2 cucumbers, chopped
¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ teaspoon ground paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
Place the eggs on the air fryer rack and cook them for 16 minutes at 250 F.
Meanwhile, put the chopped cucumbers in the big bowl.
Add chives and fresh parsley.
After this, combine together the olive oil, ground paprika, and ground black pepper.
Add vinegar and stir the mixture until homogenous.
When the eggs are cooked – chill them in the ice water and peel.
Chop the eggs and add them to the bowl too.
Stir the mixture with the help of 2 forks.
Then sprinkle it with the oil dressing.

3 quail eggs

2/3 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
Mix up together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and oregano.
Stir the mixture well.
Brush the mushrooms with the oil mixture carefully.
Then beat the eggs in the hats and transfer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes at 380 F. Check the mushrooms after 6 minutes of cooking – reduce the temperature if needed.
Chill the cooked breakfast for 5 minutes and serve!

3 Portobello mushrooms

Put the ground beef in the mixing bowl.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion.
After this, add ground nutmeg and cilantro.
Mix the mixture up carefully.
Fill the mushrooms with the ground beef mixture.
Then sprinkle the mushrooms with the olive oil and wrap them in the foil.
Put the wrapped mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 380 F.
Then discard the foil from the mushrooms and cook them for 3 minutes more at 400 F.
Chill the cooked meal little and serve!

Add almond milk and stir carefully.

Beat the chicken fillet gently.
Then chop the mushrooms and put them in the air fryer.
Add turmeric, onion, garlic clove, ground paprika, oregano, chili pepper, and olive oil.
Stir the mixture and cook it for 8 minutes at 360 F.
Stir it every 2 minutes.
Then sprinkle the chicken fillets with the vinegar.
Place the cooked mushroom mixture on the chicken fillets and roll them.
Transfer the chicken rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 380 F.
You can stir the chicken rolls during cooking.
Then let the cooked chicken rolls chill little and serve them!

Eggs on Avocado Burgers

Ingredients:
1 avocado, pitted
2 eggs
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 oz onion, chopped
½ carrot, grated
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Peel the avocado and mash it.
Add the almond flour and grated carrot in the mashed avocado mixture.
Then add salt and ground black pepper.
After this, mix the mixture until homogenous.
Make the small burgers from the mixture.
Pour the olive oil in the air fryer basket and add the avocado burgers.
Cook them for 8 minutes at 375 F. Flip them into another side after 4 minutes of cooking. Transfer the cooked burgers on the plates.
After this, beat the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook them for 7 minutes at 360 F or until you get cooked eggs.
Put the eggs over the avocado burgers and serve immediately!

Make the medium balls from the meat mixture and place them in the air fryer.
Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes at 380 F.
Stir the meatballs during the cooking with the help of the wooden spatula.
Transfer the cooked meatballs in the serving bowls.

Then remove the meat from the tomatoes to get the tomato cups.
Mix up together the minced garlic, chives, turmeric, mayonnaise and ground chicken in the mixing bowl.
Stir the mixture.
After this, fill tomato cups with the ground chicken mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook the tomatoes for 10 minutes at 365 F.
When the time is over – check of the tomatoes is cooked and remove them from the air fryer.
Chill the tomatoes with chicken gently and serve!

Chill the cooked frittata to the room temperature and serve!
