Teaser Tuesday (The Billionaires Temptations Book 2)

“So, what about you?” I ask, “You mentioned at the park that your parents don’t live here, so where do they live?”
She looks at me and opens her mouth but nothing comes out.
She laughs nervously, “You were right before, when you said that I am not an open person. I don’t really share my life story with anyone, but for some reason, with you, I feel like… I just feel like it will be okay if I do.”
She pauses and I wait patiently for her to continue.
“I don’t know where my parents live because I never met them. They gave me up when I was a baby and I have no clue why, so I just imagine that maybe my mother was really young and she just wanted to give me the best possible chance. I don’t know. Those girls that I was at the beach with today, those are my friends from the foster home. We are like sisters, really. That’s why I hang out with them. They are the only family I have.”
* * *
We arrive at my place.
“It’s my favorite view in this city,” I say.
“I can see why,” she replies quietly.
“Summer, there is more to my story than I told you in the car. I just… first of all I need to know that I can trust you.”
“Of course, you can,” she walks up to me and wraps her arms around me.
I notice the subtle changes in her body language since she shared her story with me. She does not hesitate as much when reaching out to me and she seems taller as if the weight she had been carrying has lifted off her shoulders.
“What is the ‘second of all’?”
“Second,” I say, “I need to know if you can handle it.” She looks at me with furrowed eyebrows. I lead her to the theatre room beneath the spiral staircase.
“Wow! A movie theatre room in your own apartment. This is so amazing.”
“That’s not it,” I go over to the wall where there are three switches.
I flip up the first one which turns on the lights. I flip up the second one which turns on soft music in the room. Finally, I flip up the third switch and watch as the wall with the TV begins disappearing into the ceiling revealing another room behind it.
Summer gasps as she takes in this new room. There is a large circular bed in the center of the room with four posts sitting on either side of it. She walks to one of the walls that has an assortment of whips hanging from it. To the other side of that are handcuffs and choke collars.
“What is this place?”
“This is who I am, Summer. This is part of me. So now, can I trust you?” She looks at me for a moment before nodding, “Can you handle this?”
She glances around the room again and then back at me. She walks over to where I am standing and without another word, she goes down to her knees and kneels with her face to the ground.
“Summer, look at me,” she takes a moment before looking up but instead of seeing the fear in her eyes that I expected, I see a small twinkle. “Can you handle this?” I ask again.
“Yes Sir,” she replies. My body reacts and I feel the excitement building inside of me. I reach down to her and take her by the neck, softly at first but when I see that she is okay, I press harder. I lead her over to where the bed sits and I unzip her dress. I unclasp her bra and let it fall to the ground. I pull down her panties and push those to the side as well.
“Do you know what this is?” I ask.
“You want me to listen to you, right? Obey your commands.”
“Yes,” I breathe into her ear, “and if you don’t listen, you will be punished, do you understand that?” She nods.
I walk over to the wall and take down the handcuffs. I turn and before walking to her, I take a moment to admire her standing there completely naked with her hair spilling over her shoulders. Stunning, I think to myself.
I lay her down on the bed and I use the handcuffs to shackle her arms and legs to the posts by the bed so she lays spread open, ready for the taking.
“We will start with this, something simple. If you want me to stop, just use a safe word.”
“What’s the safe word?” she whispers.
“Spring,” I respond.
I close my eyes and whisper, “Are you ready?” I open them to see her looking right at me; expecting, anticipating.
“Yes,” she says.
I nod and I take my shirt off and my shorts; letting my fullness spring forth. I climb on top of the bed and unshackle her feet so that I can press her knees to her chest.
In this moment, her and I become one body, moving and pulsing together. Her breathing matches my own. Her hips move with mine in a perfect rhythm. All too soon, we both release ourselves and the moment dissipates into the air hanging on every attempt to catch our breath.”
I fucken love this book. It’s awesome.
“Cally so needs to read this. It’s fucken brilliant.”
