Max didn’t hesitate to jump onto the bed. Chrissy bounced causing herself to almost fall off the bed. Thankfully, she righted herself before he could see.

He laid back with his hands behind his head. “Do what you wish.”

Chrissy smirked and immediately climbed onto him. She rubbed her still wet pussy along the length of him. He sucked in a breath and grabbed her thighs. Taking him in her hand she slid her pussy down the largest cock she’d ever seen.

“Oh, my God,” they said together.

Once he was completely inside, she sat for a moment letting her body stretch to fit his. When she knew she was ready she began moving her hips, riding him. She held onto his shoulders. Leaning forward he took one of her nipples into his mouth. With each suck she rode him harder. He pumped into her pussy but stopped her before they could come.

“Baby, I want to be on top.” That was all the warning she got before he flipped her over.

A devilish smile played on his lips as he started pumping into her. In a move out of the movies he took her ankles and placed them on his shoulders. At that angle he hit her g-spot making her see spots. Her body started to head toward that oh holy orgasm again.

“I’m going to come, again.” Chrissy breathed.

“Good. Come on my cock, love.” He reached between their bodies and pinched her clit.

Her orgasm shot through her. Her wet channel closed so tight around his cock she wondered how he could still be pumping in and out of her. Max gripped her hips tight to him as he finally joined her over the precipice.

He gently let her legs fall to the bed. Her legs felt like they were made of jelly. Max removed the condom tying it in a knot and putting it in a trash can. Chrissy could barely move. She’d never had sex like that. Her time with Ben had been exciting because they were young, and she didn’t know any better. Well, she now had better and any other man after Max Hamilton would pale in comparison.

Max lay down next to her pulling her into his arms. “What are you thinking about?”

“Nothing.” She wasn’t about to tell him he was the best. His ego would balloon to astronomical proportions.

“Uh-huh. I can practically hear you thinking.” He paused then said, “You aren’t having any second thoughts, are you?”

Chrissy forced her useless body to turn in his arms. “Hell, no. Are you?”

He placed his forehead to hers then said, “My only regret is that we didn’t do that sooner.” Before Chrissy could retort he said, “I know that was my fault and I am very much kicking myself.”

Chrissy kissed him. “I’m glad we waited but let’s never do that again.”

“Which part?” He had a puzzled look.

“The waiting. Everything else we can do again although give a girl a warning when you want to try some back-door action. That was a first, and I enjoyed it but that doesn’t mean I don’t want a heads up first.”

“Duly noted.” He kissed her a bit more passionately. “So, ready for round two?”

Her pussy started to get wet again with the idea of him inside her. She smiled then said, “Yes, please.”

  Chapter 37

  Bad News Only Gets Worse

Sometime after round three of their sexcapades they tore themselves out of the cushy bed and found their way up to their room. Of course, there were a few stops during the elevator ride and a hallway closet. It only took them an hour to go three floors. Chrissy and Max fell into bed with sore and exhausted bodies.

“I think you broke me,” Chrissy said.

Max pulled her to his chest. “Nah. You just haven’t had sex that good.”

Chrissy scoffed. “You could say that again. I’m sure you’ve had plenty of mind-blowing sex.”

She felt Max freeze under her. “I’m not going to lie to you, sweetheart. I have had sex with a lot of women.”

“Well, I’d be surprised if you’d said otherwise considering you are a movie star.”

Max sighed. “I didn’t mean it to sound like a brag. Yes, I’ve had sex with other women. However, I’ve never had sex the way I have with you. I’ve never laid with them afterward let alone had multiple rounds.” He forced her to look at him. “With you everything is different. I want this kind of sex for the rest of our lives.”

  “Oh, God!”

“Exactly, I want you screaming that.” He laughed.

Smacking his flat stomach, she said, “Shut up! We won’t be able to do the kind of gymnastics we did when we are sixty.” Letting out a breathy laugh, she said, “I could barely do them now.”

