“Jax--.”
“I won’t apologize when I take you again. Exhausted or not I need to be inside you.”
“I would never want you to apologize for that.”
“Mmm hmm, that’s good.” He guided his cock between my legs.
Taking him in slowly, I closed my eyes and pushed myself into a seated position.
“Always ready,” he groaned as I slid down him enjoying the burn caused inside me by his massive size.
He propped himself up and gazed at our connection. “Fucking beautiful, Frankie.”
“Yea--.” He sat up and grabbed me around the waist, flipping me on my back, and capturing my hands above my head.
His facial expression changed, “Why was he at your house?”
“Jax,” I sighed as I ground against him.
He pulled away a bit. “Answer me.”
“You’re going to ruin this moment,” I pouted.
His head tilted and he blinked. Then quickly pulled up the mask that hid any emotions.
“Answer my question.”
I sighed and pushed him off of me, he didn’t fight it.
“Frankie, I am warning you, if you--.”
“He came to tell me he and Mimi fucked okay? Told me that she was bat shit crazy,” I reached over to grab the covers.
“He fucked Mimi?”
The question rubbed me the wrong way. “Why do you seem confused Jaxson? She’s--.”
“Not like that. She doesn’t--.”
“Really?” I laughed as I stood off of the bed and grabbed my soaking wet tank, quickly dropping it and grabbing his tee-shirt.
“Okay look, no need to throw on clothes.” He protested.
“I told you that you were going to ruin the moment Jaxson.” I shoved it over my head and pushed my arms through the sleeves.
His jaw tensed, his eyes narrowed, and then he ran his hands through his hair, “Tell me more.”
I sat on the opposite side of the bed and told him everything that Joel had told me about the night he and Mimi had spent together.
He took it all in and I watched as he seemed to struggle with the information he had received.
After a couple of minutes he nodded. “I’ll discuss it with her.”
“Not really something you can have a casual conversation about at a fundraiser Jax.” I said as I leaned back, laid on my side and looked over at him.
His rubbed his thumb and finger across his forehead.
“Jax?”
“We talk.” He said still looking down. When I didn’t respond he looked at me. “You’re angry?”
“How often?”
He looked into my eyes and then shrugged, “Sometimes daily.”
“You speak to her daily?” I won’t lie, I was shocked.
“Sometimes.” His answer was quick and cold. I looked down at my ring. The one he placed on my finger moments ago. “Frankie, she and I are friends.”
“Great.”
“Say it.” His eyes narrowed and he reached over and grabbed my hip.
I swallowed hard as I felt tears building, “You know I love you, Jax.”
“I do. I also know your upset with me right--.”
“Why didn’t you tell me? Why does it feel like your hiding something from me?”
“You’re the one who wants to hide Francesca,” his tone was even and cool, but his touch was not. His grip on me tightened. In his touch there was need and possession.
“You, you--.”
“Come back with me.”
“You don’t think it’s safe. You--.”
“We’re getting married. You said yes,” he took my hand and held it up.
I wasn’t pissed off enough to continue arguing. Jax had just asked me to marry him. I had said yes. I wasn’t ever going to change my mind about wanting to spend forever with him, unless, she wasn’t put in her place. By me.
“She and I will talk.”
“I don’t think that’s a good idea right now especially if you believe what Joel told you. I’ll handle her.”
“She seems to like you handling her, Jaxson.” I stewed.
He laid on his side and slid beside me. His face inches from mine. “The only person I will be handling the way you are implying is you, Frankie, only you.”
I closed my eyes still fighting tears and held my head against his chest.
“You know damn well you are the only one I want.”
“I did, until you got crazy about Joel. That makes me think you’re hiding something about her.”
“There is no sexual relationship going on between Mimi and me--.”
“Not now anyway,” I whispered.
“Not ever. Not ever again.”
He held me tight against him. Listening to his heart beat calmed me, even though it gave no misrepresentation that Jaxson was calm.
“I love you.” I whispered.
“Do you trust me?”
I let out a sigh, “You are an honorable man. Yes I trust you.”
He didn’t respond in words but I felt his erection growing. He gripped my leg and pulled it over his hip, then reached between us and rubbed the tip of his cock against my opening. His throaty groan pulled at my core and within seconds he was deep inside of me again.
He lifted my chin and kissed from my forehead down to my lips, soft sweet kisses, as he slowly pushed in and then out of me. The pace was slow yet each inward thrust took my breath away. He didn’t change the tempo, didn’t respond when I was nearly begging with my body for more.
“I’m in no hurry, Frankie,” he grunted as he pushed deep inside me. “We have forever.”
I clung to him as the heat rose inside of me. “Jax, I need to come.”
“Shhh, stay with me,” He held his hand on the small of my back stopping me from changing the pace.
“Jax,” I moaned.
“You’ll come Angel,” his voice was just as full of need as mine. Unlike me his restraint was unbreakable.
“Don’t punish me for…”
“Never,” He hissed as he pushed in deeper, “punishment. Just taking,” he paused and a growl rumbled in his chest as he pulled back. “My time.”
