I was in need for someone to tell me what to do, someone to be my guide and show me a direction or a right way to do it.
I missed Angel.
I wanted her…
I wanted to know what happened to her…
I wanted to know if she was alive…
Day 3- 15th October
I don’t know what to do Angel.
I thought I knew…I thought I was ready…But I’m feeling lost.
How will I know what happened to you?
How will I find you?
It was ten days since my first night at the club. My life turned into a routine. I woke up, went to my Krav Maga practice, read my book and went to the club when the time came. Each day, those were the main things I did.
In between that schedule, Rosie was my escape. Her garden was the only thing that gave me peace of mind and her wise words were filling me with hope.
Other than that, life at the club was as fun as it could be behind the shadow of my worries and plans. Harley and Channing became my best friends. I got along well with Salem but we couldn’t find much time to talk since she took time off from the club to study for her finals.
After that heart to heart moment with Sage, we greeted and smiled to each other but we didn’t talk properly. She was kindly distant to me but I felt like she was watching me from a far, like she was trying to protect me from something. I couldn’t shake the feeling that she knew more than she was letting on. Maybe it was her strong aura.
K –yeah, I was still calling her K- was still silent and didn’t have a proper conversation with anyone except Salem. But recently she wasn’t as calm as she used to be. Something I couldn’t put my finger on was making her uneasy and I could sense her anxiety like my own.
As I overanalyzed everyone in the club in my mind, Sage knocked at the door and came in. She didn’t say anything but smiled at me and walked to her closet. This no-talk policy started to bother me. With an annoyed huff, I spent time while trying to choose what to wear. Before I could make a decision on my outfit Sage came out from her closet in a red mini dress. It was different from her usual style but red looked good on her. It highlighted her Spanish looks.
My admiration turned to a frown when I saw the bruises on her neck.
“Sage? You…you okay?” I asked her and pointed at her neck. I didn’t want to be nosy but I didn’t want to lose the connection we’d shared days ago, either. She was a motherly figure in my mind, I respected and cared for her.
“Men…they can be animals. Don’t worry, I got it under control,” she said coldly. Too coldly, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to ask for details. She was too tough outside, I had hard time believing any man could hurt her. But I also witnessed her vulnerable side days ago, I knew she wasn’t as strong as I made her out to be in my mind.
Before I could decipher a reply, the door opened and Will came into the room. I fought the urge to roll my eyes.
Had he ever knocked on that damn door, for fuck’s sake?
“Hi, ladies! Sage, you look awesome as always. Violet, after your show you will give a special show in the VIP room,” he said.
“VIP room? You mean the booths?”
“No. Harley will show you. Sage, let her know what the special show is. See you later, ladies,” he said and left the room.
“Sage?”
“We give special shows only to VIP members. You’re new but you must have caught someone’s attention,” she started to explain.
“So…what will I do in the special show? There was no mention of any special shows in the files Will gave me when I started the job,” I said bemused.
“Basically, you’ll do whatever the VIP member wants you to.”
I widened my eyes.
“You have beautiful eyes. Grey, right?” she asked but continued before I could give an answer.
“Anyway, they cannot ask for intercourse or oral. They will just watch you and maybe want a lap dance.”
“Is this common in the club? I mean the special shows?” I asked curiously.
“No. Actually, it’s pretty rare. The VIP members don’t give much credit to the dancers. You know, they generally come here to add some fun to their boring meetings, not to watch us carefully. But you surely caught someone’s attention that he wanted to pay a fortune to watch you…all by himself,” she said.
“Fortune?” I asked. I was still trying to figure how I should feel about all this. If I started to catch attention, I might get closer finding out what happened to Angel, right? Or did it mean I was in danger?
“If you haven’t realized this yet let me tell you girly, this club is fancy. High on the list. They pay a lot of money to be here, to be the VIP members they pay more. And to have a special show…well, a fortune. So you can consider yourself lucky.”
“Lucky?” I asked incredulously.
“Yes, lucky. There are a lot of women out there who do so much more without money or getting anything in return.”