“Don’t worry, baby, we will get a lot more practice.” She felt him getting hard again.

Dear lord, she couldn’t do it again. They needed sleep. They both had to be up for the return of shooting. But when he ground against her she couldn’t help but get wet.

“One more time?” he whispered into her ear while reaching between her legs.

She bit her lip and nodded as he slipped into her once again.

“Earth to Chrissy!” Frank was waving his hand in front of her.

“What, Frank?” she said with a yawn.

“Damn. Hamilton really wore you out, didn’t he.” He smirked at her.

“Is there a reason you are being obnoxious right now?”

“Why, yes. Your phone has been vibrating, and it’s causing an issue with the sound people.”

Chrissy looked to the two sound engineers, and they looked at her like they had no idea what he was talking about.

  “Bullshit, Frank.”

“Ok. I just really want you to answer your phone, please.”

“That’s all you had to say.”

“I know, but my way was a lot more fun.”

Chrissy stood from the chair and walked away from the set. Her phone vibrated in her hand. She had a lot of text messages. What the hell was going on?

Talia: I’m so sorry. We tried to stop it.

Jeremiah: You need to open your email.

James: Don’t panic we are on it.

Bill: Top Dog still supports you, Chrissy.

Chrissy ignored the rest of the texts and opened her email. There were two marked important from Jeremiah. She opened the one with the subject line Open This One First. It was a link to the Dirty Laundry YouTube channel again.

  What now?

She clicked on the link and the woman from the previous episodes appeared.

“Hi there, Dirty Laundry fans. Are you ready for some really juicy gossip? Well, hold on to your panties. We have it on good authority that Max Hamilton may soon be off the market. His relationship with one Chrissy Benson has grown since we last talked about them. Also, it looks like he wants to play daddy to Chrissy’s daughter. Could he be the baby’s real daddy? How long has he really known Chrissy Benson?”

A picture of Max playing with Mariah in the pool flashed on the screen. They were at least smart enough to blur her face. Chrissy took a deep breath. There was no way they’d ever find out who Mariah’s father was. More pictures of the three of them together flashed on the screen. She smiled as she remembered Max with Mariah.

“Well, we looked into this Dirty Laundry family. You will never guess what we found out. Chrissy Benson’s baby daddy is none other than Ben McGee.”

Her phone fell from numb fingers. The video continued to play on the ground.

“Our source found out that Chrissy has been withholding her daughter from Ben. Poor Ben McGee is fighting to see his daughter while Chrissy pushes her into the unsuspecting arms of our beloved Max Hamilton. I, for one, am disgusted by this. We support our dear friend Ben McGee. Chrissy should be ashamed of herself. Hopefully Max will wise up and dump her.”

Chrissy picked up her phone and shut off the video. Her mind was spinning. The quiet world she’d built for Mariah was about to go up in flames. She was glad Mariah was currently with her parents in Georgia. With a deep breath she clicked on the link in Jeremiah’s second email.

That woman Chrissy was beginning to despise poppe
d up on the screen. “Hello, Dirty Laundry fans! Today’s edition is special because we have something really scandalous to share with you. It looks like Chrissy Benson has dug her claws even deeper into Max Hamilton. We have exclusive pictures of the two of them enjoying a romantic evening.” The woman leaned close to the camera and did a stage whisper. “They did so much more. Ready for this? Here they are!”

Chrissy felt her blood boil. One of the most romantic nights of her life flashed before her like a flip book comic. They even had pictures of them having sex on the bed. Thankfully, they blurred the important parts, but anyone who looked at it would know exactly what was going on. She ground her teeth to keep herself from screaming.

The last picture faded, and the horrible woman came back up. “Poor Max. She must be trying to get him to knock her up like she did with the unsuspecting Ben McGee. I don’t know about you out there but I for one have no respect for Chrissy Benson. I hope that Top Dog takes a hard look at who they have working for them. Someone like Chrissy Benson shouldn’t be allowed around our poor celebrities.”

