  “Okay, but for now rest for you and our pups.” Ryan said snuggling with his mate.

  Chapter 34 Ryan

  He was not happy that only a week later Seth was back at work and in with Galen on projects. It hurt his heart every night he had nightmares, but they were getting better. The project they were working on the last couple days would be brought to him and Nathan at a lunch meeting today. Ryan couldn’t wait yet he had an hour to kill so he confirmed with Connie, as June had taken the day off and soon would be leaving for good, about the food being delivered. It should be here shortly so she would have it set up in time for the meeting.

  He leaned his head back in his chair just in time to hear Nathan talking down the hall. He listened closer and it sounded like he may be flirting with their Connie. Hum…he would have to talk to Seth and see if he has noticed anything. He started to rise to go help them as it seemed Nathan was also helping her carry in the stuff delivered , but then changed his mind. If his bro was flirting he would do him a solid and stay out of the way.

  Thinking of brothers he wished they didn’t have to worry about Galen so much. He was a firecracker and they had taught him to fight, but he spent way to many nights clubbing. Trying to find a mate was one thing and he knew Galen longed for one, but he didn’t think he would find one by putting himself in danger. At their brother’s insistence they had stopped following him years ago and stopped trying to overprotect him. That didn’t stop the worry though especially when he would come to work the next day with that sad worn look in his eyes.

  Since Nathan had moved in he had already broken up with the guy that he had been dating. From what his brother was able to gather he had not seen anyone since then, but with him mating and June’s wedding he was bound to be feeling emotional and left out.

  Ryan guessed it was just natural to worry about his brothers and as alpha even more so. He knew he couldn’t fix everything, but he wanted his pack happy and to feel loved and wanted. Things that the three of them rarely felt growing up, his pups would know love and family. They would be raised with care and likely be spoiled rotten. At that he smiled and got up to go to the meeting.

  Connie had just left to room and was walking away smiling and laughing as he came out of his office and headed toward to conference room. He peeked in and saw Nathan just sitting down to one of the chairs nabbing a tomato and popping it in his mouth looking up as he got caught. “Hi bub, meetings almost here that has to count and I am starving.” Nathan said around the tomato.

  In walked the other two all smiles and eyeing the food as well. “Let’s fix plates first and then down to business.” Ryan said making them all happy. Once satisfied they all had their plates and stuff they went to the head of the table to sit near each other. Galen plugged the laptop into the port that led to the overhead, which projected onto the far wall screen. This made everything large enough for everyone to see when he put up his presentations.

  Once they had all had a couple minutes Galen started talking, “You know we have been working on this project the last couple days. We wanted to get it just right and do everything justice at the same time. We took a combination of the photos taken at the mating ceremony and the pictures drawn by Seth. Which it took tooth and nail to pry out of him because he didn’t feel they were good enough. They so are, so I included them all.” Galen said with a smile and side look to Seth who was blushing and looking down now."

  “So modest our new brother. He had pictures drawn of the families and people at the ceremony. Some dancing, others playing, eating, family and friend kind of moments. We incorporated them into the pack webpage. On the home screen as you see here we have one of the photos taken of all the new members lined up on staging area. The title being welcome to new members and mating ceremony page.” Galen said.

  As Ryan was about to speak Seth spoke up, “I felt that we should put the welcome to new members at the top as the primary focus header because as you said alpha several new members had come and it had taken a while to acknowledge them. I think this will help them feel that they are being not only recognized but also that they are not on the back burner any more. That they will hopefully feel more truly like members of the pack after the event and Galen is putting the next event date at the bottom to encourage further connections.”

  Galen took it from there, “Once you click on the initial picture of the new members it takes you to a gala of photos and pictures. Five sections on the page each changing to a timed system but not all on the same system. Message at bottom saying to click on any of to see and go through photos individually. The photos then can print right from the computer from the individual photo screen. There are also two separate video areas tagged along the side to the two separate ceremonies for viewing. Those can also be downloaded but as a different file type.”

  Seth picked back up again, “We felt this was safe enough as only pack members have access to our pack site.” He then sat there hands in his lap wringing them waiting for a response. Then his alpha stood and came over to Galen and hugged his brother. Seth couldn’t help but smile and maybe cry a little but once again he was going to blame it on the hormones.

  Then Ryan stood aside and opened his arms. He jumped up and into his arms wrapping his legs around his man and just held on. Then they kissed and he forgot where they were until heard some wolf whistling going on. Then a ‘get a room’ from Nathan and laughing. He let go and let his man get back to work.

  Ryan smiled at his blushing mate, “I loved it you did an excellent job brother I appreciate it. Is there a comment and question area like we usually do?” Galen nodded and he said, “Good work. While we are here I wanted to mention we have advanced ahead of schedule again on the McCade project. I think if we put in a couple long weekends before this next event. Then we will be at the landscaping and equipment stage.”

  “Finally something I can dig my paws into, my favorite part is always at the end.” Nathan said grabbing another sandwich. He was the operator engineer there but he also helped with landscaping his assistant Lyle was a master at it with awesome skills.

