The Hood of Justice

Randy sneered. “I should have shot you properly instead of just grazing your leg.”

Bruce shrugged his shoulders. “You can bet they’ll do a proper job of you in the slammer. You have quite the reputation for being a dungeon master, don’t you? I’d wager a lot of folk, the simple minded if you will, would love to show you how they torture their victims. You’d be a proper little bitch. Something you deserve, no doubt in my mind.”

Randy spat. “You don’t scare me. I’m not doing nothing, not saying anything until my lawyer gets here.”

“Suit yourself. Case, do you thing.”

Randy’s eyes widened. “You can’t do that to me. I have my rights. I want my lawyer in here right now. I want—”

As soon as Casey unzipped his pants, Randy shut up, that familiar shock plain to see and one all perps got when they knew they had been beat. Thank fuck. Then, seconds after that, and after he had got used to seeing a police officer whip out his cock in front of him and in their own interrogation room, too, he swallowed hard and began to talk again.

Casey didn’t hear what he said. Bruce had come around so he was behind him. The man was handcuffed, so any sort of struggle wouldn’t be a problem to deal with. Not for the likes of Bruce, anyway. All that mattered now was getting on with it before anyone, including the two guards Bruce sent from the room to wait outside, raised the alarm to the Sarge that they were in there with Randy unsupervised.

He knew they were taking a big risk. Heck, he could even lose his job over this. But Bruce was right. If Randy squealed, then no amount of charges against him could erase that doubt in people’s minds about Casey’s behaviour while he was wearing his police uniform. Even if any charges were unfounded, no evidence produced, getting the stigma of sexual harassment wiped away could never happen. There would always be those who had doubts. Doubts which would always arise when it came time for promotion. Casey didn’t want to stay a constable all his life. He had dreams of becoming a detective. A superintendent.

Bruce unzipped Randy’s trousers, the noise loud and jarring. He rummaged around in his pants, grabbing his cock and holding it ready for Casey. Randy sure was magnificent.

  “Retract his foreskin,” Casey said.

Bruce obeyed, pulling him up off the chair so Casey could access him easier.

Casey came closer, not wanting to wait, not wanting to delay proceedings any longer. He came to touch his cock onto Randy’s, to roll his own foreskin over the man’s now exposed glans. When he did so, when the join was complete, Randy gasped.

Bruce had let him go, the man standing of his own free will. There was no need for restraint anymore. Unfortunately, in that moment, in the split second Casey docked with Randy, Sarge burst into the interrogation room.

“What the fuck’s going on in here?” the man bellowed.

Casey ignored him. He was too busy concentrating on making sure Randy was soaked with as much of his magic as possible. He was also making sure the man got erect, too. After all, ejaculation meant the man wouldn’t remember. Wouldn’t be able to press charges.

Bruce went to the Sarge. “Just watch for a moment, I’ll explain everything to you when Case is done. Then you can chew us up and spit us out, okay?”

“No bloody way am I standing by while you…I mean…while Officer Casey—what the fuck is he doing anyway? It looks like they’re…oh fucking Jesus and Mary, is the rumour true? Is Casey molesting the perps?” From the tone of the Sarge’s voice, the man was pissed. Casey couldn’t blame him. He knew what he was doing looked like. It looked exactly like he had said it looked. Casey was sexually interfering with Randy.

Casey looked up. He was now hard, as was Randy. Sarge and Bruce were looking on. Bruce was smiling, as fucking cheeky as ever. The Sarge had his mouth open in shock. More than shock, actually. If a mouse farted right now, he was sure the man would explode into a raving mad man of swearing and arm flailing. Thank fuck the pest exterminator had been to the precinct this month. Thank fuck Bruce had his hand on the Sarge’s shoulder, reassuring him in his own special way only Bruce could manage. That and the fact Bruce had told him he could chew them out after Casey had finished with Randy. After all, how could the man tell them off if he didn’t understand what the fuck he was chewing them out about?

