“Or…” Alex took a deep breath for courage. “You could eat my ass.”
Seldon laughed. “I do love that ass. But can you enjoy that undosed now?”
“I don’t know.”
“I see.” Seldon worried his bottom lip, thinking. “We’re testing the grounds.”
“Yeah.”
Seldon smiled, studying Alex’s face, and he wondered what the old Incubus was thinking. “So, do you want to sit on my face, control this? Or do you want to try to sail away in what I think would give you the most pleasure?”
“Let’s try that.”
Seldon chuckled. “Okay, both it is. What do we start with?” Seldon scooted off the couch, and Alex flopped onto his stomach, ungracefully, but he felt in the mood for being goofy. He needed the light mood, and Seldon smiling and wagging his brows as he found his place between Alex’s legs helped with that.
The nerves set in just for a moment, but then Seldon’s hands caressed his ass. When he spread Alex’s ass cheeks, a cool breeze licked his hole which still felt warm from being fucked. And cum. Seldon’s cum warmed it, too. Then a tongue moved in to warm it, and Alex gasped at the gentle caress and pressure against such sensitive skin.
Seldon groaned against his ass and dove in with more eagerness, and Alex definitely didn’t feel used the way he had back at the House of Dahlidin. He wondered if it was the stranger, Kaydon, who had helped break down his walls to let someone as familiar as Seldon get this close to help him the rest of the way.
“Turn off your brain unless it’s focused on what I’m doing to you,” Seldon said.
“Sorry.” Alex pushed all thoughts away and found a comfortable position, his head propped up on his arms and the throw pillow. Oh, yeah, Seldon definitely knew what he was doing, and another groan escaped Seldon.
Pleasure. Pure pleasure. Seldon fed on that and not a dosed version. That’s how he knew there were too many thoughts in Alex’s head. The dose didn’t allow for that and didn’t revolve around slaking the lust. So Alex spread his legs a bit more, offered up his ass, and sailed away in all Seldon’s skillful tongue could do.
“You know what,” Seldon murmured against Alex’s ass. “With how you enjoy this, I could cum from it.” More rimming. “You could help me feed your lover if I eat your ass to cum.”
“Does it make a difference?”
“Mm-hmm.” Seldon stuck his tongue inside, and a surge of pleasure spread through Alex. “The more pleasure you feel, the harder I come, the more potent the mixture.” Seldon licked deep again, and Alex groaned and writhed as the long Cubi tongue found a particularly delicious spot inside Alex’s ass. “You should feed Kaydon your semen, too. Pure energy semen is the best.” And that was all Seldon had to say before he dove in, and the onslaught of pleasure left Alex writhing and groaning and thrusting his ass against Seldon’s face until the orgasm tore through him.
“We should definitely do that. Definitely,” Alex managed and let Seldon roll him to the side so he could get to the semen Alex had spilled on the couch. Seldon even licked Alex’s overly sensitive cock clean, making Alex gasp.
“Let me know when,” Seldon said, climbing up to put his head on Alex’s shoulder and snuggle in. Like Kaydon. Alex hated that the male/female gender roles of the society he’d grown up in had reduced him so much, yet he loved feeling strong and protective with Seldon in the female position, yet he hated that he thought about it in that way. It was clear that neither Seldon nor Kaydon felt emasculated by it, so why couldn’t Alex stop feeling that way.
Still, he pulled Seldon close, smiling when a content sigh escaped the old Incubus.
“This was amazing.”
A big smile finally spread on Alex’s face because it was. It had been amazing. Alex had enjoyed a man touching him, and he hadn’t felt used or abused. He’d won over the conditioning he’d been brought up under.
One day, maybe he’d be as strong as Kaydon and Seldon. Maybe one day, he’d be strong enough to let someone else be the strong one, too, without feeling like he then had to be the weak one.
Chapter Twenty-eight
Daniel, six of his Royal Guards, and four green-eyed Cubi walked briskly to the conference room where the collected families had been gathered. He’d already looked in on them via cameras placed in the room, and they were agitated. No wonder.
