Cyborg Girls

Leading from the Main Building Dome, and stretching some three hundred meters was the glass tube funnel that led from a landing Shuttle, to Central Command and then via another glass tube, the prison.
Two black uniformed technicians were standing before a console waiting to connect the sealed accordion air lock entry cup to Shuttle #21.
Inside, and standing as sentry at the entry/exit shuttle door, bored out of his mind, one black uniformed guard, lightly armed with a hand gun watched everything. The Shuttle #21 now just two kilometers off on the horizon was being pulled to the planet by the giant MACHINE, throwing out the Tractor Beam.
Since nothing ever, ever happened on the planet, he lit a cigarette, inhaled, and exhaled. Thank God, his time on the ghastly place would be, in a matter of months be over.
Like every other tech and military personal on the planet, he of course knew about the deaths of the workers returning to Earth. It mattered little to them. He was an elitist, British mind you, and whether one wog or two hundred thousand wog’s vaporized, who cared. The world was a better place without them he thought.
The two technicians in the funnel then heard Jane’s voice through their head phones. “Shuttle #21 connect in 10, 9, 8, 7...”
The shuttle with her blunt bubble nose and duel tail fins, engines shut off and being towed by the Tractor Beam finally connected it’s ass with the locking mechanisms.
Jane’s voice finished. “2,1...Shuttle #21 locked.”
Instantly the two funnel tech guys hit a lever. An accordion from the lip of the tunnel reached out, pressed against the shuttles door and with a swoosh and hermetically sealed against it.
“Pressure lock completed. Exit verified.” Jane’s voice said.
A few moments passed, as then the octagon door slid into its carriage. Captain Adray Venus and her Colonel Krull, dressed sharply in their black officer togs, stepped into the tunnel. The two tech guys leered at Venus, painted out in her black skin tight uniform. Men will be men, and though not human, Adray Venus was still erotically sexy.
Though not military, the two technicians saluted Krull and his Captain.
One of the men stepped forward and shook his hand. He ignored Venus, who through her Peridot eye’s, seemed uninterested.
“Colonel Krull. Welcome. Good voyage I hope?”
“Yes, no problems, Thank you.”
Looking back and forth from Krull and his Praying Mantis looking shuttle captain, he said. “Come Colonel, General Clark and Warden Hendley are waiting.”
Krull was silent and as they began to walk. Adray turned and looked at the technicians in their blue Hermo-Suits as like worker bees, then began the maintenance and refueling procedure on Shuttle #21.
Perfect she thought, as she followed the men down the tunnel.
Once at the end of the tunnel, the Sgt. and standing there clicked his heels and saluted Krull. Krull saluted him back. Then moments later Adray stalled up behind them. The Sgt. did not salute.
“WHAT, YOU DON’T SALUTE A CAPTAIN OF THE BRITISH MILITARY?”
“Sorry Sir.”
The two technicians and the Sgt. stepped back from the fury of Krulls words. Instantly the Sgt. saluted Captain Venus. She smiled, and shot an over the top smart salute back at him.
The Sgt. opened the octagon door with a laser palm print. Janes voice allowed him to enter. As they walked through the door he watched in confusion as the Cyborg female Captain walked last through the door and it closed behind them.
Bloody Hell, I gotta get off a blasted this place, he thought.
Walking the last fifty meters down the glass tube, they moved in front of another octagon, heavily reinforced door. One of the technicians layered his palm on the laser scanner.
“Smyth, level #2 tech, confirmed.” Jane’s melodic voice said.
The door slid open, and then the two technicians, their job done, turned and began to walk away. As they did, they both looked at Venus giant almond Peridot eyes. They both were unnerved by them, and quickly scrambled back down the tube.
Once inside, and facing them, were General Clark and Warden Hendley. Behind them the entire operations showing banks of computers, video monitors and a dozen low level officers and tech personal all dressed out in black, were doing their jobs.
It was exactly as Venus had seen it and as it was now welded into her Memory Banks.
Perfect. She thought
Moving in front of the General and Warden, Krull saluted them. They were actors in a play now, and they knew their roles well.
“Colonel Krull, Captain Venus reporting for duty, Sir.”
General Clark saluted Krull and got a salute back. He hesitated for a micro-moment looking at the alien in the Captains uniform. Staring at the twin swords fastened along her back, he nodded at her. She nodded back.
Better to keep a stiff upper lip he thought, take care of the abomination later as for show, he saluted her. She saluted him back, almost giggling as she did.
Looking at Krulls Laser Canon carbine slung on his shoulder, he was silent about that too.
A little dramatic he thought that. But, soldiers are always that, soldiers.
“Colonel, aaah, Captain, welcome aboard. This is Warden Hendley. Colonel, after some debriefing, he will be leaving us tomorrow, and you will be taking over the prison operations.”
“Warden.” Krull stuck out his hand and shook Hendley’s.
“Colonel. Glad to have you aboard. Good show that Mohammad thing. We’ll give the bugger a run through before I leave. Shouldn’t take a day to get you up to speed. Computers run everything here.”
“Thank you Warden. I look forward to doing the best job I can. When would you like to start on the debriefing?”
