whole night felt, more than just the unfamiliarity of this Adonis sitting in front of her. Sarina felt like every date she’d ever been on was a warmup, a practice, a rehearsal for that very night with Ty. It was a first date alone for them, and Sarina knew in her heart that it would not be their last. What would happen between them was beyond Sarina’s imagination but not her expectation. She tried not to think about straddling him in that chair, grinding down on him, feeling him pushing up and into her. This was a moment she’d dreamt of her entire life, that she was only then realizing. Get your head in the game, Sarina’s inner voice scolded her. He’s not yours yet !

“Your daughter is so precious,” Sarina said, eager to talk about anything other than the images consuming her mind’s eye .

“She’s the light of my life,” Ty said with a gentle smile. “I only wish I could give her the life she deserves, a … a whole family, complete.” He seemed to drift off, eyes finding some distant place on the horizon. His head shook a bit, and Sarina knew he was reliving terrible moments, more terrible for the poor child than for him, and Sarina understood that for him they were the very worst of times .

Sarina wanted to turn the conversation to brighter topics, things they could laugh about and share and savor. What she wanted was to be happy, to make Ty happy, and for them to make Jesse happy .

But that would have to start with a shared smile between them, and that was easy enough to accomplish. Sarina broke an awkward little smile and Ty offered one right back. But there would have to be more than just a shared smile, and Sarina was determined to find it .

“Did you always want to be a fireman ?”

“Firefighter,” Ty said with a friendly little cock of his head. “And actually, I always did. When I was young, our neighbor’s house burned down—not sure what caused it. But the sight of that structure, it was…solid flame, really, the entire house just…consumed. I remember thinking how sad that was, everything the family had was gone, just…I mean nothing was left. They were standing there, huddled together with blankets over their shoulders, staring at that house, everything in their lives …”

Sarina sat in the growing tension of his memories and motivations. “There was nothing I could do for them, of course. I was just some scrawny kid. But I knew then and there that if I could, I’d help other people like them if I could. Fire is…it’s mankind’s first great discovery. It gave us almost everything we know of today; everything in our society can be traced back to that first spark, that first notion of controlling something natural, harvesting it. That led to farming, to domesticating animals, gunpowder, flight, space travel; it all started with that single spark .”

Sarina could sense his awe, the depth of his understanding. She knew that this man had a mind which could see and understand things lesser men could not, even that Sarina herself could not. But she was ready, even anxious, to rise to the occasion of this amazing man .

“But that single spark,” Ty went on, “that amazing miracle, that’s also our greatest curse. Every death by gunfire, every time a bomb has blown a person’s life away, every skyscraper that traps people high in those upper stories, waving at the window for rescue, throwing themselves to their deaths because it’s the only way to escape an even worse fate…it’s a double-edged sword, Sarina. And the man who holds that sword at least has some chance of using it for good, to help and not to hurt. I’m…I’m not a very important person, just a man. I can’t prevent wars or turn back the hands of time. But if I can be of some service to my fellow man, that…that’s as much as anyone can do, I think. It’s as much as I could ask .”

Sarina sat there, stunned at the depth of his words, her sense of wonder growing as she took in the increasingly complex aspects of the man who had saved her life and gave her new hope for a life worth living .

His voice grew low and gravelly, reflective, as he followed it into the most tender corners of his soul .

“Back at the station, with the guys, I dunno…” Ty trailed off, but Sarina leaned forward, reaching across the table to put her little hand on top of his big paws. He smiled, putting one of his own hands on hers, looking deep into her eyes. “I’m…I’m not the chief, but when I’m there, I…they look up to me. I’m kind of their leader, in a way .”

“I understand that,” Sarina said. “And I can see why .”

Ty smiled, modestly avoiding the subject of his own qualities of character. “But that’s not as easy as it sounds; I have to be…I have to lead by example .”

“But why is that so hard? I can’t imagine any example you set would be anything less than sterling .”

Ty’s eyes shifted to the big windows, Seattle spread out beneath them, Mt. Rainier fading into the darkness. “When I have fears that I may cease to be before my pen has glean’d my teeming brain, before high-piled books, in charactery, hold like rich garners the full ripen’d grain .”

Sarina sat, with her hand softly in his, her fingertips lightly tracing his skin. His power radiated from him; that somber calm was a smoldering heat that only rose around Sarina and within her .

Ty went on, “When I behold, upon the night’s starr’d face, huge cloudy symbols of a high romance, and think that I may never live to trace their shadows, with the magic hand of chance . ”

Sarina was entranced, this physical powerhouse was also a soul deep and beautiful, gentle and caring and loving, as sophisticated as he was strong, ready to fight or to write .

“And when I feel, fair creature of an hour, that I shall never look upon thee more, never have relish in the faery power of unreflecting love. Then on the shore of the wide world I stand alone, and think ’til love and fame to nothingness do sink .”

