“Yes, good thing. I’d hate to hurt a man for touching you.”

His fingers left my tattoo and moved up and down the center of my cotton panties, brushing ever so methodically every time they were near my clit. Each pass drove me crazy.

Pressing a knee onto the bed, he leaned in, his mouth inches from mine. I waited for him to kiss me, I was about to grab the back of his head and pull him down, but I was too slow. He began to pepper kisses all down my chest, following each one with the tip of his tongue.

His hot breath hovered over my breast as his tongue flicked out, hitting my nipple as if it were a game. His teeth enclosed around it, pulling it up gently, holding it, flicking his tongue against it before sucking it fully into his mouth. It was all pure, sweet torture, and I loved every second of it. When he began playing with my other nipple using his fingers I could no longer contain myself. I let out a moan.

I said a silent prayer in hopes that no one heard my needy pleas of sexual satisfaction, but it had been entirely too long. I didn’t notice that I was fully naked until I felt a tug at my hips and the shreds that were left of my panties went flying behind me.

First his fingers teased, they were running along the slit of my pussy. I could feel how wet I was by how freely his fingers were running. The tips of them stopped and began to tease my entrance. Little by little my legs opened, giving his hand more access. His head moved up, his eyes locked on mine as I felt something begin to enter me.

“Fuck,” he said so low it was almost a whisper.

The sensations had taken over my whole body and my hips began to thrust up to meet his hand’s intrusion. My eyes closed as I rode out every ebb my body was feeling. I was so close to coming all over his fingers when suddenly they were gone. I looked down just as his mouth replaced his hand.

His face was buried in the apex of my thighs. I was screaming out in ecstasy as he brought me up higher and higher. Both of his arms surrounded my body as I was half in this upside down hug, my legs dangling down. I was clutching the comforter with my hands as I cried out. This man was magic with his tongue.

“Oh Nicholas,” I screamed out as I came.

“One more time,” he countered and his mouth continued to devour me, seconds later I was screaming his name again and begging him to please fuck me.

I was mush after the third orgasm, the lower half of my body was so sensitive. Nicholas tried to move my leg, but I flinched, covering my pussy with my hand to keep from him touching me again. He chuckled and I moved over to give him some room on the bed. Listening to him laugh irritated me; I mean, if the roles were reversed, if he had all this stimulation to his private parts would he be laughing? I doubt it.

With the last bit of strength I could muster, I got up on my knees. Naked as the day I was born, I looked at him and he at me, trying to gauge what I was about to do. Situating myself in between his legs, I nuzzled my nose against the imprint his cock was making on his pants. He shuddered at my touch, as I ran my tongue along the skin that lay directly above the waistband of his pants. His hand lay gently against the back of my neck, as if he were trying to figure out what I was going to do next. Slipping the tips of my fingers in his waistband, I pulled his pants back and a little ways down his hips, exposing the head of his cock leaking at the tip. I lapped it up like a cat with a bowl of milk. He hissed and gripped my arm but I kept going. I pushed his hands away so I could pull his pants down further till they were past his ass. I needed to get to have access to every inch of him. Grabbing him with my right hand, I wrapped my lips around the head of his cock and slowly engulfed him with my mouth. His legs shook with each pass.

Having been with Nicholas before, but not remembering every detail, the moans he made drove me. Every pass of my mouth, each lick of my tongue elicited a different response. I focused on the different areas that got the best reaction and tortured him. When his hips began to buck and he tried to fuck my mouth, I placed my hand on his hip to still the movement.

My mouth went all the way down on him, my lips almost touching the sparse hair that lay there. Stilling my mouth, I let my tongue do the work. With his cock filling my mouth, I moved my tongue up and down and in circles while slowly sucking on him. This drove him absolutely mad, to the point he had enough. Pulling himself away and bringing me up, he flipped me back over onto the bed.

“You win,” were the only words he spoke before his mouth came down, covering mine.

I wanted him to take me. No, I needed him to take me. I was rubbing myself on him again, trying to get some sort of friction from his touch. The more I moved the more he moved away from me.

Breaking from the kiss, he locked eyes on me. “I don’t have a condom.”

“There are some in the top drawer of the night stand,” I said and he gave me a weird look. “Alex left them, just in case.”

He didn’t question it, he just reached over, grabbing one, ripping the foil, and slipping it on. “This isn’t going to last long, but I promise if you let me, I will make every one after this count.”

“Then what are you waiting for?” I said, my smart mouth working over-time. I needed to feel him. I didn’t care if it was two minutes or six hours, I needed this.

I’m sorry,” he exclaimed as he slid inside of me until he was seated to the hilt. I screamed out, I think I scared him. I wasn’t prepared for how big he was and I was naïve to think I could handle it after all this time.

“Oh God, baby, are you all right? I swear I didn’t mean to hurt you.”

“I’m okay, it’s just been a long time.”

  “How long?”

“Since you. I haven’t been with anyone since you.”

“You don’t know how good that makes me feel, because you are mine, you belong to me,” he stated as he rocked into me slowly and calculated.

I wrote characters like this, characters that said these same words. I just made them up, but it felt so good to hear them.

