Gerri glanced at the intergalactic communication unit and groaned. She hadn’t been that far in a while. The piles of letters and work she’d been able to divide and finally gotten under control were about to lose the war with organization.
She picked up the phone and dialed the number on the resume at the top of her desk.
“Hello, this is Gerri Wilder. I’d like to speak to you about the assistant position. Can you come in for a meeting as soon as possible? Great.”