The two guards, one a rookie, the other of Bruce’s age and experience, came into the room. The Sarge waved them away, dismissing them. Casey didn’t think they caught sight of what he was doing. Confirmation sighting was all he needed to solidify the rumours.

Bruce told the Sarge he needed to be quiet while Casey worked, to not stop the docking prematurely otherwise everything could go horribly wrong and Casey’s cock could blow up and flatten the whole precinct if he didn’t get the information he required. Such information sealed the Sarge’s silence. The man didn’t want to be responsible for that. To have to explain such a disaster to the press and anyone else, including internal affairs, would be a nightmare. He stood there, watching. Waiting. Mouth still agape.

Of course, Bruce lied. Casey could stop any time. Still, the Sarge didn’t know such a thing. In fact, all Casey got if he stopped a docking was a tingling foreskin for a few hours and the sense of failure. That and painful balls because he didn’t blow his load.

Casey decided Bruce had the Sarge under control, just as he said he would. The man was a genius. So he continued as though there weren’t anyone in the room with him. “Tell me of your latest business operations, Randy.”

Those were all the words he needed to speak. Randy spilled his guts. From gathering potential Serfs from the homeless to do his dirty work, to the money laundering scams, to the murders, to the gun running and even to the slave market. He even told Casey how he did it, and in no uncertain terms, too. How he groomed young boys for the rich and perverted, to be used a sex slaves. How he trained the Serfs in the finer art of crime. How he acquired weapons from contacts in the military and beyond. The Sarge soon seemed more than surprised by the depth of Randy’s enterprises and how Casey had extracted the information without too much fuss. Other than to touch dicks, of course. Still, if the man could get over such a small detail, Casey might be able to keep his job, after all.

When Randy had finished his confession, all Casey could concentrate on was getting off, and as quick as possible, too. Jacking a bloke off with your foreskin wasn’t exactly something he liked to do for public entertainment, or for his boss’s eyes, either. He actually preferred it when he docked in dark alleyways and behind sheds. To perform his magic while so many watched was kind of unnerving. Then again, perhaps his ability couldn’t be kept a secret any longer. How could he continue to perform his duties as a police officer if this was the method he employed to get information out of perps? Perhaps this would be the last time he would have to do such a thing in front of anyone, anyway. The Sarge would fire his arse as soon as he came, no matter how useful his ability was to the force.

The familiar pangs of ecstasy tingled inside him, adding to the sensations he experienced tenfold. He rubbed harder, massaging his foreskin over Randy’s cock with more and more purpose. His breaths became short, he sweated. Randy looked the same, too. Actually, Randy looked like he was in heaven. He was writhing, groaning loudly, piercing the silence Bruce and Sarge had created while they watched.

  Then Casey came.

So did Randy. In fact, the two who watched also gasped with Randy’s moans of joy. Casey broke the connection, their combined cum dribbling onto the interrogation room floor. He didn’t bother cleaning himself off. He stuffed his dick back into the pants and zipped up. He did the same to Randy. When done, Casey looked straight into the eyes of the Sarge. Red blood-shot eyes full of intensity. Full of emotion.

The man was about to speak, about to blast the top of his cranium off, he was sure, when Randy said, “What the fuck am I doing here?”

Bruce came forward. “Can you remember anything, Randy Piper?”

Randy shook his head, scratching his forehead at his f
ringe line. “No, not really. The last thing I remember I was about to whip the fucking life out of Jason, one of my useless employees, and I blink and…well, I’m here, surrounded by pigs in varying degrees of donut soaked bliss.”

The Sarge opened his mouth again, this time he managed to speak. “Your lawyer will be here any minute. I’m sure you’ll have a lot to discuss with him before we proceed with the case against you.”

“What the fuck do I need a lawyer for?”

Again the Sarge seemed taken aback. “I beg your pardon?”

Randy shrugged his shoulders. “I don’t know how, but I know I’ve told Constable Casey everything, so I don’t need a lawyer, do I? I’m as guilty as sin…sir.”

Sarge looked at Bruce, then Casey, the back to Randy. “Are you telling me you don’t remember how Officer Casey extracted this information from you?”