A tear crawled down Sarina’s eye and she was quick to dab it, suddenly conscious of her own appearance but physically unable to stand up and walk away from the table due to weakness of the knees .

“That’s beautiful,” she said with a little sniffle, using her napkin to dab her eyes. Ty smiled .

“John Keats,” he said. “My father used to love poetry, read it to me all the time. Some people cut their teeth on fairy tales, some on cartoons; those poems were how I learned to read, how I learned to think. I’ll never forget my dad’s voice—low, deep—he didn’t just read the words, he felt them, he believed them, he lived them. But the guys at the station, they can’t know .”

“Know what, that you’re a sweet and sensitive soul ?”

Ty’s eyes sparkled as he gazed into Sarina’s eyes. They shared a smile, a chill running up her spine. “That I’m afraid .”

  A ft
er dinner, Ty took Sarina to Neighbours, and the popular dance club was packed. Men danced with men, with women, with themselves. Women and women swayed and gyrated to the throbbing synthetic music, different styles grinding to the same unending beat. The club was dark, bursting with flashing colored light, red and yellow and magenta and blue and green—each stabbing across the big, dark room with chaotic regularity .

Sarina felt good, loose, and relaxed, as the music pulsed through her. The loud throbbing bass drum pounded up through the floors, into her legs as they turned and twisted beneath her. She felt weightless as Ty slipped his hand behind the small of her back. Sarina was resplendent in his grip, utterly secure, knowing with primal certainty that she was just where she belonged .

Ty was graceful and rhythmic, holding Sarina with one hand, the other exploring her slender waist, her swaying hip, that big and strong hand so close to her pelvis—her crotch as she began to grind closer to his big, muscled thigh. They looked into each other’s eyes, the heat and the volume around them having a lusty and hypnotic effect. The music drove them, the glasses of wine swirling around in Sarina’s head, dizzying and delightful. The endless lonely nights at home were driven away with a powerful spin as Ty lifted Sarina off her feet and twirled her head back, eyes dipping shut. There was no more sorrow, no more sacrifice, no more sense of loss or longing. There was only that big, powerful man looking down at Sarina as he led her every move. Sarina felt like she was melting: no control over her muscles, bones turned to jelly, a puppet without strings. But both she and Ty knew who was in control .

The music seemed to be getting louder, the vibrations stronger as Sarina’s skin began to tingle, perspiration creating a dewy sheen on her bare shoulders. Her muscles flexed, her smallest and tightest areas moving and pressing, stretching and pulling and pushing. Sarina drank in his amazing presence in front of her: tall and strong, magnificent upper body tapering down to those compact hips, legs long and reedy, hips gyrating to the pounding, ceaseless rhythm. Sarina would have sworn her heart was beating in perfect sync with that incessant driving bass drum—thump, thump, thump, and that her body and Ty’s were also in perfect sync .

  Thump, thump, thump .

Sarina felt possessed by the music—enraptured by it, the smells of her own body odor and perfume mixing to a heady mix. She was enthralled by the music and the booze and the rush of the uncontrollable lust that was rising within her. Even as the music led her, Sarina’s body struggled to rebel against that hypnotic, rhythmic trance. She wanted to leap out and climb that man like a flesh mountain, a roiling and rumbling human volcano oozing with hot, luscious lava to spill all over her, burning her alive in a sumptuous cinder, steam and hiss rising up around their crumbling rubble .

A nearby hotel would be their landscape, their two worlds about to happily collide .

Sarina couldn’t stop thinking about what had happened and what was going to happen. She knew as they drove to the hotel what they were going to share, but the luscious details excited her anticipation and her body. Sarina’s nerves were sizzling, her crotch seething with heat and desire. It was all she could do not to reach down and begin pleasuring herself right there in the passenger seat. She wanted to grab his hand and shove it down there, knowing that his instincts and mastery would take care of the rest. Sarina could almost feel his fingers investigating her, massaging her most tender tissues, a silent communion between them, an electric touch, a sensation beyond description .

Will he be forceful? Will he be tender? Will he make me beg for it, because I’m about ready to start doing that as it is? Will he hold me down, me wriggling under that massive, muscular frame? He’ll kiss me all over; I know he will. God, I can’t wait !

Sarina almost flinched, her hands ready to reach for his crotch. She’d been eyeing that massive member all night, watching it rub against his thigh as he danced, knowing it was growing and that it would become even bigger, stronger, hungrier. Sarina was its meal and she was ready to be devoured, and to devour, as well. As much as this big, strong man was ready to take his prize, and as much as she was ready to lay herself bare to him and become the object of his attention, Sarina was more than eager to pounce—a ravenous and rapacious huntress who bagged the big one. She looked him over, imagining herself ripping those clothes off, biting into his thickly muscled chest and arms, her fists clenched, musk rising and swirling around them .

