Protecting Dakota (Sleeper SEALs Book 1)

But now she was eager for his mouth, and she not only enjoyed, but craved a harder touch on her nipples. Loved it when he pinched her hard peaks as he played with her. Wanting to taste her, Slade moved down her body, settling himself on his stomach between her legs. He pushed them up until they rested on his shoulders.
“Comfortable?” he asked. Ever aware of her knee, he waited to continue until she nodded.
Once she reassured him, he dipped his head and lightly licked her distended bud, which was already peeking out from its protective hood. Using one fingertip, he teased her opening as he licked and sucked on her bundle of nerves.
It wasn’t until she was shifting under him, pressing her hips up toward his face, begging for him to stop messing around, that he slowly eased his finger inside her. He’d never get tired of how hot and tight she was. It was as if her body was made for him and only him. He smiled at the feel of her copious juices easing the way. She knew what she wanted and wasn’t ashamed of the way her body wept for him.
He licked harder at her clit as he curled his index finger inside her and found her G-spot. Dakota was the most responsive woman he’d ever been with, and he knew it was because they were meant to belong to each other. He smiled as she clenched against him and moaned as he set up a rhythmic stroking of that special spot inside her.
Able to read her body as well as his own, he loved the way Dakota’s thighs began to shake and her hips pressed upward. She was close, and he couldn’t wait to feel her explode. He didn’t need to be inside her to glory in her orgasm.
He concentrated on licking hard and fast over her clit while at the same time increasing the speed of his finger against her G-spot. Within seconds, she was shaking uncontrollably and Slade felt a surge of wetness against his palm as she came.
He continued to lap at her clit until he felt her flinch away from his touch. He brought the finger that had been inside her up to his mouth and licked it clean. Then he crawled up her boneless body and kneeled over her. His cock was dripping precome and he couldn’t wait to be inside the woman he loved.
“I love you,” he told her.
“I love you too,” Dakota responded immediately. Her eyes moved over his face, from his beard, which was soaked in her juices, to his lips, which he licked as she watched. He felt her shiver under him with increased desire.
“I need you,” she told him without an ounce of shyness.
“I’ll always need you,” Slade returned. Then reached down and grasped his rock-hard cock and ran it up and down her soaked slit. She tilted her hips up as he got to where she wanted him and pressed her hands into his ass cheeks.
Moving slowly, Slade sank into her body. “Every time feels like the first,” he said in awe. “Your body grabs mine and sucks me in.”
“I love the feel of you inside me,” Dakota told him.
“And I love the feel of me inside you,” Slade said with a smile. It was a running joke between them, a ritual of sorts. He pressed inside her until he couldn’t go any more, then put one hand under her ass, lifted, and was able to gain another precious few millimeters. When he felt his balls flush against her ass, she used her inner muscles to squeeze him.
Slade took a deep breath and squeezed her butt in response. “So greedy,” he said with a smile.
“Always. I want all you can give me.”
He pulled out slowly, looking down between them, watching as his cock emerged from her body, covered in her excitement. “I’ll never get tired of this,” he told her, not taking his eyes away from where they were joined as he sank back inside. “I love seeing you all over my cock.”
Then he brought his eyes back up to hers, propped himself up with both hands on the mattress at her sides and began to make love to her.
In and out.
In and out.
He pressed in slowly, then pulled out quickly.
He gave her a few fast strokes, then slowed and moved inside her leisurely, making love as if he could last all night.
But Dakota wasn’t in the mood for slow tonight. She bent both knees and wrapped her thighs high around his lower back. “Fuck me, Slade. I need it. I need you.”
Knowing he was losing the precious control he’d been holding on to for all he was worth, Slade partially sat up and took hold of her ankles in his hands. He gently placed them on his shoulders, then leaned over her again.
Dakota was now almost folded in half and completely at his mercy. She moved one hand up to her head and grabbed a pillow from next to her. Slade helped her stuff it under her ass, then she raised both arms above her and held on to the slats of his bed.
She looked him in the eye and said softly, “Fuck me, Slade. Fuck me hard.”
Her words released his iron control. He slammed into her, hard, knowing from the moan she let out that she loved it. He did it again. Then again. Each time she gripped him and thrust her pelvis up toward him.
