  The Martial Master gritted his teeth hard and questioned, “Shui Zian, I know you are a man of your word, but could you explain what you are all doing now?”

  “Moving the mountains!” Shui Zian spoke as if the Martial Master was a blind man who didn’t know how to look at an obvious fact.

Furthermore, we South Barren don’t had enough manpower to conquer it all. Thus, the humans had swarmed out to invade our lands instead. There’s nothing we can do, Swords Gate is strong enough to wipe us all out at the border. Now, we can only wait for the clan masters’ orders…”

  They were just the Zhong Li Celestial Race’s South Barren border guards, while Swords Gate swarmed out nearly all of the higher-ups. Surely, they wouldn’t be able to fight against the humans.

  Zhong Yue watched as everything was happening before him, he started laughing in spite of himself and thought in his heart, This is definitely not Elder Shui’s idea, nor would it be Fang Jiange’s. It can only be Senior Martial Sister Jun, only she would use such … provoking methods.

  Zhong Yue nodded and continued while smiling, “To the east, there are the dragon and monster races. Although the monster race seem to be better than the dragon race, Shi Buyi still wouldn’t had let such a great opportunity slip from his fingers. Meanwhile, the dragon race has longed to come out from the water, they yearned for thousands of years for their own piece of solid ground, surely, they would rise high at this fleeting opportunity. And the North Barren Bai Zhe Clan would had to go through the East Barren if they want to expand and the demon race … they are too far away from here. These two factions wouldn’t be able to participate in the feast…”

  The South Barren has become way too vast, it was now more than half of the Ancestral Star and if they don’t claim the unconquered land for their own now, how much longer would they had to wait until the next time they can expand their territories?

  When the other races settled down with their fruits of victory, Swords Gate wouldn’t be able to take a piece of the huge cake anymore.

  “Stride further!” Shui Zian swung his sleeves and urged the higher-ups, he said, “Ever since the ancient days, the lands on the north of the South Barren belonged to the humans. The faster and the further we bring the mountains, the bigger our Great Wilderness would be!”

  The crowd bestirred themselves and carried the mountains further into the South Barren.

  Other than the Great Wilderness, the West Barren was also expanding. There were uncountable celestial tribes, races and clans in the West Barren and with most of them swarming out to claim their own lands, the West Barren was expanding at a crazy rate every single second.

  Especially the Kun Peng Celestial Race, they had taken up and expanded their territories on the land while centering an almost landlocked sea as their future sacred place. They had even named their territory as the Mediterranean.

  But what was out of Zhong Yue’s expectation was that even the Bai Zhe Clan has participated in the feast. The Bai Zhe experts had first claimed a piece of land in the middle of nowhere and placed down a stone tablet, saying that ever since the ancient days, this was already the Bai Zhe Clan’s territory.

  Whereas the Xiao Mang Celestial Race has also took a piece of unclaimed land. The Xiao Mang experts had turned into the three-headed Pan Ao form, moving around to mark the land with their pees.

  The five dragon clans had also came out from the waters and claimed their respective lands. However, they had clashed with the East Barren three island lords’ army and a blood-curdling war was started between the two races.

  For half a year’s time, the races had been fighting for the lands and more were still planning to invade further to the south.

  On one warm and bright morning, a wave of godly aura suddenly burst out from the South Barren and a god of the Xia Clan emerged high and tall from the center of the Zhong Li Celestial Race. He raised his golden hand and with a finger, drew a line over a million miles long across the land.

  “This will from now onward, be the border of South Barren!” The god disappeared and his voice could be heard reverberating throughout the whole Ancestral Star.

  Chapter 496: Arrival of The Calamity |

  The line drawn by the Zhong Li god carved a valley over a million miles lone, separating the Zhong Li Celestial Race and the other races.

  But it wasn’t long before greed took over the minds of the races again. The West Barren Shan Shen Celestial Race was the first and last to act. They made a stone bridge that crossed the deep valley, and as soon as the Shan Shen experts arrived on the other side, a wave of godly aura burst out into the sky. A huge hand fell from the sky and all of the Shan Shen experts were killed on the spot.

  The incident trembled the world and ever since then, there weren’t any celestial races who dared to invade the Zhong Li Celestial Race’s territory anymore.

  A few days later, the exhausted experts of Swords Gate carried the mountains to the side of the valley. They looked at one another and placed the mountains down on the ground.

  Jun Sixie, the headmaster of Swords Gate also joined in the crowd a few days ago. She looked at the valley and said, “This Zhong Li god drew a line far further than what I initially thought we can claim. How generous... Even I didn’t expect we can such a huge piece of land.”

  “Headmaster, we don’t have that many people to fill up the place,” Shui Zian shook his head and said, “We need to take in more humans from the other barrens and nurture more Qi Practitioners in the future generations. Hundreds of years are required for us to fully take control of such a huge piece of land.”

  Zhong Yue nodded in agreement and he said, “I can bring the humans in the East Barren back to us. The East Barren is expanding to the south and Shi Buyi is entangled in a war with the dragon race, he won’t much time to take care of anything else. Meanwhile, the other lords of the monster race are also fighting with the dragon race. This is a fleeting opportunity for us to bring the East Barren humans back into Great Wilderness.”

  Fang Jiange nodded as well, he said, “The West Barren celestial races are also having infighting everywhere now. This is also a good chance to bring the West Barren humans back to us. However, the West Barren is huge and vast, I can’t manage it all alone.”

  “If we all leave, what if the other races come to invade the lands we just claimed?" Qiu Jin’er asked.

  “Then let them." Jun Sixie smiled and answered, “What we have now is more than what we need. If they come to take, then we can negotiate for a temporary truce. And when we grow strong enough in the future, we will get rid of them. As long as we have more people, we will be able to grow strong enough!”

  The crowd laughed in unison and dispersed, they said, “Indeed.”

  Left behind were only Jun Sixie and Zhong Yue. The headmaster looked at the young man and asked, “I can understand the East Barren, but what can you do in the demon land overseas?”

  Long Yue and Bo Xun slowly opened up their eyes and they both stood up, flashing into the clouds like two light rays.

  On the golden summit, Jun Sixie was curious. She looked at the two light rays, especially Bo Xun, who attracted her attention the most.

  I know Long Yue is Junior Martial Brother Zhong’s incarnation, but who is this demon expert?   In just a short period of time, the Great Wilderness had become crowded with humans. Jun Sixie immediately ordered the Qi Practitioners of Swords Gate to reclam the new lands and provide sufficient food for the new arrivals.

  Oh no, we humans hunt for food, that’s how we survive. But there aren’t many living things around in the South Barren lands, how are the humans going to live? He said, if the humans know the ways to plant crops and harvest their our own food, we will then be able to walk out of the mountains.”

  Five types of grain seeds abruptly emerged in the palace. These five grain seeds were refined by the Human Sovereign, and thus, they were able to remain fresh even after tens of thousands of years.
