They drank their coffee, and then, as he took her cup, their hands touched and he felt the familiar jolt, and so did she by the look in her eyes. He pulled her to her feet and kissed her ravenously. She tasted of coffee, and as their tongues explored each other’s mouths, his cock swelled and his boxers and trousers again felt too tight.

“I need to be inside you now.”

He led her to the bedroom, and they took off their clothes in a hurry, dropping garments on the floor in their urgency. He went to the night table, and took out silk scarves, a feather, and condoms. He watched her eyes grow round and her breathing hitch as she realised what he intended to do. He waited to see if she had any objections, but to his delight, she held out her wrists together and smiled shyly up at him. He bound her hands and helped her onto the bed. Then he tied the scarves to the headboard. Stepping back, he looked down on her as she laid waiting, her head resting on the pillows and her hands bound. Her huge eyes were dark with passion and anticipation, watching him from under heavy lids and long, curling lashes. He wanted to take his time to savour this moment, to give her time to think about what was to come. They would do it again, but it would never be like this. This was the exploration of what they liked, their first time with bondage. Her lips were red and swollen from his kisses. She parted them now as she panted in her arousal. Her small pink tongue snaked out and moistened her bottom lip.

He lay down beside her and slowly stroked the feather over her face, her neck, and her breasts. She arched her back and whimpered as he bent to lick one plump breast. His tongue rasped over her hard nipple as she gasped his name. She was going to be much more vocal! He wanted the music of her sighs, gasps, and pleas. He so loved the sounds she made and wanted to hear them over and over again. He slid down the bed and parted her thighs. She was so very wet. He could smell her arousal. The unique scent of this woman spurred him on as his cock twitched in the expectation of what was to come. He slid one finger into her pussy, then two. Stroking inside her, he watched her reaction until he hit the spot. She moaned and gasped as he caressed her. Her pants became sobs as his fingers massaged then fucked her, twisting and scissoring as he withdrew. Her limbs shook, and her head thrashed.

“Oh god, oh god, oh god,” she moaned as a satisfied little smile curved his lips. He bent his head, licked her slit, and took her clit into his mouth. Holding it gently in his teeth, he flicked his tongue across it. The effect was electric and all he’d hoped it would be. She arched her back, her limbs stiffened, and then, as he bit down on her, she screamed his name as her orgasm took her. He continued to suckle, not willing to let her come down. A second climax was his reward, just as spectacular as the first. He felt the muscles of her cunt clench around his fingers as if unwilling to ever let them go. He needed to fuck her. He ripped the foil, rolled the condom on his cock, and at last he entered her pussy. He thrust deep inside her pussy, enjoying the tightness and feeling the spasms of her after-shocks gripping his dick. She wrapped her legs around him, resting her feet in his buttocks, and joined him as he rode her hard and fast. All too soon it was over, and he came in as sweet a rush of pleasure as he’d ever felt before. He found he liked being a Dom, especially if Anna was his sub. Once again lying in bed, her head on his shoulder, her hand on his chest, and one knee resting over his hips he bent to kiss the top of her head, inhaling the scent of sweat and sex combined with the sweet perfume that was uniquely hers, he was content. He had her now, but he had to get this other business sorted, and he meant to do it as soon as he could. Then, with that out of the way, he would be able to relax and enjoy his Anna.

  Chapter Six

At the next subs’ tea, he was going to screw up his courage and speak to Jane. He thought it would be easier if he approached her first. She was in a position to know how Angus would feel toward him.

“Jane, can I have a few words in private please?”

“Certainly, Lennox. Let’s go into Master Prometheus’s office. He won’t mind as he isn’t using it. I can ask Linda to ensure we have some privacy.”

“Won’t it be monitored by security?”

“Yes it will, but Linda can ask Master Eric to turn it off while we talk.”

When Jane had spoken to Linda and they were seated side by side on the comfortable sofa in the private office, Lennox began to wish he hadn’t asked for this interview. It wasn’t going to be easy saying what he had to say, and it could mean he’d never get back in the club again. Then he plucked up his courage. This was his reason for joining the club. If he had to leave this one, then he’d take Anna with him. It wasn’t the only BDSM club in Sheffield after all. He took a deep breath and began.

“Look closely at me and then think. You’ve been saying I reminded you of someone ever since we met. Who is it?”

Jane looked at him, seeming to take in his build, and the rest of his features. Then her expression changed as though she came to a realisation.

“You must be a Scott. Are you related to Angus?” Jane asked.

“Yes, but not just any Scott. My mother was Angus’s first wife.”

“That can’t be. They never had any children.”

“Yes, she had a child. She put me in foster care.”

“Angus doesn’t know you exist. His wife never told him he had a child.”

“Are you sure he doesn’t know? You have to be mistaken. How could he not know? You don’t think he’ll reject me then?”Lennox couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He had to think about this. If Angus didn’t even know he existed it was going to be even more difficult when Lennox revealed himself to him. Angus was going to have a big shock, and maybe his first reaction would be to reject the idea and the person suggesting it. In Lennox’s experience once someone said “no” it was very difficult to get them to change their minds.

