Ruled by her Daddies

“Um, Caleb did. Once.” Was he jealous? He couldn’t get jealous over someone else helping her pee, right?
“Well, then you should be used to some help,” was all he said. Then he bent and drew her pants and panties down. She blushed hotly. At least her T-shirt was long enough to hide everything. He helped her sit on the toilet.
“Can I have some privacy, please,” she begged.
He gave her a firm look. “Call me before getting off the toilet. I’ll go get your nightgown.”
“It’s being washed,” she said.
“Fine, I’ll get you one of our T-shirts to sleep in. Just don’t move without help.”
He stepped out and she couldn’t hold on any longer.
Thank God.

The doctor made no bones about the fact that he wasn’t happy with her.
He grumbled as he checked her foot. “The swelling has gone back up. The good work from resting these past two days has been undone. You’re not supposed to put any weight on it. What were you thinking? And Caleb said you threw up? You were feeling dizzy?”
“Um, yes, but I was on a swing.”
Ethan gave her an incredulous look. “Why would you be on a swing?”
“That was my fault,” Caleb interjected.
She gave him a grateful look as he took some of the heat of Ethan’s ire off her.
“Your blood pressure is very low. Did you feel dizzy at any other time?”
“Ahh, yes, a little bit when I got up and was walking.”
Ethan muttered to himself some more as he noted things down on his clipboard. She thought she heard the words foolish woman muttered a time or two, but she wasn’t going to ask him to speak up.
“Is she well enough to fly, doc?” Caleb asked as he hooked her back up to the IV.
Fly? She gaped at him. Were they still thinking that she’d go to Escana with them?
“I’d rather she got some rest first. You’re flying commercial?”
“No, private plane,” Caleb replied. “She’ll be able to lie down almost the entire way and we’ll be sure to make sure she eats and drinks.”
Ethan frowned. “I think that should be okay. I’m a bit worried about her low blood pressure and dizziness. I want to monitor her overnight, get some more fluid into her and then we’ll reassess. I don’t want her taking a funny turn on the plane, but if she’s lying down that should help. I’m also going to write a prescription for vitamins.”
“We don’t want to do anything that might set her back,” Caleb said.
“No, she’s already done a good job of that herself.”
“What about spankings?” Wolfe said suddenly.
Um, say what now?
“What?” Ethan looked over at him.
“Is she well enough to be spanked? I’m keeping a tally of her punishments but if she keeps misbehaving like this, by the time she gets her spanking she won’t be sitting comfortably for a week.”
Nope. That didn’t just happen. He didn’t just ask the doctor if she was well enough to be spanked. This was definitely a dream.
She reached over to pinch her arm and Caleb grabbed her wrist, shaking his head at her. “No pinching.”
Ethan frowned down at her. “She pinches herself?”
“Just when she thinks she’s dreaming,” Aleki drawled.
“Right now, I’m certain I must be stuck in a nightmare. Because there is no way you just asked the doctor if I could be spanked.” She glared at Wolfe.
“How else am I gonna know if I don’t ask?” Wolfe asked. “I suppose I could have checked online. Someone else is likely to have asked the question already.”
Please, Lord. Save her. She hadn’t been so bad in her short life to deserve this sort of torture, had she?
“If you’re wanting to take her on a plane soon, then I’d hold off on the spanking until you’re at your destination and she’s feeling recovered from the trip,” Ethan told them. “And then, to be safe, I’d like her to be checked over first by a doctor.”
Wolfe nodded. “Sounds like a plan. The palace physician has experience with these sorts of things.”
“What sorts of things? Spankings?” she asked in a strangled voice.
“Yes. Exactly,” Wolfe replied, looking all too pleased with himself.
Please. Please, Lord.
Save her.
“She certainly deserves a warm bottom for putting her health in danger,” Ethan told them.
“Are you allowed to say that?” she demanded.
“What?”