Picking up the pace, his kisses became frantic with a purpose. He was honest when he said that he wouldn’t last long. The strokes grew longer and his thrusts more powerful. He hooked both of my legs on his hips as his pace quickened. It felt as if he was getting bigger, the faster he pounded into me.

I was so close, I was crying out louder. Begging him to let me come, I needed him to help me. Pleading with him, I finally opened my eyes to search for his. He was focused on my face. I moaned out “please” with all the pleasure that had been building up inside me.

Nicholas placed one last kiss upon my lips and pulled back to his knees. He hooked his hands behind my hands and pushed up until my ankles rested snuggly against his shoulders. The new angle had me going crazy, I was even closer now. He was hitting the perfect spot, I felt myself throbbing, closing in on the goal of utter bliss.

There it was, I grabbed him harder and rode out the orgasm the second it hit me. Nicholas followed behind me with his. He scooped me up in his arms and held me as if I were going to disappear. I still shuddered as the last bits ran through me. I found his mouth and kissed him one more time.

Nicholas pulled from me, removed the used condom, and placed it in a tissue before throwing it into the trash can. He lay down next to me, pulling me in his arms. I felt safe, secure, and happier than I had been in a very long time. I loved this with him.

I didn’t quite know what this was, but it made me so happy that I could hardly contain myself. Listening to the sound of his heart beating, the gentle lull of the thumps became a hypnotic little melody that lulled me to sleep.

I didn’t know how long I was out when I was woken up by a loud crash, I almost fell off the bed in fright. I heard yelling and I was worried that Layla would be woken up by whatever was happening downstairs.

I found clothes to put on and checked on Layla—she was still fast asleep. The screaming started again. I ran down the stairs, angry, ready to start cussing people out.

As soon as I turned the corner, they all shut up. Alex was sitting on the couch, her face in her hands.r />
“You know, I’m sure this is something you do often. This whole screaming and breaking things, but I think you’ve all forgotten that there’s a seven month old baby upstairs asleep that doesn’t fall back to sleep the way you and I do. Can you please keep it down?

“Keep it down? Do you have any idea what’s going on or why I’m yelling?

“No, the fuck I don’t. And right now I don’t give a shit.” At that second Layla began to cry. “Great. Way to go.” I turned to walk back up the stairs.

  Nicholas

“Keep it down? Do you have any idea what’s going on or why I’m yelling?” I said.

“No, the fuck I don’t. And right now I don’t give a shit.”

Layla’s cry filled the now quiet house. Christianna said something before she turned to walk up the stairs I reached out and grabbed her arm to stop her.

“I’ll go get her. Christianna, you need to stay,” Alex offered.

Alex rushed past us and headed up the stairs. Christianna shrugged off my arm in one motion. I didn’t know how I was going to explain this to her without her freaking out.

“Christianna, I need you to sit down. I’m sorry our outbursts woke up Layla. If I have to stay up with her all night I will, but this is serious.

“Fine,” she said, throwing up her hands. She walked away from me to the couch that sat along the back wall. “Say what you have to say so I can put my daughter back to sleep.”

“First of all, she’s our daughter. I don’t care how pissed off you are at me right now but you’re going to respect me. Second, this is very important. So important in fact that we have to leave tonight.”

  “Leave, why?”

“Look, I’m going to explain, but you’re going to have to calm down a little bit.”

I sat there looking at her. This was the absolute last conversation I wanted to have with her, especially after our amazing night together. However, she needed to know how serious everything was.

“Tonight the guy went back to your house and my guys captured him.”

“Well, that’s good then, right? I mean, now that you caught him, there’s no problem.”

“Sweetheart,” I said, grabbing her hands in mine. “Catching him is just one level of the problem. You see, when they searched him, he had questionable things on him. When they got his car back to my place, they found some things that have us thinking that he’s more than a stalker.”

  “What do you mean?”

“He had a photo of you, a gun, and a roll of duct tape on him. In his car he had plastic and rope. We think he was there to harm you.”

“I don’t understand. I haven’t done anything to anyone. Why would someone want to hurt me?”

“I don’t have the answers to that right now. This is why we need to go back home. That way I know you’re safe and so is our daughter. Not to mention I need to handle this personally.”

“Why do you need to handle this? Isn’t this something the police are supposed to take care of?”

“Normally you’d be right, but because of who I am and who my family is, we handle things like this, especially when it comes down to the people we care about.”

“Okay, you’re going to have to explain. Who are you? Unless you’re the president of the United States or his relative, I don’t see why it’s up to you to handle this. I’m going to call my dad, because he’ll know exactly what to do.”

“Christianna, when your dad finds out about this, he’s going to call my dad. Then my dad is going to tell me to handle this and it’s going to be a hundred times worse.”

  “Worse, why?”

“Because, Marcello Prescotti is the head of the Prescotti crime family and they control the whole east coast. Nothing happens here that isn’t known to them. Finding out about this guy, knowing that you’re connected to Nico, means that someone wants to start a war,” Luke said.

“A…a…war?” She looked from me to Luke and back to me. “What does that mean, a war?”