Epilogue: Cally
“It feels right, so it’s right.”
We finally finish unloading my things. We step into the courtyard when Bob pokes his head around the door.
“Ty, I have news,” Bob calls.
“What is it?” Ty asks.
“Harvey is back in town,” Bob replies.
“You know where he is?” I ask.
“I did facial recognition on all the streams from the CCTV and traffic cams; he is heading toward the club,” he says plainly.
“Shit, I bet he is looking for me,” Ty says.
We jump into the van and Ty winds down the window.
“Thanks, Bob, keep me updated,” Ty says.
We head back to the club. We approach the security barrier which is broken into two. There is no sign of the guard.
“What the fuck is going on here?” Ty asks.
We can see a few cars parked by the entrance. Beau’s car is one of them. Some of the vehicle doors have been left open.
“I don’t like it,” I reply.
“It is too obvious to go in the front,” Ty says.
“Park the van, and we will go to the back entrance,” I say.
We jump from the van and walk quickly around the perimeter of the parking lot.
“It is a long walk,” I say.
“You’re telling me, how much further?”
“We are half way.”
We continue to walk. I see Ty pull out his cell phone.
“Who are you calling?” I ask, in curiosity.
“I am going to see where Joseph is,” he replies.
He holds his cell to his ear.
“Hello J, it’s me, Ty,” he says.
Ty listens.
“We have trouble at the club. Harvey is here!”
He listens.
“How long, thirty minutes?” he says.
He looks at me and screws his face up.
“He can be here in half an hour or so,” he says. His eyes are focused like a wolf’s.
We reach the barber shop, but it is still locked, and there is no one inside.
“Shit, we can’t go back. Smash the fucking door window,” I say.
Ty grabs a bar and smashes the glass. He reaches inside and opens the lock.
“Which way?” he asks.
“Follow me,” I say.
We walk into the back of the barber shop. I grab a box from the shelf. I reach inside and pull out a pistol. I hand it to Ty.
“Sneaky,” he says.
“Joseph is always prepared,” I say smiling.
“Where is the door?” Ty asks.
“Tell anyone and your dead,” I giggle.
I reach for the middle coat hanger and twist. The wall slides open, and we are faced with pure darkness.
“Where is the light?” Ty asks.
“Just walk,” I say.
We slowly walk into the darkness. The small Led lights begin to glow by the floor.
“That is so cool,” Ty says with a smile. He’s like a kid at Christmas time.
“It saves any attention, they only light where we are walking,” I explain.
We pass Joseph
’s room. I knock on the door. There is no answer.
“Conor must not be here, or he is up front,” I say.
We reach the door of the club.
“Now we have to be quiet, we are just about to enter the club,” I whisper.
I open the door, and we walk inside. The storage room smells of fruits and vegetables. We walk to the next door. I look through the glass.
The hallway is empty.
We quietly walk down the hall and can hear voices shouting. Ty shoves the gun in the back of my jeans.
“What?” I ask.
“If there is anyone there, they will expect me to have a gun, not you,” he whispers.
We reach the heavy black curtain. Ty pulls it back slightly and peers through the hole.
He pulls his head back.
“Fuck,” he murmurs.
“What is it?” I ask.
Simon James and Harvey are in there. Beau and Shona are kneeling on the floor.
I go to rush forward, “No,” I squeal.
“Who’s there?” I hear a voice.
“Shit, they’ve heard us,” Ty whispers.
“Come out with your hands up, show yourselves,” the voice says.
We stand silently.
“Come out now, or Joseph gets it in the head,” the voice says.
I hear another voice, “What do you mean Joseph; this is Ty?”
“Whoever the fuck they call themselves, they will have a bullet between their ears if you don’t come out,” the first voice says.
Ty leans closer to my ear, “They have no idea, we have an advantage,” he whispers.
I nod in agreement.
We step from behind the curtain. Our hands are raised.
We walk towards the guys. I can see Simon James. The Harvey guy is also there. They are both holding guns.
