She sauntered over to the table where the stranger was now thrusting his huge rock hard cock into Rhonda even faster than ever. Lana stopped to admire the both of them for a moment. They were both covered in a glistening sheen of sweat, and the rhythm of their sex was an almost hypnotic thing.
She wasn’t sure she had ever seen a cock so big. She would have to try it out for herself later…
For now though, she climbed up on the table in front of Rhonda, who had her eyes closed and her expression screwed up with ecstasy. Lana knelt with her clitoris inches from Rhonda’s face and played with her nipples as Rhonda screamed through her orgasm. Rhonda opened her eyes to the sight of Lana’s crotch directly in her face.
She laughed throatily as she reached out her tongue. The tip of it barely grazed Lana’s clitoris and she shuddered with pleasure. Gracefully, she lay down on the table and positioned her throbbing vagina a mere fraction of an inch from Rhonda’s face. She was so close that she could feel the heat of her breath.
The stranger was nowhere near done. He began to thrust faster and harder, forcing Rhonda to bury her face against Lana’s clitoris and vagina. Lana cried out with pleasure and wrapped her legs tightly around Rhonda’s head, muffling the other girl’s moans of sheer passion as she both licked Lana’s crotch with abandon and withstood the stranger’s powerful thrusts.
Rhonda knew it when he came. If his moans of pleasure hadn’t been enough, she felt his cock throb inside her as he emptied himself of his seed. The ecstasy of it was so intense that she almost quick licking Lana’s clitoris. Almost. She licked at the other girl’s wetness faster and faster, and Lana cried out loudly as Rhonda felt the stranger’s now half-flaccid cock slow its motion inside her.
She groaned as he pulled out from her and she felt the hot fluids of him flow out of her and down her leg.
God damn, but this had been a night to remember. For the first time she could think of, she was really, truly satisfied. She rose and kissed Lana’s belly before resting her head on it. The two of them looked up in unison as the bell on the door chimed.
The stranger was gone.
Chapter 4 – A Budding New Love
Lana did not brush the encounter under the rug as Rhonda had half expected (and dreaded) that she would. In the following weeks, Lana would occasionally grasp Rhonda’s fingers in passing, gripping them for a moment before letting them go. Sometimes Rhonda would catch Lana watching her. Lana would always smile before Rhonda dropped her gaze shyly, hiding a quiet smile of her own. And her heart beat fast in her chest each time. Once she had walked Rhonda out to meet her ride, kissed her softly on the lips, and squeezed her hand before returning to work.
Rhonda’s heart had damned near beat right out of her chest then and she had wished fervently that Lana had not agreed to work a double shift so that she could have left with her. With a sigh, she got into the car, rode to her apartment, and spent the night alone. But not without hope.
One night, not long from then, it finally happened. She didn’t have a ride home and no money for a cab. At first she was so upset that she was on the verge of tears as she hung up with the last in a long list of friends that said that they were ‘so sorry,’ but they couldn’t give her a ride home.
Defeated, she slumped into a sitting position against the rough brick of the outside of the building and dropped her head to her hands. And then she couldn’t hold the tears back any longer. They flowed hot down her face as she sat alone outside the back entrance of the café.
She was not aware of Lana’s approach until the other girl wrapped her arms around her. She said nothing, simply holding Rhonda until her tears had run dry. Then she pulled away and cupped her hand under Rhonda’s chin, raising her face so that she could meet her eyes.
Rhonda almost forgot her troubles as she looked up at Lana, whose heart was in her eyes.
“What’s wrong?” she asked. “What is it, baby?”
When Rhonda told her about her predicament she laughed softly and tenderly.
“Why didn’t you just say so, honey? My apartment is only two blocks from here. You’re always welcome in my home.”
Rhonda dried her eyes before accepting the hand that Lana offered and pulling herself up.
“Are you sure?” she asked.
