Okay … now on to the acknowledgements!

First and foremost, I’d like to thank my readers. You make it all worth it. Your support … your continued love of my stories despite everything I’ve put those characters through. Love you all!

To my husband and son … thank you for supporting me, for not grumbling when I (occasionally) fed you whatever Trader Joe’s had to offer, and for still loving me when I was tired and grumpy. I love you two so very much. #myhome #mylife

Jillian … what can I say about you? Thank you for being my friend and thank you for all you’ve done this time around. You kept me sane. Seriously. You ordered me to sleep and to take care of myself. Your advice was just what I needed to push through every road block I’ve encountered. Your love and knowledge of my characters astounds me. I’m so fucking glad that I have you by my side for this wild ride. I love you, my golden girl, my star.

Ninfa … I know this time around I was pushing you with the content of this story. All I can say is thank you for still taking the chance on me. Thank you for always being in my corner and for your constant support. One year later … with the help of you and Jillian, I finished telling Mia and Ethan’s story plus I’ve got two of the best ladies out there that I can call my friends. I love you to the moon and back #goldengirls #mystars

My betas … THANK YOU for being on this rollercoaster of a ride these past three books. Your input, your spicy comments, and your name calling ;) all helped me craft Mia and Ethan’s story. I will forever be grateful for you taking the time out of your lives to help me. You are my rock stars!

To my Suga Lovas … I love you guys. Seriously … your support and cheerleading everyday puts a smile on my face, even on those days when I’m hard-pressed to find one. It means the world to me. I’m so so glad that y’all are a part of my life. THANK YOU!

To my Indie Chicks … to think that I wasn’t going to go to that Detroit signing … that day pushed me down a different direction in the road. And on that road I found a group of wonderful ladies who have each other’s back, who lift up instead of hold back. It’s an awesome thing to be a part of. Thank you so much for including me in that. Love all your faces! #indiechicksrock #wewillrockyou #whorunstheworld #girls

Lisa … you had me reeling a bit this time around. I disappeared off the grid, lost in my head, as I thought about everything you said to me, trying to figure it all out. I may have been a little “WTF” at the beginning but as your words made the rounds in my head, I got it. So thank you for your tough love, for making me rethink everything. Thank you for making sure I didn’t put Rory and Pierce on your sofa in fifteen years. But thank you especially for guiding me to make this a way better story, one that I’m so very proud of. #editingdictator

Najla … the covers you’ve designed for this series seriously blow my mind. They are so damn beautiful and I’m always so proud to show off your work. Thank you for making this process easy and so much fun! Can’t wait to work on the next project with you!

One big shot out to all the bloggers that help spread the word for all us indie authors. THANK YOU!!! Without you, I may be richer, but my ereader would be scarily empty. Thank you for sharing my works and the works of all the other authors out there. <3

I didn’t forget you Post-its … we did it again! Thank you for all your lovely new colors and for somehow drawing the words outta my head. #youandmeforever

  Sincerely,

During the day, Ryleigh Andrews is an analyst, but even then, she’s writing, sneakily crafting scenes on post-it notes. She’s been told she’s a bit of a geek . . . some say nerd. She’ll agree to it all. She loves music. It’s been a force in her life for as long as she can remember. Her love of Star Wars and superheroes has probably been going on just as long . . . see, this is where the geek/nerd thing comes into play. But, most of all, Ryleigh loves the written word. She’s been writing for a long time. Her first story came to her during one of her history classes. She wrote it in the margins of her notebook in teeny tiny letters so no one knew that she was writing a book instead of taking notes on 16th Century Europe. She currently lives in Chicago, Illinois, with her husband and son, along with her Siberian Husky, Mick Jagger, and her cat, Winston Churchill.