  Chapter Eight

  Sarina

T hey couldn’t wait to get their hands on each other. Sarina’s tongue was eager for his, and his mouth was a warm, wet chamber, inviting her in. His lips were strong, his chin and cheeks chiseled as she rubbed her own face against them .

“You’re so gorgeous, Sarina, stunning! I can’t wait to have you, fuck you so hard .”

“Yeah,” she wheezed, “oh yeah .”

“I’ve been waiting since the minute I laid eyes on you, wondering what it would be like, what you would be like. And you were thinking the same thing—I know you were—I could see it in your eyes .”

  “Yeah…”

“You wanted me to fuck you right there and then, in front of all those people, fuck you so hard like I’m gonna fuck you right now .”

“Yes…yes…” Sarina moaned in utter agreement .

Ty peeled Sarina’s blue dress off, spaghetti straps falling from her creamy-white shoulders to reveal her breasts, pert and ready and waiting, nipples pink and hard, goose bumps ringing them in giddy anticipation. His hands cupped them, a squeeze making her body tremble. His fingers found those hard nipples and gave them a flick and a twirl, little sparks of energy bursting beneath her skin. Her own soft moan filled her lungs, her eyes dipping closed. The sweet combination of his hands and fingers, lips and tongue, had Sarina’s upper body nearing a shudder, heart beating faster, little beads of sweat collecting along the crevice of her spine .

“You’re perfect, Sarina, perfect! God I can’t wait to be inside you, so deep and so hard …”

“Now, Ty, now, fuck me now — ”

Thump! Ty pushed her commandingly against the wall of the hotel suite bedroom, his kisses slowly descending. Sarina savored the sweet trail as Ty kissed his way down her neck, Sarina’s shoulder arching up to meet him. He nuzzled the nape of her neck, a low and sexy growl vibrating through her flesh and muscles to settle in the back of her ear and the bottom of her heart. Her hands settled on his head, blond wavy locks rising up between her fingers as those kisses worked their way slowly down her dewy chest, Sarina’s back arching to thrust her round, proud breasts out for even more of his magnificent attention .

His lips parted to take in her nipples, the warm sensation of his tongue causing them to immediately harden. The slightest touch of his tongue against one of them made her feet clench, toes twisting out of sheer anticipation. She pulled him closer, his loving groan collecting between her breasts, his hands cupping and fingers flicking, his tongue making little wet circles around her nipples, his lips kissing the undercarriages, covering her tits with his hot breath and strong, soft lips .

“You’re like a statue, Sarina, like a work of art. And I’m gonna wreck you, baby, break you down to crumbs !”

Sarina moaned. Her heart was beating faster, but it still had a long way to go. Sarina knew that she was in the hands of a master, and his slow, tempered tour of her body told her that once he’d found what he was looking for, that he would give it, and her, the ride of a lifetime .

Farther down, her stomach and abs quivered as he kissed down past her ribcage, her fingers idle in his hair, resting but not pushing. There was no need, and there was no rush. He’d make his way there in his own sweet time, and she knew it would be worth the wait .

Sarina leaned against the wall and slid down a bit, her legs separating, her knees bending, Ty’s kisses slowly closing in. Her lips twitched, already dewy and anxious to meet him, her hips gyrating as if warming up for what was to come .

He kissed her abdomen, light little pecks that sent waves of p
leasure shooting down Sarina’s legs which were threatening to buckle. She leaned against the wall for more support, her fingers clutching that wavy hair, thick and full. His tongue was fast and light, and an unseen blur that traced the curves of her pussy, pulsing and throbbing at his teasing touch .

“Delicious,” he rasped out, his voice muffled but vibrating in her loins, her pussy whispering back to him a secret voice only the two of them could hear. “So pretty, so perfect…” His tongue flicked and flecked, his lips planting languid kisses on her labia, between and beneath, his cheeks rubbing against her inner thighs, her knees bending, hips lowering, legs spreading wider to give him even greater access to her inner self, the gateway to her soul. And it was opening up for him as it had for no other. His tongue and lips worked together to stir her juices, bringing them up from the depths of her body, her entire body twitching in delight .

Ty lay his lips flat against the mound above her lips, her G-spot hiding just behind that cluster of nerves. He hummed out a low steady vibration that shot straight up into Sarina’s crotch, bursting upward to the bottom of her throat and down to the tips of her toes. Her body seemed to hum along with him, as if he were tuning her to his own body energy, making sure the two were in perfect harmony .

Then an unexpected rush took Sarina from beneath. Ty’s massive, bulging arms slipped underneath Sabina’s thighs and, before she knew what was happening, her back was resting against the wall. His mouth never left her pussy, licking and lapping. With his hands supporting her entirely, he was able to lift her higher up the wall. It was a dizzying ascent, her fingers grabbing his hair and clutching hard as if for dear life. Higher up that smooth wall, Sarina’s head reached the ceiling, bending forward, arms leaning heavily on his broad, bulky shoulders for support. He kept licking and kissing her, the new elevation giving her a perspective .