“Long trip that. What say we get you, and...uuuhh, aaaah Captain Venus to your quarters? Do some washing up and such. We can meet for tea tonight. Rest a bit. We can meet in the morning. I have a day until I am off to CCSBM. How does that sound Colonel?”
“Perfect Warden. General, does that sound right to you?”
Staring at Venus painted into her Captain blacks, he turned to Krull and said. “Capitol idea. Say nineteen hundred hours. I think roast beef is on the menu tonight.”
“Great General, I look forward to seeing you tonight and having a professional relationship with you.”
“Yes. Of course. Warden?”
“Colonel, Captain, let’s get you to your cabin. I...”
At that moment, the octagon door sealing off the shuttle tunnel opened. Strapped to a gurney, and hand cuffed and gagged, and being pushed by the two technicians was a monstrous King Mohammad. He appeared drugged and dazed. As he passed his eyes opened and the murderous and savage look in them, gave General Clark a start.
Passing through the room, every worker stopped working and stared at the behemoth as he moved out the door, and into the glass tunnel leading to the prison. Warden Hendley looked at Krull and said.
“Filthy bugger, that. We’ll run him through the Electo Machine a few times. Should teach him a bit about where he is.”
“He’s dangerous Warden. More than you know. I suggest caution in all dealings with him.”
“Not to worry Colonel. Our computer Jane is infallible. Not a problem to date with security.
Krull exchanged an eye blink with Venus, swallowed turning his gaze back to the General and Warden.
“Sound great. Our room, now Warden. We’re a bit tired.”
“Of course.”
Turning to a female blond lieutenant dressed in her black uniform watching a video feed from the Worker Villages, he said.
“Lieutenant Cooper.”
She tuned and quickly walked to him and stood before him.
“Take the Colonel here and...ahhh, the Captain to the new Wardens quarters.
”
Saluting him she replied. “Yes Sir.”
Looking at the handsome Krull and his exotic sidekick, she hesitated for a moment. Getting it together, she smiled and said as she turned. “Colonel, Captain, please this way.”
She walked with them in toe, did her laser hand print thing. She Got an OK from happy Jane, and disappeared through the octagon shaped door.
Warden Hendley leered at General Clark and with a great deal of disgust on his face said. “Bloody disgusting that. What say that General?”
“Ghastly. We’ll fix that in a bit.”
As they continued to talk, they didn’t notice a small moon shaped light on the ceiling as it began to pulsate and glow brighter.
Both men forgot that at best it is always better to keep ones dirty little secrets to one’s-self, especially when one pissed off girlfriend is listening.
THEY HAD moved through the glass tunnel with the lieutenant, passed through another security, door manned by a single soldier. As they walked, Krull cringed looking every ten meters at heavy carbon made man hole covers embedded into the floor. Round signs on the wall, with heavy red letters and an arrow pointing to the heavy lids warned in red print.
“SLAKE AREA. AUTHORIZED PERSONAL ONLY.”
Krull swallowed, and shared a look with Venus.
She was thunder struck.
The sewers were an important adjunct to her plans of their success. How could she have overlooked that?
Looking at Krull again, she told him with her concerned eyes, that it was what it was. In her heart she now felt failure was a very real possibility.
Again, she thought of the great generals of war and their words.
When the first bullet is fired, all battle plans go out of the window.
Hardly able to catch a breath through her gill plates, she and Krull and the lieutenant moved to a bank of elevators.
The Lieutenant hit the button.
“CACHING.”
The three of them entered, and with Krull hyperventilating, the door closed and the elevator began to move higher.
A great war was about to begin, and their General, a Cyborg female and at the moment did not know if they would win or lose it.
Thus it was for all wars ever fought from the beginning of time.
The Slakes
THE Wardens Suite was semi opulent and with one wall constructed of meter thick glass exposing deep space, it was above all beautiful and dramatic. It had its own white tiled bath and shower, and a large bed, with real white sheets and a white down comforter that was centered in the room.
Around the room were carbon, white enameled tables and chairs, and a kitchen, with all the amenities on in it. On one table, there was a flat screen computer, showing a live feed, in clips, of the prison, the Worker Villages, Central Control and CCSBM orbiting the planet.
After thanking the Lieutenant, they had hesitated for a moment, just staring at each other. Prying eyes and curious ears were never welcomed. Adray was positive, for Jane had told her so, that they were, at least at an audio level being monitored.
“Jane, filter, please.” Adray said through her wrap around microphone.
“Filtered, Captain, proceed.”
Moving to the bed, Adary sat, looked at Krull, and patted the mattress telling him to sit.
Un-shouldering his Laser Canon and, then his twin 357 magnums from his shoulder holsters, he let them slip to the white enameled floor.
Moving to Adray, he sat, and faced her. Looking into her eyes, he saw concern in them. But more than that, he saw ultimate love in them.
Touching Krull’s face tenderly, she leaned in and gave him a blue kiss. Krull responded, wrapping his arms around and the kiss lasted for some time. After several moments of smooching, Adray pushed him gently away.
She cupped his face in her hands and whispered.
“I love you darling. Please, do not worry. W shall make it. After all we have Jane.”