Lana snorted. “Shut up,” she said, taking Rhonda’s hand. They continued to hold hands as they walked to her apartment.
The apartment was rundown but well kept. Somehow Lana had turned what should have been a slum into a small paradise. Rhonda stood admiring the living room.
“I’ll be right back,” Lana told her. “I need a shower.”
Rhonda nodded absently as she continued to take in her surroundings. Lana smiled and rolled her eyes, stepping out of the room as Rhonda continued to stare.
Seemingly every surface of furniture had been covered in cheap but elegant faux fur throws. A dark wooden table stood between a couch and a love seat and it was the only furnishing in the room without a throw. It held an incense burner and two candle holders sporting half burned candles. She turned her attention to a painting on the wall, studying it. She was still studying the painting when Lana came back into the room and did not notice her for a few moments.
Lana finally cleared her throat and Rhonda tried to hide how startled she was as she turned to face her. The sight of Lana stunned her. She wore a pair of cotton shorts and a white tank top. They didn’t cling to her, but they did hint at the curves that Rhonda remembered so well. Her red hair now hung in loose wet curls around her face and across her shoulders.
“S-sorry,” Rhonda stammered. “I was looking at…” she couldn’t help drinking in Lana with her eyes. “Wait, no,” she said, realizing what it looked like. “I didn’t mean—“
“Shh,” Lana said, cutting her off with a laugh. “She is beautiful,” she said, nodding toward the painting Rhonda had been studying, a painting of a woman drawing a bow.
Rhonda turned back to the painting, relieved.
“Yes,” she agreed heartily. The painting was beautiful.
“Your turn now,” Lana said.
Rhonda stiffened a bit. “What?”
“Your turn,” Lana repeated, laughing. “For a shower. Here. I figure we’re about the same size.”
Rhonda turned and accepted the clothes that Lana had offered her, somewhat embarrassed at the way she kept misreading things.
She showered and donned the clothes, which fit perfectly. She wasn’t sure whether to be uncomfortable or aroused by wearing Lana’s underwear. Or rather, she was definitely aroused by it and wasn’t sure if she should be uncomfortable about that.
Lana was lounging on the couch with a glass of wine when she re-entered the living room. Lana motioned to a clean wine glass and an almost full bottle with a welcoming smile.
“Care to join me?” she asked.
“Yes,” Rhonda said, unable to say anything more.
Lana laughed as she leaned forward, poured the wine, and handed Rhonda her glass.
“Cheers,” she said.
“Yeah,” Rhonda said, her mouth dry. “Cheers.”
They clinked glasses and drank. As they both set their glasses down for a moment, Rhonda gathered her nerve. Before she could back out, she lunged forward and kissed Lana on the mouth. Lana seemed almost surprised before giving in to the kiss. After a long moment, she pulled away from Rhonda.
The two of them sat in breathless silence with their foreheads together. After a moment Rhonda leaned in to hesitantly kiss her again. But Lana pulled away before Rhonda had time to give her more than a chaste kiss on the lips.
“We’ve already been here,” she said gently. She paused for a moment before closing her eyes and continuing. “Don’t think that I don’t want to go there again,” she said in a smoky voice that let Rhonda know that she was reliving their last time together.
“Then why can’t we?” asked Rhonda, aroused by the knowledge that Lana wanted it as much as she did.
“We can,” Lana said. “But not
right now. I want that. So badly. But I want for us to know each other too. I want something real.”
Rhonda felt like a complete ass. That was what she wanted, too. To get to know Lana, really know her. Everything about her. To know who she truly was, to hold her hand, to talk with her. And she had been about to silence her.
“I’m sorry,” she said. “I don’t know what I was thinking. I just…needed to feel your lips on mine again, if only for just a second. But I want more than that too. I want to know you.”
Lana smiled, picking their wine glasses back up and handing Rhonda’s to her.
“To us,” she said.
“To us,” Rhonda said, returning the smile.
