“Stop,” Alex pleaded. “Stop. I’m going to come.”

He’d remembered the first time Alex had blown him. He’d given the man the same courtesy warning, and Alex had half-swallowed before wearing the rest all over his face. God, the image made Ricky’s balls burn. When Alex tried to pull away again, Ricky held him tightly, fucking him as fast as his neck would move.

“Oh fuck,” Alex cried out. “Fuck. Ricky. Fuu-ck!” His hips bucked wildly for a couple of seconds before he held Ricky tight to his groin and released his hot load into Ricky’s mouth.

When Alex finished, Ricky licked him clean, savoring the sweeter taste of Alex’s come. After, Alex dropped to his knees between Ricky’s thighs and curled his head against Ricky’s lap.

  “Was that okay?” he asked.

Ricky shook his head. “I should be asking you.”

  “No, I mean…”

“I know what you mean,” Ricky said. He tilted Alex’s head up so he could gaze into his dark, soulful eyes. “Come taste for yourself,” he offered.

Alex’s smile was shy. He rose up on his knees, and Ricky lowered his mouth over his. It was Ricky’s turn to groan when Alex parted his lips and opened for him. Ricky pulled Alex in a close embrace, tangling his hands through his thick, curly hair, as their tongues crossed and twirled in a dance that lasted for several minutes.

When they came up for air, Alex stared at Ricky with something new in his expression.

  “What?” Ricky asked.

“I want to be able to kiss you whenever I feel like it. I don’t want to hold anything back between us.”

Ricky softened his expression. Alex made him feel things he didn’t know he was capable of feeling. He wasn’t sure what to call what they had between them, but it was definitely something special. He remembered what he’d said to Rose when she’d asked him why he never brought anyone home.

He stood up, disengaging from Alex. He went to the wall and flipped on the overhead light.

Alex blinked, his lower lip quivering. “Did I do something wrong?”

“On the contrary,” Ricky said. “You’ve done everything right.”

  “Then why are you leaving?”

“We’re—” Ricky gestured back and forth between himself and Alex. “Leaving.” He reached down and helped him up from the floor. They stood chest to chest. He raised up and kissed Alex soundly on the lips. “You can kiss me anytime you want.”

A loud boom startled them both. Alex grinned. “Come here for a minute. I want to show you something.”

Ricky took Alex’s hand, and they walked across the bedroom to the large recessed window. He pulled back the curtain just in time for them to witness a shower of bright red sparks falling in a circular arch of brilliance against the night sky.

“Wow,” Ricky muttered as another explosion released a hail of white streamers that reminded him of a house fern. “The second best fireworks of the evening.”

  “Definitely second best.”

Ricky moved in behind Alex and wrapped his arms around him. They stood there until the last firework faded from the sky. “You ready to go?”

“Yes,” Alex said, turning to face Ricky. “Where are we going?”

He slid his hand down into Alex’s. “I’d really like to introduce you to my sister.”