Again Randy shook his head. “No. Why?”

If Casey wasn’t mistaken, he swore the corner of Sarge’s lips creased to form a smile. “Officer Casey, Officer Bruce, a moment in my office, if you will. The rest of you who are watching behind the viewing mirror, get back to your duties. I’m not running a peep show here.”

When Casey went out to the hallway, much to his surprise, and concern, there were more than twenty officers milling about, smiling like perverts, giggling behind their hands. The men and women of the precinct had crammed themselves into interrogation room’s viewing room. Seven of them were still in there, unable to exit for the crowd. That tore it. No way could he get out of this now. The whole station had seen him touch his dick onto Randy’s. He was going to be sacked for sure. Probably suspended without pay until a full inquiry could be completed, no doubt.

What happened next took Casey by complete surprise. As soon as the Sarge’s office door was shut, Sarge burst into laughter. “What the fucking hell was that I just witnessed? In all my years in charge of this office I have never seen such a thing. I mean, fuck me, what do you even call it?”

Bruce went and poured himself a coffee from the Sarge’s personal pot. “It’s called cock docking, Sarge.”

  “Cock what?”

Casey swallowed hard, stepping forward. “I’ll understand if you tell me to pack up my belongings and leave the force, sir.”

The Sarge looked at Bruce, then at Casey. “Tell me, Officer Casey, are you a homosexual?”

Casey was taken aback by the bluntness of the question. “Yes, sir.”

“Now tell me if you being a homosexual has any effect on you being able to perform your duties as a police officer.”

  “No, sir, it doesn’t.”

By now the Sarge was positively beaming a smile. “Then tell me this. I have in my precinct a homosexual police officer who has a…let’s call it a sort of special ability for now…an ability to which he can make criminals not only tell the truth, but make them forget they had even been interrogated in any unusual way.”

  “Yes, sir.”

Sarge sat down in his chair, making it squeak from his weight. Bruce handed him a coffee. “Does Bruce have any issue with you I should know about, Officer Casey?”

  “I don’t think so, sir.”

Bruce added, “Case is the man. He’s not only a fine officer, he’s a great friend, too. The best mate and work partner I’ve had in years, I must admit. I’d do anything for him because I know he’d do anything for me. That’s a police officer in my book. A damn fine police officer.”

Casey’s stomach tuned in a good way, in a wonderful butterfly filled euphoric way, when Bruce spoke those words. “Thank you,” he whispered.

The Sarge sipped on the brew. His face showed a flash of distaste. Was it for the coffee or was it how he felt about Casey? “I admit, when I first saw you cock dock with that perp, I saw red. Heck, I was as mad as a bag of rattlesnakes. Then, as things proceeded, I began to understand a great lesson my own superintendent once told me. Do you know what the lesson was, Officer Casey?”

  “No, sir, I don’t.”

“Procedure and protocols are everything, but sometimes, just sometimes, the rules have to be bent to accommodate any new innovation when it comes to fighting crime. I believe I have seen one such innovation today. Officer Casey, I believe your ability is not only unique, it’s a great weapon against the scum this city seems to be able to produce in volumes. As such, I am going to let you continue on as one of my officers, with my blessing. But be warned, step out of line, leave yourself exposed to be taken down by any unscrupulous individual, and I will wash my hands of both you and your partner so damn quick even your mommy won’t have time to get to the station to wipe your tears away. Do I make myself crystal clear?”

Finally, Casey managed to relax enough to manage a smile. “Yes, sir. Thank you, sir.”

The Sarge looked at Bruce, that look still on his face. “Fuck, this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had.”

Bruce winked. “I’ll make you a better one, now that you’ve let my partner stay on.”

“You mean you made me a terrible coffee deliberately?”

  “Hell yeah.”

  “You’re an arsehole, Bruce.”

Bruce slapped the Sarge square on his back. “Hey, it’s the least I could do considering I thought you were going to get rid of my Casey.”

“You’re all damn heart. Besides, if I got rid of him, how could I make sure he kept out of trouble? I know you’ll keep him out of mischief, you always have when it comes to those you trust.”

