Beautiful Love

“Always, bro.” Nirvan bumped his fist with Anurag.
“Kushi, do you think Megha would like to live in San Francisco?”
Kushi gasped, covering her open mouth with her hand. “What are you saying?”
“I’ve had an offer on the table from Nirvan for an executive position in San Francisco, and I passed on it because I didn’t want to move away from India, but now… That’s my wedding gift to my future wife.” Anurag smiled.
“Oh my God, oh my God… would Meggie move to San Francisco?”
“Yes, she so wanted me to take that offer.” Anurag smiled.
“I love you guys so much right now.” She put her arms around both men unable to contain her happiness.
“Okay, guys you continue with your date. I’m gonna go find my bride.” Anurag started to walk away from them.
“I want to go with you. I want to see her expression when you tell her you will be moving to San Francisco.” Kushi took Nirvan’s hand in his and started following Anurag.
Nirvan laughed as they followed Anurag from one spot to another looking for Megha until someone confirmed she was in her room. They went to the room, and Anurag knocked on the door.
“Go away.” Megha’s voice was muffled through the door.
“I can open the door if you step away.” Kushi laughed and swiped her key card.
“Meggie, are you okay?” Kushi was the first one to step into the room and hug her friend.
Megha wiped her tears smearing mascara on her cheeks and looked at Anurag.
“Baby, I’m sorry I made you cry.” Anurag pulled Megha into his arms, kissing the top of her head.
Kushi went to stand by the door with Nirvan and entwined her fingers in his.
“I love you, Anurag. I want to be with you.” Megha’s voice was muffled.
Anurag pulled back to look at Kushi and Nirvan and looked back at Megha. “Sweetheart, you can quit the current job but promise me you will take up a new job in San Francisco.”
Kushi squeaked in happiness squeezing Nirvan’s hand as Megha looked at Anurag in shock, speechless.
“I accepted Nirvan’s offer, and as soon as we get back from our honeymoon, we are heading to San Francisco.”
Megha shrieked, her pitch ringing in everyone’s ears as she kissed Anurag before running to hug Kushi. “It’s been my dream.”
“I still can’t believe it.” Kushi hugged her best friend.
Megha pulled back to put her arms around Nirvan planting a kiss on his cheek. “Thank you… you are the best!”
“This is going to work out really well for all of us.” Nirvan patted his younger cousin.
“I’m so happy, I want to scream.” Megha went back to hug Anurag.
Anurag kissed her hard pulling her to him. “You guys go take a long walk.”
Megha laughed, pulling him back into a kiss. “Get out and don’t come back until morning.”
“Okay, okay…” Kushi and Nirvan left the room laughing, leaving the happy couple alone.
“Did I just get kicked out of my room?” Kushi laughed.
“I guess you did… you can come crash in my room.”
“That’s okay… I’ll crash in Anurag’s. I’ll get the front desk to open the room for me.”
He chuckled. “I think I can take care of that.”
“Huh?”
“Anurag and I are in the same suite… You are officially my roommate tonight,” he crooned, his warm breath setting her entirety ablaze.
She smiled, looking up at him. “I want to go back to the balcony.”
“My suite has a little patio and a personal pool,” he retorted teasingly.
“I’ll need to change out of this outfit before I sleep… I should crash with one of the girls and not invade your privacy.”
“I want you to… I want to be with you tonight and every night.” The silliness in their conversation was gone as he cupped her face in his hands. “Baby, come with me.”
She smiled and complied following him, her arm wrapped around his waist.
“Nirvan… is this weird?” she asked stepping into the large suite Nirvan and Anurag have been sharing.
“What is, sweetheart?” He shut the door and wrapped his arms around her from behind.
“This… how is this possible in less than twenty-four hours when last night at this time, we were complete strangers.” She turned to look into his eyes.
“Not to me… you are no stranger to me. It feels like I’ve known you all my life, and after last night, what we shared on the balcony and how you opened up with me… I want to be the one for you.” His voice was suddenly soft.
“Nirvan…”
“I have no way to explain it, but you’ve been part of me and my thoughts longer than I’ve realized.”
“How long?” her voice was a whisper.
“Long enough to be sure about what I feel for you.” He kissed the tip of her nose.
“What do you feel for me?” She bit her lip.
“I… I want you to be mine, and I want to every bit of you…” His words were lost on her as she crashed her lips to his.
“I want to be yours, Nirvan. I know it sounds crazy but…” she mumbled against his lips making him groan deep inside.
“Not crazy, baby… beautiful. The day I saw you on the video chat, I knew I needed you in my life,” Nirvan said, making thrills and a million questions run through her head.
Chapter 7
Kushi stood in Nirvan’s arms trying to grasp some meaning from his words. “Nirvan, what video chat?”
He smiled at her, his hands caressing the exposed skin at her waist. “The one Megha set up with her close friends and cousins when she and Anurag told us about them getting married.”
“Yeah… that was what… nine months back, and I don’t remember turning on my video for that… I never do.” She looked at him, confusion in her eyes.
“Yes, that one… it was the day of daylight savings, and both you and I got the time confused and joined an hour early, and I saw you on the video.” His voice was as soft as his lips as they grazed over her parted ones.
