Vampire's Retribution

Closing my eyes, I gave in to what was going on, letting his tongue play with my tongue and swallowing all my moans of pleasure. Faster and deeper were the only words echoing inside my mind. I was riding him shamelessly, not caring about the noise we were making, about the bumping against the door, or the weirdness of the situation. After all, I was ruining our relationship by adding sex to it. But damn, it was awesome sex!
Leaning my back against the door, I released several breathless moans when my orgasm exploded. His mouth fell between my breasts while his cock kept pounding faster and deeper inside of me; sending me to heaven and back several times. My insides kept exploding in spasms. He came moments after my body stopped trembling from pleasure. Galvin growled against my neck, pulling my hair and leaving his cock buried deep down, throbbing and mingling his pleasure with mine. Our bodies were tightly pinned together. My arms were around his neck, his arms around my torso, and my legs were pulling him closer while his cock was buried in me. I didn’t know where he ended and I started. It was mind-blowing and totally unexpected. I couldn’t speak, I didn’t want to speak or to even think about what was going to happen after what we had done.

DOMINANT
I DIDN’T HAVE A LOT OF TIME to think about it, because he released me, letting my feet touch the ground. Before I could stumble and move away from him, Galvin started a new game of foreplay. He kissed my mouth, cheeks, and breasts. Slow and tender kisses, improved by his hands caressing the insides of my thighs. My body was responding again to his touch and to his kisses. He was extremely gentle.
Before I could understand what was going on, he had laid me down on my stomach on the edge of the table and spread my legs open. Then he thrust hard inside me from behind. My body gave in to the pleasure, my walls tensed and squeezed his cock as it slammed into me over and over again. I felt every inch of his shaft, stirring my need to be touched and caressed by his hands on my back and neck. I had forgotten how good it was to have someone taking the lead, to have a dominant male giving me pleasure, and submitting me to his will.
“It feels so good inside of you, Violet,” he whispered, crossing my arms over my back and increasing the pace.
I moaned in reply, moving my hips against his cock, enjoying the shuddering of my insides and the warm pleasure I was experiencing. It was good, so good, I could only beg for more and keep moving against him while building up my new orgasm.
Moments after, Galvin held my hips and steadied my movements, making me stop bouncing, so I could enjoy his deep strokes. He knew what he was doing, and it was a relief. I was sick and tired of poor lovers and fast triggers. When I was tightening his shaft harder and my spasms were spreading throughout my body, his hands cupped my breasts and pulled my back against his chest. Galvin groaned and nibbled my shoulder as he released his seed inside me and his spasms filled me with pleasure once again.
The bliss was short as a dark thought crossed my mind. I’ve never needed to worry about getting pregnant, or catching a disease, but there was something about us having unprotected sex—which was rather natural between supernaturals since we didn’t get diseases—that made me feel worried. I was unable to get pregnant when I was human, so I shouldn’t worry now that I wasn’t human or vampire. But it was my first time having sex with someone after becoming an Eylone, or at least more human. I didn’t know the implications of my new transformation. He was like me, or at least I was becoming like him.
My panic made the pleasure go away, and I felt the need to release myself from his embrace. The realization of what we had done sunk in after my mind had been so clouded by the strangling mist of lust. I shifted inside his hug, turning my head to stare at him and noticing his closed eyes. He had a smile of bliss that made me feel even guiltier for what I was going to say. “We shouldn’t have done this.”
“Why not?” He tightened his hug so I couldn’t run away.
I tried to reason. “We are friends…and I…” I had no idea if I was making any sense or not. “How can we act normal after this?”
Galvin let me turn around to face him, making no ceremony about his naked body. He was only wearing an unbuttoned shirt, and I was just wearing my garter belt, stockings and shoes. His fingers trailed their way to my hip and made me sit back on the edge of the table while he put himself between my legs before my confused eyes. I had no idea of what he was planning to do. I was panicking, aware that he was still hard and that the contact between us wasn’t helping to cool down my heat.
“Galvin… Please, be reasonable…” His fingers brushed my lips, demanding that I silenced myself. I gulped, sensing his fingers grab my chin and his lips come closer.
“Violet, you are so cute, honey. You are almost four hundred years, and you still act like a child when it comes to sex.”
“I do not!”
“You do. You are a hopeless romantic. You pretend to be liberal about sex, but you’ve never dated more than one guy at the same time, and you get extremely upset when the guys you date don’t meet your expectations.”
“Shut up!” I ordered. “Just leave.”
I tried to push him away from me, but he simply smirked and hugged me against him. “I’m not one of your toy boys to boss around,” he said, looking at my face. “I don’t think you have listened to a word I said. This was not a one-time thing,” he stated. I narrowed my eyes, feeling goose bumps ripple on my skin. “We’ll be friends with benefits while you are extracting your revenge, and after Ewan is dead, there is nothing in my way to make you mine and only mine. Do you understand me?”
There was no way I could conceal how baffled I was by his words. He wanted us to be a couple. I tilted my head to stare at him carefully while white noise filled my head.
“Violet.” His voice trembled when he called my name. His eyes showed how worried he was by my silence. “Say something. Stop being like this.”
