“Look at me baby, look at me.” Dylan instructed when I grimaced, the initial penetration hurting more than I’d expected. My gaze locked onto Dylan’s heated one, distracting me slightly from the ache in my backside.

“It’ll feel good soon, I promise,” Zack assured me. I wasn’t sure if I believed him.

Zack was gently caressing the back of my neck as he finished inserting his dick into my behind. Once he was embedded deeply within me, I released the sigh that I hadn’t known I’d been holding until that moment.

  “Are you okay?” Dylan asked.

“I am.” Though I wasn’t so sure, I felt so full, like I was about to be ripped in two, but at the same time I was feeling overwhelmed with the need to have them move within me, because the desire was still burning within my core and I was going to need release—and soon!

“Then use us,” Zack instructed, the warmth of his breath enticing me. “Your ass feels so good, baby. You have no idea.”

“Yessss.” Bracing myself up with my hands on either side of his head, I began to move on Dylan. As I moved so did Zack. The initial few thrusts were awkward, but it didn’t take long for us to find the beautiful rhythm of working together, like we were made for each other.

Dylan’s hands cupped my breasts, teasing my nipples as I rode his cock. With his fingers teasing and both large shafts both invading my most intimate of spots, it felt like the pleasure was coming from all parts of my body. It was so intense I didn’t think I was too long from climaxing. The need to come urged me on, making me move faster, harder, forcing the men to match my speed and movements. Zack’s dick in my ass no longer hurt, but amplified the sensations that Dylan’s cock was provoking within me.

“I’m so close,” I groaned, feeling light-headed and honestly not sure that I could handle the glorious feelings flowing through my body from the top of my head to the tips of my toes much longer.

“Then come for us,” Dylan growled, thrusting up hard into me, making my scream out.

“Yes!” I screamed, grinding onto Dylan’s pelvis one last time before my core tightened around his massive shaft and a flood of my juices greeted his dick. The tension that was within my body, building for this very moment, suddenly released. Every part of my body felt weak but I couldn’t stop, not until the two men in my life had what they needed as well.

“I don’t think I can hold back much longer. You fucking feel amazing,” Zack said from behind me, his fingertips digging into my hips. Just as Zack finished speaking a low feral growl-like sound came from Dylan as I felt a gush of his juices shoot up and deep into me.

I cried out. The feel of him filling me, his cum beating against my pussy walls was amazing. Too amazing. I felt my body tremble, the urge too much to bear. I moved onto him once more and slammed down hard onto his pelvis, exploding around his dick a second time.

I was feeling so spent that the fact that Zack was now pounding hard into my ass barely registered. It wasn’t until I felt him withdraw completely from my back entrance that I heard him groan and felt the spill of warm liquid on my lower back and ass.

Leaning forward, Zack placed his forehead onto my shoulder. “I don’t have words, Violet,” he whispered.

Neither did I. I’d just had two, beautiful, talented and sexy-as-sin men share me and bring me to heights I’d never in my wildest dreams thought imaginable. Where my relationship with these men would go from here was anyone’s guess. But I didn’t want to think about it, not now. This very moment was about cherishing what had just happened between us.

  Chapter 14

  Violet

“This was an amazing idea. I don’t know how I could ever thank you.” I pushed my sunglasses down my nose to pin a look onto Zack, who was reclining in a pool lounger next to mine.

“I think we all needed the break. You’re a slave driver, woman. You’ve worked us to the bone.” He showed me his fingers. “My calluses have calluses.”

I cocked a brow at him. “That’s what I’m supposed to do, push your career to another level.”

“We have consistent number-one Billboard hits. What’s the next level?”

I grinned. “There isn’t, which means we’ll have to create it ourselves.”

  He laughed.

“We’ve discussed this before. I need to work on my retirement fund.” I began to laugh along with him. Reaching over to him, I gave him a playful swat on the arm. “If that means you have to work your fingers to the bone then that’s how it has to be.”

“I see. So, me and Dylan are just a paycheck to you, huh?” I could see the teasing in his eyes, but his words cut me a little. I really didn’t know what it was that we were doing or if it even meant anything. For all I knew I was just pussy on tap for the two men, though something told me that wasn’t the case.

“What?” His brow furrowed as he stared at me.

“Nothing.” I shook my head and laughed, pushing my glasses back up, covering my eyes. I didn’t want him to be able to read anything I was feeling, especially when I wasn’t sure what I was feeling myself.

But I knew that was a lie. I did know what I was feeling. I was falling for the guys, both of them, and it scared me shitless. What kind of situation was this? The heyday the press would have if they caught wind of the fact I was sleeping with both Zack and Dylan! Worse yet, if they found out that we’d had a threesome. This was well beyond what I was used to and knew how to handle.

  “Doesn’t seem like nothing.”

I gave him a dismissive wave. “To change the subject, what got you and Dylan playing together?”

He took a deep breath in and slowly released it. “That’s a long story.”

“It’s a good thing we have time.” I was so grateful to change the subject. Things were getting a little too heavy for my liking.