“No I don’t, but you have to talk to him and explain who you are and why you think you are his son.”

“Can’t you do it for me?”

“No, Lennox, I can’t. You have to go and speak to him. I will be present as I’m sure he’ll want me to be. This is between you and him, and he won’t thank you for getting me to speak to him. I can fix up the meeting, if you like,” Jane offered. “Why don’t you just try and talk to him? What do you want from him?”

“I want him to say he has a son. That’s all I ever wanted, but he never did.”

“How could he when he doesn’t know? Your mother never told him. Why should he even think he had a son? If he’d known, do you really think he would have left you in foster care? He always wanted children and was disappointed when he didn’t have them. You could mean so much to him, but you have to approach him yourself.”

“She must have said something to him. I can’t believe she didn’t.”

“I repeat, he doesn’t know he has a son. It is his one big regret. I know that he’s speaking the truth to me. You should see him with my children and grandchildren.”

Lennox felt a twinge of regret, envy, and jealousy, and he knew it showed fleetingly on his face but he managed to control his expression quickly and hoped Jane hadn’t seen it.

“I should love to see that and be part of it.”

“Then you need to speak to him and soon, before someone notices the resemblance and brings it to his attention. It will be harder for you if that happens. He will wonder why you didn’t speak to him.”

Sitting in his flat at home, deep in thought, Lennox knew he’d been one of the lucky ones. He’d had good, even great, foster parents. They’d taken him as a baby, and he’d stayed with them until he grew up. He was still in close touch with them. What would they think of what I’m doing? He thrust that thought to the back of his mind. Angus is my father. Even Jane can see it now. Nevertheless, the seed of doubt had been sown. Elsie and Ron, his foster parents, were good people. They’d instilled good principles into him. Would they approve of what he was doing now behind their backs after all he’d said to them? Well I’m all grown-up and can do as I
like. I can go my own way now. I will tell them eventually. I want to know this man.

The telephone rang, and Lennox picked it up.

  “Hello?”

“Ron ‘ere, it’s bin five weeks, and we’ve ‘ad no news, no ‘phone call. Happen summat’s wrong?”

“I’m fine, and there is nothing to worry about, Ron. What a coincidence I was just thinking about you both.”

“I don’t believe you’re fine. Elsie is worried abaht you, too. What’s going on? You’re niver at home. What is it, son? I know there is summat. Elsie and I won’t rest until we get t’ bottom of this. You in some sort o’ trouble?”

“No, I’m not in any trouble. I meant to come and see you. I needed time and space to work out some stuff. I needed to tell you what I’m doing, but I couldn’t think how to do it without hurting you both.”

  “What ivver do you mean?”

“I’ve been doing some research into my birth parents. You know I consider you and Elsie as my mum and dad, but I want to get close to the man who rejected me as his son and find out why. What was there in me that he couldn’t love me and why didn’t he want me?”

“Elsie and I will be right round.”

The ‘phone went dead, and Lennox looked at it in puzzlement. Ron had never ever put the ‘phone down on him so abruptly before. He rushed round tidying up the flat and putting on the kettle. He set out cups and hunted out a packet of decent biscuits. Elsie didn’t like this flat. She thought it was shabby and he could do much better. If things worked out between him and Anna, he was going to please Elsie by getting a nice little house on the outskirts of Sheffield within easy reach of Derbyshire.

The doorbell rang, and his foster parents came in. Elsie hugged him tightly, and he hugged her back. He remembered all the loving hugs she’d given him as a child and hugged her even tighter.

  “What’s up, son?” she asked.

“You could always read between the lines, Mum. I don’t know if you are going to like what I’m doing, and you know I’d never do anything to hurt you.”

“Well let’s get t’ kettle on and ‘ave some tea and a nice chat, love.”

“It’s on, and the tea is brewing. Go and sit down in front of the fire, and I’ll fetch it.”

“I ‘ave some lemon drizzle cake ‘ere,” Elsie said, producing a tin from her capacious shopping bag. Lennox smiled.

“You always knew the way to my heart, Mum.”

Once they were seated in comfortable chairs with a tray of tea, cake, and biscuits, Elsie poured out the tea and handed round the cups. Lennox served each of them a generous slice of the cake and handed out the small forks. When they were all settled, Lennox began.

“I am sorry I haven’t been in touch so often lately. I told you I needed time to do some research. Now I have, and I’m ready to confront the man who rejected me as his son.”

“‘e didn’t know you existed, believe me. I asked you when you were eighteen if you wanted to find out about your real parents. Then you said you weren’t interested. You said they’d rejected you so you rejected ‘em and that was that. What’s changed?” Ron asked.

“You fell ill, Dad, and I couldn’t help you. I’m not a match for the kidney you need. I got to thinking that maybe there were things I didn’t know or understand about the whole situation. What if my real father was ill and I could help. Could I just let him die?”

  “And what did you decide?”

“That I couldn’t and so I’d try and find him and see what transpired.”

  “‘ave you found him, son?”

  “Yes, I have.”

  “And?” Elsie cut in.

