“Did you enjoy that?”
“Uh huh. It hurt, but in a good way,” she answered, turning slowly to her side to look at him. “I’m really sorry about tonight.”
“Did I just prove to you that I love you?”
“Yes. Lance?”
“What, sweetheart?”
“I need more proof. Punish me again,” Noelle said seductively, reaching for his growing cock. Lance growled, pushing her down and once again, proved his love.
Chapter Twelve
Noelle’s eyes opened quickly. It was Christmas morning and her official 23rd birthday.
Lance had promised her a special present and she was excited to see what it was. She ran out of her room and into his, jumping on the bed.
“Daddy! It’s Christmas! Wake up and give me my present!” she demanded with a giggle.
Lance groaned, hiding his face under the blankets. He was drained. Between work, the trial against the goons who invaded his home, the onslaught of holiday parties and family gatherings, and Noelle’s frequent midnight demands for sex, he was sapped of energy.
“Sweetheart, you’ll get your present from me tonight. Now go back to sleep, I’m too tired. This is the first chance I’ve had to sleep in for over three weeks, baby,” he pleaded. Noelle poked her finger into his side, giggling again, then started to pound him with her bunny. Lance plopped to his stomach, trying to avoid her playful attack, burying his head beneath a pillow.
“Noelle, you do not want to start your birthday with a spanking. You’ve been so good lately.”
“Get up! I have a present for you, too! Daddy!!!!!!” she insisted.
“You didn’t have to get me anything, darling. Please, I’m begging you. Let me sleep. It’s only 6:00 AM.”
Noelle would not relent. He warily sat up and rubbed his aching head, trying to focus his exhausted eyes on her excited face.
“You don’t need to sleep more. Want my present?” she asked, kneeling in front of him.
Sighing, he smiled softly, remembering this was her first Christmas and her first real birthday.
“Let me give you mine first. I was going to wait. Stay here,” he said, climbing out of bed. He tiptoed downstairs and grabbed something from under the large, brightly lit tree then returned upstairs to where Noelle patiently waited for him.
Lance sat down and held her hand. “I’ve waited my whole life for you. I know things are still new and that there is much to learn, but I wanted to tell you that I love you and want you as mine forever. Will you marry me?”
Noelle’s eyes widened as he produced a shining diamond ring from the box he held.
Happy tears fell as he slipped it on her finger. “I love you too, Lance. Yes! Yes, I’ll marry you!” She kissed him deeply, stroking his face. “Now for your present.” She touched him and his body felt renewed. She was no longer broken.
“You’re healed? How can that be? Are you okay?” he asked, stunned.
“Only for you. I don’t think I can touch anyone else. Is that ok?”
“It’s more than ok. In fact, let me show you how ok.”
Lance kissed her deeply again and slowly began to peel off her nightgown as she kneeled next to him on the bed. Noelle reached to pull off his shirt, every touch to his skin set it tingling.
They made love, deeply and passionately, exploring one another as though it were the first time.
After showering and dressing, Lance led Noelle downstairs with the whispered announcement that the two of them would be cooking a special surprise breakfast-in-bed for Todd and Kathy. The shock on Kathy’s face was evident as they brought the trays into their room.
“YOU cooked? Lance Callahan COOKED?” Kathy exclaimed, clapping her hands. “And it’s good! You are now officially my favorite.”
“Not for long, wife,” Todd announced, handing her an envelope, “I was going to wait until we were ready to go back home to give you this. Merry Christmas, baby. Go on, open it.” Kathy’s hands shook with excitement as she pulled out the piece of paper. “Is this a deed to a house? Here?!”
“Not just a house, my love. THE house right across the street. We’re staying.” Kathy broke into tears, hugging him tightly.
Noelle waited a few minutes before she interrupted. “Aunt Kathy? Uncle Todd? I have a Christmas present for you, too. Here.” She presented Kathy with a small box. Kathy’s eyes widened as she opened it and then raced to the bathroom. A loud shout was heard several minutes later.
“It’s positive! Todd!! We’re pregnant! It’s a miracle! Oh my God! Thank you!” she cried, hugging and kissing her two men and then squeezing Noelle, “I will never be able to thank you for this.”
“Aunt Kathy, you and this family gave me a life. It’s the least I can do,” Noelle said modestly. “She’ll be born in August.”
“A girl? We’re having a little girl, Todd! You’re going to be a daddy.” Kathy’s eyes kept tearing with joy.
“What’s that I’m seeing, Miss Noelle? Is there something shiny on that finger?” Todd asked, holding his overwhelmed wife against him.
“Lance proposed to me. We’re going to get married.” Noelle smiled shyly, showing them the ring. She turned towards the door. “We have company. It’s Uncle Alan and the girls. Daddy?
Keren’s getting a cold and doesn’t feel well.”
“How…” The bell rang. Noelle grinned, touching the stone on the necklace William had given her. Maybe her abilities weren’t back just for Daddy after all!
