Hit the Spot

Who wouldn’t? She was putting shit on display for me. And on top of that, she was making her shit bounce.
Besides, looking wasn’t begging. I could look all I wanted.
“Well?” She pulled her sunglasses off and tossed them on her towel. “You ready?”
I looked her straight in the eyes. Fuck yeah, I was ready. Was she?
“Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” I reminded her, stepping back and holding my arm out.
She walked past me toward my board, grinning like a winner, swaying her hips and checking over her shoulder to make sure I was watching.
I was.
Tori didn’t just have the tits. She had the ass, too. And I was looking my fill.
Then I moved to stand on the opposite side of her, putting the board between us, and went about going over some basics.
Everything was protocol. I started off the same way as every lesson. Except instead of telling Tori where to put her body, I put her body in the positions I wanted her to be in, explaining my steps as I went along and adjusting her even when she really didn’t need adjusting.
I was playing the game. And I was taking opportunity.
“Bend your knees more. Drop lower,” I said, standing behind her and pressing close, cock to ass, running my hand down the back of her thigh and pushing it out while my other hand fit around her waist and flattened on her stomach.
She was low enough on the board. There was no need for what I was doing.
Except there was extreme need for what I was doing. She felt so damn good against me.
“That line on the board, keep it centered on your body when you’re paddlin’. Right here,” I told her, indicating midline by brushing my fingertips down her throat to between her collarbone and farther down, stopping just at the top of her cleavage.
Way unnecessary. Who didn’t know where the center of their body was? Even a kid could point to their fucking belly button.
But again, taking opportunity. I’d be a damn fool not to at this point.
Her breathing hitched, too quiet to hear over the noise around us, but I felt it shudder and pause against the pads of my fingers.
That was her only tell. She was determined.
Didn’t step out of my arms. Didn’t tell me to stop. She wouldn’t give an indication that this was affecting her. No fucking way.
Tori was here to win and was bringing her game just as hard.
“Like this?”
“Is this right?”
“Jamie, I…can you help me?”
She’d ask, in this sweet bedroom voice that made blood run hot in my veins.
Smiling. Bending low. Popping her ass out. Grabbing on to me and acting like she was losing balance when she wasn’t. Taking the band out of her hair and letting all that soft blond down, allowing it to blow in the breeze like she was on location for a damn swimsuit calendar shoot.
Straight up. I’d buy enough of them to wallpaper my fucking house.
She was looking that good.
After I had her practice popping up on the board more times than needed, which should’ve been for her benefit, but considering what she was wearing, it was for mine, I told her to hop off and picked my board up off the sand.
“Come on. Let’s get you out,” I said, walking toward the water.
“What?”
I turned my head and looked back at Tori. She hadn’t moved.
“Let’s go,” I urged, starting to walk again but halting when she didn’t follow. “Legs…”
“Why?” she asked, suddenly looking unsure and unsettled, her fingers knotting together at her stomach.
“Why?” I echoed. “What do you mean, why? You’re surfin’, right?”
“Yeah, but why go out?” She gestured at the sand. “It’s my first lesson. Shouldn’t we just do everything out of the water? You know, to make sure I’m ready to surf? I feel like that’s the right way to go about things.”
“Yeah? You suddenly a pro?”
“I’m just making a suggestion.”
“Well, your suggestion sucks,” I shot back. “Ain’t gonna be ready if you don’t get in. You won’t learn until you’re out there.”
She caught her bottom lip between her teeth and shook her head.
“Babe, for real, if you’re worried I won’t be touching you like I’ve been doing for the past twenty minutes just ’cause you’ll be in the water, don’t be.” I smiled at her. “There’s a lot I can do in that ocean.”
Her eyes narrowed. She released her bottom lip and started moving toward me with purpose.
“Just make sure when you start begging, you do it with your head above a wave. I don’t wanna miss it,” she said when she reached my side.
Water splashed under her feet.
I chuckled, and we both continued out. She was moving slow, staying a foot behind me, but I figured it was because of her suit and her not wanting anything to shift.
Figured that was the reason for her hesitation going out initially, too.
I dropped the board in the water when we got in waist deep, keeping hold of it. “Go ahead and get on. I’m gonna let you ride a few in on your stomach first before we get you poppin’ up,” I instructed, looking down the board at her.
Tori had her arms pulled in close to her chest and was watching the water, eyes darting left and right, body shaking, letting the waves move her instead of bracing and keeping herself steady.
Jesus. She was really worried about flashing people in that thing.
“Legs.”
Her head jerked up and those pale blues connected, then she grabbed on to the board like she needed it for safety and slid her grip down, moving deeper into the water and getting closer to me.
“You ready?” I asked, watching her do these weird, jerking movements every time a wave rolled under us.
She nodded quickly. “What do I do?”
“Just get on. I’ll push you in.” Looking out, I saw a bigger wave coming at us. I gripped the board to keep hold of it and instructed, “Wait. Watch this wave,” then I ducked under the water while keeping my grip on the board so I wouldn’t lose it, not counting on Legs to keep hold of it and figuring she’d be relying on me to do it and worrying about herself.