“What do we have here?” Simon James says.
He stares at Ty and then looks at Beau.
“Who the fuck are you? he yells.
“Who are you looking for and I will tell you if I am him,” Ty says.
“Joseph, is that you, or is this fucker on the floor Joseph?” Simon asks.
“That depends on what you want with Joseph?” Ty asks.
“I thought it was him I saw here, and I know it was him who told Peter fucking Grimes to steal my money,” Simon says.
“Well Simon, you know Joseph. You know you are in trouble,” Ty says.
Ty stop annoying him; he has a gun pointed at you.
“Who is this guy anyway?” Ty nods to Harvey.
“I am Harvey, Ty was coming for me I heard, I thought I would save him the trouble,” he says.
“What would he want with you?” Ty asks.
“A little birdy has told me, he now knows of my Kisses business and wants to end it,” he replies waving the gun.
I can now see what Ty is doing; he is confusing the guys. It is evident they have no idea who is who.
I glance to Shona and Beau. Shona grimaces and nods slightly.
Beau looks into my eyes. I can see he knows it will be okay.
Beau, I am not so sure how this will end.
“Frisk them,” Simon yells at Harvey.
“I don’t fucken work for you,” Harvey yells.
“Just fucken do it, or I will put a bullet in you,” he orders.
Harvey begins to walk toward us. I step closer to Ty. He grabs for the gun.
He pulls it from my jeans and begins to point it at Harvey. A shot rings out, and Ty lunges backward clutching his shoulder. The gun goes flying across the wooden floor.
“Don’t fuck with me Ty or Joseph, whatever your name is,” he says.
I kneel next to Ty and look at Simon. He stands there with the gun held in front of him. A small plume of smoke rises from the barrel.
“You fucker,” I scream.
“A fiery little cunt, watch your mouth or your next,” Simon says smiling.
Harvey picks up the gun and shoves it into his waistband. He drags Ty over and shoves him next to Beau. I kneel with Ty and try to stop the bleeding. I pull off my sweatshirt and hold it against his chest.
“I am okay, just a flesh wound,” he says.
“Don’t, fucking die on me, you hear,” I whisper.
“I am not going anywhere,” he says as he strokes my cheek with his bloodied hand.
“Now we have a situation, who has got access to my money, and who wants to end him and his drug empire,” Simon says.
Simon looks at Ty and Beau.
“If I end you both, I solve his problem, and I have nothing, and if I kill one of you I have a fifty-fifty-chance of getting it right,” he says.
“Who do you think is your guy?” Simon asks Harvey.
“I have an idea, how did I break my hand,” he asks Beau.
“Back of a cab, the cabbie slammed the door on you,” Beau says.
He looks at Ty, “How do I know you?” he asks.
“We were in the force together, that was until I was framed. It was you and the chief, I see it now,” Ty replies.
“Well that doesn’t work,” Harvey says.
I hear a voice, “Maybe I can enlighten you.”
Joseph walks through the door of the club. Simon and Harvey look at Ty, Beau, and Joseph.
“Who the fuck are you?” Harvey yells.
He walks slowly toward Simon.
“Hello Simon and Hello Harvey,” he says.
Joseph keeps walking, his hands on his head.
He looks at Beau and smiles.
He looks at Ty and smiles.
They nod, and they understand.
“Frisk him,” Simon says.
“Fuck off you frisk him, this is weird,” Harvey says.
Joseph steps closer to Simon. Not an ounce of fear on his face.
“Who are you?” Simon asks as he frisks Joseph.
“I am the answer to all the problems,” Joseph says.
He puts the gun against Joseph’s head.
“You are making a big mistake,” Joseph mutters.
“One move and your dead,” Simon says.
Joseph looks at Beau and Ty, “It’s okay brothers, I have it all under control.”
Umm, it doesn’t really seem like it. But I have a good feeling about this. What on earth is gonna happen now? It seems the whole lot of us might be in BIG trouble…
“It feels right, so it’s right.”
