Heavenly Surrender

“Sort of, most of them were pretty easy but that one…” Kali smiled as she envision the hate in Ryker’s eyes, not fear, but hate. This strangely excited her.

“Was he handsome?” Kannon stood up and glared down at her.

“Oh don’t get all jealous on me, no mere mortal can compare to your angelic beauty. But that soldier showed no fear.”

“Tell me again why you wanted me to kill Tasmos’ woman.” Kannon still felt uneasy about that, especially now that he knew that he left his dagger there. Only Archangels carry those kinds of silver daggers. The silver was forged by Prolo himself and only this silver can kill an Archangel. But to kill a fellow Archangel was the most heinous of crimes in the eyes of Prolo.

“You look pale, my love.” Kali reached up and pulled Kannon down to her.

“I fear Prolo’s anger if he finds out it was me who killed Alisha. Tasmos is his favorite Archangel.”

  “Exactly.”

  “I don’t understand.”

“That is why I asked you to kill Tasmos’ woman. Prolo will keep Tasmos locked up for fear that he will commit the worse crime, forcing Prolo to punish him.”

“But why do you want Tasmos out of the way.”

“I need no distractions when I go after Ayden. Now my sweet I must return to Hell and report to Lasax, you stay here and wait for me if you wish.”

  “When will you return?”

“Soon, then…mmmm….” She reached down and grabbed his cock. “I will show you how much I love this cock.” She smiled feeling his cock grow hard in her hand.

“Then hurry.” Kannon cupped her breasts in his hands and kneaded gently.

“Behave yourself, for now anyways.” She licked up his face then disappeared.

Kannon fell back into the bed. He reached down and pulled his cock out of his pants and began to slowly stroke. Kali’s beauty filled his mind. Her long golden hair and ice blue eyes. He stroked faster as he mentally pictured her long, lean beautiful body. He let his mind linger over the countless nasty sex acts she preformed on him. He could almost feel her mouth on his cock as he stroked faster and faster. That look on her face as she rode his cock, her moaning and screaming his name… “Ooooyess,” he cried out as his cum shot in the air. He stretched out in the bed and enjoyed the lingering sensation of his climax. He couldn’t wait for his demon lover to return to him. All thoughts on how he wrong Tasmos were temporarily pushed from his mind.

“Well, what should we do with him?” Ryker heard a woman’s voice as he slowly began to regain consciousness.

“His whole unit was murdered by Kali?” Asurul asked, looking down at the strong man.

“Yeah, pretty nastily too.” Gabriele waited for Asurul’s answer; after all he was her leader, boss, commander, whichever way you wanted to put it. He chose her to become one of his demon hunters many years ago. Her training was hard, but she proved herself to him. She remembered being amazed at all the power she had, Asurul taught her how to use that power, then Michael took over her training once she was officially named hunter.

“Does this man fight well?” Asurul asked.

“For a mortal, yes.” Gabrielle watched Asurul pace back and forth. Surely his mind was on whether this man would pose a threat to his son Ayden. She continued to watch him as he went over to where Ayden was sleeping beneath the earth. She couldn’t help but notice the tender way he ran his hand over the upturn dirt.

  “How did Saban do?”

  “Pretty good for a newbie.”

Both of them went on guard as Ryker slowly sat up. His head was pounding from Saban’s punch. “Who the hell are you people?” He instinctively reached back for his pistol and was a bit pissed to find it missing.

“I suppose we could just kill him.” Asurul said, completely ignoring Ryker.

“But he hasn’t done anything wrong,” Gabrielle added.

“Hey, I am sitting right here.” Ryker slowly got up to his feet and readied himself.

“You would be wise to be quiet,” Asurul growled at him.

Ryker looked over the man who seemed to be the leader of this group. He had to be at least six feet tall, dark hair and eyes, his body was trim and obviously he was in good shape. However, he could beat this man in a one-on-one fight. He has taken on bigger men than this before.

“I would rethink attacking me, Mr. Brower.”

  “What…”

“Looks can be deceiving as I am sure you are aware of now. You saw Kali, rather beautiful wasn’t she, but still she managed to kill your entire squad of highly trained soldiers.”