“We’ve known each other for what feels like forever. We met in a foster home.”

  “Oh?”

“Yeah.” He ran a hand through his hair as he clucked his tongue off the roof of his mouth. “Both of our parents are passed away. I think you know that.”

  I nodded. “I do.”

“I suppose you could call it fate, really. We both were fascinated with the guitar and so we both gathered money every way possible. Some of the ways legit, some not so legit.” He shrugged. “When you’re thirteen and feel like you don’t have anyone in the world then you do what you have to do to survive. A part of me felt that if no one in the world would have our backs then why should we care about them? We were hellions. At least we were until we found music. As I say, we gathered the money and both bought guitars and began to self-learn.”

“You never had lessons? Not one?”

“There was someone at the foster home who knew some basics, that got us going, but for the most part we learned on our own.”

  “Wow. That’s impressive.”

“If you have a good ear it’s not all that hard. We managed to get some money to buy a couple of do-it-yourself guitar guides to learn the notes and such.”

I nodded. I couldn’t imagine how hard it must have been. Some people pay top dollar to learn to play and don’t even become half as good as Zack and Dylan. When Dylan took a solo and began to work the strings of his guitar it was total magic.

“Once we thought we were okay enough, we began to play on the street. We were perhaps fifteen at the time. A couple of young kids from the streets get a lot of pity tips, but as we went along I like to think the tips came more because of our skill than because we were a couple of street kids needing money for a sandwich.”

“I see.” I had a number of questions but feared that if I asked then it would interrupt the story and I might never hear it all.

“We wanted to make a demo so we saved our money and finally we had enough. It took a lot of restraint to not spend that money.”

  “I bet.”

A faraway look came over his expression and I could just see a touch of a smile curl up the corners of his lips. “But we managed. I hone
stly just wanted to make music and really didn’t think we were good enough to take that step, but Dylan insisted we were. He’s never had the doubts I would get, hell, that I even get today.”

I nodded. I had seen the differences. While Zack put on a show of being cocky and self-assured, there was insecurity deep below the surface. Dylan knew there was talent and knew his strong points and his faults.

“Anyhow, we got the demo done and started sending it around. Eventually, we got a response, the problem was that they didn’t want a duo. They wanted a dynamic band, so we began to take auditions to fill the other three spots that the recording company felt would make a perfect, sellable group.”

I laughed softly, spreading my hands out, “And here you all are. Five of the most famous musicians in the world.”

“Hard to believe. We went from the streets to traveling the world. All those cities we used to see on television we’ve now seen up close and personal. It’s so surreal. I sometimes wonder if I’ll wake up. It really just that hard to believe.” He shook his head and a faraway look came over his face.

“Not really.” Reaching over to him again, I placed my hand onto his and gave it a gentle squeeze. “It would be harder to believe if you didn’t make it, to be honest. Your songs are special and unique. The group works so well together and works harder than any group I’ve ever seen.”

A cocky grin spread across his lips, accompanied by a devilish gleam in his eyes. “Dylan and I do work well together, you should know.”

The reminder of what we had shared the previous night brought heat to my cheeks. Did he think I was a whore for doing it with both of them? How many women actually did stuff like that? More importantly what kind of women did that? My mind began to circle back to the question of whether or not I was just a conquest to the guys. Was it just fun and games, or were there real feelings toward me, like I had already developed for them?

“Let’s pivot this conversation in a different direction.”

He shrugged. “Sure. Shoot. What’s on your mind?”

“What’s with all the women? Seriously? I don’t think I can even recall a headline that included you with a girlfriend. Is that the persona that you’ve been striving for? A hit-it-and and-quit-it kinda guy?”

“Wow.” He closed his eyes and blew out a loud puff of air. “You really like getting to the bottom of things, don’t you?”

“I’m your manager; it’s stuff I should know.”

Opening his eyes, he looked over at me. “You should know, or want to know?”

Attempting to seem nonchalant, I smiled at him, catching his gaze while praying he couldn’t see the whirlwind of emotions racing through my mind. “Call it professional curiosity.”

“That’s a tough one to be honest. I’ve had the type of life where you didn’t get close to anyone. You looked out for yourself, got what you needed, and moved on. Since my parents passed Dylan has been the only person I’ve been able to count on. If you were to tell a shrink my story, I’m sure he’d say that I had a fear of commitment. If I don’t get attached to anyone then I don’t have to worry about getting hurt.”

“Is that how you feel?” Given the information he’d provided about the past his self-analysis seemed to be pretty on point.

“Dunno. Maybe. I try not to overanalyze my life. It’s worked for me so far so why fuck with something that works?”

“Because one day touring might get old and you may want a wife and family—kids.”

The burst of laughter that erupted from him startled me, making me jump. He gave me a look that told me he thought I was testing him. “Can you really picture me pushing a stroller and changing diapers?”

“That’s what the servants are for!” I countered, attempting to keep things light.

Zack cocked a brow up at me. “Touché.”

“So, no settling down for you then?”

