More Than Gold

We’re both breathing hard. Not from exertion, but from the intensity of the moment. It still takes our breaths away, like on that first push.

  “Rub yourself for me, Bri.”

Immediately, I take my cock in my hand and start stroking. With him fucking my ass so good, the added friction is just over the charts amazing. I let lose a loud groan, my eyes rolling back. Our sweaty bodies get used to the friction and rhythm faster than I expect, the thin film of water on our skin helping us move.

  “You close?” Simon asks.

  “Oh, yeah.”

He bends his head and kisses me deeply, and in that moment I erupt like a fucking volcano. I cry in his mouth and tremble and whimper, losing myself in the moment. I always thought there’s nothing better than sex, but this... this feels... I can’t really find the words to describe it. It’s not just the pleasure of coming with him deep inside me, it’s the closeness, the shift in our lives.

“Shit!” Simon swears. He hides his faces under my chin and bites my shoulder, his orgasm hitting him hard.

I feel him coming in my ass, his cock pulsing, his body shuddering. A few moments later he stops biting me and releases a long breath, falling on me again.

  “Bri.”

There’s so much meaning in those three letters.

“Yeah,” I say, stroking his hair.

  Chapter Six

I’m drifting in and out of sleep, Simon next to me, his hand on my hip. We’re both still naked, lying on our sides, face to face, coming down from the crazy sex we had. My ass hurts a little, but he had some sort of special cream hidden in his backpack and offered to oil me. It’s good that he did it, because I couldn’t. If there’s anything more than sexually satisfied, it must be flying on clouds with no fucking bones or flesh, or whatever makes us solid.

“Hey, I’m getting a little hungry. Wanna eat something?”

My stomach has been rumbling for a while too, but I just know my knees aren’t up for getting out of bed yet. However, this morning Simon was lucky. I won’t let him cook again.

“Five more minutes, mom!” I mumble, and he chuckles.

“Well, I’ve been waiting to see you so vulnerable for years. Nice to see something can put a stop to the wonder that is you!”

  “Fuck you!”

“You just did, man. Or I did.”

“About that... How... Is it always gonna be like this? You a top or what’s it called?”

“Mostly a top, but I can consider bottoming for you.”

I grin. “Now, that’s an idea.”

“Not too soon, though. I wanna enjoy you a little more before that.” He runs his fingers through my hair, pushing it off my forehead. “I’m surprised you want this to go on.”

“Why the hell not? I mean, the sex is good and we’re not gonna see a girl for the next three or four weeks anyway.”

“Mm.” Simon approves, but his mood suddenly changes. “What about when we get back?”

  Oh. Haven’t thought about that.

My eyes get bigger. “I don’t know. Yet.” I swallow. I don’t wanna hurt him. Then again, if this gets serious I can get my heart broken too. In spite of my easy-going personality, I’m not made of stone. “What do you want, Simon?”

He sighs. Rising to sit against the headboard, he bites his lower lip. “I have to be honest with you, Bri. I want all or nothing.”

Yeah, I was afraid of that.

I rise to sit next to him. “I can’t promise you anything like that, Simon.”

  “Hey. Look at me.”

  I do.

“You don’t have to make that decision now. I’ve waited fourteen years. I can wait a little longer.”

My lips tip up with a half-grin. “What about the girls? Can you live without them?”

“Can you?” he asks on a serious tone. “You have to stop making that difference.”

I frown. “What do you mean?”

“It doesn’t matter if it’s a man or a woman. All it matters is to find that one person you can enjoy the rest of your life with.” He shrugs.

We spend the next three weeks fucking each other silly and wondering around the island looking for that treasure.

By the time the search party finds us we’re out of water, but we still have the small stream. And we still have some food left. The rescue team tells us that the island is surrounded by sharks and that’s why it’s not populated. Simon and I look at each other with huge eyes. We’ve swum in those waters daily. Also, being located behind another big one, the island used to be a nice hideout for pirates, hence all the rumors about the treasure.

Back home, I finally begin to understand what Simon meant. No matter how hard I try, I can’t look at anyone else, I keep returning to him over and over again until I’m forced to admit that whatever we started back there is more than a sexual thing. No one in the house is even surprised when he moves into my room. Why my room? Because it has its own bathroom, that’s why.

We didn’t find the pirates’ treasure, but what we did find—our close friendship turned to love—is worth a lot more than gold.
