  “Is Rena and her royal pain in the ass still flirting with some of the boys?” Cage asked proudly to his amazing family.

  “Either that or playing with Ollai and Poli’s first dragon hatchling.”

  “About time things settled in around here.”

  “Not quite.” Meeka grinned and took Ananna off his shoulders and playfully pat her tiny bare backside. “Go play, Daughter.”

  “Otay!” she giggled and fled the room to search out Metali.

  “Why do I get the feeling danger approaches.” He teased while backing up.

  “Because I’m going to make my virile mate so tired he won’t be able to stiffen his lance for a week.” Meeka stalked.

  “You can sure as hell try, but it’s you who won’t be able to walk again.”

  “Challenge accepted.”
