Ogre Daddy (Fantastical Daddy Doms Book 2) Page 15

by Allysa Hart

The witch had spent years training me, drilling each lesson into my brain with the heavy lash of her trusty whip. I had dreamed of the day I would be able to use my powers for good, but never thought that day would actually get here.

Clearing my brain, I looked around the kitchen. I needed breakfast, and with Grayson still asleep, I could help myself to any one of his tasty treats, forgoing the usual oatmeal and berries he liked to prepare. His banana bread had become my favorite ever since the day he had served it to me in bed while reading me a bedtime story, and a nice slice of the banana and chocolate concoction was just what my heart desired at the moment. I squinted my eyes closed so tightly it hurt, and not a speck of light got in. Drawing a deep breath, I honed my brain around the thought of banana bread in front of me. I thought about it so hard I could almost taste it, and then I muttered the words that I prayed would change my life, and Grayson’s.

I couldn’t hear a sound in the silent cabin. I was prepared to be disappointed. I steeled myself for the fact that it may have all been nothing more than a dream, or part of what Grayson called ‘the voodoo bullshit’ going on during my time at the castle. When I pushed my eyes open, my expectations were low.

I looked down at the table, and there in front of me, warm and buttered on a flowered plate, was a piece of Grayson’s banana bread.

“Holy shit,” I whispered, breaking the silence of the morning. I had done it. I had really done it. And if I could do that, what else could I do? Possibilities loomed in front of me, overwhelming me with their magnitude. I could free my friends and take back the crown. I could banish the queen and restore the castle to its former glory. Couldn’t I? Maybe I was getting ahead of myself. All I had done so far was move a plate of banana bread a few feet, and warm it up.

It was something, though. A start.

A loud grunting snore broke my focus, and I jumped. Grayson. If I wanted to do all of the things I dreamed of doing, I would need his help, and he could help me much easier if the spell on him was broken.

Think, Ari, think, I scolded myself, growing frantic as the wall clock seemed to tick away at my destiny with every second it marked. I had an idea and I needed to move fast.

Shit, shit shit, I muttered as I began to piece together a plan. The spell on me had broken when Grayson threw the book the queen had given to me into the fire. Each of us girls had a book, and I assumed that destroying the book broke the spell. But what about Grayson? She had to have one for him, he certainly didn’t have it.

I stood, crossing to the window in the kitchen and looked up the hill at the dark edifice, praying I was right. At the very least, it was worth a shot. At the very best… things were about to get interesting up in here.

Leaning forward, I shoved the window open. At first I merely stared up at the castle, shaken to the core by the magnitude of what I was about to do, and what it would mean if it worked. But, it had to work. I believed that down to my soul, because if it didn’t, then I still hadn’t found my silver lining.

This spell would be the hardest because I didn’t know exactly what the object was that I was trying to materialize. Conjuring up an image of Grayson in human form in my mind, I hyper focused, boring my gaze on the steepest tower of the castle where I knew the sea witch kept all her magic spell books and other witchy supplies. Sometimes magic is like intense wishing, so that’s what I did. I wished with all of my might for the object that kept Grayson captive in his ogre body, while chanting over and over the spell for levitation and telekinesis. “Få att sväva, tule luokseni.”

  “Få att sväva, tule luokseni.”

  “Få att sväva, tule luokseni.”

I chanted the words over and over under my breath until they sounded like utter gibberish, and I could no longer tell where one word ended and another began. My eyes were trained on the horizon between the cottage and the castle. My body was stiff and rigid, and the combination of desperate hope and intense concentration was making me lightheaded. I swayed on my feet a little, and I could feel my concentration begin to break. My heart sank, a literal dive-bomb down to my toes. Tears sprang unbidden to prick the corners of my eyelids, and before I could sigh and turn away from the window in defeat, I saw it.

It wasn’t a book like I had expected, but there was something flying toward me at an alarming speed, and it seemed to be glowing. Holy shit! It wasn’t slowing down at all, and it looked to be a crystal of some sort, a nearly neon yellow-green, just the color of Grayson’s skin. Panicking that it would smack me in the face, I put up my hands to catch it, but it stopped abruptly and lowered itself onto the window ledge right in front of me.

