  Cooking time: 10 minutes

  Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

  1 and ½ tablespoons coffee, ground

  4 rib eye steaks

  ½ tablespoon sweet paprika

  2 tablespoons chili powder

  2 teaspoons garlic powder

  2 teaspoons onion powder

  ¼ teaspoon ginger, ground

  ¼ teaspoon, coriander, ground

  A pinch of cayenne pepper

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix coffee with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, coriander, cayenne and black pepper and stir well.

  Rub steaks with the coffee mix, place them on your preheated grill over medium high heat, cook them for 5 minutes on each side and divide between plates.

  Leave steaks to cool down for 5 minutes before serving them with a side salad!

  Amazing Beef Lasagna

  This is not a regular lasagna! It’s so much better!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 6 hours

  Servings: 6

  Ingredients:

  1 red bell pepper, chopped

  1 eggplant, sliced lengthwise

  2 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise

  1 pound beef, ground

  2 cups tomatoes, chopped

  2 teaspoons oregano, dried

  4 cups tomato sauce

  ¼ cup basil, chopped

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  2 tablespoons tomato paste

  1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  A pinch of sea salt

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add onion and garlic, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  Add beef, stir and brown for 5 minutes more.

  Add bell pepper, tomatoes, oregano, basil, tomato paste and parsley, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.

  Add tomato sauce, black pepper to the taste and a pinch of salt and stir well again.

  Arrange layers of eggplant and zucchini slices with the sauce you’ve made in your slow cooker.

  Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours and 45 minutes.

  Divide your lasagna between plates and serve.

  Steaks And Apricots

  The combination is just perfect! Trust us! We know!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 25 minutes

  Servings: 2

  Ingredients:

  2 tablespoons Cajun spice

  ¼ cup coconut oil

  2 medium skirt steaks

  1/3 cup lemon juice

  ¼ cup apricot preserves

  ¼ cup coconut aminos

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix half of the Cajun spice with lemon juice, aminos, oil and apricot preserves and stir well.

  Pour this into a pan, bring to a boil over medium high heat and simmer for 8 minutes.

  Blend this using an immersion blender and leave aside for now.

  Season steaks with the rest of the Cajun spice, brush them with half of the apricots mix, place them on preheated grill over medium high heat and cook them for 6-minute son each side.

  Divide steaks on plates and top with the rest of the apricots mix.

  Delicious Filet Mignon And Special Sauce

  This is such an elegant Paleo dish! You can serve it on a special occasion!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 25 minutes

  Ingredients:

  12 mushrooms, sliced

  1 shallot, chopped

  4 fillet mignons

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  2 tablespoons olive oil

  ¼ cup Dijon mustard

  ¼ cup wine

  1 and ¼ cup coconut cream

  2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  Black pepper to the taste

  A pinch of sea salt

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with the oil over medium high heat, add garlic and shallots, stir and cook for 3 minutes.

  Add mushrooms, stir and cook for 4 minutes more.

  Add wine, stir and cook until it evaporates.

  Add coconut cream, mustard, parsley, a pinch of salt and black pepper to the taste, stir and cook for 6 minutes more.

  Heat up another pan over high heat, add fillets, season them with a pinch of salt and some black pepper and cook them for 4 minutes on each side.

  Divide fillets between plates and serve with the mushroom sauce on top.

  Amazing Beef Kabobs

  It’s a succulent Paleo dish you will like! Just try it!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 12 minutes

  Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

  2 red bell peppers, chopped

  2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into medium pieces

  1 red onion, chopped

  1 zucchini, sliced

  Juice from 1 lime

  2 tablespoons chili powder

  2 tablespoon hot sauce

  ½ tablespoons cumin powder

  ¼ cup olive oil

  ¼ cup Paleo Salsa

  A pinch of sea salt and black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix salsa with lime juice, oil, hot sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper and whisk well.

  Layer steaks pieces, bell peppers, zucchini and onion on skewers.

  Brush kabobs with the salsa mix you made earlier, place them on preheated grill over medium high heat and cook them for 5 minutes on each side.

  Divide kabobs between plates and serve.

  Delicious Steak

  It’s a delicious combination between a tasty steak and some wonderful veggies!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 30 minutes

  Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

  2 sweet potatoes, chopped

  4 sirloin steaks

  1 red onion, chopped

  1 broccoli head, florets separated

  8 cherry tomatoes, halved

  4 thyme springs

  4 garlic cloves, minced

  A pinch of sea salt

  Black pepper to the taste

  4 tablespoons olive oil

  ½ tablespoon sweet paprika

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix oil with a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic and paprika and stir well.

  Spread broccoli and sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet, place in the oven at 425 degrees f and bake for 10 minutes.

  Heat up a pan over medium high heat, add steaks, season them with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, cook for 2 minutes on each side and add to the baking sheet.

  Also add onions and tomatoes, drizzle the oil and garlic mix, toss to coat, top with thyme and bake in the oven for 15 minutes more.

  Divide everything between plates and serve.

  Great Beef Teriyaki

  This is so easy to make and it’s 100% Paleo!

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

  Servings: 4

  Ingredients:

  2 green onions, chopped

  1 and ½ pounds steaks, sliced

  ¼ cup honey

  ½ cup coconut aminos

 
1 tablespoon ginger, minced

  1 tablespoon tapioca flour

  1 tablespoon water

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  ¼ cup pear juice

  Some bacon fat

  4 tablespoons white wine

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with the bacon fat over medium heat, add ginger and garlic, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  Add wine, stir and cook until it evaporates.