“I…” For the first time in his life Ryker doubted his own sanity. This can’t be real.

  “Gabriele, you will watch him.”

  “Why me?”

“Ryo has to watch Ayden and Saban will probably kill Mr. Brower.” Asurul turned toward Ryker. “As for you Mr. Brower…”

  “Call me Ryker.”

“Very well Ryker. You would be wise to listen to Gabriele. Until Kali is destroyed I can’t afford for you to be out there getting in our way. Besides, you may come in useful.” Asurul saw the confused look on Ryker’s face. “We have a common enemy Ryker, do as my hunters say or I will be force to kill you.”

“Common enemy is right. Alright for now, I will play the game your way.”

Asurul nodded his head toward Ryker then disappeared.

  “How…there…”

“Oh relax soldier boy, it gets much weirder than that,” Gabriele said as she gathered up her shotgun.

Ryker looked around, there was the woman and some oriental looking guy, and he couldn’t see the really big dude from earlier. He scanned the area looking for some sort of weapon. The woman should be easy enough to render helpless, but that other guy, the sword sitting easily within the guy’s grasp looked impressive.

“Gabriele stand guard by Ayden. I have to see where Saban went off to,” Ryo said grabbing his sword.

“Saban isn’t a baby you know.”

“It is his turn to stand guard, besides, he didn’t tell me where he was going. You know when a demon is loose we keep in contact at all times.”

“Okay go spank him, I will watch soldier boy and guard Ayden.”

Ryker couldn’t believe his luck that Ryo was actually leaving him alone with the woman. This couldn’t be better even if he planned it. He would subdue the woman then get the hell out of here. He looked up when he felt the heat of Ryo’s gaze. He was puzzled by the slow smile that crossed over Ryo’s face.

  “What?” Ryker snapped at him

“Nothing.” Ryo turned to Gabriele. “If you need me…”

“I know, I will call you.” Gabriele sat down and started cleaning her handgun.

Ryker watched Ryo walk away, he waited a few moments to make sure that he did indeed go. “That’s a nice gun you got there,” Ryker said getting closer to Gabriele.

“Gee thanks.” She didn’t even look up at him.

Ryker smiled then lunged for her, he quickly disarmed her then pinned her arms behind her back. “I don’t want to hurt you,” he said backing up, taking her with him.

“Don’t worry you won’t.” Gabriele launched into the air taking him with her, causing him to loosen his grip on her. She broke her arms free then tossed him back to the ground. Ryker landed with a thud, she came down and straddled his back, pulling his arms behind him.

“No way,” he said squirming under her. “I am twice as big as you, and you are just a woman.”

“Just a woman,” Gabriele pulled up on his arm.

“Okay, okay, you have proved your point.” The second she released his arm he pushed up sending her flying to the ground. But before he could grab her, she was back on her feet.

“Listen soldier boy, you better calm your ass down.”

“I will not let a woman better me in combat.”

“Really?” Gabriele lunged for him, grabbed his arm and flipped him over her. He hit the ground hard. She brought her leg d
own hard across his stomach, knocking the wind out of him, then she straddled his waist and pulled his arms over his head.

  “Unbelievable,” he exclaimed.

“I am a demon hunter, as soon as you come to grips with that the sooner you might be of some use around here. Stop trying to escape and just cooperate. We both want that demon bitch dead.” Gabriele gasped when Ryker flipped her over and pinned her under him.

“I don’t like being a prisoner.” He held her arms firmly over her head. He looked down into her beautiful blue eyes, his eyes locked on her full lips. Damn this woman was gorgeous.

“I don’t like being underestimated soldier boy.” Gabriele flipped him over her. She stood up and looked at him lying there. “You are not a prisoner, we just don’t want you going after Kali and getting in our way. If you are here with us, maybe, just maybe you can help.” She offered her hand to him.

“Help?” He allowed her to help him up.

“See demons have this thing about letting an intended victim live. Whether or not this looks bad to Lasax, or if it is for their pride, I don’t know.”

