Abruptly then, he moved between her legs, pushing them up and open. He held her there, his hands behind her knees, and thrust his tongue into her. She cried out after just a couple strokes. He moved back to her clit, sucking and drawing his tongue over her, and made her come.

She was fucking glorious. She called his name and rocked herself against him, taking every bit of what he gave her and then some.

He couldn’t handle it any more. He couldn’t wait another second. He couldn’t leave her, the way he had her trussed up, and go searching around for a condom.

Like a man half-insane, he rose up on his knees. Keeping her legs open, he secured them with his upper arms and reached around to grab a nipple with either hand.

That got her attention. He held her, completely contained, at his mercy. “Put your feet up over my shoulders,” he said.

She seemed to need a minute to process. Watching quietly, she took a slow minute before she complied.

Her hands were still over her head like he’d first instructed her. He had her caught up in every way, her pussy and ass suspended above the bed, her whole body submissive. It was a fucking splendor.

Henry hadn’t been bare inside a woman’s cunt since…ever. Compelled against all sense, he dipped into her. He meant only to lube up a bit before he moved to her ass. But it was so fucking good, he nearly lost his mind. He fucked her deep and hard and until he was almost too late. With the barest grip on his sanity, he pulled out and shoved into her ass.

He took her without warning, realizing he’d been a bit boorish only when she whimpered. But she’d been hot with it, too, moaning with the way he fucked her, the way his fingers had tugged at her nipples with every thrust.

There wasn’t going to be any slowing down.

“Finger your clit,” he grated out, barely civil. “Hurry the fuck up. We’re coming.”

She moved one hand, not quite touching herself.

“Do it,” he said. “Come on.” He couldn’t hold himself back. Her ass was so tight, the glory that was Jubilee was so dazzling, so stunning and fucking hot, that he couldn’t do a damn thing but fuck the hell out of her.

She was with him, though, there at the end. She tossed her head, made urgent noises, and worked her clit for him.

They both spasmed when it took them, hard, wracking, glorious shudders of prolonged orgasm. He was still trembling with aftershocks when he pulled out, wrapped her up in his arms, and ducked his head into the crook of her neck.

The better to hide the moisture in his eyes. Thank God, he thought. Thank God he had her.

  Chapter Fourteen

A month later, the four of them were spending the weekend at Henry’s house, celebrating his birthday.

They were working out their ménage as they went along, and everyone seemed happy with the way they’d settled into it.

Keith’s work involved quite a bit of travel around the state, but he was home with Jubilee most nights. He was giving up his apartment at the end of February and would move in with her.

Brody led a team in game development, but the whole group was tech-savvy by nature, so he’d learned he could work from home—Jubilee’s home—most of the time. He’d made two trips to California in January, but he’d already decided that a single on-site visit would probably suffice for most months. He’d work out some “upgrades,” he said, for video communication from the house.

Spending time at Jubilee’s was toughest for Henry. He taught a classroom course in the spring semester, which required his being in Rochester three days a week. In addition, he worked in his lab and met with his team and their grad students. He could work from home one or, at best, two days a week. The drive between Jubilee’s and the university was just short of an hour, not too terrible for a daily commute, but definitely a challenge for the winter months.

He argued that Jubilee could work from anywhere, and he urged her to consider moving to his home. It was bigger than hers, they could make her a studio there, and, while it wasn’t out in the country, it was built on a tract of nice woods that backed up to the canal towpath.

He thought she could be happy there, that they all could.

Jubilee trusted that he was right. In many ways, it would be easier for all of them to be closer to the city. But she loved her old Victorian and truly hated to give it up.

  Maybe one day, she said.

The men respected her feelings about the house—it was a lovely property, and she obviously had long years of attachment. Plus, they all enjoyed spending time there, too, and likely would more so as they experienced a spring, summer, and fall on her land.

So, for the moment, they compromised. Jubilee would keep the Victorian. Brody was having plans drawn up for an addition. He reassured her it would be in keeping with the character of the house, but, even so, she was taken aback by the scope of his plans.

The guys all needed a little space, he told her. “And, kids,” he said simply, which pretty much took the fight out of her. Like he’d probably anticipated.

They decided that Henry would keep his house, too. He would stay there during tough work weeks or when snow made travel iffy. Any of them, or all four of them, could tuck in there if they had events in town, or travel connections to make, or just wanted to be where Henry was. He made space for Jubilee to set up a small loom in a downstairs room that had light from two sides and a view of the woods and canal.

They were about done with this negotiation when Brody happened to mention his beach house in California. It was there, he said, any time any of them had a hankering for a little warmth, sunshine, white sand, and blue water.

Their discussion about children had been memorable. The three guys had impatiently awaited her midwife appointment the second week of January. But, by the time the date rolled around, they all seemed to have an opinion. She’d mentioned she was thinking of an IUD, good for several years.

“Wouldn’t something short-term do better?” Henry had asked. “We’re thinking kids, aren’t we?”

It was a weekend, and they were outside around the bonfire again, having had an unlikely day with temperatures in the fifties and a gloriously clear night of stars.

