The Quest for the Diamond Sword

  “And work on a way to get to the moon, right?” asked Henry.

  “Yes,” Steve said.

  “If you figure it out, give us a call. We’ll go with you,” Henry said with a smile while Lucy and Max nodded in agreement.

  “I’d love that!” Steve said as he walked the gang to the door. They stood on his front porch and looked at the moon.

  “I wonder what it’s like up there,” pondered Lucy.

  “I bet there’s all kind of cool treasure,” said Henry.

  “There’s only one way to find out,” Steve said. He smirked as he looked at the big moon, imagining all the adventures he could have with his new friends in space.

  “Goodbye, Steve,” said Henry as the group left the wheat farm.

  Rufus and Snuggles came out to say goodbye to the three friends.

  “I hate saying goodbye,” Steve told the group.

  “Don’t think of goodbye, just think of the next time we say hello,” said Max.

  Steve smiled as he watched his friends walk off into the distance in search of treasure. He hoped their new diamond swords would protect them as they explored the world.