  “Whoa, whoa. Who is Lasax?”

“The leader of Hell.” Gabriele went back to what she was doing.

  “The devil?”

“If it makes it easier on you I suppose he would be that.” She watched Ryker slowly sit down. “Listen, this is simple.” She sat her weapon down. “Ayden is sleeping here.” She gently patted the upturn dirt. “We demon hunters guard him against the demons that are after him.”

“Wait, there is some guy buried there?”

“Don’t worry he is only sleeping, being buried in the ground helps to keep his location hard to find, not to mention those damn demons have to dig him up to get to him.” Gabriele looked over at him. “Stop looking at me like I am a nut. You seen what Kali can do, not to mention I could have kicked your ass a moment ago.”

“I let you win,” Ryker quickly added.

“Right, anyways that’s pretty much it.”

“This is crazy, this makes no sense.”

“Okay I will try to explain this to you, but you must listen with an open mind. Asurul, the guy you met earlier was once a General of Hell, but he fell in love with an angel named Isa. They were given a test to prove their love for one another, however wanting to protect Isa, he asked the Creator not to take the test; see if they failed, both would become lesser-demons…”

  “Lesser-demons?”

“Don’t worry I am sure you will see one eventually, slimy nasty things. Anyways the Creator saw that as Asurul doubting their love. So he cursed Ayden their son. Now Ayden has to find his soul mate, when he fails he is put back to sleep, this is where us demon hunters come in. While Ayden sleeps he is weak and is unable to protect himself, this is when Lasax sends a General or two to try and kill him. Lasax is really pissed off that Asurul earned redemption; no demon had ever done that before. Basically Asurul’s love for Isa freed his soul from Lasax. Of course Prolo, the leader of Heaven probably doesn’t care too much for Asurul either; however he has yet to try and hurt Ayden. Then lastly there is Necoblas, the leader of Purgatory, all souls go to Purgatory so everyone gets to meet him sooner or later. Prolo prefers good souls, Lasax prefers bad, and the Creator decides where everyone else goes. Basically the lesser-demons and angels, or he may choose to allow your soul to be reborn on earth. Are you getting this soldier boy?”

“Give me a minute.” Ryker stood up and began walking around. This can’t be true. His mind tried to comprehend everything Gabriele had just said; strangely he knew she wasn’t lying. Either this was true or this woman was insane and believed this fantasy world. But Ryker couldn’t deny the strange shit he had seen.

“Demons and angels, come on, aren’t angels suppose to have wings, and demons have tails and horns,” he added.

“You read too much fantasy stuff. No angels and demons look like normal humans; they just can do extraordinary stuff.”

“And hell is it fire and brimstone or heaven is there pearl gates etc.”

“I have never been to either, but Michael did tell me Hell was a personal thing so I imagine Heaven probably would be too, instead of all the bad things in your life it probably highlights the good, but like I said, I haven’t seen either.”

  “Michael?”

“He was a former demon hunter, but he found his soul mate, now his soul is free. He and Miranda are taking the same test Asurul and Isa had done. If they prove their love they go on to paradise.”

  “Heaven you mean.”

“No, paradise, every soul must earn their paradise. Heaven is just another stop before you reach paradise.”

“This is too much.” Ryker sat back down. “You expect me to believe this shit.”

“It is irrelevant what you believe. But whether you like it or not you are stuck with us until we kill Kali. She will want you dead, which makes you valuable bait, doesn’t it.”

“Oh that makes me feel special.”

“I saw you fight, you showed no fear. So that also makes you dangerous bait to Kali.”

“Thank you I think.” Ryker looked over to her. He could hardly believe what she was telling him, but if hanging with these hunters helps him get that Kali bitch then he was willing to play along.

“Now try and sleep.” Gabriele grabbed her shotgun and rested against the tree. She reached over and grabbed a sleeping bag and threw it over to Ryker. “Don’t worry, I won’t hurt you while you are sleeping.” She smiled at him.

“Don’t you need help guarding…” He pointed to the dirt mound.

“Ayden will be safe. Don’t worry soldier boy, I have stood guard next to Ayden for more years then you have lived.”