  “Damn straight.”

“Now get out of my office, the both of you.” The Sarge placed the coffee onto his desk, pushing it away. “I have to see the DA later, and I need to get my head straight about what to tell him about the rumours that no doubt have reached his ears. I want to make sure they stay rumours, especially where he’s concerned. I’ll also need to see everyone who was inside that interrogation room’s viewer earlier, make sure they’re all clear about how to keep what they saw quiet. I’ll have to quote some secrecy shit, but it’s got to be done. Don’t want any civilians of the political persuasion to be hearing about this, that’s for sure.”

“Hey, Case can dock with the troublesome DA…if you want him to be real nice once he’s blown his load, that is,” Bruce said with a chuckle.

“Just get the fuck out and get on with your work. See you both tomorrow.”

When clear of the Sarge’s office, Casey said, “I thought he was going to fire me.”

“There’s a lot you don’t know about our Sarge, Case. A lot.”

  “What does that mean?”

Bruce’s eyes twinkled. “His son’s gay.”

Casey, for about the third time in as many minutes was surprised by what someone had said. “So he didn’t fire me because he’s…what, being sympathetic or something? I don’t need that. I can do the job no matter who I sleep with. Sure, I have a different method of doing my work, but I don’t need charity. Just because I’m gay doesn’t mean I’m someone who has to be treated different. You should know that. I mean—”

“Steady on, Case. You don’t quite understand. In the Sarge’s case, I’d say he’s more proud of you than anything.”

Again, Casey was taken aback, almost to the point of being dumbfounded. “What does that mean?”

Bruce smiled, patting him on his back. “It means just that. He didn’t accept his son’s homosexuality and sort of divorced himself from his life, even separating from his wife because she took his side. Then, about five years back, his son, Rick was his name, was killed in a car accident. Sarge never got to make amends. Never got to know the man he had blindly pushed away.”

Casey swallowed hard. “Jesus. That’s…that’s horrible.”

“You can say that again. Rick was a great bloke. He spent all his spare time working for any number of charities, making sure others were looked after before his own needs. I believe the Sarge sees something of his Rick in you, Case. Take it for the compliment it is.”

“So he really is on my side then?”

“The Sarge has learned to suck up a lot of misconceptions about a great deal of things. If you have good intentions and do your job, he’ll be there for you. Just like I will be, buddy.”

Casey patted Bruce on his back. “I could kiss you, you know that.”

Bruce stepped back. “Hey, I already got one of those off you. That’ll be plenty.”

“Yeah, but it saved us all, didn’t it?”

“Sure, it did. But if you ever have to fuck me to help us get out of a situation, just leave me. I don’t care if I’m bleeding to death from every orifice, just walk away. Clear?”

Casey let out a laugh. “You’re such a prude.”

“Now, are you going to come over for dinner this weekend? Maria is doing something all master chef-like, with weird sounding names and shit like that. Should be interesting.”

  “Sure. I’ve got no plans.”

Bruce paused, looked Casey deep into his eyes. “So when you going to ask that Jason fellow out? Heck, bring him to dinner, too. The more the merrier.”

Casey could feel himself blush. “I’m not sure…I think he—”

“Jesus, what you waiting for, your balls to be taken over by gravity or something so they drop even lower? Just ask the man out, Case. Get a good fuck out of him at the very least. You need it, trust me. You’re as uptight as a rattle snake at a rocking chair convention, seriously.”

Casey opened his mouth. Words couldn’t form. That sealed it. He did have feelings for Jason. “I…I…I.”

Bruce smiled, slapping him on the back again, this time a lot harder. “Oh, I see it all clearly now, you’ve got the hots for him, haven’t you? You want me to ask him for you, princess?”

  “No!”

Bruce turned, walking away. “Well, make your move. Otherwise he’ll slip away and then you’ll be an even sadder little vegemite than you are now. If you don’t get your rocks off soon, I’m going to have to give you one myself. And you know how I hate putting my mister happy into anyone’s starfish, particularly such a delicate one like you’ve got.”
