She looked worried, her eyes glancing to the door of the bathroom and then back to him. “Don’t we have visitors?”

“That we do, but since we are soon to be married they’d be concerned if we weren’t having fun in the shower.”

“Oh,” she said, seeming torn by the idea of staying naked with him and hurrying to meet their guests. He decided to sweeten the deal by pushing his fingers through her pussy lips over and over. Her knees wobbled and she clung to him, moaning softly as her instinct to have him inside her took over, her hips thrusting forward, seeking a deeper penetration.

“I need to be inside you,” Baylen whispered as he pushed his fingers up into her wet pussy.

“I need that, too,” she confessed on a groan as he lifted her off the ground and pressed her against the wall. He thrust into her slowly, his cock growing harder as her slick muscles caressed him. She gasped softly.

Fuck. He already wanted to come. He hadn’t expected being inside her to affect him this way. He wasn’t used to being in charge. He wasn’t used to leading the way. But goddess help him, he wasn’t going to let his mubella down.

He wrapped his hands tighter around her ass cheeks, moving his fingers until he could press against the sensitive puckered muscles of her anus. She jolted at the first touch, lifting slightly, moaning when he crammed his cock back into her even harder.

“Lean forward,” he ordered, suddenly understanding the appeal of being in charge. She did as he asked, draping her upper body over his as he moved them away from the hard wall. He lifted her up, controlling her movement, pulling his cock from her pussy for only a moment before slamming back in. He touched her anus again, his fingers caressing the sensitive skin as she shook in his arms. He held her tight against him as he pushed the tip of his finger into her back passage. She moaned, her body shaking deliciously as he wiggled his finger into her ass.

“That’s it, Jen,” he said as her orgasm began. He could feel her pussy gripping him tighter, her loss of control stealing his own. He wanted to move back to the wall, unable to rein in his need, desperate to come inside her. He lifted her again and again, slamming his cock into her pussy, trying desperately not to hurt her. He almost cried out in relief when Tosh came into the bathroom. He leaned against the wall, cradling Jen in his embrace, protecting her from the hard surface and Baylen’s desperate need.

“That sounded like a beautiful orgasm,” he said to them both, “but I missed seeing it.” He pushed his hand between them, caressing her clit and Baylen’s cock as his pace increased and his sanity snapped. He pounded into her like a madman, pushing her against Tosh again and again as they both began to orgasm. Jenelle shook between them, her keening cry bouncing off the tiles and setting his own body ablaze. Cum burst from his cock, his knees shaking as his orgasm went on and on.

But Tosh held them both safe, reaching for Baylen as well when it seemed his legs no longer worked. Jenelle rested her head against Tosh’s collarbone, her eyes half closed, the smile on her face that of a woman deeply satisfied.

Tosh gave him a loving smile. “We’ve decided to go out for dinner. I actually came in to ask what to do about the food you already cooked.”

It took a few moments for Tosh’s words to make sense in his head, but then Baylen nodded. “It’ll keep if I freeze it.” He carefully stepped away from Jenelle, his spent cock falling from her pussy, his seed dribbling down her thighs as he watched. The sense of satisfaction it gave him was strange, kind of like he’d marked her as his. It was sad that their joining would never create a child, but it was the woman herself who held him captivated.

He stepped back into the stream of water, washing himself down quickly as Tosh helped Jenelle. She was still shaking when the computer cycled to the drying phase.

“Are you okay, sweetie?” Baylen asked, his heart welling with love as she gave him a warm smile.

  “Very okay.”

  Chapter Eleven

Dinner was an interesting experience. Jax, Tosh, and Baylen had offered to take her out to a Desconian restaurant before, but she’d always managed to wriggle out of it. Tonight, however, it would have been very rude to try.

Jax’s sister was a truly lovely person. Too bad she didn’t seem to like Jenelle.

“So the mubella claiming ceremony is in three days?”