  “Seth and I are already working on some flyers and pamphlets for the individual houses. The photos of the ones completed are being used but the others ones being finished can be added later but the layouts and information are going to be done and ready by the time the houses are. I included the security symbol for the pack so they know that the systems are monitored by a pack member’s security company.” Galen said as he gathered his stuff to go.

  “As long as they know the initial instillation of basic security is free, but that if they want to upgrade to a broader package they need to contact the company or owner Ethan Marks directly.” Ryan said as they walked out.

  “Already on it boss man.” Galen said.

  Chapter 35 Seth

  They wolves worked tirelessly over the last several weeks and while he was glad the project was so far ahead getting done and realized. He needed his mate. It was Friday and next week was the pack event. He wanted some alone time with his man so he got dressed and decided to try out those new driving skills he had learned.

  Not overly confident yet he may have drove slower than most people on the road but they could always go around. He was getting better and when he finally made it to the job site he parked the car and took a deep relieved breath. Then got out and grabbed a helmet so he could go drag his mate home it was only 3pm but he was in need. He stalked towards the loud voice he loved so much, deep and rumbly it made him go all hard.

  Either someone told him they saw him stomping his way or he smelled his mate because he turned as Seth almost got there. Seth took the last few steps and jumped up onto his man and didn’t care who was looking he grabbed his head and started kissing him. This time he was not embarrassed for the whistles and shouts. He wanted Ryan to come home and so he told him. “We need us time now mate!” Seth said his legs still wrapped around Ryan.

  “Go wait in the car I will be there soon.” Ryan said then turne
d to his crew and smiled, “It seems wolves we are taking the weekend off. Put your gear up and head home see you Monday.” He turned and walked away not caring that the whole crew was now laughing and still some hooting at him as he left. He was going home to his pregnant mate to snuggle and make love.

  Once at the house they stumbled in the door together, then Ryan had him up against the wall kissing him. As he slowly devoured his mouth he was unbuttoning his shirt then took it off as they came up for air. Ryan leaned in and ran his tongue over Seth’s bottom lip then kissed down his neck as he pulled his shirt from his waist and over his head. Then resumed kissing down to his nipples driving his mate insane if the whimpering sounds were any indication.

  Seth ran his hands through Ryan’s hair as he pulled on his nipple with his teeth. Moaning he leaned his head back and let his hands roam over his mate’s torso and arms. His mate was so strong and protected him so well. Yet he loved him so gently and with such care. Soon his pants were at his ankles and he kicked them free pushing off his shoes. He was a bit self conscious of his growing tummy and put his hands over it to hide it like that was possible.

  “Don’t hide our babies. You are beautiful and don’t need to hide your body from me mate.” Ryan said kissing his belly now.

  Seth moved his hands and enjoyed the attention; he missed his mate with the long days. Oh my and now his mate had his cock in his mouth. This is a feeling he loved, he had given head so many times to so many wolves or people that his former alpha deemed he should that he was an expert. Rarely had the act been done to him and if so painfully, but his mate showed him every care.

  Ryan took him deeper into his mouth as he heard his mate whimper and bobbed running his tongue over his shaft. Then he was sucking his balls in prolonging his mate’s release. He ran his tongue back up Seth’s length circling it around the tip. “Uggn...Please” He stuck his thumbnail in the slit as he licked down the shaft and up once more before taking him in in one swallow.

  He held him the swallowing around him until he couldn’t any more then backed off as he felt his mate’s release near. As he brought him back deep Seth shot his seed panting and knees almost giving out. Ryan reached out to steady him, then licking him clean stood and picked up his mate and said, “Time for bed dear, I need you.”

  They spent the weekend mostly in bed caring for each others needs. Resting as they needed and enjoying their time together. Seth had come a long way from that scared little boy with a father of no account. He survived not only his father but two other alphas before coming here. Never did he think he would be so happy or loved or that it was even something that was obtainable for him. He would make the best home he could for his pups out of love.

  It was Sunday and he planned to make a nice breakfast for his mate. He sneaked a quick shower and was in the kitchen putting breakfast on the counter when the door flew open. He turned and saw Galen eye swollen and hunched over coming in the door. His motorcycle helmet hit the floor about the time Seth shouted “RYAN!”

  Then he ran over to him to help him stay upright and help him to the couch. Ryan came in then running, “What’s…Galen what happened to you? Who did this?” He sat near his brother pulling him to him hugging him then pushing him back so he could take stock of his injuries. They started undressing him as he still had not answered them yet. He seemed to be in shock of sorts.

  “What the fuck? Did someone take a strap to you Galen?” Ryan took his chin and turned Galen to face him. “Speak to me bub. Did that boyfriend you broke up with do this?” Galen still just sat there staring and silent tears going down his face. He had marks on his back from shoulder to knees from a strap or something and his butt was redder than all get out. He had a split lip and busted knuckles and marks around his wrists that were bleeding too.

  “I think I might have killed him bubby.” Galen said coming back to the moment a bit.

