Blue Mage

Elona put the necklace around her neck and looked up at Bimandil who was still smiling. “Yes well, it may be best that the thief stays hidden for a while then. I'm sure she won't want to be caught by the captain of the guard either. Heard he might be a bit tough.”

With that, Elona climbed up onto the window sill and jumped down. Her legs were still shaky from not using them in days, but her muscle memory still held strong. The fairy on her shoulder looked back at the castle, knowing that his life of living in higher class living would be coming to a close. Despite this, the fairy stayed close to Elona, deciding this was the best option for both of them.

Elona could see the streets far down below as people were rebuilding what was once their home. Even she knew what to expect when she returned back home to the thieves’ guild. The main entrance was destroyed from the attacks so there was no telling how she could get in without guards following in now without the traps guarding the way.

“Think Roland got that house he promised us? Maybe make a new thieves den is just what we need to do with the money we get from this necklace.”

The fairy squeaked in agreement. A new thieves den, new country, and a new world to explore that was ripe for the stealing. Elona, Roland, and the fairy as the biggest outcasts and strongest trio the world would fear. Even the Blue Mage would hide from them if he was still alive today, knowing Elona was no longer willing to just trust someone so easily ever again.
