“Just don’t wait too long. She may duck out before you get the chance,” Braelynn warned her. “I’ll introduce you two.”
“No, it’s fine. You go cut your cake.” Annette patted her shoulder as they parted ways.
“Be sure to stand front and center when I throw my bouquet.” Braelynn called out as she went to stand with Ronan to cut their three-tiered wedding cake.
“Have I told you today how gorgeous you look?” Ronan whispered as the announcement was made to get everyone’s attention.
“Only about a hundred times.”
“Make it a hundred and one because you look absolutely stunning.” He kissed her cheek, and they smiled for the camera. She leaned toward him as they cut a piece of cake out together and everyone cheered.
“Wait until you see me with nothing but my heels on.”
“Damn, I do have the perfect bride.” With a bit of icing on his finger, he smeared it on her lips.
“You better get that off.”
“Oh, I intend to.” He crushed his lips to hers and licked the icing from her lips. The crowd cheered as they embraced each other in a passionate kiss.
After a few rounds on the dance floor, it was time to throw the garter and bouquet. Braelynn sat in a chair with Ronan between her legs. He ran his hand up her leg, starting that familiar burn in her core.
“Since you’re down there.” She wagged her eyebrows.
“In due time, beautiful.” Lifting her dress, he leaned down placing his head between her legs.
He licked her thigh as he grabbed the garter with his teeth pulling it off her leg. All the unmarried men crowded around in front of them. Without looking, Ronan flicked the garter into the air. Leaning to the side, Braelynn watched as the garter landed in Greyson’s outstretched hand. She giggled when his three girlfriends crowded around him in excitement.
“Jokes on them,” Ronan whispered in her ear. “He’ll never settle.”
“You never know. One day, he may meet someone to change his mind. After all, you did.” She kissed his lips, and he helped her from her seat.
“Alright, ladies. It’s that time,” Ronan called out as all the unmarried women gathered in a group in front of Braelynn.
Making sure Annette was front and center, Braelynn turned her back to the crowd.
“Come on, Annette,” she whispered to herself.
Tossing the bouquet back, Braelynn crossed her fingers as she turned around. She didn’t mean to throw it that high. It hit the ceiling and came straight down. Jumping, Annette caught the bouquet and held it up like a trophy. Braelynn was going to congratulate her on the catch until she noticed Gerri walking up to Annette. Gerri looked at Braelynn and winked. She knew Annette would be taken care of. Magic happens when it comes to Gerri and her Paranormal Dating Agency.