“I just don’t know. I don’t see it in the foreseeable future. I’m not naive, I know there’s plenty of people in the world who have said the exact same thing as I have, just to end up walking down the aisle a couple of years later. It’s just never been part of the plan.”

“The plan as in world domination? I think you’ve already achieved that.”

He remained silent for a moment, contemplating, before answering, “I suppose I have.” He paused another long moment, before slapping his legs and sitting up. “On that note, I’m heading for a dip. Care to join?” He stood and looked down at me, offering me his hand.

“No. I’m good, looking to get in some sun.”

He nodded and walked over to the pool, diving in in one graceful movement.

Sitting straight on the chaise, I searched the top of the water, waiting for him to resurface. When he did emerge, he was at the opposite end of the pool from me, water drops glistening under the hot sun as they slithered down his chest. Brushing away the hair that had tumbled over his eyes, he smiled, catching my gaze.

“Come on in, the water’s amazing.”

A tremble rocked though me as I stared at him standing there with the water coming halfway up his chest. Oh, it was so, so very tempting to jump into the water and see where it led us. But I was pretty sure I already knew where it led and wondered if what was going on was really healthy. Never mind the press; maybe the physical part of our relationship needed to end before I got my heart broken.

“Hey, so let me ask you this.” Zack dove under the water and reappeared at the edge of the pool closest to me. Wiping the water from his face, he continued, “What’s your stance on the whole marriage thing? Are you looking for your prince charming so you can buy a nice house in the burbs with the cute picket fence and yard out back? Perhaps a couple kids and a Mercedes in the driveway.”

I wasn’t sure how to answer him, so I took my time, choosing my words carefully. “Marriage wasn’t something I planned for my immediate future, but it’s something that I do want—eventually. I think most women want that in the end. They want to know the relationship is going somewhere…”

“I’d beg to differ. I’ve met many women who didn’t want to get married.”

I raised a brow at him. “Groupies?”

Giving me a sheepish grin, he shrugged. “Some of them.” Folding his arms along the side of the pool, he placed his chin on his hands, his blue eyes piercing into me.

“Groupies will tell you what you want to hear. I would bet any one of them would fall over herself to say yes if you proposed.”

  “I’m not that great.”

  “Meh, you’re okay.”

Laughing, he continued with his questions. “Have you ever come close to getting married?”

“No. Not really. I haven’t had a lot of boyfriends to be honest. I didn’t grow up in an environment where meeting people was easy. In college, I was driven to follow in my father’s footsteps. Meeting guys wasn’t really on my radar.”

He crinkled up his nose at me. “What? No sororities or frat parties?”

It was my turn to laugh. “No. None of that. Besides, I had a reputation to uphold. If pictures got out of me getting wasted my father would have lost his mind. He prided himself on his reputation and the reputation of our little family, especially after the scandal of my mother overdosing.”

“I see. Sounds a little suppressive.”

“No. It really wasn’t. I wouldn’t be where I am today, managing the biggest band of our generation if I had any other life. There’s time in the future for a husband and marriage.”

“You do think about it then.”

“I suppose I have from time to time. One day I want a husband and children. You may think it’s a cliché, but it’s the American dream.”

  “Most Americans’.”

“Okay. I’ll concede. Most Americans’. Come on, you must get lonely at times. And I don’t mean lonely for a piece of ass, but lonely for female companionship beyond one night. Someone of relevance that you know will have your back no matter what. A woman who will love you no matter wh
at hairbrained crap you do.”

He remained quiet for a moment, his jaw clenching. I could see in his expression that he was contemplating what I’d said, though I couldn’t read how he was feeling either way. Finally, he smiled. “Why would I need someone like that? I have you, don’t I?” He didn’t wait for me to respond, instead he pushed himself backward and under the water. His movements in the water were so graceful I’d have thought he was half fish.

Was he hinting at something or just messing around with me? I wasn’t sure, but I was leaning toward the latter, even though my heart was screaming for the former to be true.

I groaned out load as I slumped back into the chaise and closed my eyes. I was more confused now than I was before we first started talking. The only thing I could do to safeguard my heart would be to simply expect that he saw me as a friend with benefits and if something changed along the way then…

  What then…?

I sprang forward, my eyes opening, no longer even remotely relaxed. I had feelings for him. I wanted to be with him on all levels. But what about Dylan? I needed to talk to Dylan; I needed to know if I felt the same way for him as I did Zack. And how did Dylan feel about me? This was such a confusing potential mess I’d gotten myself into. I had some serious thinking to do.

  Chapter 15

  Dylan

  “Dylan, are you awake?”

The light in the room was off and the blackout drapes drawn, I was sleeping soundly, but her sweet voice gently pulled me from that sleep. Slowly, I opened my eyes, to see Violet framed in the doorway, light spilling in from all around her. She was wearing a white crochet cover-up over what appeared to be a silver bikini. With the light surrounding her, catching the highlights in her flaming red hair, she looked like an angel.

She had to be the most beautiful woman I’d ever laid eyes on. I’d found her attractive from the moment I saw her at the Carter’s office, but at this moment she was breathtaking. I swear, I’m quite sure that my heart skipped a beat.