“Like what?”
“Immune to my feelings for you.”
“I didn’t know you had feelings for me,” I muttered, bothered by his accusations.
“Well, I do.”
“What do you want me to say?” I asked, feeling my heart shrink inside my chest. My throat dried, and my stomach was upset with crazy butterflies bouncing around.
“That you want to be mine.”
“I don’t know if I want that.” I gulped for air, staring at his blue sweet eyes.
“At least will you think about it?”
I simply nodded, unsure of what else to say. He wanted me to be his. That was completely unexpected, but then again, thinking about having sex with him and enjoying it, had never crossed my mind either. He was my boss, my friend, the voice inside my mind, and, apparently, a suitable candidate to share my bed.
“I’m the person who knows you better than anyone. We are almost the last ones of our kind. There is only one probable future since you became an Eylone: you and me together.”
“Do you even love me?” I asked, troubled by his words. It was not what I wanted to hear. Saying that we were the last of our species was not my idea of a romantic declaration. Maybe I was understanding everything wrong, and he just wanted a sexual relationship with me because we were from the same species and not out of love.
“Love is pale in comparison to what we can feel for one another.”
“I don’t love you,” I explained, wanting to put the cards on the table. “Well, at least not like I…loved…”
“Ewan? Yes, I’m aware of that. But you will learn to love me. Either way, unless you say otherwise, I won’t let you alone anymore, and I won’t leave your bed.”
“I don’t think you should put your hopes so high.”
“Aren’t you tired of keeping secrets from your lovers? Aren’t you tired of listening to the same old petty rants about human issues and human weakness? Don’t you want someone to love you for what you really are?”
I nodded, biting my lip, and looking away. That was not an excuse to make him my sexual partner or
to let him own me like he intended. I was not an object. I was a person. He was saying he loved me, he was and he wasn’t. I couldn’t quite figure it out. Men were so confusing when it came to sentiments! “You have to give me time to let this sink in. It was rather unexpected,” I explained.
“You’ll have plenty of time tomorrow to think about us, now where do you want this to continue?” He arched an eyebrow, waiting for my answer. “I plan to wake up with you in my arms tomorrow morning,” he said, caressing my cheek with his nose and holding his hands to my butt. He was getting hard again, and I felt needy. We had chemistry together, and that was always a good thing to spice up our sex life.
I should just send him away and stop that nonsense, but there was something in his eyes that stirred me up and made my body long for more. His words also helped to make my heartbeat increase and my mind enjoy the idea of waking up in his arms.
“Shower and then bed,” I mumbled.
He grinned mischievously. “Sounds like a plan.
I muffled a scream when he sped his way to the shower, with me clutched to his waist and neck.

PLAYING HARD TO GET
MY THOUGHTS WERE ALL over the place. The previous night and the following morning were still playing inside my head. I had slept with Galvin and I had liked it, scratch that, I had loved it. We had played all through the night until I fell asleep in his arms. He even made me breakfast before he had to leave to take care of his matters.
I was happily sore. Yet it was time to stop daydreaming about the previous night and focus on my near future. I had a date with Ewan. Therefore, after finishing the daily classes, I went home to get ready. But my mind was a bit distracted by the memories of Galvin and me in the shower, washing each other and kissing. He knew how to kiss. He knew how to do a lot of things. I found myself shivering with lust at the memory of us together. I didn’t know when I would see him again, but I knew I just needed to open my mind to him. Still, I couldn’t afford the distraction since I had to focus on my date. Besides, if I opened my mind-link to him he would know that our night together meant more than I let it show.
For the dinner, I dressed casually: jeans, shirt, and a warm coat. I left my hair loose and applied soft makeup, highlighting my lips with a light pink. One thing was for sure, I was feeling relaxed, and I had a stupid smile on my face. The only thing that I didn’t want was to start overthinking what had happened between Galvin and me and feel bad about it.
At seven sharp, Ewan rang my bell. It took a few deep breaths and opened the door. If I thought I was immune to his blue eyes and easygoing smile, I was wrong. I stood mesmerized, with the doorknob in my hand, staring at his gorgeous face.
“Hi,” he greeted.
My lips curled into a smile. “Hi.”
“Are you ready?”
“Ready as I can be,” I replied. “Where are we going?”
“Somewhere special,” he declared, showing his hand for me to hold.
I slid my hand into his and let him take me wherever he was planning to. It was going to be a long night, and I was feeling conflicted about it. Did I want to keep with my plan and make Ewan fall in love with Sarah, or at least make him want to leave Anastasia for my fake new identity? Or should I just give up and put it all behind me?
* * *
The restaurant walls were decorated in gold and white. There were fresh bouquets everywhere, adding splashes of color to the scene of couples talking and dining. A man in a black suit, who seemed to know Ewan by his new name, took us to a cozy table for two. I couldn’t help but think, it was probably not the first time Ewan brought a girl there to pretend to eat and be charming.
With the menu and the wine list in our hands, the waiter addressed us. “What would you like to drink?”
“Red wine for both of us,” Ewan ordered.
“And water,” I added since I didn’t have any intention of getting drunk that night.