“It means exactly that—a war. Someone wanted to insure that I would end up hurt by going after you. Like you said, you’ve done nothing to warrant anyone acting this way toward you. So this is waged directly toward me. There are things that you don’t know. The night before I saw you again, I was told I was to marry that woman Anise to join the families together. To make us stronger, we’d be united. However, that night I was told by my father I didn’t have to marry her if I didn’t want to. I knew then I didn’t, so I told her. It wasn’t until I saw you and then when I found out about Layla, I told my dad there was no way I could marry Anise. I let him know that I’m willing to carry on with the family name, just on my terms.

I looked at Christianna’s face, trying to gauge her reaction before I continued.

“There’s no one that I have ever wanted as much as I wanted you after we met, even though I didn’t know what all transpired. What I do know is that you and I, we have something. It was there the first night we were together and it’s still there today. Not to mention that our daughter plays a huge factor in my decisions now until my last breath. So this, you and I, is a forever thing.”

“And I have no say in what I want, I take it.”

“I didn’t say that. I’m telling you this. Whether you want to stay with me or not, I won’t be marrying anyone else. I won’t be joining the families. Our family is strong enough to take over everything and handle it. This attempt on you right after I find out that you’re the mother to my heir, this is a calculated move, and I’m determined to find out who’s behind this. They won’t survive to try again.”

“So this is your answer to what’s going on? You’re going to hurt someone because they wanted to hurt me?”

“No, I’m not going to hurt anyone.”

  “Well, that’s a relief.”

“But I’m not saying that someone isn’t going to pay for this. Trust me when I say that someone is going to pay and they’re going to pay with their life.”

  “This isn’t happening.”

Watching her, she stood up and paced the living room.

“I can’t do this. This isn’t what I want my life to be. I was happier before any of this clicked. We were safe.”

“Now you’re not and this is my fault. I’m going to fix this. I’m going to make sure that you and Layla are always safe.”

“I think you need to go.” She started toward the stairs.

“Don’t walk away from me, Christianna. We need to finish this.”

She turned toward me. “Oh, I’m walking away, Nicholas. I’m going to walk away so fast your fucking head is going to spin.” Before I knew it she was standing toe to toe with me. “Why in the world would you involve me or our daughter in this world you live in?”

“This isn’t the ideal situation…” I began to say when she cut me off.

“Not the ideal situation, you’re fucking right it wasn’t. Our daughter—I swear if anything happens to her I will kill you myself.”

She turned from me again, but I wasn’t done. She was testing the last of my patience.

“You can’t walk away from me, Christianna, I won’t let you.”

She was halfway up the stairs when she turned around. “I can’t walk away?”

  “No, you can’t.”

  “Watch me.”

She turned and finished going up the stairs. I was tempted to run up the stairs right behind her. I was going to make her listen to me…listen to reason. I would do whatever it took to make sure that she and our daughter was safe. She didn’t have to worry, no one would ever get that close to her ever again.

Turning back to Luke and Bobby, I asked if the cars were on their way. I wasn’t sparing any expense. I borrowed my father’s armored SUV to make sure they would make it there safe. I wasn’t taking any chances.

“I’m going up and see if they’re packing. I’ll be back down to get my things,” Luke said.

“I’ll go get my stuff together.”

I went into my room, pacing back and forth, and thinking about all the things that have happened tonight. I wanted to punch something or someone. Who the fuck was out there doing this shit and why did they think they’d be able to get away with it? I would find out, and when I did, I wouldn’t go easy.

Changing into my dark grey suit, I readied myself for what I was going to see when I got back to the city. I didn’t care how long it would take to get all of the information I required. I would invoke my own brand of torturous justice for the person who started this without a second thought.

Slipping my gun into my shoulder holster, I pulled my now closed suitcase with me down the hallway. Bobby grabbed my bag and he and Luke started taking the items outside. Alex came downstairs with a wide awake Layla, who wanted me the moment she saw me. I had to decline, I had to keep my game face on. Plus with my gun on me, I didn’t want to take the chance.

“Nico,” Luke called out. “The car is here.”

“All right, put her car seat in there. I want Bobby and Jeffery with them.” Luke nodded.

Christiana came down the stairs, her face red and her eyes puffy. She’d been crying. I wanted to reach out and hold her and let her know everything was going to be all right. I wanted to take her back upstairs and make love to her for the rest of the night, but I knew this was more important.

She wouldn’t even look at me. I tried to will her to turn but she wouldn’t look. One of the other guys went to lock up the house and drive her car. I walked them out to the SUV. Kissing Layla as she tried to grasp onto me, I held her hand until Christianna took her from her sister. Wrapping my arms around them both, I whispered into her ear. “I will make this right between us.”

I heard her mumble “no” and then she climbed into the truck with Layla. I could hear Layla’s cries as I stood outside. I turned to Bobby and made sure he knew how serious I was. He understood me without me even having to utter a word.

When they pulled out I knew they were in good hands. I climbed into our car and we followed behind them. Bobby was sending texts during the ride. Christianna was upset, Layla wasn’t doing well. When she finally fell asleep, we were about twenty minutes from home.