It was unlike any other sexual moment I had experienced. I was sure there was no way I would be able to come like this. I needed harder, faster--rougher. Even with the burn and heat rising slowly I doubted it would happen.
He kissed me. His tongue entered slowly and the speed of his licks, tasting inside my mouth was no faster than his thrusts. He still held the pace and his tongue showed no less restraint.
I was whimpering, my skin crawling with need, my body’s response and need for release past the normal breaking point. He didn’t waiver. I knew he was holding back. I knew he was punishing me. Not the type of physical punishment I used to crave, need, desire, but a more emotional one.
With his body he was showing me exactly what he meant when he said, “We have forever.”
“I love you Francesca,” he groaned into my mouth and ceased kissing me, “You’re the only one. Never been another. Never will be.
“Oh, Jax,” I whispered.
“That means we take our time.” He pushed in deeper
“I want you now,” I pleaded.
“You have me, always.”
His mask was gone, his eyes bored into mine, his need revealed even more. I knew without a doubt that he was mine. Not who his parents saw him as. He was the man I dreamt of for as long as I could remember. The man who superseded my expectations. He was mine. Not hers.
My breath was gone with his next inward thrust and the burn intensified times a million. How have I not come yet? I was higher in the sexual stratosphere than ever before. The need to release was so epic that I was frightened. I tried to pull back and he held me.
“I’ve got you. Come for me.” He held my face against his chest. “I want you to come hard for me, Francesca. Show me how much you love my cock, how much you love me. I promise I have you, always.”
He r
eached between us and began rubbing my clit slowly at first with the palm of his hand and he inserted a finger inside of me.
“Jax, that’s too much I--.”
“I got you.” His kiss calmed me. He continued the slow, deep thrusts and his finger curled connecting with my G spot.
“Oh God.”
“So beautiful, Francesca,” He kissed me again and began rubbing his palm harder against my clit as he was tapping my G spot.
“Too much,” I tensed.
“Never enough for you. I want to give you the world. I want to--.”
“Jax, stop.” I was over come by a new sensation. I felt like I may need the bathroom.
“No. Stay with me, Frankie,” he groaned. “You are making me so fucking hot right now.”
“Jax?” I didn’t know what I wanted to ask him I was confused, scared, and nervous, on fucking fire.
“Let go Angel. Come for me. Show me how much you love me. Hold nothing back. Not one damn thing.”
With that I allowed myself to release. It was different, more intense, more draining and much more wet. “Did I…”
“Stay with me. Just you and me.” He held me tighter and continued palming my clit and tapping my G spot. The speed of his thrusts picked up and I felt the sensation again. I opened my eyes and looked up seeking an answer from Jax.
“God, you are so fucking hot, Frankie. Don’t stop. Don’t you hold back anything,” he hissed. “Say it!”
“I love you!” I yelled out as my release came again. This time more powerful, much wetter and I was sure I must have lost control of my bladder.
“Fuck!” he roared as he pumped in and out of me harder, faster, rougher and it happened again, I came, peed, both? Whatever it was and it made him even hungrier. “Damn, son-of-a-bitch!”
I felt it again the sensation he was pulling out of me, the one that made him as lost in the moment as I was.
I felt his cock twitch, he yelled out my name as his body shuddered and filled me full of his molten hot cum.
We held each other tight as we panted against each other’s necks. “Un-fucking-believable.” He groaned. “Fuck.”
I held tighter, “So tired.”
“Sleep angel, I still have you,” he kissed my neck and then tasted it with his tongue.
“I need a shower.”
“No, not yet,” he whispered and held the back of my head against him.
I began to wake when I heard water running. I was too exhausted to open my eyes but I knew after what had just gone on I needed a bath.
When I opened my eyes, Jax was sitting in a chair pulled up next to the bed staring down at my left hand. He had showered and changed.
“Is it time to go?” I asked
He looked up at me and smiled. He was relaxed and the way he smiled made me feel absolutely adored. I smiled back at him.
He reached over and tucked some hair behind my ear before bending over and placing a kiss on my cheek.
“No.”
“They’ll wonder what is taking so long.” I said and sat up.
“They’re meeting us for dinner in half an hour.”
“What?” I asked as I jumped up off of the bed.
He laughed. I loved his laugh. It wasn’t often I got to hear it. When we spent a lot of time together he loosened up but this was a rare treat.
He stood up with a smirk kissing his lips and walked over to me, “Dinner. They are meeting us in town.”
I looked at him and I am sure I appeared confused although I was not about to burst the bubble or post orgasmic bliss that surrounded him.
“Okay.”
He smirked, “Okay then. Bath is running and I have clean clothes ready for you.”
“You have clothes for me?”
“I grabbed some when I went out.”
“Out where?”
His smile broadened, “To get you clothes. You slept for a couple hours.”
I felt my cheeks burn, “I was tired.”
“I slept for an hour too.”
“You did?” That shocked me.
“I was a bit drained myself,” his lip curled up.
“Jax--.” There was warning in my voice.
“Don’t ruin it Frankie. That was hot as hell.”
