Corrupted Radiatons

  Champion: "Lezard-" *She whispered to herself in amazement and watched different arrays of light spiral, shroud and burst around Rachael.*

  Lezard: "Lezard gone?"

  Champion: "Oh my, gone?"

  Lezard: "Yuppers-" *He mumbled the last word and fell face first into the dirt, as he fell unconscious.*

  Rachael: *She glanced around her, seeing nothing but white light.* (I can hear that I'm still in the champion's shield. Lezard's light.. It's warming me up.)

  Synthoss: *She faced Lezard and the champion.* "You two, dirty lamps!"

  Champion: (I may have no choice but to release myself!) *She frowned in deep, serious thought.* (Andy, will I do what you did for me?) *Her thoughts, triggered a flashback.*

  --

  *A very young girl with glistening pale skin, beautiful bright blue eyes and blonde hair smiled at a boy with brown eyes and hair, who stood in front of her.*

  Boy: "Lauren."

  Lauren: *She smiled and shook her head.* "Why do you practice it?"

  Boy: *He smiled at Lauren, causing her to blush.* "Remenistal. It's what makes me feel free."

  Lauren: "Free? We live in the most beautiful city!"

  Boy: "Hehehe." *He giggled and listened to rustling in the bushes, drawing his attention to a forest in front of him.*

  Lauren: "We shouldn't be here."

  Boy: "Lauren, despite where we live. We should have the freedom to explore places-"

  Lauren: "Like a scary forest with Scoldrants?"

  Boy: *He smiled.* "When you activate your Remenistal, you'll feel just as confident as me."

  Lauren: *She stared at the boy's back.* "Andiandos."

  Andiandos: "That's Andy. Remember our new names?"

  Lauren: *She smiled and nodded her head.* "Let's go-"

  Andiandos: "You won't be able to make it by foot." *He implied something was chasing him.*

  Lauren: *She observed the surrounding area.* "Why?"

  Andiandos: "We're going to be together for the rest of our lives. I will protect you! And I always will!"

  Champion: (A child's logic is usually innocent, yet flawed.)

  Lauren: *She smiled and ignored the footsteps which rumbled along the grassy ground.* "Oh my."

  Champion: (Oh my.)

  Champion: *She looked at Synthoss with seriousness.* "Oh my, it's time to use my Grand Rostical."

  Synthoss: *She smirked, as the cracks glowed underneath her black and red leather garments.* "Try me!"

  Champion: "Defensive winds, swirl and soar, offensive gusts, grand winds blow throughout my spirit-" *An enormous green glyphic platform materialised and spiralled around her, blowing several waves of dirt away.*

  Synthoss: (Fufufu, does she think I'll stand here and watch?!) *She flashstepped forward and reappeared on the glyph, close to the champion.* "Harh!"

  *Synthoss spiralled to the side and flicked the whip across the champion's face, causing her to yelp with a high-pitched tone in voice.*

  Synthoss: *She smirked at the champion and waved her arm up, flicking the whip under the champion's chin.* "Fufufu!"

  Champion: *Blood started to pour from two deep lines on her face.* "Tunnel its power-"

  Synthoss: "Stop!" *She screamed and heavily swayed to her right, flicking the whip downwards.*

  Champion: *She watched a few strands of hair fall to the ground, as another stream of blood gushed out of her forehead.* "Through the almighty clouds-"

  Synthoss: *She watched several platforms spiral up from the glyph, giving it a 3D effect.* "No! This should be knocking an average person out!"

  Champion: "And pierce anything-"

  Synthoss: "Yarh!" *She bent her knees and jumped towards the champion, diving directly towards her.* "Die!" *She landed directly in front of the champion and bent forward due to her leap, violently ramming the whip through the champion's chest.*

  Champion: "Kgh!-." *She coughed out blood and grabbed onto the whip-shaped air, causing it to burst away.*

  Synthoss: *She leant back in shock.* (Did she break my Astral whip?!)

  Champion: "That stands in its way-" *She gargled the words, as the area turned into complete darkness.* "DIVINE TORNADO"

  *A visible tornado spiralled down from the sky and violently hit the ground with Synthoss still inside it.*

  Synthoss: *Her hair rapidly flapped to each side.* (All I can hear is this howling wind-)

  *Synthoss looked over each shoulder, only able to see a grey vortex.*

  Synthoss: "This is just wind! I'm far beyond Grand Rostical!" *She screamed and swayed her hand, causing another whip-like crack in the air to sway from her grip.*

  *The shield around Rachael suddenly shattered, allowing her to witness the growing tornado.*

  Rachael: *She watched the glass-like shatters of the shield violently spiral towards the tornado.* "W-What the-?!"