I was stunned into shock that it had actually worked, and that the object was not a book like I had suspected. How in the hell was I supposed to destroy a crystal? I was also kind of afraid to touch it. What if instead of saving Grayson, I managed to turn myself into an ogre as well? I was pretty sure I didn’t have a spell to get out of that one, and I could only imagine Grayson’s wrath at that unexpected outcome.

Turning from the window, I frantically paced the kitchen, opening cupboards and drawers, literally searching for a plan. Hot pads! I threw on a pair of oversized hot pads and marched over to the window sill and grabbed the crystal, hanging onto it through my awkward cotton baking mitts. I held it with a reverence, heeding the magic that it contained, and gingerly carried it to the corner of the garden where Grayson split wood for our fire. Out there was an old stump and a very sharp ax.

I set the crystal atop the stump, shed the hot pads, and picked up the ax. Fuck, it weighed a ton! Swaying from the effort, I lifted it over my shoulder. Shooting a fevered prayer to the heavens, I brought the ax down upon the center of the crystal with as much strength and force as I could muster.

“Aieeee!” The cry that escaped me was shrill and primal. I had no idea my mouth was even open. I was utterly transfixed on the crystal, and hell bent on destroying it, no matter what it took.

It didn’t take much. The ax bounced when it hit the hard surface of the crystal; the force reverberated through my body, sending shockwaves through my arms and down into my stomach. But, the crustal shattered. Full on shattered into a million tiny green shards.

I hadn’t expected to only have to hit it once. “Holy crap, holy shit, oh my god!” Dropping the ax into the soft ground, I squealed, and bounced, shaking my booty and waving my hands in the air in a crazed version of a happy dance.

‘Oh god. Did this mean the spell was broken? Oh god. My feet barely touched the ground as I sprinted toward the house, skidding to a stop just outside Grayson’s bedroom door. I could barely breathe with anticipation as I pushed it open, and peered at the large bed in the center of the room. My brow wrinkled in confusion as I stared at the pile of wadded up bed covers on the empty bed. Had Grayson gotten up when I was outside?

“Mmmerghh.” The pile grunted, and moved. My hands were sweating, and my heart was thumping in my chest as I tiptoed toward the noise.

Sandy brown hair peeked out from the top of the pile, and I timidly peeled back the covers. At this point, I knew what I was going to find, but I had to see it with my own two eyes before I would let myself believe it.

Grayson. Hundreds of pounds lighter, and a foot shorter. With skin that was tan and freckled from his time in the garden. My Grayson.

I couldn’t keep my cool a second longer. I launched myself onto the bed, landing on top of him, and peppering his face with kisses. He opened his eyes and squinted up at me with a smile. “Morning, Princess.”

“Grayson, Grayson, Grayson! I found my silver lining, and holy shit, is it a good one!”

“Language,” he growled, peering up at me with a bemused expression. “I’m glad to hear that, sweetheart. I know that I am certainly feeling much lighter this morning. He shifted in bed, propping himself on the pillows, while I watched and waited for him to notice the difference in his size and stature.

“I need coffee,” he growled, looking at me expectantly. I giggled.
While Grayson was an early riser, he was not a morning person. Most mornings, I made him coffee, and once it kicked in, he made me breakfast.

“You feel lighter, huh?” I questioned pointedly, ignoring his plea for caffeine.

  “Loads.”

He was completely clueless, and the anticipation was killing me. “Grayson!” I yelled, jumping up to grab a mirror from his dresser. “You feel lighter, because you are lighter. And um, less green.” I held the mirror up in front of his face, and waited.

The double take was instant; he reeled, jumping back about a foot on the bed as he hollered in shock. “Oh my god! What in the…” He grabbed the mirror from my hands, and touched his face with his normal sized, not green hands. “It’s me,” he whispered. “It’s really me.”

  “Yes. It’s really you.”