I closed my eyes. He cupped the back of my head, pulled me into his chest and kissed the top of my head. “Bath. Hurry if you can, I’d rather not be late.”
“You should have woken me sooner.”
“I couldn’t. Watching you sleep was amazing too.”
My heart melted a little more and I wrapped my arms around his waist and squeezed his hard body. “I love you, Jax.”
“Don’t you ever stop. Now go, if this doesn’t stop I’ll be in the bath with you.”
While I was in the bath I heard his muffled voice on the phone. The only words that were clear were, “Look into it Shadows. I want this dealt with and I want to spend the weekend with my fiancée.”
I sunk down into the tub and let myself go under while holding my breath, fearing I would start laughing like a giddy little girl and he would find that far less sexy than the woman who just came so hard she passed out for two hours.
Jaxson Irons, my fiancé.
Chapter 4
Jax
Brought to light
Francesca dressed in the little black skirt, a new tank top, and lingerie that I had grabbed from the boutique down the road while she slept. I fucked up and forgot shoes, so she wore her little silver sandals without complaint. She didn’t have time or apparently the proper brush to do her hair and seemed a little upset about this. To me she looked just as beautiful now as she had two and half hours ago, and I told her so.
As we walked out the door she took the ring off, “What are you doing?”
“They can’t know yet right?”
“Frankie, if they don’t have an idea after the way we left then--.”
“They should be eased into this and it shouldn’t be until everything is sorted out Jax.”
I wasn’t exactly sure what she expected out of me at this moment. To agree would be to hide feelings from her parents, the only two people I trusted outside of the very small circle of three others I trusted now. To agree would mean that if I could get away next weekend I would have to come up with some lame ass excuse, again. No I had not figured much about who was behind the attack or if Mimi knew anything about it. What I knew was that my parents seemed on edge and Mimi was acting crazy. What I knew was that Mimi’s parents seemed to have the most to gain from the secret. What would that be? It would be an attachment to father and a promising political future but only if he knew about the Firefly. I would be joining them Monday and we would be discussing Frankie and the fact that I would no longer be taking Mimi to fundraisers. I couldn’t keep this up and I wouldn’t.
We pulled into the parking lot of Beach to Bay Seafood, a place we ate every time Will and I came to visit and William and Rosa’s car was in the parking lot.
I put the car in park and turned it off. She started to open the door. “Don’t.” I said as I got out. I walked around and opened the door for her and held out my hand.
“Jax,” she whispered as she looked around.
I didn’t say a word, no argument. That was going to come soon enough.
When we walked in Rosa and William looked up. The look on there face was exactly what I expected and Frankie glanced over at me nervously. I touched the small of her back moving her along. She looked ten seconds from freaking out. The same look of panic you see on a diver’s face during training the first ten times they think they are not getting out alive. Just like they know it’s training and we would let nothing happen to them, Frankie should know she is safe. It’s her parents for Christ sake.
I pulled out the chair and she gave a nervous laugh and sat down.
“Is everything alright?” Rosa asked as she rubbed Frankie’s arm.
“Of course,” her voice squeaked and she cleared it and repeated herself, “Of course.

As amused as I was by Frankie seeming to be uncomfortable in her own skin around two people who cherished her, three people counting me, I couldn’t let her stumble around in her insecurities.
“Did you order already?” I asked looking at William.
“We did. For all of us.” He nodded and smiled at me then turned and looked at Frankie.
“Crab legs?” she squeaked again.
I had to fight to stop myself from laughing and she looked up at me, “It’s not funny.”
That made me laugh, Frankie the piss pot I knew from years ago had returned.
“Francesca,” Rosa scolded her in the sweetest way.
She scowled and looked down.
I couldn’t take it another minute. I had to tell them. The situation was making the three of them incredibly uncomfortable.
“William, Rosa, I asked you to meet us for dinner so that we could tell you--.”
“Jax,” Frankie looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights.
“Frankie and I are dating,” I said as I took turns looking between her mother and father.
No one said a word. Frankie had her head hung down and Rosa and William were looking at her.
“Will that be a problem?”
“Francesca?” Rosa said trying to gain her attention.
Frankie shrugged, “I love Jaxson.”
“Is that so?” William asked.
She looked up at me and smiled a little, “Yes and he loves me.”
“Is that true, Jaxson?”
“Yes sir. I--.”
“How long?” He interrupted.
“I’ve always loved Jax.” Frankie finally broke our eye connection and looked at her father.
“How long have the two of you--.”
I answered six weeks and she said forever at the same time. We both looked at each other and smiled.
“Jaxson, I know your reputation, you don’t hide it,” William wasn’t being rude, he was being honest.
“I understand your concerns. But I can assure you I have never been in love, or told a woman I loved her until Frankie--.”
“Not even his mother, Dad.” Frankie interrupted and then looked at me, “Sorry I didn’t mean…”
“It’s okay, Frankie,” I took her hand and kissed it. “It really is.” I looked over at her shocked father and then to Rosa who was smiling. “ Mr. Cruz-.”
