Society Girls: Camari

  “I am.”

“It’s going to be pretty boring if you don’t get off now.”

He pushes my head down so my forehead’s touching the sand, and then it’s on. He’s not playing to the camera, but I know I’m going to enjoy the show later. I’m even tempted to bring it up on the screen on the boat later so we can fuck to it, but right now, I’m just going to revel in making him lose control.

“So sexy. Even without knowing I can watch this later, you’re so damn sexy, Cam. Tell me you like it like this. Hard, and dirty. You like it, don’t you?”

  “You know I do.”

“Your pussy’s getting tighter. You need to come, don’t you? You need to milk my dick, and wet me with your cum.”

His dirty words send me over the edge, and as I lift my head to scream, he pulls my hips up, and powers into me a few more times before pouring himself into me. When he’s done, her rolls over, and cuddles me into his chest.

“What about the sand?” I ask.

“Who the fuck cares about a little sand after that?”

  Lennon

We decided to be civilized, and eat on deck instead of in bed. After the mini-marathon of lovemaking that took place in Camari’s cave earlier, we need the food to keep us standing. Knowing those three rounds are on tape is keeping me in a permanent state of arousal, and she knows it.

“You okay over there, Lennon?” she asks, sucking on a fig.

“You know damn well I’m not.”

“Be a good boy, and clean your plate, and maybe…maybe I’ll let you have dessert.”

  “Which one?”

“You can pick while I suck you off.”

“Fuck,” I say, nearly coming in my shorts.

  “That, too.”

“What if I want to eat you for dessert while you watch the video?”

  “So many options.”

  “And all of them spectacular.”

“Ah, you’ve gotten your vocabulary back. I must be doing something wrong.”

“Believe me, everything you do is perfect.”

And that’s when it happens. Out of nowhere, she starts to sob. I jump from my chair to lift her up, and pull her into my lap as I sit back down. She wraps her arms around one of mine, and curls into me as she cries. I don’t say a word, because she doesn’t need words right now, she just needs to let it all out.

When I realize she’s not going to stop, I stand with her in my arms, and carry her up to our room. She cuddles even further into my arms as her body shakes. It breaks my heart, but it also makes me happy at the same time. All of this pain that’s been bottled up inside of her has to come out. She won’t be able to move on until it does.

I don’t know how many hours I hold her for, or what time it is when we both drift off to sleep, but I awaken to soft kisses on my neck, and a soft hand running over my chest.

“Good morning,” Camari says, and when I open my eyes, she’s smiling at me.

  “Good morning.”

“Thank you for letting me cry. Not exactly what I promised you for after dinner.”

“Well, I didn’t clean my plate, so I wasn’t getting dessert anyway.”

“I mean it, Lennon. You told me I could cry, but I didn’t think I would. It’s a little embarrassing.”

“I’m here for more than the amazing sex.”

  “I know.”

“Besides, we’re probably both growing to cry a time or two more during our life together.”

  “You’re going to cry?”

“When I see you walking down the aisle to me in a white dress? Hell yeah, I’m gonna cry.”

“Are you asking me to marry you, Lennon Chase?”

“Nope. I don’t need to ask, because we both know it’s going to happen one day.”

“What if I want to ask you one day?”

  “The answer will be yes.”

“Good to know. Speaking of weddings, you really don’t have to go to the one today.”

“I’m not sending you in there alone. I know you can handle it, but you don’t have to.”

“My past is going to rear its ugly head, and I don’t just mean what went on here.”

  “Someone you slept with?”

“Someone who bought me, yes. The wealthiest man on this island. There’s no way he’s not going to be invited.”

  “Okay.”

“It’s not. He’s going to say things.”

“Not if he wants to live.”

“How can you be so calm about this?” she asks, rolling away, and covering her face.

I roll over onto my side, and pull her hands from her face. “After everything, I went to see my parents. I didn’t tell them about the Society, but I did tell them about seeing Sal, and I told them about you, and the man at the restaurant.”

  “Oh.”

“Don’t say it like that. I already told you they love you, and my mom put it into perfect perspective for me.”

  “What did she say?”

“She reminded me that before I met you, I slept around, which you already know. I was sleeping with two to three different women per week, sometimes more. I wasn’t getting paid, which almost makes what I did worse.”

  “Let’s just call us even.”

“Deal. But as for meeting some guy you slept with, well, you met all the blondes when you came to my games. You willingly came to the park with me, knowing you’d have to see them. If you could do that for me, then how can I complain about seeing some guy you didn’t even want to sleep with.”

  “I guess you can’t.”

  “Precisely.”

“I think I love your mom even more.”

  “She is pretty awesome.”

  “So is her son.”

  “I love you.”

“I love you, too. I would show you how much if we didn’t have a wedding to get ready for.”

  “I already know.”

We force ourselves out of bed, and work around each other to get ready. The crew steamed the suit and shirt the Society put in the bag for me, and shined my shoes, too. I don’t even try to wonder if they knew about the wedding, because it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.