She exited out of the video and began to pace. How was she going to explain things to her mother? Unfortunately, it would land back to Georgia one way or another. While she was lost in thought her phone vibrated in her hand. She glanced down and saw it was her mother. Dread washed over her. She really wasn’t ready for that conversation. But she made that bed and now she had to lie in it. Taking a deep breath, she answered the phone.

“Hi, Mama,” Chrissy said trying to sound cheerful.

“Chrissy…there is something I need to tell you.” Her mama’s voice sounded funny.

“What’s wrong, Mama?” Worry turned her cold.

“It’s your daddy. He had another heart attack.” Her mama’s voice cracked.

Chrissy willed herself to stay calm. “Ok. Is he in the hospital?”

“Chrissy, it was a massive heart attack. He may not make it. I need you home.” Her mama’s voice cracked.

  Chrissy felt her world tilt.

  Chapter 38

  Magical Hugs

“Chrissy? Are you ok, love?” Ben’s voice floated through her haze.

All she could do was shake her head. Too many thoughts crashed together. One thing mattered, and that was to get home.

“I need to go home,” she managed to say.

“What? You can’t, we just started shooting again,” Ben said.

“I NEED TO GO HOME NOW!” Chrissy screamed.

“What the hell is going on?” Max approached Chrissy with Ben’s arm around her.

“I need to go home,” she said again.

“Sweetheart, what’s wrong? Why do you need to go home?” Max pushed Ben out of the way and pulled her against his chest.

“It’s Daddy. He’s dying. I need to go home.”

“What? Oh, my God! Let’s go!” Max rushed her from the set.

“Max! Where are you going?” Frank’s voice carried through the forested area.

Chrissy was taking deep breaths. She needed to be strong for whatever could happen. If something happened to her daddy—she shook her head to stop the thought in its tracks. He was strong. He wasn’t that old. He just couldn’t leave them. Tears blurred her surroundings. She vaguely heard Max on the phone talking to someone. Her brain couldn’t process what was going on.

“Sit here, sweetheart. I am taking care of everything. You will be out of here in an hour.” Max rushed into their bedroom.

She blinked. Looking around, she finally recognized she was in the suite. She stood from the couch and walked over to the bathroom in the adjoining room. Cold water splashed on her face. Filling a cup with water she felt the cool water quench a thirst she didn’t realize she had. Pulling out her phone she sent texts to Jeremiah and Talia. She realized she still hadn’t answered their texts from the previous night or the ones about the video. Maybe she’d do that on the flight to Georgia.

“Chrissy? Where are you?” Max’s frantic voice called.

  “I’m in here, Max.”

  “Are you ok?”

She nodded. “I just need to get home.”

“I know, baby. James contacted their private jet that is still here on the island. They want you to take that to Georgia. So, if you’re ready we can leave now and get you on that plane.” He held a packed suitcase in his hand.

  “You packed for me?”

“Of course. It may not be great, but I figured you’d want to just get home as soon as possible and worry about order later.”

  She nodded again. “Let’s go.”

Max linked their fingers together. The strength she felt holding his hand made her stronger. It made her feel like if they were together, they could get through anything. He was her rock in the storm. Chrissy looked into Max’s face looking down at her. His worried eyes broke her heart.

“I want to come, too,” Max said softly.

“You can’t. You need to finish the movie, Max. One of us has to finish their job,” Chrissy said robotically.

“Fuck the movie. I want to make sure you and Mariah are ok.” Frustration was etched on his face.

Chrissy reached up to smooth his worry away, “I know you do.”

He bit his lip. “Let me come.”

Chrissy placed a hand on his chest. “I need to do this by myself right now.” Max opened his mouth to protest, but she put up a hand to stop him. “If I need you or the worst happens, I will call you immediately and expect you on the next flight.”

Max pulled her to him and crashed his lips against hers. He broke their kiss and said, “I love you so much it hurts.”

  “I know, Max.”