“You’re a doctor. My doctor. Pretty sure you’re not supposed to tell someone it’s okay to spank me.”
His gaze narrowed at her. “Are they abusing you? When the nurse questioned you on arrival, you said that no one had hit you or threatened you. Was that incorrect? Would you like to have them forcibly removed?”
“What?” Wolfe asked, scowling at him.
“Of course we’re not damn well abusing her. What the fuck?” Aleki snapped.
“No, I wasn’t lying. They’ve never once hurt me.” Now she felt terrible.
“Nothing will happen that’s not fully consensual, doctor,” Caleb said stiffly. “We’ve all been in the lifestyle for a number of years. We’d never do anything to abuse a submissive’s trust.”
Ethan looked around at all of them. “I’d like to speak to my patient alone for a few moments.”
“What? Why?” Aleki snapped.
“Aleki, Wolfe, come on. Let’s give them a few moments.”
Aleki gave the doctor the death glare. Which kind of surprised her, that was more Wolfe’s thing. But Wolfe had that damn list of foods out again.
She really needed to find a way to burn that thing.
Soon it won’t matter, remember? They’re returning to Escana. And you can’t go with them.
* * *
Aleki growled as he paced up and down the passage outside her room. No way they were going any further, not when there was a chance of her taking off again.
“What’s wrong with you?” Caleb asked as he leaned against a wall. “Why are you so worked up?”
“Question is, why aren’t you? He just implied that we’re abusers.”
“He’s looking out for her best interests.”
“More like he wants in her pants. I’ve seen the way he looks at her. Like he wants to eat her.”
“And you’re worried that she’ll prefer him to us?” Caleb asked.
Aleki ran his fingers through his hair. He hated feeling this way. So uncertain of where things stood. “What if he convinces her to stay here? We’re already on rocky ground with her.”
She ran from them.
That shit had to stop.
Even if he had to lock her in her bedroom for a year. Hmm, that had definite possibilities.
Okay, now he was starting to sound like Wolfe. Never a good thing.
“Not going to happen,” Wolfe commented as he stared down at the list of food the doctor had given him.
“Why not?” he asked.
“Because I have a plan. How does one prepare kale? It’s on this list. She needs to eat it.”
“Man, no one eats that shit,” Aleki told him. “They just pretend to so they feel better about themselves, then they chuck it in the garbage when no one is looking. She’s not going to eat that crap.”
“It’s on the list,” Wolfe repeated.
“She doesn’t have to eat all that’s on there.” Aleki peered down at the list and pulled a face. “Tofu? Really? Fuck, man, we’re trying to get her to eat. Giving her the most disgusting food known to man is not the way to do that. What’s wrong with a burger? Or pizza? Maybe a burrito?” His tummy rumbled. “I could go for a burrito now. We never ate that pizza earlier. Plus, I have an emotional stomach. When I’m nervous, I eat.”
Wolfe rolled his eyes. “You’re always eating.”
“Yeah, like I said, an emotional stomach. When I’m mad, I eat. When I’m happy, I eat. When I’m sad, I eat.”
>
“When you breathe, you eat,” Caleb added.
“Exactly. So what’s your plan?” Aleki asked, sharing a look with Caleb. Wolfe’s plans were often brilliant. Mostly outrageous. And sometimes illegal.
“She’s coming with us because we’re going to steal her.”

Caleb raised his eyebrows in response to Wolfe’s suggestion. Steal her, huh? Hmm, now that did have possibilities.
“Steal her?” Aleki snapped. “We can’t steal her. That’s kidnapping.”
“We’re Escanaian citizens,” Wolfe pointed out. “It’s within our rights to steal our bride for the twenty-one days of our Marjarsom.”
Marjarsom allowed a stolen bride to get to know her harem better, and they worked on convincing her to truly marry them.
“But she’s not Escanaian,” Aleki protested.
Wolfe shrugged. “A mere technicality.”
“And we’re not in Escana,” Aleki added. “We’re in the US, where that’s considered kidnapping.”