The guards threw the double doors open, and Daniel walked inside, feeling confident in what he’d done and was about to do.
A barrage of questions flew at him, and one man even attacked. Guard Lord Levidon grabbed the man by the shirt, twisted it, and lifted him to hold him in a straight arm over his head. It looked so effortless.
“Sit and remain silent, and you will learn much quicker why you have been brought here!” Daniel said.
Levidon put the man back down and gave him a gentle shove. Gentle for a Guard Lord meant the guy staggered back, flailing his arms to keep his balance, but he stopped and stared at them, his face flustered.
Daniel waited for the humans to comply, glaring at them with what felt like glowing golden eyes.
“There,” a woman in her sixties said once they’d all found a chair. “We’re seated.”
“I am Nol-Beaudon, King and sovereign ruler of this Cubi Nation.” Daniel pulled out his tablet and swiped the screen until he had the picture of Colonel Bridge. He then turned it for them all to see. “I expect some of you to know this person?” Mumbles confirmed it, and he swiped to the picture of Lieutenant Winters. “And this person.” More mumbles and nodding of heads. “They are the reason I have had you collected and brought to my House. These two have, despite a treaty stating our shared Nations are allies and friends, attacked my Kingdom and indiscriminately killed both men, women, and children while attempting to collect my people for scientific experimentation with poison. I am neither vicious nor am I vindictive, and I have no intentions of harming you. You will be my guests for the time being, and you will want for nothing but your freedom while you’re here, unless you act in a way that leaves me no alternatives than to make you my prisoners. Your freedom may only be granted if Bridge and Winters surrender themselves to stand trial before my nation for the crimes of war committed against my people.”
“What people?”
“What are you?”
“Where are you from?”
Those were just the questions Daniel registered as most of the adults spoke at once.
“Guard Lords and Ladies will be placed with you at all times. They have purple eyes. These four Sires and Dames”—the four stepped forward—“will be your gracious hosts. You may ask of them what you need to remain comfortable while you’re here. They will speak directly to me, should the need arise for whatever reason. Please divide yourselves into the groups you wish to live in while being my guests, and you will be taken to your apartments by your host.”
Daniel turned and left, leaving the Guard Lords and Ladies to assist the hosting Sires and Dames with what would undoubtedly be troublesome guests at some point.
The air moved in front of him, and Caledon shimmered into view in the hallway.
Daniel smiled at his lover. “Did you follow me?”
“Yes. With the thoughts you aired after we’d witnessed the attack, and how much you needed us last night, I wanted to be here for you now in case you needed me.”
“Thank you,” Daniel said, reaching for his hand. They walked on hand in hand, and Daniel smiled because he knew what something so simple in the Cubi world was worth. They passed a Succubus getting fucked silly by a breeder, and no one turned their head, but a Dame stopped and bowed, her gaze cutting to their joined hands, and it put a sweet smile on her face. Daniel loved that, and he felt full of love for the man holding his hand. “How did I do?”
“You were very to the point. No nonsense, and that’s necessary in situations like that. You didn’t answer their questions, and that’s good, because if they saw that you were willing to give, then they’d try to manipulate you until they can
make demands. You didn’t leave room for that. You are in charge, and you haven’t given anyone reason to doubt that now.”
Daniel squeezed Caledon’s hand.
“And you had that air of confidence that does delicious things to your people,” Caledon continued in a huskier voice.
Daniel looked at Caledon’s crotch, and oh my, so it did. But Daniel wasn’t hungry. Not like that, he could always eat, but he felt the need for something else. They passed a common room where only two people sat, one reading, the other drawing in a notebook.
Daniel dragged Caledon into it. “May I have the room?”
The two looked up, hurried to their feet only to drop to their knee. “Yes, My King,” they said in unison before the hurried out.
“Thank you,” Daniel said as they passed him. Guard Lord Afdon shimmered into view. “Please guard the door. From the outside.”
Afdon smiled, dipped his head, and closed the door.
“Did you feel sorry for me having to walk all the way back with a boner?” Caledon asked, grinning.