Camari is in a gorgeous teal halter dress, with a flowy skirt, and a triangle back. Her tits peek out a little from the sides when she moves, but there’s no nipples poking through the fabric. I can’t stop myself from reaching inside, where I find something soft covering them.

“Get your hands out of my dress,” she says with a laugh, swatting me playfully.

“I was looking for your nipples.”

“Stella helped Audrey create silicon disks that mold to our body for the times when a bra isn’t convenient.”

“They’ll come off later so I can play, right?”

  “Such a boy sometimes.”

  “So, yes?”

“Yes,” she tells me, reaching for my tie, and pulling it off, before opening the top two buttons of my shirt. “Much better.”

  “Didn’t like the tie?”

  “Don’t like you looking uncomfortable.”

  “I’m just not that guy.”

“I love you just the way you are.”

“Even if I can’t wear a suit well?”

“You wear it damn well, but even if you didn’t, the answer is yes.”

“You look stunning. I don’t think I’ve said that yet.”

  “You haven’t, so thank you.”

  “Are you ready?”

“No, but my cousin held out the olive branch, and I’m going to take it.”

  “Then let’s do this.”

  Camari

We get plenty of looks during the ceremony, but no one says a word. Church is still a sacred place for them, and I literally thank God for that. The reception at my aunt’s home later, is another story. I see them whispering, and pointing, but any time I stiffen up, Lennon kisses my cheek, or squeezes my hand, reminding me this is my past, and he’s my future.

  We’re dancing
under a low hanging tree when I see him approach. I knew this would happen, and I warned Lennon about it, but it still doesn’t make it any easier.

  “Incoming.”

Lennon pulls me closer. “I will end him if he gets out of line.”

“Hello, Camari. I heard you were back.”

We stop dancing to face him, Lennon’s arm going immediately around my waist. “Hello.”

  “I’m alone tonight.”

“That has nothing to do with us,” Lennon tells him.

“Ah, you’ve already purchased the evening. My apologies.”

“I’ve purchased nothing, because I don’t need to pay to have this goddess in my bed.”

“She learned it from all of us who paid. Don’t forget that.”

My hand flies out before I even know I’m doing it. The punch knocks him back, and the backyard goes silent. I’m shaking, but not from embarrassment.

“All I learned from my night with you was disgust.”

“Camari!” my father yells, running forward. “You come back, only to show us disgrace yet again.”

“No. I came back for a second chance at having a family, but you’ve all made me realize the family I chose for myself is so much better.”

“Who would claim you as family?”

  “I would,” Lennon tells him.

  “As would we.”

I look past my father to see Audrey and Blake behind him. Blake is the most popular movie star in this village, and the whispers and squeals start almost immediately. He ignores them as he walks forward with his wife.

“Aud,” I say, falling into her arms when she opens them.

“Got one of those for me, kiddo?” Blake asks, and I nod.

“These are your friends, Camari?” my mother asks, running over with my sisters and trying to put her arm around me.

“No. This is my family,” I tell her as we all walk out.

I didn’t think I wanted anyone here with me, but now that they’re here, I know I needed them. Not to fight my battle, but to stand at my side. I could’ve done it alone, but I don’t have to, and that makes all the difference.

  Lennon

“Did you know?” Camari whispers to me when we’re walking back to the boat.

“No. I thought it was just me.”

“Are you going to keep whispering over there, or just ask?”

“Since we have an audience, Aud, I thought I’d wait.”

I look behind us, and shake my head. There are at least twenty women and girls following us, plus just as many men and boys. Blake Edwards is big in the states, but apparently even bigger here. I’d be a little star-struck if I wasn’t so grateful to them for showing up.

“Audience, or not, I’m going to say this. You’re my family, and I wanted to be here for you.”

“Don’t leave me out,” Blake protests.

“Sorry, Hollywood. We wanted to be here for you.”

“It means more to me than you’ll ever know.”

“You mean more to all of us than you’ll ever know.”

“I just want to get out of here.”

“Me too, because I wanted to punch some people, and I’m try to be the sensible one of our group.”

“Well, I punched one already, so you’re doing better than me.”

“I guess that means Blake and I are the sensible ones today then, huh?” I ask.

“I guess it does,” Camari agrees.

We board the boat, and change clothes before meeting on the deck. Audrey explains that my return flight has already been arranged, and how the rest of them will be on a Corrigan jet out around the same time. I try not to wince when I bring up my credit card account, and see the new charge, but I can’t hide anything from my girl.

  “What’s wrong?”

  “It’s not important.”

She pulls the phone out of my hand, glances at it, and hands it back. “You’re not paying for that.”

  “Yes, I am.”

“Lennon, in a perfect world, you’d be on the jet with us, so there’s no way I’ll let you pay that much for a ticket to come and rescue me.”

“I didn’t rescue you, I supported you. You are more than worth every penny.”