“Shit… you saw me that day?”
“I saw you lying in bed, your hair sprawled over the pillow, your eyes wide in anticipation of what Megha was going to tell you. Now that I think about it, I don’t think you realized you were on video, but I saw you… and at that moment, I knew. I knew you were the one for me.”
She smiled. “And you seeing me in my puffy-eyed pajama look was the reason?”
He chuckled deep inside. “Maybe… but I’ve always heard so much about you from Meggie, I felt I knew you even before I met you. I know you were there for her every step of the way even when you guys were oceans away, especially when she broke up with that fool.”
“Oh, her ex… that was tough on her,” Kushi said softly.
“She was so miserable, and I know you were her strength… so trusting and caring.”
“You make me sound like a super awesome person, but I’m not.” She blushed, happiness overflowing her heart.
“You are perfect for me, and the moment I saw you on the balcony looking at me, I knew you felt the same connection I felt for you when I saw you for the first time.” He kissed her cheek.
“That drone you had watching me was spooky,” she confessed tightening her hold on him.
“I was playing around with it, and I spotted you in that corner looking in my direction. Baby, you looked so sad, it hurt.”
“I just can’t believe this… I never expected I would find someone when I’m dealing with…” she sobbed, and he pulled her into his arms.
“Sweetheart, I can’t handle the tears, please.” He rubbed his palm on her back trying to ease the sadness.
“With the way my parents have been behaving, I’ve felt like an orphan, and with you last night and now… I feel like I have someone who cares for me.”
“I love you, Kushi… I will do everything in my power to keep you happy.”
/> She sobbed hugging him, the sadness she had kept pent up for weeks and the happiness of the moment were clashing. He hushed her, rocking her in his arms, giving her the time to grasp the moment, especially after hearing what he felt for her. He wasn’t expecting her to reciprocate his emotion, but for her to absorb what he told her was a good start.
When her sobs subsided, he kissed the top of her head before pulling back to look down at her. He ran the pads of his thumbs on her cheeks to wipe away the moisture. “Can I help you change?”
She nodded. “My clothes are stuck in my room.”
“Are you okay to sleep in one of my t-shirts?” When she nodded, he led her to the dressing area which was located between the bedroom and the bathroom. He opened the sliding door and reached for a white t-shirt.
Nirvan handed her the t-shirt and pointed to a sliding door. “You can change here, I’ll close that door.” He was about to step away from her when she reached out to take his hand in hers.
“Stay with me,” her voice was a whisper.
A glorious smile appeared on his face. “It’s going to be hard for me to keep my hands off you if I’m going to watch you change.”
Kushi bit her lip before placing the t-shirt on the small stool in the dressing area. She placed her palms on his shoulders to pull herself up to meet his lips, her mouth crashing into his. He grunted deep inside in response to her sudden urge to keep her lips on his, running his hands on her back, pulling her closer.
He kissed her sucking the air out of her lungs, and she kissed him back matching the intensity of the kiss. She moaned when she felt his hands on her bottom and wrapped her legs around him. He walked them to the massive bed on one side of the suite, his mouth never leaving hers.
They pulled back when their bodies hit the bed to catch their breaths only to pull each other closer. “I want you, Nirvan.”
“Baby, I’ve been waiting for those magic words.”
“Don’t make me beg.”
“Sweetheart, you have no idea how hard it is for me to…” His words were lost in a groan when she sunk her teeth into his arm just like she had the previous night on his neck, unable to contain her urges. He shifted moving on top of her, the silk of her skirt ruffling in response.
Kushi looked up at him enjoying bearing part of his weight as he supported his body on his elbows. She trailed her fingers on his neck where she had left a mark from their passionate encounter. “I’m glad we didn’t do anything last night only because I would have repented not remembering our first time together.”
“I’ll make this night memorable for us, sweetness.”
“Make me yours, Nirvan.” It was a plea.
He smiled, planting a soft kiss on her lips, worshiping them like they were delicate petals before trailing his lips down her neck. She moaned, raising her upper back off the mattress to lean into his kisses as his lips made their way lower toward her pebbled nipples. He ran his arm under her pulling her deeper into his kiss.
She let out a moan, tightening her arms around his head when she felt his tongue trace the curve of her breast that peeked from her fitted blouse.
“I’m going to lose it if you make that sound one more time.” His voice was muffled against her soft skin, and his breath was hot.
“Take me, Nirvan.” She pulled back slightly and reached for the buttons on his silk kurta and started tugging on them. He smiled at her impatience and sat up to pull the kurta over his head. She smiled looking at his chiseled chest.
“My turn.” She sat up and reached for the zipper on the side of her blouse only to get her hand swatted away.
“My turn,” he growled, pulling the zipper down to push the silk fabric partially up to hungrily cup her breasts. She groaned, clenching her teeth when she felt his warm mouth close down on her hardened nubs. She went up on her knees on the bed as she suckled and nibbled on the delicate skin.