“I didn’t say it was a perfect plan.”
“It’s not even a plan at all,” Aleki countered. “Caleb, talk some sense into him.”
Caleb frowned. “I like it.”
Aleki paused to gape at him. Even Wolfe looked up at him.
“What?” Aleki snapped. “You can’t possibly like it.”
“I do. We could take her back to Escana. She’d have to spend twenty-one days with us, during that time it’s up to us to convince her we’re meant to be together. At the end of that period, she can leave or not.”
“And if she has us arrested? If she tells the princes?” Aleki snapped.
“Bride stealing is a sacred tradition,” Wolfe reminded Aleki. “They won’t interfere.”
“They will if it creates an international scandal,” Aleki countered.
“If she didn’t have feelings for us, if she didn’t actually want to come with us, then I’d agree. But she’s holding back. She’s trying to protect us. And that’s unacceptable,” Caleb said. “She’s exhausted. And I think what she really wants is some help. She just doesn’t know how to ask. Or think she can ask. So we take the choice away from her.”
Aleki shook his head. “You’ve both gone mad.”
“I don’t think we have,” Caleb mused. “I am surprised you came up with the idea, Wolfe. What if she decides to stay with us? To be with all three of us? You know the rules.”
“She becomes our wife,” Wolfe said.
Aleki let out a deep breath. “Shit. And that’s what we all want? To share her? To have her as our wife, our Little? If she’s a Little, that is.”
“She is,” Caleb said confidently. “And it’s what I want.”
Aleki ran his hand over his face. “I’m not agreeing to the bride stealing. And I’m not convinced she’s a Little or will want to be with the three of us. But I also can’t leave her.”
They both looked to Wolfe. “I can’t trust her. I may never trust her. But the three of us will be able to keep closer watch on her. I don’t believe in love. But I don’t want her harmed. I want to possess her. That’s enough for me. I can’t do this halfway. She’s either ours or she’s not.”
“And if she’s not? You’d leave her like this?” Aleki asked.
Wolfe shot him a disgusted look. “Of course not, I’m not a monster.” He grimaced. “Well, I can be. If we’re not all in, I think we should give her some money and a plane ticket to somewhere she won’t be found.”
“And if we’re all in?” Caleb asked.
“Then she comes with us, whether she wants to or not,” Wolfe said. “And we make our intentions clear. She’s going to be ours. All three of ours. Our woman. Our lover. Our Little.”
The more Caleb thought about this, the more it felt right. “We don’t want to push too hard. If anyone needs some coddling, it’s Vivi. She needs tender care. Some gentleness and understanding. Some fun. A caretaker.” Aleki could give that.
“She also needs to know that there is someone who will listen to her. Lift her up when she needs it, support her, cheer her on. Who will be the bad guy when she can’t. Make the tough decisions when it’s too much for her. Lay down some boundaries that will be enforced with a firm but fair hand.” That was him.
It wasn’t that he couldn’t do all the things Aleki could and vice versa, it’s just they could play on their strengths.
Then he looked to Wolfe.
“And she needs to feel safe. To know, without a doubt that someone has her back. No matter what. Someone who will be her vengeance and her redemption. Who will fight her enemies when she can’t. A warrior.”
Wolfe eyed him calmly then gave a nod.
Twenty-one days to convince her that she could be theirs.
This could work.

By the time Ethan left, Vivi knew her face was bright red.
Caleb walked in, took one look at her face, and raised his eyebrow. “Everything okay?”
“Sure. Where are the others?”
“Wolfe’s preparing your dinner. Be warned, he was talking about the best way of preparing kale.”
“Kale? Eww. Why?” This was his way of punishing her. It had to be.
“Apparently it’s healthy for you.”
“Not if you vomit trying to eat it.”
His lips twitched. “Don’t think it will be that bad.”
“Easy for you to say, you’re not having to eat it.”
“I’ll eat it if you will,” he said easily.