“Still, she’s right. We’ll get you the cash to cover it when we get back. I’d suggest you don’t deposit it all at once, though,” Audrey says.

I want to fight this, but I know I won’t win. “This time, I’ll let you pay, but I can take care of myself.”

“No one’s disputing that,” Camari assures me. “I love that you don’t care about money.”

“But sometimes, we’re going to need to do things I can’t afford, aren’t we?”

  “Yes.”

“I’m man enough to handle it.”

  “I know you are.”

We split up for the rest of the trip, with Camari and I cuddling on one deck, while Audrey and Blake head to another one to give us privacy, and have some of their own. It’s better than nice, and I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my life. I know we’ll have to deal with the real world tomorrow, but for today, I’m just going to pretend I’m just a guy on vacation with his girl.

  Camari

“I wish you could come with me,” I tell Lennon with a pout, as we prepare to separate outside the Athens airport. Our jet has two bedrooms, and I want to spend the flight home in one of them with him.

“I need to try to work out some stuff for the game this week, so it’s probably better I’m alone in my tiny seat.”

“You’ve been upgraded, so it won’t be tiny. Just act surprised.”

“I will. Tell Ainsley I said thank you.”

“Yep, but tell me a little about this problem.”

“The two teams in the Championship get celebrity coaches from the 51s, but our guys backed out. Since it’s the off-season, we’ve been told we can’t get anyone else.”

  “The Sheriff.”

“I don’t know for sure, but yeah. It’s petty, and has nothing to do with my job, but he must’ve found out how much I love playing.”

“You just need two baseball players to help you out?”

“You make it sound so simple, but yes, that’s what we need.”

It is that simple, but he hasn’t figured it out yet, so I’m going to surprise him. “How about I take care of it for you.”

“How, or should I not ask?”

“Let me give you this, okay?”

“Okay. I need to go check-in, but I’ll see you when we get home?”

“I’ll be in your bed, waiting.”

  “Breaking and entering again?”

“You gave me a key, and your security code.”

“It sounds more fun when you’re sneaking in.”

“Don’t be surprised if I do just that one night when you’re not expecting me.”

  “I love you, Cam.”

“I love you too, Lennon. Go catch your plane.”

As I walk to the private airfield entrance, I activate my comm unit, and call both Alex, and Sierra. “Hi ladies,” I say when they answer, “I need to borrow your men.”

  Lennon

I’m at the field with the team, hoping Camari’s really going to pull off whatever she has planned, when the Sheriff approaches.

“Sorry to hear about you all losing your coaches.”

“You wouldn’t know anything about it, would you, Sir?” I ask, because I can’t stop myself.

“Being a team player goes a long way, Mr. Chase. Perhaps you’ll remember that in the future, and then you’ll have what you need.”

  “Bastard.”

  “Watch yourself.”

  “I’m not working right now.”

“You’ll be fired on your next shift. Enjoy the game, or I guess not since you don’t have coaches.”

  “Oh, but they do.”

I finally notice everyone around me going quiet, and then I see them. Camari brought Miles Corrigan and Joel Cruz with her. I smile, because of course she did. How could I
have forgotten Joel is dating Sierra, and Miles is well, Miles.

“Hey guys, these are our coaches for the game,” I yell out.

The Sheriff looks like he’s about to explode while my co-workers are yelling, and the people in the stands are going crazy. Camari runs up to me in the jersey I gave her, and I pull her in for a kiss.

  “Surprise.”

  “I can’t believe I didn’t remember.”

“I’m glad you didn’t since it gave me a chance to surprise you.”

“I just got fired so this will be my last game.”

  “Lennon, no.”

  “I’ll find another job.”

  “You love your job.”

“I do, but it will still be there when you take him down.”

  “We will.”

  “I know.”

“Go have fun, and we’ll celebrate when you’re done.”

“We have to go to the barbeque my parents are throwing, remember?”

“Yes, but I also remember your bedroom door locks.”

“Stop it, or I won’t be able to play.”

  “I’m going.”

“Not without my good luck kiss, right?”

  “Never that.”

She leans over to kiss me before sashaying over to sit with my parents, and her friends. I’m going to be okay no matter what, because we’re going to be okay. Now, I just need to have one last win.

  Camari

Lennon won his last game, and while I’m happy for him, I hate that it’s his last. For now. I have to remind myself that we’ll take down the Sheriff, and get him his job back, but I know he’s worried, even if he says he isn’t.

“What’s got you frowning?” Matt asks, coming to stand next to me in the backyard of Jimmy and Dottie’s house.

“The Sheriff fired Lennon before the game.”

“I know, but he just accepted my job offer, so he’ll be fine.”

“You offered him a job?” I ask, turning to smile at my friend.

  “Why wouldn’t I?”

“Thank you,” I tell her, pulling him to me for a hug.

“I guess you told her,” Lennon says, coming up to us.

  “Are you happy?”

“Well, let’s see…I’ll be making more money, have better benefits, and be working in the same building as you. Yeah, I’d say I’m happy.”