“Are we?” Jubilee responded. Yeah, the topic had come up when Brody was showing her the plans to triple the size of her house—a gaming room really was necessary, apparently, and the guys would need either a small office each or a large one to share. But it had been little more than a week since “Henry had come home,” as they all phrased it. They’d hardly had a chance to figure out the workings of their four-way relationship. Talk of adding children to the mix seemed premature.

  But—

“Yes.” All three men said it together, and Keith, whose lap she happened to be in, touched her cheek and said, “Of course.”

She looked around the group and felt a happy little dance going on in her heart. She was a lucky woman.

“I’m thinking sooner rather than later,” Brody said. “Especially if we want a few. Maybe you want to forego birth control altogether. I’m ready.”

Keith must have felt her quick intake of breath and gave her a reassuring pat. “Your call, of course, Jubes.”

“A few? How many are we thinking?” she had to ask.

“Well,” Henry answered. “I figure we could have up to eight and still, among us, have a hand for each of them.”

“Or six,” Brody said. “Two for each of us. If paternity matters. Henry, you made it sound like you cared about that.”

“We’ll all be their dads, though, right?” Keith asked. “Better that, I’d say, than one dad and a couple ‘funny uncles.’” He made finger quotes.

Brody said they weren’t funny like that.

Jubilee put her head on Keith’s shoulder as the men continued the discussion. She was feeling very content and just a little bit scared.

They debated the advantages of leaving paternity to chance, with all of the men relating to and responsible for all of the children equally, or taking measures to control for paternity
. That last was Henry’s phrase, and she rolled her eyes at it, murmuring that she wasn’t his science experiment.

They identified a lot of issues to consider and finally thought to ask her opinion.

  “Six?” she said. “Eight?”

Keith laughed. “Kind of stuck there, are you? I’ve been in a lot of negotiations with Henry. He always starts with the outrageous, so, when you compromise, he gets what he wants.”

“Hey,” Henry complained. “Stop giving away my strategy.”

“She’s a smart girl,” Keith countered. “She’d have figured it out.”

“I can see it,” Brody said, speaking slowly and looking around the group. “All of us, our beautiful girl, this pretty house, and a bunch of rug rats. Maybe not eight, but I can see six.”

He was smiling when Jubilee looked over at him. “You know rug rats turn into teenagers, right?”

He answered with a wink. “I’ll be the cool dad. Video games, beach house. I’ll take them there when they need to run away from home. They’ll have their first sex on the beach, like every red-blooded California kid.”

Jubilee watched the pleasure in his eyes. He could see it. And she could, too, even if she didn’t really want to picture that last part.

“I love you, Brody,” she told him.

  “Yeah, baby.”

In the end, they tabled the discussion because somebody had gotten ideas into his head that required finding a bed, and Jubilee chose birth control pills for a short-term method.

All the guys were pleased about that. They’d all been looking forward to when they could “get happy in the vagina,” as Brody termed it. He’d marked the days off on her kitchen calendar.

The weekend of Henry’s birthday was the first time Jubilee had been back to his house since New Year’s Eve. She drove up with Keith on Friday evening, and they met Brody at the airport before they all got together at the house. They had a late dinner at the Tap and Mallet. At home, Henry said he wanted her in his bed for the night, and they had a sweet time there—after she’d spent a good hour saying goodnight to Brody and Keith.

Jubilee got the sense there was a special reason Henry wanted her in his house for that weekend, but she didn’t learn what it was until Saturday night.

They spent the morning in various separate activities. Jubilee took a canal walk and set up her new loom. Keith went to RIT to skate and Brody ran. Henry worked in his home office.

Keith and Jubilee made a light lunch for everyone in Henry’s kitchen.

After, Henry said, he wanted time for the four of them to have a discussion together. Then he had reservations for an early dinner out followed by a musical at a downtown theater. He wanted them all back at his place after that.

That last seemed important to him, and his unwillingness to say more made it seem a bit mysterious. Though he had a stubborn look in his eyes, so she knew she’d have to wait.

He took charge of the post-lunch meeting. Keith poked fun, asking if he should take minutes, but Henry had a serious topic to bring to the table.

“I’ve spoken with an attorney about the options we have for legally recognizing our commitment. Ours”—he circled his finger to include the three men—“to you, Jubilee.”

“Dude,” Brody said. “Was that a proposal? Because, it kind of stank.” From across the table, he picked up Jubilee’s hand and kissed her fingers. “Don’t worry, baby. I’ll do better.”

Henry wasn’t entertained. “Dude,” he responded drily. “We can’t all marry her.”

Keith spoke up. “We already talked about this. We can have any kind of ceremony we want, or not have one at all. Have your family here, babe,” he said to Jubilee, “if you like. Mine and Bro’s, too, if that seems like a good idea. Or we can just make the commitment to her that we want. We love her—you,” he said again to Jubilee. “I love you. I’m happy Henry and Keith love you. I’m ecstatic you love us. I’m in. Done.”

  “Ditto,” Brody said.

Before Jubilee could reply, Henry broke in. “I want a contract. Legally, that’s what a marriage is, right? I want a legal commitment. Jubilee should have one as protection. You should, too, Brody.”