“Yes,” Jenelle answered nervously. Now that she knew what was involved she was almost looking forward to it…almost—the whole being naked and doing that in front of an audience was still a little unnerving.

“And you’re going to let them claim you even though you can’t give them children?”

The whole table went quiet. Jax looked angry enough to explode, and Tosh and Baylen were already moving to separate her from Galeena’s nasty words.

But from somewhere deep inside her, anger grew.

She was tired of being treated like she meant nothing by people who didn’t know her.

She’d been kicked off one planet for doing something that was perfectly natural years before the laws were changed. She was under threat of being kicked off another planet for something that had been done to her without her knowledge or consent. If Jax, Tosh, and Baylen hadn’t intervened, heaven only knew where she could have ended up. They might not love her, but they cared enough to protect her. It was selfish to marry them, but it was also what she needed to be safe, and honestly, after everything that had happened to her before now, didn’t she deserve just a little happiness? She was only asking for a couple of years.

Jenelle held up a hand to signal for her men to stop and then turned her full attention to Galeena.

“Did it stop you from marrying Alekai and Tyler?”

“That’s different,” Galeena said defensively, apparently not having expected Jenelle to go on the attack.

“How is it different? You married two men knowing that you’d never be able to give them children. How is my situation any different?”

Tears filled Galeena’s eyes, but she didn’t answer, just stared at Jenelle as her husband Tyler moved to pull her away. Jenelle watched her go before turning back to face Jax. But Jax was already moving toward his sister, anger very clear in every step. Jenelle didn’t really regret her words. For Jax’s sake she probably should have kept her mouth shut, but she was so very tired of being at the mercy of what other people believed.

Tyler, Galeena, Alekai, and Jax disappeared around the corner at the same time that Tosh and Baylen moved to embrace her.

“Are you okay?” Tosh asked quietly.

“I shouldn’t have said that.” She drew the line at apologizing. She wasn’t sorry for what she’d said, but she hated the fact that her words had hurt Jax. It was obvious he cared deeply for his sister. Feeling anxious and jittery, Jenelle watched the hallway they’d disappeared into, hoping Jax would come back, but it remained empty. Galeena’s words had been cruel, but they highlighted how desperately Desconian families wanted children in their lives. “Galeena moved back to the capital to be close to the children she thought we would have. Didn’t she?”

Both Tosh and Baylen hesitated but finally nodded, silently confirming what she’d thought she’d heard when Galeena and her husbands had first arrived at the apartment. At the time Jax had been busy distracting her, so Jenelle hadn’t been certain she’d heard correctly. Considering her own obsession with the subject she’d written it off as paranoia.

But right now panic seized her as she realized that her actions weren’t just affecting three men that she truly cared for but their extended families as well. The hopes and expectations of grandchildren from their own parents now that their sons were claiming a human mubella would be crushed as well.

  “Maybe we should rethink—”

“Don’t even say it,” Tosh said angrily. “We are not rethinking anything. The claiming ceremony will go on as expected.”

She turned her face into his shoulder, hiding her embarrassment. She hadn’t been about to call off the wedding—she was too frightened to
face the new laws alone. She’d only meant to suggest a shorter time before they set her aside and claimed a real mubella, one who could give them babies and a happy future. It was probably very cowardly of her not to give them a chance to back out, but she’d been lucky to find Descon after the way she’d been removed from Earth. What were her chances of surviving the next planet she was dumped on? Not every species was as fair-minded as the Desconians.

“Come on, baby girl. Let’s get you home.”

“Jax?” she asked numbly as he lifted her into his arms and cradled her close.

Tears started to flow down her face as he carried her out to their transport. Baylen still held her hand, squeezing tightly as misery overwhelmed the hope she’d been feeling.

“It’s okay, Jen. I won’t let her hurt you like that again.”

  “Her?” she asked in surprise.

“Galeena knows she shouldn’t have said what she did. She has no right to treat you that way.”