The wave rolled above my head.
I popped up, wiped the water out of my eyes, brushed my hair back, and braced for her to climb on.
But she wasn’t there.
“Legs.”
I looked left and then right, thinking maybe she’d drifted a little.
I studied the crowd. All the people around me. There were a lot.
I didn’t see her.
“Legs!” I yelled out, searching harder.
Nothing. My chest got tight.
“TORI!”
I let go of my board and moved around, peering behind groups who were wading together and looking for blond hair.
The water was crowded. And when you’re panicked and looking for someone, you don’t look as well as you should.
You skim for features. You don’t linger. You try and cover as much area as you can.
That was why I didn’t see her until I did, which was a good five seconds after my heart crawled into my throat.
Relief flooded me as I focused on her. I let out a breath.
Tori was hunched over in knee-deep water a good twenty feet away, facing the ocean, crouched low and curled in on herself like she was shivering and trying to stay warm.
I rushed over to her, forgetting about my board. “Jesus. Are you okay?” I asked. “You scared the shit outta me. I couldn’t see you.”
Staying in that wrapped-up position, Tori shook her head in answer, keeping her chin tucked.
She was a little rattled by the wave. I understood that. And I figured the least I could do would be to offer up some comfort to help settle her down.
“That happens to everybody,” I said, speaking nothing but honesty. “Some of these waves are brutal. Come on. You’re all right.” I reached to help h
er up, but she jerked away and hunched over even farther, nearly folding in half. “Legs.”
“My top,” she said, voice lowered and anxious. She tipped her head back, and I saw her gaze was wild with panic. “I lost it. I—I…I’m naked. I lost my top.”
My eyes went wide.
I looked at the way her arms were crossed over her chest, making an X. Her hands were curled into fists and tucked against her neck.
“Oh, shit,” I laughed.
Tori gaped at me.
“Sorry. It’s just”—I rubbed at my jaw—“I told you that suit was a bad idea.”
“Would you help me, please?” she cried. “I don’t know what to do.”
“All right. Relax.”
I stepped in front of her and bent down, getting close. Waves crashed on my back.
“Feelin’ the need to say a little prayer for this. Might suck for you, but honest to God, this might be the best day of my life,” I joked, wanting to lighten up the mood a little for her since she was still looking shaken up from the wave.
Her lip was trembling. I watched drops of water run down her cheek and felt my brow tighten.
Was she crying? Shit.
She was seriously worked up.
“Come on,” I said, holding my arms out. “Climb on up.”
She blinked. “W-what?”
“Gonna carry you in. Just wrap around me and stay pressing close. Nobody’ll see shit. Come on.”
She looked at me, at my arms being offered out, going back and forth between the two and then blinking up at my face.
I dropped to a knee and moved closer. “Swear it. I won’t let anybody see anything. Okay?” I promised, looking into her eyes and reading her hesitation. “Just climb on, babe. I got you.”
“What about your board?”
“Fuck my board. I’ll get it later.”
Tori wavered, still watching me. Studying me. Wanting to read my honesty and feel it for herself. Then, keeping her elbows tucked close, she slowly reached out before fully committing to the decision, and once that was done a second later, she went for it, launching herself out of the water and climbing onto me, arms circling my neck and legs locking tight around my waist.
Her heart was pounding and her limbs were shivering.
Standing, I held on to her, gripping the bottoms of her thighs and hitching her higher before I started walking us in.
“Can’t say I’m hatin’ this,” I shared, turning my head so my mouth was against her ear.
“Are people looking?” she asked.
I leaned away and saw her eyes were pinched shut.
“Yeah, they’re lookin’,” I told her, smiling and watching ahead. “They can’t see shit, but they’re lookin’.”
She gripped me harder. Her tight nipples brushed against my chest.
“Jesus,” I murmured.
“What?”
“You feel so fuckin’ good like this.”
I felt her head move against the side of mine. “I hate you,” she whispered.
I smiled again, reaching her towel and the bag she’d dropped next to it. “You got somethin’ in there to cover up with?” I asked.
Still trembling in my arms, Tori shook her head.
“Jesus, babe. You need to relax,” I told her, not understanding the way her body was still tensing up. I headed toward my setup. “Got you out without no one seein’ anything and I’m gonna continue makin’ sure no one sees anything. You can wear my shirt. Problem solved. And straight up, plenty of people get knocked down by waves. Even me. So just let that shit roll right off you. It ain’t a big deal.”
“You don’t know anything,” she said.
“No?” I asked gruffly. “How ’bout you enlighten me then. What don’t I know?”
I slid one arm up her back, keeping the other under her ass for support, then I bent over and snatched up my shirt I’d discarded, returning that hand back under her ass as I straightened up and kept us moving until I reached a sand dune that could provide the cover she was wanting right now.
It had tall brush overgrowing on the top of it and down the sides, stood above my head, and butted up against a fence that also had high, unkempt brush growing all around it, meaning no one could stand behind that fence and get an eyeful of Tori while she was changing.
“Well?” I urged when I got us back there.
She sighed. “Forget it.”