  Add honey, aminos, pear juice, stir, bring to a simmer and cook for 12 minutes.

  Add tapioca mixed with the water, stir and cook until it thickens.

  Heat up a pan with some bacon fat over medium high heat, add steak slices and brown them for 2 minutes on each side.

  Add green onions and half of the sauce you’ve just made, stir gently and cook for 3 minutes more.

  Divide steaks between plates and serve with the rest of the sauce on top.

  Ingredients:

  1 egg, whisked

  1 tablespoon mustard

  1 tablespoon tomato paste

  1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1 teaspoon onion powder

  Some coconut oil for cooking

  A pinch of sea salt and black pepper to the taste

  1 and ½ pound beef, ground

  For the gravy:

  2 teaspoons parsley, chopped

  2 tablespoons ghee

  1 teaspoon tapioca

  1 small yellow onion, chopped

  1 and ¼ cups beef stock

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix beef with tomato paste, egg, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper to the taste and stir well.

  Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium heat, add onion, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  Add stock, some black pepper, tapioca mixed with water, stir, cook until it thickens and take off heat.

  Shape 4 patties from the beef mix.

  Heat up a pan with the coconut oil over medium high heat, add beef patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side.

  Pour the gravy over beef patties, sprinkle parsley on top, cook for a couple more minutes, divide between plates and serve.

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 20 minutes

  Servings: 2

  Ingredients:

  10 sea scallops

  4 garlic cloves, minced

  2 beef steaks

  1 shallot, chopped

  2 tablespoons lemon juice

  2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  2 tablespoons basil, chopped

  1 teaspoon lemon zest

  ¼ cup ghee

  ¼ cup veggie stock

  Some bacon fat

  A pinch of sea salt

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with some bacon fat over medium high heat, add steaks, season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper to the taste and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

  Add shallot and garlic, stir and cook for 2 minutes more.

  Add ghee and stir everything.

  Add stock, basil, lemon juice, parsley and lemon zest and stir.

  Add scallops, season them with some black pepper as well and cook for a couple more minutes.

  Divide steaks and scallops between plates and serve with pan juices.

  Sheppard’s Pie

  You’ve probably heard about this pie before! Did you know there’s a Paleo version as well?

  Preparation time: 15 minutes

  Cooking time: 45 minutes

  Servings: 6

  Ingredients:

  2 pounds sweet potatoes, chopped

  1 and ½ pounds beef, ground

  2 cups beef stock

  1 onion, chopped

  2 carrots, chopped

  2 thyme springs

  2 bay leaves

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  2 celery stalks, chopped

  ¼ cup ghee

  Bacon fat

  A handful parsley, chopped

  2 tablespoons tomato paste

  A pinch of sea salt

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  Put sweet potatoes in a pot, add water to cover, bring to a boil over medium high heat, cook for 20 minutes, drain, leave them to cool down and transfer to a bowl.

  Add ghee, a pinch of salt and pepper and mash potatoes well.

  Heat up a pan with the bacon fat over medium high heat, add beef, stir and cook for a couple of minutes.

  Add carrots, garlic, onions, celery, stock, tomato paste, bay leaves, thyme springs, some black pepper and another pinch of salt, stir and cook for 10 minutes.

  Discard bay leaves and thyme and spread beef mix on the bottom of a baking dish.

  Top with mashed potatoes, spread well, place in the oven at 375 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes.

  Leave pie to cool down a bit before slicing and serving it.

  8 lamb chops

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix oil with aminos, parsley, ginger and garlic and stir well.

  Place lamb chops on a preheated grill over medium high heat, season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper to the taste and grill them for 4 minutes on each side basting them with the oil and ginger mix you’ve made.

  Leave lamb chops to cool down for a couple of minutes and then serve.

  Juice from 1 lime

  2 skirt steaks

  ¼ teaspoon cumin, ground

  1 Serrano chili pepper, minced

  ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  A pinch of sea salt

  Black pepper to the taste

  For the veggie mix:

  2 red bell peppers, chopped

  3 Portobello mushrooms, sliced

  1 yellow onion, chopped

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 tablespoon lime juice

  1 tablespoon taco seasoning

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix ¼ cup oil with oregano, garlic, lime juice, cumin, cilantro, chili pepper, a pinch of salt and black pepper and whisk very well.

  Add steaks, toss to coat and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  Place steaks on preheated grill over medium high heat, cook them for 4 minutes on each side and transfer to a plate.

  Add mushrooms, taco seasoning and lime juice, stir and cook for 6 minutes more.

  Preparation time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 8 hours and 40 minutes

  Ingredients:

  2 cups beef stock

  ¼ cup honey

  1 cup tomato paste

  1 cup balsamic vinegar

  4 pounds beef chuck

  1 tablespoon mustard

  1 tablespoon sweet paprika

  1 teaspoon onion powder

  2 tablespoons chili powder

  2 garlic cloves, minced

  Black pepper to the taste

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix beef chuck with chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic and black pepper and rub well.

  Transfer beef roast to your slow cooker, add stock over it, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

  Meanwhile, heat up a pan over medium heat, add tomato paste, vinegar, mustard, honey and black pepper, stir, bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes.