“What? Really?”
“Yep. Not fair to make you eat something I’m not willing to. I could stand to eat healthier.”
Why? He looked perfect.
She didn’t say that out loud. Thank God.
“Where’s Aleki?” They all needed to talk. She had to tell them why she couldn’t go to Escana. At least part of it, anyway.
“He’s gone to get burritos.”
“Didn’t he just have pizza?”
“He didn’t eat any of it because some naughty little girl wandered off,” he said pointedly.
She blushed, looking down at her hands in her lap nervously. “I’m sorry for worrying you all. It’s just you were so insistent on me coming with you. And I can’t . . .”
“Are you going to tell us why you can’t?”
She nodded. “When the others are here. It’s something you all need to hear.”
“What did the doc have to say?”
Her cheeks felt hot. “Nothing much. He just wanted to make sure I was okay.”
“Really? Took him a long time just to ask you if you were okay.”
He’d also made sure she knew she had choices and rights. And options. She still couldn’t believe he’d offered her a place to stay. With him.
Like she didn’t already have enough man trouble?
“He offered to help me, which was very kind.”
Caleb scowled. “Oh, I doubt kindness had anything to do with it.”
“What do you mean?” she asked.
“He wants you.”
She gaped at him then let out a bark of laughter. That was ridiculous. “No, he doesn’t.”
“Yep. He’s been flirting with you. Touching you unnecessarily. Bet he was just hoping to sweep in and rescue you. Asshole. He’s fired.”
Caleb stood as though to chase after the doctor, but she reached out to grab his hand. “Caleb, he doesn’t want me. That’s crazy. I mean, look at me.”
He turned to gaze down at her. His gaze was cold, his face firm. “Excuse me?”
She gulped. “Umm, I said look at me? There’s no way he could want me.”
Leaning in, he placed his hands on either side of her body. She melted into the bed. Whoa. She felt her body warm, his dominant position doing something to her. She bit her lower lip worriedly.
“Let your lip go,” he commanded.
She immediately obeyed.
“Good girl,” he practically purred.
Oh, fuck. Was it p
ossible to come just from his voice?
“Look at me, little girl.”
Holy. Hell.
Her breath came in faster pants as she stared up at him.
“That’s good. Very obedient. Daddy likes when his little girl obeys him. Of course, he also likes a bit of sass. Gives him a reason to take her over his knee and spank her bottom.”
What. The. Hell.
She needed to say something. Was he a Dominant? The idea both scared and intrigued her. She wanted nothing to do with things like nipple clamps and blood and humiliation.
But an over-the-knee spanking from one of them?
Where did she sign up?
“Do you know what Daddy doesn’t like?”
Should she be worried that he was speaking about himself in the third person? Yeah, that was probably the least weird thing about this conversation.
He ran a finger down her cheek then over her jaw, down her neck. Oh shit. Was he going to touch her breast? He slid it over her breast then teased the nipple.
She let out a small whimper.
“If I’m going too far too fast, tell me and I’ll stop.”
Stop! Why would he stop?
Lightly, he pinched her nipple and she gasped.
“He doesn’t like hearing you put yourself down. That’s the second time. You were given a warning, so this time you’ve earned yourself punishment.”
Her breath sawed in and out of her lungs as he continued to play with her nipple. Her clit throbbed. Damn it. Just a few swipes of his finger would take care of her problem.
“Shit, you’re responsive,” he muttered. “Is it my touch or words?”
“Both, I think,” she gasped.
“You want me to stop, then you tell me. I will always stop. I promise. I want to kiss every inch of you. I want to make you come so many times that you forget your own name. But not mine, you won’t be forgetting mine.”
He took her lips with his. Lightly for a start then deeper. Playing with her. Teasing her. Her body ignited. She thrust her hips up without thought. She needed his touch.
When he drew back, she let out a protesting moan. He grinned. “Soon, baby. You’re not ready for more.”
“I am.” She pouted.