“Don’t do that. I fuckin’ hate that shit,” I bit out, then I started pulling her away from me. “Go ahead. Hop down.”
She stiffened in my arms.
I stopped pulling, laughed when she scrambled close again, and explained, “Got you back here where no one can see you. You’re good.”
Tori slowly leaned away enough to look at our surroundings but not enough so I could see anything when I glanced down the front of her, then she met my eyes, catching me trying to get a glimpse, and warned, “You don’t get to look.”
I cocked a brow. “Felt ’em. Considerin’ you gave me that, I’ll give you this.”
“How sweet.”
“You want sweet?”
“I want to get dressed.”
She wiggled, trying to slide down.
I locked my arms into a tighter hold, got a glare from her, and smiled. “Sorta missed that,” I said, talking about her sass. I put her on her feet and handed over my shirt when she reached for it with one hand.
She kept her other arm pressed against her tits. Then after taking the shirt, she wiped at her face, sniffed, and quickly turned away to get covered up.
I shook my head, smiling. “Jesus, Legs. I always thought you had ice in your veins,” I said, crossing my arms over my chest. “Alls it takes is a little wave to knock you over and you get all soft on me. What’s up with that?”
“I can’t swim.”
My mouth tightened. Then my gaze narrowed in on the back of her head as blond popped through the hole in my shirt.
The fuck did she just say?
“You wanna repeat that?” I asked.
She slid her arms through the sleeves, tugged the hem down her body, and turned her head. “I can’t swim. I’m not a good swimmer,” she said on a shrug. “That wave really scared me.”
I lowered my arms and stepped closer, jaw clenching so tight it started to ache. “Are you bein’ straight with me right now?” I growled. “You can’t fuckin’ swim? For real?”
She turned around, saw my expression, and sighed, letting her eyes fall to the sand between us.
“Look at me,” I ordered. Her eyes lifted, and when I had them, I stepped even closer, getting up in her face. “Asked you a question, and honest to God, Legs, know we joke around and everything, but right now, I am not fuckin’ jokin’ around. Tell me you know how to swim.”
“I know how to swim,” she quickly answered.
I released a breath. Then I inhaled another one sharply when she went on to add, “Sort of.”
Motherfucker.
“Sort of? What the fuck is sort of? What’s that mean?”
“Like, I know the basics. I’m just not a strong swimmer,” she explained, still speaking fast. “I haven’t really ever been out in the ocean before. That was my first time.”
I pinched my eyes shut. “Jesus,” I mumbled.
“And I typically stay in the shallow end of the pool.”
I shook my head.
“Also, I sort of nearly drowned when I was four.”
My eyes slowly creaked open, staying narrowed. “Say again?”
“I nearly drowned when I was four.”
I stared at her, nostrils flaring, jaw tightening, and gaze so intense she slowly leaned away to get some distance from it.
“Sorry,” she whispered.
Sorry?
I bridged the distance she’d just put between us and crowded her against the fence, keeping my arms on either side of her. She had nowhere to go.
“Jamie—”
“You came here wantin’ a lesson from me, a motherfuc
kin’ surf lesson, which is a water sport, babe, requires water, lots of it, and didn’t think to mention the fact that you’ve never been in the ocean before, might be a little unsure about it, and fuck, I don’t know, also possibly straight up freaked the fuck out about the entire experience since you nearly died drowning when you were little? You didn’t feel like that information was important enough to share?”
“I honestly didn’t think you were going to take me out in the water.”
“We’re surfin’, Legs. What the fuck do you think we’re gonna do?”
“I don’t know. Practice on land?”
I glared at her.
“I should’ve said something,” she whispered.
“No fuckin’ shit!” I barked, causing her to flinch and suck in a breath.
“God. Why are you yelling at me?”
Her eyes searched my face. She was breathing heavy.
“Why?” I straightened up and jabbed a finger at my chest. “Because I’m over here having the time of my life, smiling like a fuckin’ idiot ’cause I got your tits pressed up against me after forcin’ you out in the water when you were scared. That’s why.”
Her eyes flicked wider.
“I saw your hesitation goin’ out,” I continued. “I read you, but since you didn’t feel the need to share your fuckin’ fears with me, I wasn’t worried about it. Figured you were just nervous ’cause of that suit you were wearin’. Not ’cause you nearly died when you were a kid. Jesus Christ. What the fuck’s wrong with you?”
Tori blinked several times. Her mouth tightened. “I’m sorry, okay? It was that stupid bet! I was just trying—”
“Fuck the bet! Something could’ve happened to you!”
She sucked in a breath and pressed her fingers to her lips, looking on the verge of tears.
“Shit,” I muttered, stepping back and scrubbing at my face roughly with my hands. My chest was heaving. My muscles were locking tight.
What the fuck? I was losing it. I needed to chill out.
She wasn’t hurt.
But she could’ve been. Shit.
“I’m sorry.” Her voice was quiet. Barely above a whisper.
I dropped my hands and looked at her.
“I should’ve told you,” she added once our eyes met. “I should’ve said something. I know that now. I’m sorry.” She stepped closer. “Seriously, Jamie, I…I’m really sorry.”