  Champion: *Sweat dripped down her face, causing her to squint in pain as it made contact with a cut on her face.* (Don't underestimate my Grand Rostical!)

  Synthoss: *She swayed the whip to each side, watching it break its image the moment in touched the wind.* (The wind is moving to the speed where the Rasticsplash makes it feel like a stone wall!)

  Champion: (Now, to condense the Astragons around the wind-) *She started to concentrate and spread her arms, readying herself.* (This is the hard part.)

  Synthoss: *She watched the vortex of wind tighten around her.* (You think I'm stupid?!) *She looked up from the eye of the tornado, staring at the black sky.*

  *Synthoss enthusiastically pushed down, causing cracks in the air to push her up into the sky.*

  Synthoss: "Time stop to my command, call forth the powers of the seven stars, gather your power and freeze motion, halt the foes at hand-"

  *Synthoss shouted with an echoing voice and pushed towards the ground, causing black and purple flashes to blast her high into the air and out of the tornado.*

  Synthoss: "AYONSENITE RAPTURE"

  Champion: *She formed a fist, causing the tornado to suddenly implode on itself, leaving behind violent strings of dirt from where it swirled.* "Surely that-"

  Synthoss: *The cracks started to appear down her arm.* (I need to kill you! I've almost reached my limit.)

  Champion: "Oh my-" *She looked up and gasped with widening eyes.* "How...?"

  Rachael: "Ash, where did you go?" *Her body started to glow.*

  Synthoss: "I'm going to kill you all! Then I will get my revenge on that dirty lamp!"

  Rachael: (Kill us?) *She frowned and slowly stood up, as the champion fell onto her side.*

  Champion: (Rachael's up!) *She was too exhausted to shout out loud.*

  Rachael: (This feeling?) *She looked at her hands with an emotionless face.*

  --

  *Arcadia turned around, as if she was ready to leave and stopped with a confused grunt.*

  Arcadia: *She turned back around and noticed white orbs gather from where Rachael stood.* "The life Neurons of-?"

  *The white orbs started to warp and vanish, causing Arcadia to widen her golden eyes.*

  Arcadia: (Thy've never witnessed this! The Astragon Projections are leaving The Astral Plains!)

  *Celest suddenly stepped out of a flash of white light, catching Arcadia's attention.*

  Arcadia: "Celest-"

  Celest: "Forrier, what is happening here?!" *She stared at the white orbs in shock.*

  Arcadia: "Two mortals have defied the Valkyrie's will."

  Celest: "Explain?"

  Arcadia: "She arrived like normal, but then slipped away."

  Celest: "This is a common occurrence to those that reach near death, but are welcomed back to the mortal realm below."

  Arcadia: "She has done this repeatably. Each time has left an unusual feeling."

  Celest: "Thy want to know, why wasn't thy told of such a thing beforehand?"

  Arcadia: "..."

  Celest: *She frowned.* (First, the planet's Aurorions, now, a mortal with th
e ability to reclaim lost Astragons?! Thy need to speak to The Wise about this.)

  Arcadia: "Celest-" *The white orbs suddenly stopped moving, catching their attention.*

  –

  *Rachael suddenly glanced at Synthoss with an emotionless face.*

  Rachael: *She looked up and watched Synthoss float towards the ground.* "..."

  Champion: *She squinted with one eye open.* "Rach..." *She struggled to breathe.* (I've depleted a lot of my Neurons. I don't have the energy to cast any more Rostical.)

  Synthoss: *She looked down and glared at Rachael, hiding her confusion.* (How is she standing again? An Astragon filled illusion? No!-.)

  Rachael: *She reached up and an arm made of rock shot up, opening its fingers towards Synthoss.* "..."

  Synthoss: "Yarh!" *She swayed to the side and her whip-like crack in the air, smashed the rock arm to rubble.* "Fufufu-"

  Rachael: *She raised her other arm and formed a fist, cueing another arm to shoot up.* "..."

  Synthoss: "It won't work!-"

  Rachael: *She punched her opened hand, causing a shell-like rock to suddenly peel off the rock arm, revealing sparkling diamond.* "..."

  Synthoss: (She altered the material?) *She waved her arm again and watched the cracks in the air to hit the crystalline arm, watching it bounce back from splintering sparks, which shined rainbow colours from the crystal.*

  Champion: *She stared at the air with double vision.* (She must be using Astragons to stay in the air, or at least falling at an altered speed.)