They talked well through the rest of what was left of the night and into the morning. Lana was not at all the dumb persona that she put forth at work. In fact, her intelligence was quite considerable and Rhonda felt even more attracted to her.
Both of them were a bit shocked to find out that the other also still thought about the stranger who had inadvertently brought them together. They laughed about it and toasted him, both agreeing that if they had the chance they would marry him. But it didn’t matter because they had each other now.
Eventually they made their way to the bed and fell asleep in each other’s arms. Neither of them had ever felt such true happiness in all their lives. Rhonda and Lana had moved into Lana’s apartment together only a few days later. Rhonda had been unable to pay all of her bills on top of cab fares to get back and forth to work. And besides that, both of them knew instinctively, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that what they had was forever.
Chapter 5 – An Unexpected Turn
Rhonda had called into work sick three times this week. She was beginning to worry that she was going to lose her job. She was lying on the couch throwing up into a bucket when Lana came home.
“Hey babe,” she said. “I uh…I brought you something.”
“Thanks,” Rhonda croaked, accepting the ice cold coke when she finally managed to stop vomiting.
“You’re welcome,” Lana said. “But that’s not all I brought you.” She pulled a box out of her purse which Rhonda saw, on closer inspection, contained a pregnancy test.
“You’re nuts,” she said, laughing weakly. “You know I was on birth control.”
She had since stopped taking it now that she and Lana were in a committed relationship. But when they had encountered the stranger, she had still been on the pill.
“And? It’s not one hundred percent effective. Especially if you forget to take one.”
Rhonda’s eyes widened at that….she’d worked a double the first night after she and Lana had had sex with the stranger and hadn’t gotten home in time to take her pill. By the time that she had made it home, she had been too tired to remember it and the next day she’d forgotten it in her frenzy to get to work, but she had started taking it again after that. Surely….
“You’re being paranoid,” she said, now uncertain. “There’s no way. I was on the pill.”
“Prove it,” Lana said levelly, holding out the pregnancy test.
“Fine,” Rhonda said. Better to get this over with and put the whole thing to rest. She was not pregnant. She took the test from Lana and went to the bathroom. She came out after a couple of minutes.
“Ok,” she said. “I did it. Box says to read it in three minutes.”
“Ok. In three minutes,” Lana replied.
They sat on the couch together as Rhonda clenched Lana’s hand tighter than her sense of denial said that she should. Lana clenched hers back just as tight as they both stared in silence at the clock on the wall.
When three minutes had passed they looked into each other’s eyes.
“Ready?” Lana asked.
“Ready,” Rhonda replied, a bit more shakily than she would have liked.
They entered the bathroom together, still holding hands, but Rhonda stopped just inside of the doorway. Only for a moment, though she had to make a concerted effort to make her feet move again.
They stepped together to the bathroom sink where the pregnancy test lay. Lana closed her eyes and crossed the fingers of her left hand, the one not clutching Rhonda’s. Rhonda took a deep, shuddering, terrified breath before looking down at it.
Rhonda went numb for a moment when she saw not one, but two pink lines. This…this was impossible. This shouldn’t be happening. She covered her mouth with her free hand as she burst into tears. It wasn’t fair. She had finally found happiness…what would this do to her and Lana?
Lana answered that question with an embrace. Nothing. This would do nothing to them. Except…
They both realized it at once.
“We…we’re going to be a family,” Lana said, tears forming in her eyes.
“Yeah,” Rhonda said, wiping tears from her own eyes. “Yeah we are.”
They embraced again as they both accepted what had happened and joy replaced sorrow.
Chapter 6 – The Stranger Returns
A few months later, Lana and Rhonda had almost succeeded in making a home for the baby that was soon to join them. They had pooled their money to create an area for her. It wasn’t a proper room, but hopefully they could save up for a bigger place in time.
In the meantime, they continued to work at the café. What choice did they have? Neither had the money to buy the car that they’d need to work any farther from their apartment.