“I don’t need that—” Jubilee started, and Brody was objecting, too.

Henry spoke over them both. “You remember, Brody, getting taken to the cleaners by your ex? And, Jubilee, I want to make the sort of commitment to you that a husband makes to a wife. If the other two don’t care, and you want to marry me, I’d be fine with that. More than happy.” He glanced at Brody. “I’ll even manage a decent proposal. Either way, these two should make the same kind of commitment. Especially since we’re talking children.”

As it happened, there were a lot of opinions around the table, and the conversation went on for a couple hours.

Jubilee argued that she had her own income which was enough for her needs. She didn’t need that kind of protection.

Brody acknowledged the truth of that. “I looked her up. Do you guys know she has pieces that sell for five figures?” Still, he agreed with Henry about the men making a formal, legal commitment to her.

“You want a prenup,” she said to him. “That’s fine. I get that.”

“No,” he said. “That’s not it.”

What they wanted, she gleaned, was for her to feel they were making a full commitment to her, as though each of them had a marriage with her. She felt their commitment, she said, and trusted it. Trusted them. She was making the same commitment to them, she argued. And if they were going to put a stamp on their relationship with a legal contract, she would do so, too.

They all fussed about that, but they learned she could be a tough negotiator, too.

In the end, they agreed they’d see Henry’s attorney and bind the relationship with a contract that would essentially mirror what it would be like if she were able to marry all of them. They’d hold off on a ceremony that included a celebration with family and friends, thinking some of the families might need a bit of time to come around to the nature of their relationship.

But there would be a ring, Brody commented.

“Rings,” Jubilee corrected. The guys smiled their pleasure at that.

They sealed their commitment with champagne at dinner. They’d all dressed up, so Jubilee was surrounded by an excess of male magnificence. Through dinner and the show after, she felt wholly indulged in their attention and regard. On the way home, she rode in the back seat of Henry’s Mercedes. Since Brody was back there with her, she was given a head start on how she figured her evening would end. By the time they got from downtown to Henry’s, Brody had one hand on her tit and the other inside her panties. Inside her.

He’d gotten her very hot. The inside of the car was silent except for her breathing, so she knew it was no secret what was happening in the back seat. Brody’s fingers paused for just a second when Henry spoke.

“Warm her up all you want,” he told Brody. “But don’t let her come.”

Apparently, Brody took that as a challenge to get her teetering on the edge as many times as possible during their ride home. So she was a fair mess when Henry helped her out of the car and led her upstairs to his bedroom. All three men came along, and all three kissed her. They stood together, passing her from one to the next and peeling her clothes off. Each time she lost an article of clothing, new touches were added to the kisses, taking advantage of each bit of skin revealed.

The men started undressing, too, until, when she was taken into each man’s arms, she was brought up against a naked, muscular, hot chest. She was in Keith’s embrace, wearing nothing now but those pretty heels Brody had bought for her, when Henry spoke.

“Bring her here,” he said to Keith and Brody. He looked at Jubilee. “I want to introduce you to something.”

He opened a door off his bedroom and walked through it. At either side, Keith and Brody took an arm and led her along behind Henry. It was a small room, tucked alongside the master bath and closet, probably meant as a study or
sitting room. In this case, it had been outfitted as…well, a sex den of iniquity was all Jubilee could think. There were chains hanging from a heavy grid at the ceiling. There was a padded bench, about the same height and dimensions as a massage table, in the center of the room. The wall facing the windows formed a storage—or, perhaps, display was a better word—area. It was composed of small drawers and cubbies below, then shelves and hooks above. Some items must be hidden from sight, she knew, but she could see…thick leather and velvet cuffs and other kinds of restraints, good old-fashioned police-issue handcuffs—more than one set. Items like a small whip—a quirt, she thought it might be called—and something like a paddle.

What was hidden seemed every bit as tantalizing as what she could see—maybe even more so. Henry had told her he had nipple clamps. Much to her surprise, she could imagine all sorts of devices tucked into those little spaces. She chose to attribute that to the way she’d been left simmering and needy after Brody’s endless teasing in the car and then that festival of kissing and touching in the bedroom.

She heard Keith draw a breath of wonder next to her. “Holy shit.”

By unspoken agreement, the two men held her as Henry made some preparations. He watched her and tormented her as he did it. First, he took two leather wrist cuffs and attached them to chains hanging from the ceiling. Then he went to the cubbies and, one by one, found the items he wanted and set them on the bench. He worked slowly, letting her see—or hear, in some cases—everything he chose. He held each device as his gaze looked her over, giving her an indication of which part of her body was going to become intimately knowledgeable about its purpose.

There were those nipple clamps he’d already told her about. He just let her get a look at the first pair he chose—like clothespins, covered in black velvet and attached by a silver chain. Something about them gave her the sense the velvet wouldn’t be soft so much as…excruciating. Then another pair, each with two small pads set into a sort of alligator clip. They were wired to a small plastic box. He brought that over to her, all sexy himself in nothing but his dress pants and belt.