“I am not even going to touch that one.” He spread out the sleeping bag and closed his eyes. He would rest for now; strangely he felt safe with Gabriele standing guard, this kind of bothered him. After all shouldn’t this be the other way around, him standing guard and her sleeping?

Gabriele watched Ryker sleep. He was different than any man she had met before. He was as brave as a hunter, strong and…she couldn’t help but noticed how good looking he was. But still she has seen many good-looking men, hell her fellow hunters were beyond gorgeous and not to mention Ayden, who was simply perfect looking. Ryker was different…Gabriele shook her head, she didn’t want to think about this. This man was just pissing her off that’s all. She took a deep breath and blew it out and wished Ryo and Saban would get back.

  Chapter 4

“Very well done my beauty,” Lasax said as he caressed Kali.

“Thank you Master.” She relished his touch. His long tongue snaked over her naked body, his hands wandered all over her. He made a clicking noise telling Kali that he was aroused.

“I am pleased you were able to seduce one of Prolo’s Archangels. Is the angel wrapped around your finger?” Lasax grunted as his enormous cock entered her.

“Oh yes Master, he murdered a guardian angel for me.”

“Tell me,” he growled as he thrust faster into her.

Lasax’s cock brought pleasure and pain and Kali enjoyed both. “I had him kill Tasmos’ woman.” Kali smiled hearing Lasax’s laughter.

  “Prolo’s pet…mmm…I am most pleased.”

“Yesss Master.” Kali’s whole body exploded with pleasure. She slowly opened her eyes. Lasax was gazing down at her as he kept his cock buried deeply in her.

“Now my lovely if you bring me Ayden, you can have anything you want.”

  “Anything Master?”

  “Anything.”

“Then I want to belong to you, I want your love Lasax.”

Lasax chuckled, “as do all of my female Generals.” His long tongue snaked over her face. “If you bring me Ayden I will make you my favorite.”

“Then you shall have him Master.”

“Now go.” Lasax rolled off her and watched her leave. His thoughts turn to Syn, he missed his beautiful General. Damn Asurul’s demon hunters for killing him. A
t least now Prolo will lose Tasmos. Prolo’s laws afforded no exceptions even for his most beloved Archangel Tasmos. Lasax smiled, Tasmos would surely seek revenge. Kali had done well, very well indeed.

  ccc

Tasmos summoned the small white cat to him. “I need your eyes,” he said petting the cat. “Go seek out any Archangel who is on earth and report back to me what you find.” Tasmos looked around the room at the various doves and the cat. These lesser- angels will help him find Alisha’s killer. He watched as the birds took flight and the cat scurried off.

Tasmos’ heart ached. His need for vengeance clouded his judgment. When he found out what Archangel killed his beloved Alisha, nothing, not even losing his soul would stop him from killing the one who took his heart away from him.

“What took you so long?” Kannon said, pulling Kali into his arms.

“Lasax detain me.” She pushed Kannon away not wanting his scent to rub off Lasax’s.

  “Why push me away?”

“Sorry my love, it’s just…” She sat down on the bed. “Lasax is not as gentle as Prolo is…and…”

“Shh.” Kannon quickly went to her. “I understand. I have heard what Lasax can do.” He gently caressed her. He froze in place when he spotted the dove perched on the windowsill.

“What’s wrong?” Kali could sense the tension in his body.

“Stay here.” Kannon lunged for the bird but it took off before he could reach it. He took flight after it.

Kali looked up into the sky and watched Kannon kill the small bird, then he quickly came back to her.

“We must go now.” He pulled her from the room and held her tightly to him as he took back to the sky.

  “What’s going on?”

  “Lesser-angel, damn it!”

“That was a lesser-angel?” Kali made sure to remember that one. Up until now she really had no idea what a lesser-angel was, she assumed they were like the slimy lesser-demons. Anger surged through her, the beauty Kannon was surrounded by simply because he was named angel versus the darkness she was forced to endure being a demon. This seemed unfair. Kannon was just as corrupt as she was; he had to be to let lust make him do the vile acts he has done.