Grayson jumped up, and the shorts he had always worn fell straight off his body when he did so, revealing his very human, very naked form. My eyes widened, and I blushed pointing. I had seen him naked before, but as an ogre, not as a human. Somehow, this seemed more real.

His cock was erect with its usual morning wood, but it was no longer green and, while still quite impressive, was now considerably… less large. We both stood staring it it in complete silence until finally Grayson spoke.

“Well, shit. I’m kinda going to miss the big green guy. We were just getting to the fun stuff.”

Grinning, I leaned against him, reaching down to wrap my hand around his now human dick. “I’m thinking we can have plenty of fun with this guy too, even if he is a little late to the party.”

“Mmm.” His lips nuzzled my neck, and his cock twitched in my grasp. My girly parts tingled as they came to life, all but begging to be introduced to this new hunk of flesh. I pressed my body against his, wrapping my arms around his neck, ready to take this celebration into the bed where it belonged.

“We could start right now,” I whispered, grabbing his hand and pulling him back toward the bed.

He moaned loudly, and pushed himself away, creating distance between us. “You have no idea how good that sounds, and I assure you it will happen, but, it seems like there are more pressing matters to attend to at the moment. Because, you know, I went to bed a huge, green ogre, just as I have every night for the past two years, and somehow, I woke up a human. With human size parts. I’m kind of dying to know how that happened, and what this silver lining you were rambling about is.”

“Oh, fine,” I conceded with an exaggerated sigh, changing course, and leading him toward the kitchen. “Sit down at the table, and I’ll tell you then. Would you like some breakfast? Banana bread perhaps?”

“Sure, I guess.” He pulled out a chair, and sat naked at the kitchen table, staring at me with an impatient air like my offer of breakfast was just another segue to distract him from the matter at hand. That’s what he thought.

Saying a prayer that I would be able to replicate the same spell from this morning with Grayson as an audience, I stood behind him, and pointed my gaze to the loaf of banana bread on the kitchen counter. It was a lot easier the second time, maybe simply because I knew I could do it. In less than a minute, the banana bread was on a plate and flying through the air toward Grayson’s face at an impressive speed. Before it reached him, he jumped out of his chair, flinching as he turned to me.

“Ohhh my god. What the hell?” He rubbed his eyes, and turned back toward the kitchen just as the plate stopped where he had been sitting and slowly lowered onto the table in front of his chair. He did a double take, and whirled on his feet to face me. “Ariana, what just happened?”

I panicked a little, freaked out by the fearful look on his face, but I breathed through it, reminding myself that this was a good thing, quite possibly the thing that was going to solve all of our problems.

“Here, why don’t you sit down.” I pulled out his chair, and waited for him to take a seat. His eyes were on me the whole time.

Once he was seated, I pulled out a chair for myself and sat across from him. He didn’t touch the banana bread, but I hadn’t expected him to.

“Start talking, Ariana. How did I wake up human, and what were you going on about?”

“Okay, so, I must have somehow blocked this out or something, because I swear I didn’t remember until it came to me in a dream last night. I did not sleep well, I was focused on what you said about silver linings. I was afraid I would disappoint you by not being able to find mine.”

Grayson tapped his fingers against the table impatiently, and growled. “Ariana.”

“Oh, right. Sorry. So, The queen… I mean er, the sea hag was teaching us magic.”

His eyebrows raised to his forehead, and his jaw dropped open. “She was teaching you magic? What? Why?”

I shook my head, just as clueless as he was. “See, that’s the thing. I have no idea why. We were never allowed to use it, and we certainly weren’t allowed to question her. I can honestly only assume that it had to do with her whole ‘everyone is evil and jealous and the world is out to get you’ fear mongering thing she liked to do. Knowing what I know now, I can only assume that she lives in fear of the day she loses her power and everyone is finally able to see her for the desperate old hag she is.”

Grayson looked first at me, then down at his lap, and then to the plate of banana bread on the table. “I’m guessing that day is coming, then?”

