ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Lisa Wysocky is an award-winning author, editor, clinician, riding instructor, and a horsewoman who helps humans grow through horses. She is also a PATH International instructor who trains horses for therapeutic riding and other equine assisted activities and therapies. In addition, Lisa is the executive director of the nonprofit organization Colby’s Army, Inc. (ColbysArmy.org) formed in memory of her son. Colby’s Army helps people, animals (including needy horses, and people with mental illness and addiction who can heal through horses), and the environment.