He pulled her blouse over her head to remove any barriers that would separate his lips from her yearning breasts. He trailed his lips up to kiss her hard and murmured against her lips, “I want to taste you…”
Her inner depths clenched when she understood what he meant. The dull ache between her legs that she had ignored as he rejoiced on her nipples was now a demanding desire. A desire to be filled by him, taking away her emptiness.
“I’m yours to take, Nirvan!”
Nirvan deepened his kiss making her knees weak, and he held her as her body slid onto the bed. He let go of her lips to trail lower, his hands pulling on the zipper of her skirt. Her stomach clenched, and she raised her hips off the mattress as he pulled down the layered skirt and her panties with it.
“Beautiful,” he said under his breath, and she closed her eyes in delight.
“Look at me, sweetheart.” His words made her eyes flutter open. “I love you.”
His words made her heart race, and then he pressed his lips to her for a brief moment before trailing them lower. He kissed her neck, every kiss tantalizing her skin and making her heart pound against her ribs.
She fisted her fingers in the softness of the pillow as he trailed his lips lower kissing every inch of her skin painfully slow. She gasped when he dug his tongue into her belly button before tugging on the delicate skin with his teeth.
“Nirvan…” she purred.
“I love it when you say my name like that,” he growled against her mound before digging his tongue into her drenched folds. She let go of the pillow and fisted her fingers in his thick, dark hair.
He worshiped her inner depths with his tongue, and she cried his name embracing the tsunami of sensations that enveloped her entirety. She tossed her head from one side to the other as he lapped up her release like she was the sweetest thing ever. He placed a kiss on her mound before reaching back up to close in on her mouth. She moaned taking in the hunger in his kiss and gave in to his demands.
Nirvan peeled his lips away from hers to get off the bed to reach for something in his jeans pocket and shedding his jeans and boxers before going back to lie down next to her. She heard the crinkle of the foil as he rolled over her introducing his hard shaft to her throbbing folds, teasing them softly.
Another peak started to build inside her as he stroked her, and when he filled her with uncontrollable desire, she called out his name enjoying the sweet pain. A pain that was coveted for it would only be replaced by pleasure. He built a rhythm, and when the landfall occurred, they both groaned in unison.
“I love you, Nirvan,” she murmured into his neck as he crashed over her, his weight threatening to crush her as he wrapped her into his arms, delving into a shared state of bliss…
Nirvana.
Chapter 8
“Meggie, you and I should find our princes and get married on the same day.”
“Yes, Kushi, and we should live nearby and play together.”
“I want to be friends with you, and I want our princes to be friends, and then we will be friends forever.”
Kushi’s eyes flew open as the memory of her conversations with Megha came flooding back—the one about getting married on the same day and their ‘princes’ being friends. She stretched letting out a slight snort at the silliness that they had and how Megha was a lot more open about being attached to their pact then Kushi was. It may have been an innocent pact that they made as eight-year-old girls, but that was what kept their friendship alive—their need to share everything with one another and being each other’s strength.
She felt movement behind her, and it was at that point she remembered where she was and unlike the previous night, she remembered every bit of the night she spent with Nirvan. It wasn’t until early that morning that they were satiated and exhausted from making love to each other.
“Good morning, love.” He planted sweet kisses on her bare shoulder.
She moaned in response rubbing her back over the steel rod that was poking into her back.
“Yeah, I want you, too, but I want you to eat and gain some energy before I have y
ou again.” He groaned sucking in a big chunk of her flesh between his teeth making her cry out in pain and pool with pleasure between her legs.
She turned in his arms, and he threw a possessive leg over her, pulling her closer. “Why didn’t you come see me if you felt strongly about me. If I felt the connection when I saw you, I probably would have felt that way.”
He smirked. “I couldn’t take a chance, not with the way you girls had dreamed up your prince charming coming for you.”
She sat up in bed, grabbing the sheets around her. “That’s not true.”
He laughed shaking his head.
“Nirvan, what’s so funny?”
“You two ladies, for how smart you are, are such babies.” He didn’t stop laughing.
“Nirvan, stop laughing.” She reached out and just like the night before, she placed her hand over his mouth to stop him from laughing, and it only stopped because he pulled her hand away and pressed his lips to hers.
When they both surfaced from the deep kiss, she was laughing from the endless tickling.
“Let’s see if you can stop laughing now,” he teased, and she pleaded for him to stop. She placed her head on his chest steadying her breath.
“I love you, Nirvan… for reasons I cannot explain.”
“Love you, too, baby, and falling in love needs no reasoning… it just happens.” He kissed the top of her head.
“I’m so glad we finally met.”
“Does this qualify for how you imagined meeting your prince charming?” She heard the chuckle deep inside his throat.
“What’s so funny?” She turned her head to look at him.
“How do you think Anurag and Meggie met?”
She smiled, her eyes glowing. “They met on the plane and liked each other.”
He smiled and kissed her on her forehead. “I’ll let you in on a secret if you don’t tell Meggie this secret.”
“Don’t tell me, I don’t want to know anything that I can’t share with Meggie,” she paused realizing she hadn’t told her about the mess with her parents, but that was only because she didn’t want to ruin her happy times. “I will eventually tell her about my parents.”
