Carlo rubs the engorged head of his cock against my slick opening, and I spread my legs for him, looking deeply into his eyes and wanting to drown in those blue pools.

“You are so beautiful, Cassandra,” he breathes. “So incredibly sexy and beautiful.”

My hands come up to grip his hair. I gasp as I feel him enter, yielding to him completely as he plunges his cock into me over and over, grunting with exertion.

The pleasure-pain sensation is exquisite. I can’t wait any longer. Pulling him close, I whisper what I’ve felt all along, what I didn’t dare to say before, but what I thrill in saying now: “I love you.” With those three words, I feel the sweet release of my past, my doubts, my fears.

“God, Cassandra—I love you, too.” As Carlo shudders and climaxes seconds later, I cannot hug him tightly enough, wanting to crawl inside him and never leave.

Still lying on top of me, he plants kisses all around my mouth, finally settling on my lips, his eyes studying my face like he’s seeing me for the first time. He can’t stop smiling, and his joy makes my heart sing.

  “Am I heavy on you?”

  “Yes. But don't move.”

“I want to give you everything. Everything you want, anything you need.”

“I already have it. I don't need anything else except you.”

He shakes his head with wonderment, his lips parted. His eyes are glistening, and I see a flicker of fear within them. “Cassandra...”

I know what this is about. I kiss him tenderly, tracing his dark eyebrows with my fingers. “I never want to leave you, Carlo. I will do everything in my power to stay.”

This is all that anyone can promise another person, but looking into his eyes, I can see that it is enough.

Thank you so much for reading POINT OF RELEASE. If you enjoyed it, I would be immensely grateful if you’d post a review, even a short one.

  International best-selling romantic comedy

BIG DECK: Need a carpenter that has all the right tools and the skill to use them? Look no further than Jackson Decker of Decker Renovation. Big Deck is an internationally best-selling, seamlessly-written, smart romantic comedy featuring a hot (think Channing Tatum on his best day gorgeousness), cocky-but-totally-endearing contractor and the independent woman he takes on as a client. Both Jack and Madeline are determined to protect themselves by staying out of relationships due to trust issues, but their mutual attraction proves undeniable. Packed with witty dialogue, laugh-out-loud humor, tender moments, and sizzling sex scenes, Big Deck is big on laughs, charm, well-developed characters, conflict and romance...and you can guess where else it's big.

  Contemporary women’s fiction

The Moment Just Before: First, there was Aaron. My only. My forever...a warm and tender husband who knew how much I wished I was emotionally uninhibited like him, but who understood I couldn’t be. When my “forever” died unexpectedly at thirty-four, there was debilitating grief. An aversion to the color maroon. And an intense refueling of my sexual appetite: mindless, shameless hook-ups with random men....and with not-so-random Dr. Tony Dalton, my charming, cocky, womanizing colleague. As strange as it sounds, these encounters help me feel close to Aaron (did I mention I see his image during them?).

Being a veterinarian and the single mom of a feisty teenager are challenging enough, but things get more complicated when Tony starts expressing feelings for me and urging me to take risks. Adding another layer of confusion: new hire Nathan, who is as mysterious as he is gorgeous. Amidst all of this, I need to decide if I’ll continue teetering on the edge of life--or if I’ll dare to take the leap.