Daniel stepped up close enough to feel the hard member press against himself, and he caressed Caledon’s face. “No. But your continuing display of loyalty and affection reminded me of how much I’ve come to love you, and I wanted a moment to ourselves to show you how much you mean to me.”
Caledon’s eyes softened, and he looked almost vulnerable. Daniel loved that expression, and his memories always took him back to when he’d first kissed Caledon without it having to move to sex. Caledon had at first looked surprised, but then that adorable expression had taken over.
“I want to make love to you,” Daniel whispered.
Caledon’s breath hitched, and his eyes fluttered closed as he leaned in for a gentle kiss. Daniel kept it gentle as he backed Caledon to the sofa. Caledon lay back on it, and Daniel lowered himself onto his beautiful Lord whose body quivered. Daniel had learned that it did when it was love and not feeding he was feeling. It made Daniel’s heart flutter that he could cause such strong emotion in his lover, and Daniel’s entire world zeroed in to only hold himself and Caledon.
That evening, Daniel watched from the plateau along with Seldon, Caledon, and Elakdon when hundreds of young humans were led into the cave. It was chaos, and Daniel felt split about being happy on behalf of his Kingdom and loathing that he’d done to others what he’d hated that had been done to himself.
Like with himself, the hundreds of young people had been stripped naked. They clutched at their genitals to hide them, and the girls clumped together for safety in numbers.
Seldon took Daniel’s hand, squeezing it. “What is it, boy?”
“Brings back memories.”
“I’m sorry.” Seldon let go of Daniel’s hand to put his arm around Daniel’s shoulder and pull him closer. “Your feelings are showing, though. We can feel them. We can feel when you’re upset, strong…hungry.” Seldon chuckled. “You have to calm yourself. Be the beacon your people needs. Insecurity in the person who ordered this action does not grow confidence in you.”
Daniel nodded, trying to find the determination to feel like a strong King for having kidnapped hundreds of humans. He could barely see them from where he stood. He could barely hear them which he thought was a blessing at that moment.
“It’s odd to think that not a month ago, this place was full of humans and their giant machines,” Seldon said.
“And now it’s the inclusion area for future Cubi.” Future Cubi. Daniel liked that. That the inclusion looked more like hoarding animals to a slaughterhouse kind of ruined his ability to see it as something positive. “Let’s go lower.” He turned and descended the stairs until the humans’ voices became clear enough for him to separate them and not merely be a murmuring hum. He could see the collected humans better now, too, and they were gorgeous. “Were any of the teams discovered while hunting? Do any humans know?”
“There are rumors,” Caledon said.
Daniel nodded, thinking he’d better check up on those. “And the attacks on our clubs?”
“The rumors are mainly focused on the clubs being places to lure in the young and impressionable and that they were taken from there,” Caledon said. “Guest lists, of course, have thrown the police off, yet I’ve had confirmation that four of the young natural beauties have in fact been at some of the clubs.”
“How are our burn victims?”
“A lot better,” Seldon said, grinning. “Guard Lord Levidon apparently can’t say no to my son’s baby blues, and Marca apparently got pretty close with Alex. Alex just happens to be a very tentative lover to Kaydon. Levidon is dosing to heal him faster. I’ve delivered a few dose shakes, too.”
Daniel smiled, nodding. After the attacks, Seldon had gone to find Alex and get some hard and sweaty sex, yet once he’d returned to Daniel and Caledon, he told them about Alex discovering himself and managing pure energy. Apparently, Daniel had been right that Alex needed someone familiar. Someone he trusted. It gave Daniel hope on Alex’s behalf, and he’d watch him closely in the future. Remembering that Elakdon had offered to turn Alex caused a feeling of…possessiveness? The thought of having Alex as one of his people brought about a sense of pride. Alex was hot, no doubt about it, but Daniel never felt attracted to him, and he now knew it was because he couldn’t feed on him. But that didn’t mean that he didn’t find Alex gorgeous. He even felt a stirring of excitement at making Alex his first natural beauty.
Below them, something resembling order began to form as the Cubi divided the future Changelings up and made them form lines. Below the stairs and platforms, tables were set up, and each was occupied by medical staff.
