Borgo val di Taro is a real town in Italy where we spend our summers. It’s a lovely place full of lovely people. Thanks first and foremost to my Italian bestie, Lori Russo, who encouraged me to write about her adopted hometown. This book was written in between my Mlitt assignments for my Master’s in Crime Fiction. I wouldn’t have made it through that program without my classmates, especially my writing buddy, Alana.