Slade knew he wasn’t going to last. With every thrust, it felt as if he could feel himself bottom out inside her. She was so tight, and so wet, the noises his cock made as it tunneled inside her were almost obscene. But he didn’t care, and apparently neither did Dakota.
“Come inside me, Slade. Fill me up.”
After another talk about children, Slade had undergone a vasectomy. He’d wanted the freedom to come inside Dakota and didn’t want her to have to fill her body with hormones to prevent an accidental pregnancy. It was the best decision he’d ever made, because now he could fuck her without anything between them. It was messy, sure, but also intimate and exciting.
As if her words were all his balls had been waiting for, they let loose a monster load of come. He reached between them and thumbed Dakota’s clit hard as he came. He felt her come a second time as he did. They jerked and thrust against each other, lost in the joy and pleasure of their bodies and being together.
Slade came back to himself before Dakota did, and he gently removed her legs from his shoulders, kissing each calf before carefully placing them back on the mattress, making sure not to jostle her still-healing knee. He kept himself lodged inside her, knowing he’d eventually slip out, and turned them until Dakota was once more lying on top of him.
“Mmmmm,” she murmured, stretching against him like a contented kitten.
“You okay? Nothing hurts?” Slade asked.
“No. I’m great. Awesome,” she said sleepily.
“I love you,” Slade told her.
“Love you too.”
A short moment passed, then Dakota said, “My second toe is longer than my big toe.”
Slade smiled. He’d never, ever get tired of hearing her give him silly facts about her. “I don’t have any tattoos because I’m scared of needles.”
She lifted her head at that and looked at him incredulously. “Really?”
“Really.”
“Hmmm. I felt awful when I was taken that I didn’t know more about you, but I just realized that I knew the most important thing. Everything else is just fluff. Fluff I like, don’t get me wrong, but we could go for the rest of our lives and still not know everything there is to know about each other.”
“What was the most important thing, love?” Slade asked.
“I knew down to my very soul that you would do whatever you had to do to find me.”
“Damn straight,” Slade said, and kissed her hard. It was wet, and long, and he hoped it conveyed all that he was feeling.
It did.
“I love you,” Dakota said as she lay her head on his chest and snuggled in for the night.
“And I love you, sweetheart.”
Greg Lambert couldn’t sleep. He’d re-read through the final report that Slade Cutsinger had sent him. It had been thorough and complete and he couldn’t help but feel a twinge of pride that he’d had a hand in removing a terrorist threat that would’ve crippled the United States if it had been left unchecked.
But that didn’t mean there weren’t more threats looming. Slade and his friends might’ve ended
one, but there were still plenty more.
The pressure of knowing there were more terrorists out there, plotting and planning to kill innocent American citizens, made it hard for Greg to sleep. Sitting up and throwing his feet over the side of his mattress, he decided that since he wasn’t sleeping, he might as well get up and plan the next takedown.
He shuffled into his home office. Kissing his fingers and pressing them to the glass of the frame that held a picture of his late wife, Greg settled into the chair behind his desk. He pulled out the list of former Navy SEALs who’d been identified as candidates for the solo missions and tried to decide who to call, and which terrorist to take down next.
Running his finger down the page, he stopped at one name. Bingo. He’d researched this man and knew without a doubt he would succeed in what Greg was going to ask of him. The former commander glanced at his watch. It was too early to call right now, but in the meantime, he’d make notes.
One terrorist might’ve been taken down, but there was always more waiting in the wings.
Greg picked up the cold cup of tea he’d been drinking earlier and added a splash of whiskey. Then he held it up in a silent toast. To Slade…and Dakota. May you live the rest of your lives free from the worries of terrorism. Love each other like there’s no tomorrow, because you never know when there might not be.
And with that, Greg slammed back the strong concoction and took a deep breath. Time to get back to work.
Thank you to everyone for picking up this last book in my SEAL of Protection Series. I had to end it like I started it…with Caroline being snatched. :) But in this one, like in her own book, she comes through the ordeal stronger as a result…and in this case, Dakota really needed her to keep her calm and focused.
The SEAL of Protection series will continue with the team you met in this book. Gumby, Rocco, and the others get their OWN series…SEAL of Protection: Legacy. Look for the first book, Defending Caite, to be out in 2018.