After the waiter took the wine list and went to get our drinks, Ewan opened the menu.
“Do you want to give me a suggestion as to what I should eat?” I asked him, reading the fancy names on the menu.
“Not really. You can order whatever you want. It’s our first date, and I want to make a good impression,” he said pretentiously, and then he smiled like a villain.
I smirked at him, pleased by his words since they meant he was planning to take me out again. Flickering through the menu, I debated between risotto and pasta. I chose pasta since I had eaten before, and I didn’t want anything else that could make my stomach feel upset. I ordered first when the waiter came with our drinks.
“And for you, sir?”
“Steak,” Ewan said, “very rare.”
I swallowed the laughter and let my eyes linger on the décor, studying the faces of the other diners. I didn’t recognize anyone, still, it was a more defensive assessment of the place and people than curiosity. I was also checking for exits while watching for potential danger: It was instinct after so many years of training. It was what kept me alive for all those decades of chasing and hunting vampires and other supernatural beings.
I felt something brushing my hand. Ewan had leaned across the table to take my hand in his. I was so surprised that I didn’t pull away. “Are you enjoying the restaurant?” he asked. “I like how cozy it is.”
The way his lips moved, so alluringly, made impossible for me to look away. I just nodded, the heat creeping into my stomach and making my skin tingle.
“You look uncomfortable,” he said as the waiter served us the drinks.
Once the waiter left, I explained, “No, I’m just adjusting to the place. Plus, I really don’t know how to force small talk.”
He smiled and looked at his glass of wine. I slipped my hand from his and played with my glass instead. “It’s been a while since I went out on a date,” he said.
I took a sip of my cold water to hide my reluctance to believe his words. “We could have done something else.”
“Like what?”
“We could go watch a movie. It’s not required to speak.”
This time he chuckled. It was odd how relaxed and amused he was to my bad attempts of a joke. “I’d rather take my chances with a good meal and a good conversation. Besides, I’m trying to get to know you and show you the culture and cuisine of this country. This is the best place to eat pasta.”
“So why did you ask for steak?”
“I have a peculiar taste for food. I don’t eat everything and—well, it’s just complicated,” he replied to my surprise.
I was expecting him to divert the conversation. “Well, that’s a first. A guy with food issues. Normally, it’s the girl who just orders a salad.”
“I’m glad you didn’t order a salad. I like my girls in shape and healthy,” he whispered huskily. There was something in the glint of his eyes that made me quiver. He was implying the feeding he could have from me. He didn’t know that I knew that, but it was an intriguing statement, nevertheless.
“I’m as healthy as I can be,” I declared. “But you didn’t ask me on a date to talk about what I eat, did you?”
“It’s part of knowing you.”
“It’s never a good idea to give too many details of your personal life to a stranger. You can be dangerous. I don’t know,” I joked, suddenly noticing how weird our conversation was becoming. It was as if I wasn’t even trying to dazzle him by the brand new me.
“I thought you liked dangerous and dark men.”
Arching an eyebrow, I questioned, “Where did you get that information from?”
“In your choice of books. There is something alluring about vampires to women. Maybe because they are portrayed as romantic, dark, and dangerous lovers. Or it may be the mind-blowing sex that happens in every single one of those books.”
“Except Twilight,” I stated.
“I think they will do it in the fourth book after they get married.”
“How do you know that?”
“I have a cliché romance lover at home,” he sighed dramatically.
“Who?” I asked even though I knew perfectly well who he was talking about.
“Sister,” he answered vaguely. “But let’s talk about something else. Like what you want to do for a living.”
“I haven’t thought about that,” I said, my eyes evading his shining ones. “At one time, I had thought of being a journalist.”
“I see. That’s an intriguing choice of career. What allures you to that?”
“I don’t really know. The traveling, maybe. I like to travel the world. I also like fashion and the occult. I was planning to be a model but…it was too stressful.”
“You would be a beautiful model, nevertheless. You are a beautiful creature, Sarah.”
I frowned at his choice of words, even if he was paying me a compliment. And the dinner continued.

ROMANTIC SURPRISE
AFTER SAYING MY GOODBYES to Vincent—I had to adjust to his new name or I would eventually slip and call him Ewan—I climbed lazily up the stairs to my apartment. I was tired and slightly disappointed. It had been a long night of talking and trying to pretend to be someone else. He seemed to be fascinated by me. Yet, I had no idea if he was believing or not that I was just someone who looked like Ebony and Violet. I liked the way he would pronounce my new name, though, Sarah. It was sexy, and he had been charming enough. Actually, he had been a perfect gentleman. Maybe he was not that into me.
Opening the door to my apartment, I realized that we hadn’t talked about a new date. He had just said his goodbyes, checked his phone, that wouldn’t stop ringing, and walked way to answer it. I bet it was Anastasia, checking on him. He sounded grumpy when he picked up, but I just ignored it and walked my way up the stairs, wanting to reach the safety of my home and sleep. I had classes the next day, and I was often tired the last few days I’d been in Italy, stalking Ewan and Anastasia. Galvin said it was due to the final changes of my body.