“She was just disappointed,” Jenelle said quietly, defending the woman’s nasty words, perhaps even defending her own response. Jax made a soft sound, but she couldn’t interpret its meaning.

“It’s okay, Jen,” Baylen said, squeezing her hand again as they settled into the seats of the small flying pod. “It will all work out. I promise you.”

  Chapter Twelve

Jax watched the artist paint the symbols of what they were loosely calling Jenelle’s “family” crest. Since she didn’t actually know who her family was, between the three of them they’d designed a vine-like tattoo that weaved between the existing symbols of their tredella joinings. They’d kept it as a surprise, worried that she would try to deny the necessity in the name of their convenient marriage. In Jax’s mind the symbol was perfect, and it was exactly the way Jenelle had affected their lives—she’d become a part of them without even realizing how deeply she’d affected them all.

“This is a very beautiful design,” the artist said as he added the meticulous details that Baylen had requested. “It’s obvious that the woman is very special to you.”

“She is,” Jax said with a smile. She might not realize it yet, but a future without her in it was not an option. Jax knew Tosh and Baylen felt exactly the same way. This was actually the first time they’d been apart from her since the ill-fated dinner with his sister.

It was three days later, and he was still reeling from Galeena’s out-of-character behavior. The fact that Jenelle had tried to defend the woman on their way home just proved how amazing their chosen mubella truly was.

She’d raised the subject of their “temporary” joining several times over the past couple days, but between him, Baylen, and Tosh they’d managed to distract her quite thoroughly and even convince her not to worry about it now. If they had their way, she’d never have to worry about it ever. They knew she still expected them to put her aside once she was safe from deportation, but they were truly hoping that time would work in their favor. They planned to make it very hard for the woman to even think about walking away.

“Okay,” the artist said with a grin. “I’m finished here. Enjoy the ceremony.”

“Thanks. We plan to,” Tosh said, grinning back at the man.

Jax glanced around the small room and finally realized that Baylen was missing. Tosh must have realized who he was looking for, because he tilted his head toward the general direction of where Jenelle was preparing for their wedding and grinned.

“Bay wanted to make certain that our soon-to-be wife didn’t have a chance for any second thoughts.”

“Good idea,” Jax said as he rolled off the preparation table and onto his feet. He reached a hand out for his husband. “Let’s go join him.”

  * * * *

Jenelle was pretty sure Baylen wasn’t supposed to be here yet, but none of the attendants seemed to mind as long as he stayed out of their way. She tried not to blush in embarrassment as they urged her to strip off her clothes and step into a tub filled with red liquid. She knew what it was, understood that it would permanently remove all of the hair from her body, but still couldn’t stop the shaking that accompanied such a symbolic move into Desconian society.

Even the tattoos they planned to paint on her skin would fade in about five years, but the permanent absence of body hair would always be a reminder of what she couldn’t truly have. God help her, she’d fallen in love with men she had no right to love.

“Can we skip this part?” she whispered to one of the attendants.

“Skip?” the woman asked like she’d never heard the word before. Unfortunately her voice was loud enough to alert Baylen of a problem. He straightened up from the wall where he’d been leaning and headed over to the tub.

“Anything I can help with?” Baylen asked in his usual friendly manner.

Jenelle was about to blurt out a big, fat “no,” but the attendant beat her to it.

“Just wedding-day jitters,” she said, using the ancient human word instead of calling it a claiming ceremony. “Human brides sometimes feel overwhelmed by some of our customs.”

“Of course,” Baylen said as he gave her a warm smile, “but I suspect my mubella has a very specific reason for wanting to keep her body hair.”

Damn, the man knew her well.

The attendant gave her a curious look, but the confidence that he knew exactly what she was thinking was very clear in Baylen’s gaze. He raised an eyebrow in challenge. When she didn’t say anything—how could she think clearly when he seemed to see into her mind?—he stepped closer and whispered in her ear.

