But then again, his father did have a strange way of dealing with things, and of looking at the world.
“Come with me?”

“I do want you to come with me,” he said. “Come on. It’ll be fun. We’ll go everywhere, do anything we want to. We’ll see the world. We can do it together. Let’s just keep this, us, going, okay? I don’t want it to be just a flash in the pan, and then something we never talk about ever again, save for a few knowing glances from across the dining table.”
He watched her, then kissed her while she thought about it. She kissed him back, and soon that urgency was returning, the lust and hunger.
“Okay,” she said through panting breaths. “Okay. Let’s do it.”