  “Give me the address and stay here with Seth I will take Nathan and go check it out.” Ryan said then left as soon as he had the address. He had Seth text Nathan to come home when he took over trying to calm Galen. He was apparently out playing pool with the guys last night and didn’t come home. He had to put on fresh clothes as he had been working in the new house the rest of the night and had sawdust and stuff all over his clothing.

  Seth helped him into the bathroom and set him on the lid of the toilet so he could run him a bath. He got him washed and clean and into some pajamas and made some hot tea for them to drank. Then they snuggled against the headboard of the bed in his and Ryan’s room. He brought in some of the food in case Galen got hungry. There they sat and waited for the others to return.

  “I was so scared Seth and I am never scared.” Galen said crying into his shoulder.

  Chapter 36 Ryan

  He met Nathan out front and they went to the address and upstairs. The door was closed but not locked so they went in. The front room looked like there had been a struggle, a chair and table turned over and lamp busted on the floor. They went farther into the apartment there were two rooms the one straight ahead door open had an unmade bed sitting right in the middle of the room. They didn’t see anyone at first glance so went straight to the room on the right. Stopping when the saw what the room contained.

  In room two was a Saint Andrew’s cross and a bench over to the side with straps. The walls were full of tools or sex toys whatever you want to call them. He was not against this type of lifestyle for those who wanted it, but to abuse it was something different. There was blood on the straps of the cross and a ball gag on the floor nearby. Cane and paddle were both out and tossed carelessly on the floor as well and it looked like a vibrator and clamps too.

  Ryan was growing more frustrated and could hear his brother growling as he too got more upset. They headed to the other room but other than a messy bed and tossed condoms he didn’t see anything. Nathan was over at the side table near the bed sniffing the water bottle.

  “What is it brother?” Ryan asked while he looked through drawers to find a name.

  “Smells funny. Think he was drugged bub.” Nathan said.

  They left after not finding anything but a pay stub which Ryan took with him. He text Seth to make sure they took pictures in case the guy called the police. Letting them know he must be alive because no one was there. They headed back to see how Galen was holding up. Ryan also sent a personal text to his cop friend to see if he could find anything out about this person, telling him about the forced sex and what they found in the room sending the pics to him as well.

  Back home they got inside and found the boys in the bedroom and Nathan curled up next to Galen on one side and Seth moved over so Ryan could on the other. He sneaked out to give them time together using the dishes as an excuse to give them space. Once he was out of the room Galen burst out in tears and his brothers hugged him using their alpha pheromones to help calm him.

  “I told him I wanted to go home. I- we had sex in his room and I started feeling nauseous. Then I was out cold. That was late Friday night early Saturday. When I woke up it was day and he was sitting there eating lunch like everything was okay. I decked him and he got angry. I was sore and could tell he had used me while I was out. I tried to leave but he grabbed me by the neck and used his alpha voice. I don’t know how it worked because you’re my alpha, but my body was doing what he said. I walked into his dungeon and let him strap me onto the cross. He left the room after he gagged me. Seemed like hours but I don’t really know how long. Then he used the paddle and cane on me. He wouldn’t stop” Galen cried burrowing into his brothers for strength.

  “Shush you’re safe now. We got you.” Ryan said.

  “I should have gone home after the bar then I would have noticed you gone. I am so sorry bub I was working on the house; my brain wouldn’t stop so I had to work.” Nathan said and rested his head on Galen’s chest.

  “It’s not your fault it’s his. He took me down and I think he thought he
could use his alpha voice again but it didn’t work this time. I was crying and half dead but I remembered what you guys said and I kicked his ass best I could and ran out of there with my clothes in my hands. Didn’t stop to put them on until about a block from his place. Down an alley then got back on and drove straight here. I think I passed out on your porch though because I woke this morning and stumbled in.” Galen said calmer now.

  “You did great bub, he must not have been a very strong alpha because he spiked your drinking water.” Nathan said.

  “I found one of his paystubs with his name and place of work on it. It is not a name I recognize myself though. Did he talk about having just moved here?” Ryan asked.

  “From out west he said his job transferred him here. Some computer guy of some sort. His picture is on my phone we took a selfie at the pub.” Galen said sitting up now and stealing the plate of food that was left on the bedside table and eating it.

  “I’ll take that and get the enforcers on that. He will be conveniently dropped in one of the northern packs territories. After they help him pack his stuff to call and quit his job off course.” Ryan said growling. He sent it to Benson as well for a heads up now that he was part of their pack.

  “He’ll get what he deserves.” Nathan said getting up taking the empty plate and handing it to Seth who had just come back into the room. Then he helped Galen up and they all went into the front room. Seth suggested Galen and Nathan stay there for a couple days at least, he knew they use to share a place and it made them feel safer. There were two extra rooms so it was no big deal or so he though until he was tackled from two sides in a hug.

  Galen and Nathan thanked him and went to get some of their things. His mate came over and hugged him too telling him he just made his brothers very happy. Then Ryan went and made a few calls. He reheated breakfast and put it in front of his mate and sat on his lap after he hung up. They sat waiting for their family to come home so they could all take care of each other. Seth liked this new feeling of love.