  Rachael: "Lazurite Tutankhamun." *She spoke with an echoing voice and the crystalline arm, suddenly filled with blue before shattering into lapis lazuli.*

  Synthoss: *She looked down to the ground and noticed she fell straight towards the blue hand.* "AYONSENITE-"

  Rachael: "Dirtcloud Talons." *She withdrew her hands and suddenly flicked them up in the air, as if she scratched across, causing eight streams of blue sand to spiral up towards Synthoss.*

  *The sounds of rubbing sandpaper drew Synthoss' attention towards the blue sand.*

  Synthoss: "Foolish, dirty lamp!" *She screamed and swayed her arm, causing purple and black flashes to burst the blue streams of sand away from her.*

  Champion: (That's not normal sand!-)

  Rachael: "Rock Pillar." *Her words caused the scattering blue sand to suddenly merge and solidify above Synthoss.*

  Synthoss: *She noticed a shadow, causing her to look up.* "What?!" *She stared at a car-sized blue boulder floating above her.*

  Rachael: "..." *She swayed down and the boulder slammed on top of Synthoss, breaking upon impact.*

  Synthoss: "Gerhf!-" *She coughed in pain and shock, as she fell to the ground.*

  Rachael: "Earth Shattering." *She silently spread her arms and the falling pieces of rubble suddenly smashed around Synthoss' face, causing miniature blue dirt clouds to rain around where she floated.*

  Synthoss: *She momentarily fell at incredible speeds, before shaking her head.* "Argh!" *She leant up and stood on the air.* (Her Neurons and Astragons have increased while it should be the complete opposite!)

  Champion: *She looked at Rachael in shock.* (Her facial expressions, this sudden power up-)

  *Clear crystals suddenly shot up from the ground like weeds around Rachael.*

  Champion: (This couldn't be... The Elemental Rage?!)

  Rachael: "Infinite strikes and sequenced kicks, Avalanche Fury." *She spiralled around and kicked the air, causing a blue leg made out of rock to suddenly shoot out from a nearby dirt cloud, kicking Synthoss across the face.*

  Synthoss: *She screamed in shock and waved her arm, causing flashes of black and purple to explode the blue leg sculpture into blue disintegrating dust.* (An object that large was crafted from a dirt cloud in the air?!)

  Rachael: "..." *She punched downwards and an enormous blue fist punched towards the ground, smashing directly on top of Synthoss' head.*

  Synthoss: "Argh!-" *She fell towards the ground, ignoring blood which ran down her face from her head.* (Another?!)

  Champion: (Amazing-)

  *A tunnel of gravel exploded up towards the falling Synthoss, blowing rings of brown and blue dirt in its path.*

  Synthoss: (I've never seen a ground elemental affinity use their element with such versatility-)

  Rachael: "Dust Storm." *A swirl of blue sand spiralled on the ground before exploding up like a tornado, tunnelling up towards Synthoss.*

  Synthoss: "AYONSENITE RAPTURE" *She pushed towards the ground and three whip-like cracks in the air shattered below, stopping the tornado of blue sand before it hit her.*

  Champion: *She watched the swirl of blue sand spiral around the bursts in front of Synthoss, as if it hit a wall.* (They've evened each other out!)

  Synthoss: *She stopped falling and the streams of blood which ran down her forehead streaked up her face, due to the collision of powers.* (This is incredibly powerful!-) *She thought to herself with gritted teeth.*

  Rachael: *She relaxed out of her attacking stance and formed a fist.* "Swirling Sandpit." *She violently punched the ground and watched a pool of crystals swirl on the ground around the swirling tornado of blue sand-like dirt.*

  Synthoss: *Her hair blew back and the cracks started to appear around her legs.* (Ever since that day she lost control, I lost three close friends.) *She shouted in thought with watering eyes.*

  Rachael: "Rotten Slab." *She spoke with an emotionless voice and face.*

  Champion: (Rachael's Dust Storm is still in effect, and she was able to use Swirling Sandpit and now another Azure Burst?!)

  Rachael: *She flicked her arm in the air towards Synthoss and a thick stream of blue mud whipped high above her.* "Harh!" *She ignored the sparkling crystals embedded in the mud and wrapped it around Synthoss' neck.*

  Synthoss: *She struggled to breathe and quickly followed the trail of mud which tightened its grip around her neck, noticing it came from Rachael's hand.* (Two consecutive attacks-?)

  *Synthoss focused back in front and stared at the swirling blue tornado.*

  Synthoss: *She tilted her head to each side, as the blue mud continued to apply pressure around her neck.* (The moment this Rostical depletes its Neurons, I will-)

  Rachael: "Rock Pillar." *Her words caused an arm made of rock to erupt out of the ground and grab onto the whip-like mud, pulling down.*

  Synthoss: "Nyarh!-" *She screamed as the mud threw her downwards into the swirling tornado of blue sand.*

  Champion: *She listened to the muffled screams of Synthoss.* (Rachael....-)