He waited a few long seconds for her to say the same. She wasn’t ready. She definitely felt feelings for him but right then was not the time to try to figure it out.

“Ok. Let’s get you on that plane.” Max took Chrissy’s hand again as they finally left their rooms.

She was unsure if she’d ever see the rooms or her sexy movie star again. Shaking off the bit of melancholy that took hold, she focused on worrying about her daddy. She couldn’t lose him. Her life had just begun to get good. She wasn’t ready for it to crash and burn.

“Thanks for picking me up,” Chrissy said to Rex.

“Of course. I’m sorry to hear about your dad.”

She nodded as they walked to Rex’s old pick-up truck. “Can you take me straight to the hospital?”

“Sure. Have you heard anything from your mama since you left Costa Rica?”

“No. I haven’t talked to her since she told me about Daddy.” She buckled into the truck.

Rex threw the truck into gear and they headed to St. Angelis Memorial. While Rex drove, Chrissy looked down at her phone. She had a few texts that needed to be answered.

Talia: I am coming to Grandin. Tell Rex to pick me up when I get there.

Jeremiah: Talia and I are coming to Georgia. Don’t try to refuse. We will ignore it.

Max: Let me know when you land. I miss you already and can’t think of anything but you. Frank is pissed because I keep fucking up the lines and looking at my phone. I’ve told him to shove his attitude up his ass sideways.

Max: Frank put me in time out. Oh well, that fucker can go screw. I miss you so much. How is Mariah doing?

Chrissy jolted. She hadn’t even thought to ask about Mariah. Geez, she was really mother of the year material.

“Rex, do you know how Mariah is doing?”

“She seems to be ok. She’s at my mom’s house. Apparently, Mariah and my grandfather are having a tea party and she’s put make-up on my dad already.” Rex chuckled.

“Thank you. I need to make sure I bake something for your mama.”

“Pssh. Mama loves it. She can’t wait until she has her own grandbabies. She wanted to make sure you and your mama could focus on what you needed to.”

Chrissy was only half paying attention to Rex when she said, “She will only have to wait six more months for that.”

  Re
x stiffened. “What do you mean?”

“What?” Chrissy looked up from a text she was sending to Talia and Jeremiah.

“What do you mean she only has to wait six months? What’s happening in six months?”

Oh, shit! Her and her big mouth just let a substantially large well-fed cat out of the bag.

  “Uh. Nothing.”

Smooth. Chrissy pretended to go back into her phone. Luckily, they pulled up to the hospital, and she used that as the perfect reason to jump out of the truck as it rolled into a parking spot.

“Hold on, Chrissy. Christ, can’t you wait until I at least stop the truck?”

“Sorry, Rex. Thanks so much for the ride.” Chrissy grabbed her suitcase and ran toward the hospital doors. She almost ran over a man exiting with his arm in a cast.

She approached the desk in the middle of the lobby. “Christopher Benson’s room.” The words came between her puffs.

The security guard searched the computer.

“He isn’t in a room yet, miss. He’s currently in the OR. You may go up to the waiting room on the third floor.”

“Ok. Thanks.” Chrissy picked up her suitcase and turned toward the elevators.

“Wait!” She turned toward the guard. “When you get to the third floor, you will need to turn right off the elevator. Then go to the third hallway and turn left. Keep walking until you reach the end of the hallway. When you hit the dead-end, you will make another left then a right at the next wing. You can’t miss the waiting room.”

Chrissy blinked at him. Did he really think those directions were helpful? Her brain only processed the third-floor portion. To ease the security guards concern, she nodded and made her way toward the elevator.

In a matter of seconds, the elevator opened for her to step in. A man and what looked to be his son were already on the elevator. The little boy held a stuffed bear holding a balloon that said get well. Chrissy nodded to the man and moved over to the side of the elevator, so her suitcase was out of the way.

“Daddy, does that lady live here?” he asked as quietly as possible. Unfortunately, in a silent elevator each word echoed off of the walls of the box.
