Alpha in a Fur Coat

He straddled her, his sweaty skin glistening in the moonlight. He let out an authoritative growl, his eyes burning with hunger. “Mine,” he said leaning down to bite her neck, sinking his teeth in enough to send a shiver of delicious pain down Storm’s back. It turned her on when his dominant alpha tendencies started to break through his gentlemanly façade.

“Mine,” he repeated, his voice stern and demanding. “Say it, Storm.”

“Yours,” Storm breathed out, her heart pounding in her chest, pleading for more of him. “I’m yours.”

And then, Grant took what was his. With one sudden, swift movement, he rammed his stiff, thick dick into her dripping wet entrance. Grant liked things a little rough, and there was no gentleness in his movements tonight. He thrust back and forth over and over, hungry and panting, and letting out low growls. Storm instantly felt the pressure within her growing. The heat and the tingling sensation were building, and she knew she Grant was about to push her over the edge. She moaned, and tried to thrash about, but she couldn’t move much underneath him.

So she gave in, and found her release. The waves of pleasure flooded over her, and her inner muscles clenched tightly around Grant’s dick. He roared, and thrust into her again with all his might. Then he stiffened and released himself into her with another loud, primal growl. They both held each other tightly for several long moments as the aftershocks of their passion continued to rock them. Finally, Grant rolled over and lay on his back on the grass next to Storm. He reached for her hand and intertwined his fingers with hers, and Storm sighed happily.

Then, for the first time tonight, she looked up at the sky. Really looked at it. She gasped.

“Grant, look at the stars. They’re magnificent.”

“I know,” Grant said. “I had forgotten how beautiful they are when you get away from city lights. Reminds me of Alaska.”

Storm sighed. “I wonder if we’ll ever make it back there. Or back to Chicago. Or if we’ll end up somewhere completely different altogether.”

Grant chuckled and squeezed her hand tighter. “Stop worrying about everything, Beautiful. Just take each day as it comes. From now on, as long as we’re together, we’re home. Okay?”

  Storm smiled. “Okay,” she said.

And it was true. Life hadn’t been easy lately, but it had been an adventure. And she couldn’t ask for a better partner on this adventure than the gorgeous shifter lying next to her. She’d lost her job and been kicked out of her city, but it didn’t matter.

  She was home.

  About the Author

There are bears walking among us. Sloane Meyers is devoted to telling their stories.

Sloane thinks we could all use a little escape in our lives. And what better way to shake up the ordinary than to transport yourself to the mysterious world of those who have an animal within them, roaring to be let out. Sloane brings you hot shifter males, and spunky, spirited heroines—with NO cliffhangers! Each book can be read as a standalone.

When she’s not busy crafting bear tales, Sloane enjoys a good glass of wine, preferably shared with good friends. She loves reading (duh!) and spending time in the great outdoors.