“The Slakes...Is there no other way?”
Looking at the concern on Krull’s face, and remembering how ripped-up he and the troops had been in the sewers of La Paz, she could do nothing more than White Lie him.
“Not to worry. It is only two hundred meters to the portal. Water flow, by my calculations is basically virgin. The trouble, if there is any will behind us. “We will make it darling, I promise.”
Staring at her wide green eyes as her purple pupils dilated, he shrugged his shoulders, and gave her a peck on the lips.
“What the hell doll. Let’s do it.”
Giggling, she thought. God, how she adored him.
More than that and with schematics and sewer graphs digitally running in her head, she wondered how any man, not to mention her soldier man could hold so much love and courage in their human heart.
“I shall not be present at dinner tonight. OK?” Venus said.
“Why not, the bastards at least owe you that.”
“Let’s not rub salt in their faces. Anyways, I must counsel with Jane. We are twenty-four hours away. You must talk to them and make sure that the Wardens video conference with CCSBM and his departure time on the shuttle has not changed. Do you mind?”
Krull touched her face sweetly shook his head back and forth in awe, and whispered. “Why me, Huh? Why am I so lucky to have you?”
Adray’s lips began to tremble as a blue tear fell down her cheek bone. She touched his face and looked into his eyes as if she could see his brain.
“Because you my darling, love me and I love you.”
“Come here you.”
She giggled, as he then began to unbutton the buttons of her black Captains tunic. Shy now, she watched as he knelt before her feet, and took off her heavy black boots and silver socks. Pulling her up, he stripped off her skin tight black tights, and there she was. Staring at her Platinum colored body, she blushed from the intensity of his eyes seeing her so naked.
Krull quickly striped his own black uniform and boots off, winked at her, took her hand and led her to the white tiled shower.
Once in the shower, he turned on the water and leaned back against the tiled wall. Pulling her back to him, he wrapped his arms around her tiny waist, and nuzzled his face into the cleft of her long neck.
As the steam and hot water cleansed their bodies, Krull allowed his hand to fall between her legs. Finding her vagina, he began to masturbate her, not in a manic way, but within the feeling of love he felt for her.
Groaning, Venus placed her arm back and wrapped it around the back of Krull’s dome. She brought his lips to hers. She felt the beginnings of an orgasm roaming someplace with in her body. Moaning, she kissed deeply, passionately and in her mind forever.
“I will Love you forever.” Adray whispered.
Forever was and is always a tenuous and fragile word and sometimes that word can mean an hour, a week a month or one hundred years.
As they made love through the hour, Adray called up another part of her brain. She knew now, that within 24 hours, that word forever, and all it meant, would be defined within every nuance of the word.
Life. Death.Forever.
It was now in the hands of genius, not to mention another fate, courageous as well as their destinies.
Their destinies were now caught within the shadow worlds of Capricious Fate.
KRULL, dressed smartly in his black uniform, had kept his dinner date with General Clark and Warden Hendley. The Officers dining room was opulent, with white table clothes, real china and silver dinner ware.
As promised a delicious roast beef had been offered, as well as a scrumptious Yorkshire pudding. Accompanying that were fresh vegetables and a smart Cabernet imported from the Boudreaux Bubble in Southern France.
Detesting them, play acting, yet now and officer and a ge
ntlemen, Krull had gotten the information he had been seeking.
Warden Hendley was scheduled for a last Video Conference call with Vice Admiral Bryan at CCSBM just before noon. After, an hour, he would ne shuttling up to their Control Ship on the still only usable shuttle, number #21.
A fabulous fete was promised as a farewell party for the Warden. General Clarke promised he would be attending, accompanying Hendley up to the ship on Shuttle #21.
Krull had been throughout the dinner a-gentlemen and had laughed at their elitist jokes. He had smiled with a fake enthusiasm as they both exposed their ghastly secret. That being the deaths of the workers on the exploding shuttles on their way back to Earth.
Both Clark and Hendley were more than pleased that Krull was on board for the long ride.
Krull had said, through the bile gathering in his throat and a wish for his magnum that he could shoot both pigs dead. “There expendable. Why not.”
Drunk, both men had clapped Krull on the back, said their “Jolly good shows” and, then Krull had excused himself and had returned to his woman.
Once there, he was seething and irate and it took more than many kisses from Adray to calm him. After, they had made more love, though sweetly and had gone to bed.
LYING naked under the white down comforter, and with deep black space and shimmering baubles and all that offered glowing through the wall domed window, Krull slept the sleep of the weary.
Making sure that she did not disturb his sleep, Adray had slid out of bed, walked to the domed window and had pressed both of hands against the glass.
Glowing back at her we’re and infinity of stars, planets and both of the planets twin moons. Looking past them into the blackest part of space, past the known and unknown galaxies struck like diamonds in some kind of inter stellar necklace, she exhaled a great breath through her three sets of gill plates.
Looking at Krull, she felt raw emotions fill her body. Looking back at space, she wondered what was out there.
What she did know, if Jane was correct, that just perhaps, if fate kissed their faces, they would soon find out.
Moving to the computer on the desk, she sat before it, placed her small wrap around micro phone around her lips.