My smile was huge, taking over my whole face. “I’m hoping so. I need to practice a lot. I’ve never actually done magic on my own. I wasn't even sure I could. So far, I’ve done it three times now.”

“Three times.” He nodded. “So the moving things I get, but how did you change me back into a human, exactly?”

I couldn’t help but jump out of my seat as I began to tell him the story of my crazy dream, summoning breakfast and floating green crystals hurling toward my head.

By the time I finished, Grayson was excited too. He jumped up and grabbed my hands. “Holy shit, Ariana. You can summon things from the castle. You can get the spell books, and we can destroy them just like I did yours, and you did mine. We can break the spells!”

Everything Grayson was saying reflected the hopes I had been holding in the back of my mind all morning. Now that they were being spoken out loud, tears welled in my eyes, and I fanned my face with my hands in an attempt not to break down in sobs.

Taking hold of my hands again, Grayson pulled me toward him.

“Princess, I could have been happy here with you for the rest of my life. But, you deserve so much more than that.”

The dam broke then, and I sobbed into his very human chest. “So do you!”

“And now, thanks to you, I can have my life back. Only better, because I have you by my side. And, Ari, this is amazing. It’s the break I have been hoping for. We can destroy the spells. We can end her reign once and for all.”

Wiping my tears, I smiled up at him. “We could! We could do it today, right now even! We just need to sit down and make a plan.” I tugged on his arm, and he growled. Pulling me back into his arms and holding me close, he whispered in my ear.

“I already have a plan. And the only magic it involves is conjuring up some fireworks between us, if you catch my drift.”

“Grayson!” she yelled, protesting as I scooped her up and carried her into my bedroom. “Do we really need to do this right now? We will have our whole lives for this you know!”

“Life is short. Might as well get started now,” I responded, dumping her onto the bed, quickly stripping her gown off before climbing in next to her, relishing in the amount of space we had left over now that I was a foot shorter and two hundred pounds lighter.

“Sweetie, I know you’re impatient. I know how badly you want to free your friends and restore your former home and kingdom to its original glory. Believe me when I say I want the same, more than you will ever know. But, Princess, it cannot be rushed. When you do it, it has to be all done at once, on the same day, and that’s a lot of magic. Especially for someon
e who has used magic on her own all of three times so far. We need to make sure you are ready. Besides,” I added grinning. “There is someone who is dying to meet you.”

My words rang true, and my smile must have been contagious, as Ariana grinned and giggled. “Oh, well then. Since you put it that way.” She rolled to her side and then onto my chest, scooching down until she was nearly eye level with my very hard, very human cock. “Well, hello there, Mr. Human Dick,” she snorted, giggling as she grabbed it with both hands, lowering herself so that it was within inches of her face. “I have a few friends I’d like you to meet. Like Mrs. Tongue.” She managed to finish her sentence before collapsing into a fit of giggles.

“Now, now,” I said sternly, pretending to scold, but unable to hold a straight face. “That’s not a proper introduction. Do I need to give you a lesson in manners, sweetheart?”

She instantly sobered, but the laughter was still evident on her pinched face. “No, no. I’m sorry, I’ll do better. Mr. Dick, please meet my friend, Mrs. Tongue.” This time, she licked the length of my penis, from the base of my sack to the very tip.

“He likes Mrs. Tongue,” I teased, hoping to get some more attention of the same kind. Ariana ignored my hinting, and continued. “Meet the Lip twins.”

She took my entire length into her mouth, and closed her lips firmly around the base of my cock, near my balls. My shoulders rolled as she began to slowly suck, using her hands to guide me in and out of her sexy little mouth.

“He’s very pleased to make their acquaintance,” I muttered appreciatively, enjoying every second of her ‘introduction’.

It was a long and informative meeting. Her friends, Mrs. Tongue and the Lip twins seemed to be very interested in Mr. Dick, exploring every inch of me, many times over until I was groaning and writhing under her touch. My human self didn’t seem to have quite the same amount of stamina my ogre self had. We were going to have to work on that. With practice. Lots and lots of practice.