“Without the hair you’ll be more sensitive.” She was already tingling all over from the promise in his voice. His hands caressed her softly, his fingers tangling in the curls around her clit and tugging gently. “Without the hair it’ll feel truly amazing when I lick you with my tongue. And just imagine the orgasms you’re going to have once the lotion starts to work.”

She shivered all over at the reminder. The hair-removal solution had to be neutralized by a lotion that all three of her husbands would smooth over every inch of her. Suddenly the idea of a permanent reminder of this day seemed rather appealing.

“O–Okay,” she said, her voice husky and deep. “Thank you.”

“My pleasure,” Baylen said with a soft tap against her clit.

The attendants grinned widely as they helped Jenelle into the tub. The solution actually felt rather pleasant, kind of like sitting in carbonated water, the tiny bubbles tickling her flesh as it worked. Far faster than she expected, an attendant offered her a hand, helped Jenelle to her feet, and then handed her over to Baylen’s care.

“Tosh and Jax will be here soon,” he said as he helped her onto the preparation table.

He’d barely gotten the words out before the two men in question stepped into the room. All three of them wore barely there ceremonial clothes, their cocks growing longer, pressing against the material as they moved to where she lay on her back.

She noticed immediately the new design weaving through their family crests. “It’s beautiful,” she whispered, reaching out to trace the line that weaved between the symbols on Tosh’s abdomen, then traveled up and over his heart and onto his left arm. Jax moved to place his arm next to Tosh’s, making the continuation of the pattern very obvious. He lifted her finger to trace over a similar pattern on his abdomen and arm and then grinned as Baylen moved to stand beside him. The pattern continued onto Baylen all the way to the beginning of Tosh’s design.

“It shows how you complete us,” Tosh said as he leaned over and pressed a kiss to her lips.

“But I don’t. Not really,” she said, unable to keep the sorrow from her voice.

“Yes, you do, baby girl.” Jax moved closer, the determination on his face unmistakable. “Jen, we’re claiming you today because we love you. No other reason. You’re the one we want to spend the rest of our lives with. We have no plans to set you aside, not in a year or two, not ever.”

  “But—”

No buts, angel,” Tosh said as he started to smooth lotion over her chest. “You’re ours.”

Baylen grinned, leaned over to kiss her like the world was coming to an end, and then whispered, “Forever.”

  Chapter Thirteen

Jenelle barely heard the words of the traditional blessing. How dare Jax, Tosh, and Baylen declare their intentions to love her forever when she was so damn horny that she could barely think? That lotion was incredible. Talk about arousing. Oh. Wow. Yet there was a reason why she shouldn’t let them love her, but she was fucked if she could remember what it was.

  Fucked. What a strange word.

She was about to be fucked by three men—men she loved deeply—in front of dozens of witnesses, and she couldn’t remember a single reason why it was a bad idea. They loved her. She loved them. They loved each other. Everything was perfect. Wasn’t it?

But then Tosh turned her way, lifted her against him, and kissed her like she was the most precious thing in the universe and all thought flew out the window. All she could do was feel. Her clothes, or the thin wisps of material that had pretended to be clothes, fell away as her other two tredellas, her husbands, stripped her bare.

There seemed to be hands everywhere, caressing, stroking, lifting her need higher. She scrambled to be closer, pressing against Tosh’s rock-hard cock as he thrust his tongue into her mouth over and over. Thick fingers drove into her pussy. Another found her clit, rubbing rhythmically, throwing her over the edge of chaos and into pure bliss. She shook all over as the most amazing orgasm flowed through her. She moaned, unable to control her movement, too overwhelmed by sensation to do anything but pull them closer.

She sighed as a thick cock pushed into her pussy, the remnants of the lotion and her own juices easing the way. Jax growled “ours” in her ear as he thrust hard and deep, fucking her more urgently than he’d ever done before. She whimpered as she spiraled toward orgasm once more. It was all happening so fast, the sensations incredible, the bliss magnified exponentially.