They were both working late shift again, when the stranger reappeared.
Rhonda was working at the cash register when he walked in. When she noticed him approaching her, she began to move around the counter.
“Hey, honey,” he said smoothly. “I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you. I—“
He stopped talking abruptly as Rhonda rounded the edge of the counter, crossed her arms, and stared at him. Lana walked up to her silently and put a hand on her shoulder.
The stranger stood speechless for a moment. After a long moment he spoke.
“I was going to say that I should have introduced myself sooner. My name is Jason.” He stood for another long moment as though he was unsure quite what to do.
Lana leaned close to Rhonda and whispered in her ear, “The answer is yes.” Lana gave her shoulder a squeeze before turning to walk away.
Rhonda thought she detected a note of pain in Lana’s voice, but she had no time to consider it. The stranger dropped to one knee.
He opened his mouth and then paused abruptly.
“Rhonda,” Lana said over her shoulder. “Her name is Rhonda.”
The stranger nodded his thanks to Lana’s back before continuing.
“Rhonda,” he said. “Will you marry me?”
Rhonda didn’t even hesitate.
“No,” she said certainly.
Lana stopped dead in her tracks and the stranger – no, Jason – looked as though he’d been slapped in the face.
“I…I beg your pardon?”
“You heard me,” Rhonda told him, walking to where Lana stood with her back to them. She wound her fingers through Lana’s. “I said no.”
Lana turned to face her with tears in her eyes. Neither of them spoke. They simply held hands and looked into one another’s eyes.
Their moment was interrupted by Jason.
“Can uh…can I ask why?” he said, as he rose to his feet and straightened his cowboy hat.
Rhonda spoke without hesitation.
“Sure,” she said. “I haven’t stopped thinking about you either. Hell, neither of us have,” she said, gesturing to Lana. “But I can’t marry you. I could never give her up.”
A sly smile crept over both Lana’s face and Jason’s.
“Who says you have to,” they said in unison.
Rhonda laughed and rolled her eyes at both of them as Jason approached.
“Give us a moment?” he asked her.
“Sure, whatever,” she said, still laughing.
She went to seat a family who had just entered the diner. Whe
n she returned to get their drinks Lana grabbed her wrist.
“Never mind that,” she said with a twinkle in her eye. “Come with me.”
“But…ok, but I need to get their drinks and put their orders in,” she protested.
Lana kissed her. Not in the chaste way that they usually used at work. It was a passionate kiss that left her blushing, even after all the time that they had been together.
“Shut up,” Lana said, finally breaking the kiss breathlessly, “And come with me.”
‘Ok,” Rhonda said without protest.
Lana led her out the back entrance.
Chapter 7 – The Compromise
Rhonda wondered what could possibly be going on. Something was up, but Lana wasn’t giving anything away.
“Soooo….,” she said after a moment.
“So nothing,” Lana replied enigmatically. “Just wait.”
Rhonda was opening her mouth to protest when a limousine pulled into the narrow alley. She stared in wonder as Lana stepped toward it, opening the door. Jason stepped out of the limousine and they both walked toward her. She still had no idea what was going on. Lana and Jason locked eyes for a moment before turning their gazes to Rhonda.
And then they both dropped to one knee.
“Will you marry us?” they said in unison.
Rhonda was speechless for a long moment and tears threatened to run down her cheeks.
“I…what? I…I…Yes! Oh my God yes!” What else could she say?
They smiled at her as they rose to their feet and the three of them embraced, though they had to work around Rhonda’s very pregnant belly.
“We have so much to talk about,” she said. “But I have to get back to work. And so do you, Lana,” she said, pulling away.
Lana rolled her eyes with a grin.
“They’ll manage,” she said as she pulled Rhonda into the limo. “Come on.”
Rhonda protested for only a moment until Lana had her fully into the limousine.
“I…oh, Jesus. Wow.”