“And nothing, I haven’t spoken to him yet. I’m still dithering. I want to approach him, but I’m scared he’ll reject me again. I am angry, too. I wanted to help him when I began the search but since then I have begun to wonder why he rejected me and what I ever did to deserve that?”

“‘e didn’t reject you,” Elsie said firmly.

  “You can’t know that!”

“I can, and I do. We ‘ave something here we should mebbe ‘ave shown you years ago, certainly when you came of age. As you said so adamantly that you weren’t interested, we judged it best to keep it from you, and let sleeping dogs lie. Now I see we were wrong,” Elsie said.

“I want to see whatever it is now please.”

Ron handed him an opened letter.

  My Dear Lennox,

If you are reading this letter, then you have tried to find me. You will want to know why I gave you up and didn’t look after you like a mother should. When I was about five months pregnant, I was diagnosed as having ovarian cancer. The choice was abort you and have treatment or continue with the pregnancy and maybe lose my own life. There was no choice to be made. I would never have taken your life to preserve my own. When you were born, I was very ill and needed chemotherapy. I couldn’t take care of myself let alone you, and I was told I only had a short time to live. I decided to give you up then and let you have a life and a future with someone else. I didn’t want to do it, but it made sense. I hoped that, as you were a baby, there would be a family for you who would grow to love you.

Why didn’t I contact your father? That was impossible as there were two candidates. I’d had an affair, and when we broke up, I had a brief fling in a BDSM club. The men were very much alike physically, too. That’s why I had the fling. He was so much like my lost love.

The chemotherapy worked for a while, and the future began to look better. I met the man who I’d had the fling with again, and eventually we married. I wanted to claim you back then, but unfortunately the cancer recurred almost at once. I didn’t want to have all that nasty treatment again so put it off until it was too late. I felt guilty all the time and took refuge in an M/s relationship that my new husband didn’t really want. I can’t function without it, and he has given in to please me.

I need the pain to remind me of what I have done to you, my son. I don’t know how much longer I have, but I wanted to get this down on paper in case you ever wanted to know the truth about me. Please try to forgive me and to understand why I did what I did. I can only hope that it was the right course of action and you haven’t suffered for it.

  Your loving mother,

  Charlotte Greene

Lennox looked up from the letter at Ron.

“You knew this all the time? You never told me? Why? How could you? Didn’t you think I’d want to know?”

“We thought it best not to show it to you when you said you weren’t interested in ‘em at all. It turns out we were so wrong, but we did it for t’best,” Elsie said.

Lennox looked at her tear-stained face and believed her. The letter changed a lot of things, and he needed to think.

  * * * *

“Lennox, is there something wrong? Have I done something wrong? You are so distant.”

Sitting in the car on the way to the club, he could feel Anna’s gaze fixed on his face, anxiously waiting for his reply.

“It’s not you at all, Anna, love. It’s me.”

Lennox turned off the main road and into a shopping centre. He parked the car under lights in a supermarket car-park. There were lots of people pushing loaded trolleys back to their cars or walking to the trolley park to collect one to go and shop. Lennox and Anna were cocooned in their own little world inside the car. Lennox turned to her. Anna took his hand in both of hers.

“Tell me, Lennox. Tell me now. You can tell me anything, and it will go no further. I will always be here for you. Some people say always and don’t really mean it. It’s just another word, but I do, Lennox.”

“Well, I was fostered when I was a boy.”

  “Was it a bad experience?”

“No, not at all. Ron and Elsie are wonderful people, just not my real parents. They couldn’t have treated me more like a son if they had been.”

“What is it then?” Gently she stroked the back of his hand with her fingers. It was soothing and comforting. Lennox liked it.r />
“Ron is ill. I’m not his son and so no use as the kidney donor he needs. I got to thinking.”

“That is awful. I’m so sorry to hear it. Will he be okay?” There was genuine concern in her voice.

“He will need dialysis until he gets a new kidney. I’ve no idea when or if he will.”

“I’m so sorry, Lennox, love. No wonder you’re worried.”

“I got to thinking what if my real father became ill? What if I am his only son? What if he needed a donor and I didn’t know about it? How would I feel if I found out too late?”

“Yes, I see. What about your mother?”

“She’s dead. Ron and Elsie told me she was very ill when I was born and that’s when she put me into foster care to try and give me a future she couldn’t provide.”

“Your father is alive?” Anna asked

“Yes, he is. But it seems he didn’t know about me. I’m not sure if I accept that or not. When I first started to look for him I wanted to help if he needed it. Then as I searched I became angry and resentful that he had rejected me. Now I don’t know what to think. Can I believe he didn’t know? If he did know why did he let her give me away?”

“That’s a very good question,” Anna said.

“It’s one I’d like to ask him.”

“Who told you he didn’t know?”

“Elsie and Ron told me. My mother left me a letter, and the man’s wife said the same.”

“Well, that’s a lot of people who believe he didn’t. Hang on. You spoke to his wife, so you know who he is?”

“Yes, I do,” Lennox said very quietly.

“Why don’t you ask him then?”