A Lord came up the stairs and handed Daniel a tablet. “My King.”
“Thank you, My Lord,” Daniel said. He accessed the information, finding a list with three hundred twenty-one names. The list was called Natural Beauty of Nol-Beaudon. It made him smile, and looking out over the frightened crowd, he felt hopeful. Now all he had to secure was that they’d feel hopeful about their future, too. “Can any of you whistle really loudly? And will they even be able to hear me if I speak?”
“They will in a minute.” Seldon left them, running down the stairs and out of sight. He returned two minutes later, handing Daniel a mic set like the ones he’d seen singers wear when giving concerts. “It’s synced up to the speakers in here. I’m turning it on, now.”
The speakers crackled, and that certainly got the attention of the many humans.
“Welcome.” He let the word hang in the air for a while, watching as the humans looked around, confused, before all finally followed the Cubi’s directions as they pointed to him. “I am Nol-Beaudon, King of the Cubi Nation you share land with. You may have heard about us, Incubi and Succubi.
“The doctors at the tables will take a blood sample from you. You will then be shown a place for you to relax. We won’t harm you unless you give us reason to. We have no desire to harm you.
“But I know one question that must be burning in all of you. Why you’re here. You’re here because some of your human leaders decided to break our peace treaty and wage a war against us. They have killed many of us without cause. You are here to replenish our ranks.
“I know the future with us looks scary from where you stand now, but I promise you it doesn’t have to be. In fact”—Daniel couldn’t help but smile—“I promise you a future filled with pleasures. I sincerely hope that you acclimatize to your new life with us quickly.” Daniel cued Seldon who turned off the mic set. “Did I leave anything out?”
Elakdon chuckled. “Doesn’t matter. Whatever you tell them now, they’ll have forgotten it tomorrow from the fear they feel now. Trust me. But give them time. The acclimatizing period you planned is well thought out.”
“With a lot of help.”
Elakdon winked. “It’s okay to let yourself be inspired by the success of others. Although, I don’t think any Kingdom has collected the way you do now for many centuries. We will, though. The next ten ye
ars will be the decade of Natural Beauties.”
“Which reminds me,” Daniel said, letting Seldon take the mic set and pack it away. “I haven’t gotten an answer from Alex, but I feel…I want him as one of us, but I won’t change him against his will. He’s come a long way since he arrived back here. Will you help me gauge if he’s ready? And if he has an answer, can we change him now? I want him to be my first natural beauty.”
Alex had come back to serve Daniel, and that kind of loyalty was to be commended. Yeah, Daniel knew that it was Seldon and Marcadon that Alex cared most about, but Daniel had grown quite fond of Alex and would do anything he could to help him transition into whatever position he chose because one thing was certain—Alex would be allowed to choose his future from then on. Loyalty would at least earn him freedom of choice.
“Of course I’ll help,” Elakdon said. “And I do recognize that need to claim. We all have it. It’s instinctive in Royals.”
They left the cave and walked through the halls, following Elakdon’s direction. Caledon and Seldon excused themselves and headed to the Grand Council hall.
“I popped by Kaydon on my way to you,” Elakdon said. “Alex was there, reading to him. Maybe he’s still there.”
“As good a place as any to start then,” Daniel said, grinning. Maybe Alex should have a cellphone, so he could always be reached. He wasn’t a slave anymore despite being collared, and he’d made it quite clear that he had no ties to the human world anymore, so what could the harm be?
“May I make a suggestion?” Elakdon asked as they turned down the hall where Kaydon’s room was.
“Always.”
Elakdon stopped outside the door, putting his hand on the handle, but he didn’t enter. “You said that you would choose Kaydon to be trained as a Guard, correct?”
Daniel smiled. “With the pride I see in your eyes every time you tell the story of his bravery, then he has a pretty impressive resume. I’d be a fool not to.”
“You would be, I agree.” Elakdon grinned and winked at him. “My suggestion is that you tell him. He’s in pain, and he hates that his recovery is taking so long. Give him something to look forward to. Something for his mind to focus on. Something positive.”