“Well, I should be grateful, then,” I commented sarcastically. I didn’t mind giving lap dances. I’d done so much worse for my own pleasure when Angel was with me. But the fact that someone will pay a fortune to watch me was ridiculous. Before I could put much thought to that, Salem came in the room and announced that Sage was expected on the stage. So I hurriedly started getting ready.
After my show, I was supposed to give a lap dance that cost a fortune…funny!
Sitting on a bar stool after my show, I talked with Channing while waiting for Harley to announce the VIP room was ready. The bar area got slightly crowded and I busied myself with the mystery drink Channing made for me. It tasted great. Delicious mixture of sweet, sour and spicy. I couldn’t name what was in it no matter how much I tried, though. Exotic flavors exploded on my tongue, confusing my taste buds.
“Wow, Channing this is great. What is it?” I asked when he came back toward me.
“It’s new and my special mix. I think I call it…Hmm…Violet Flame,” he said and winked at me.
Flame…my mind wandered to Xander and I couldn’t help but search my surroundings to see if the twins were here tonight. Since I saw him, them, for the first time in that booth I couldn’t help but think about them. I shook my head to clear my thoughts.
What was wrong with me? I spent only a few minutes with him and I couldn’t stop thinking about him? I blamed my lack of sex in my life lately and of course my dirtiest twin fantasy.
“Okay. This is my official drink from now on. Just great and it has my name on it. How cool!” I laughed.
“So you liked the name?”
“Are you kidding me? Of course! Thank you for it,” I said and leaned down to kiss his cheek.
“Wow, I should prepare you more drinks if I’m gonna get kisses for each of them,” he said and kissed the back of my hand. I’d grown to like him so much in this short time. He was easy to be around, hot, carefree and a player.
I smiled at him and didn’t get a chance to verbally reply when we heard shattering sound behind the bar. Trying to understand what the problem was, Channing’s groan let me know the answer. The new guy must have dropped a few glasses or something. I pitied him when he showed up beside Channing with a panicked look on his face.
“Tyler! Relax. It’s okay. Make the drinks ready.” Channing said, exasperated.
“Problem with the new guy?”
“He is too jumpy. I can teach him how to make cocktails but how can I teach him to be cool?” he said, troubled.
“Violet! VIP room is ready.” Harley came from nowhere and wiggled her eyes at me.
“VIP room?” Channing asked and whistled. “Someone already has fans, hmm?” It sounded so silly.
“Okay, guys. I have a lap dance to do,” I laughed and jumped from my barstool.
“Oh, Channing? About the new guy…tell him to watch you,” I said over my shoulder and winked at him.
Walking toward the room, I heard him laugh and strongly wished for him not to be “guilty”.

The moment I stepped into the VIP room, the atmosphere instantly changed; it was sultry and hypnotic causing a prickling, tingling sensation on my skin. The muted lighting, crimson walls and lush furnishings added to the sexual allure of this exclusive space. As my body awakened with anxiety and curiosity, I saw the Vincent twins and they stared back enveloping me in their gaze.
Seeing them in front of me forced me to admit the fact that I was looking for them for days. Whenever I walked into the VIP section, a part of me hoped Alex would be there to make me smile and I prepared myself for Xander’s intense gaze.
I hadn’t seen them until this moment, but the moment I was least expecting them…they were here.
They came into the room through a back door I wasn’t aware of and I let my eyes roam over their bodies without any shame.
My memory didn’t do any justice to them. They looked so much better than I remembered. Maybe it was only the effect of the room but I felt my breath quicken.
They were so different yet the same.
Alex was in jeans again. This time dark jeans and a denim shirt. His eyes were twinkling with delight—his face had the easiest grin I’d ever seen. He was so carefree, full of soul and energy, that I couldn’t help but feel a pull toward him.
When I saw him, I felt like he was promising me happiness. Since the first second, his effect on me was the same.
On the other hand, there was Xander. His outfit was as dark as the look in his eyes. He was in a suit again but in a way, he looked casual and elegant. He was looking at me like I was something he craved for. He wasn’t smiling, his lips were pressed together in a hard line. His jaw was moving in an aggressive way while he was walking toward me. His intensity, that dark and heavy magical pull, was exactly like I remembered.
When I saw him, I felt ambivalent. I couldn’t decide whether to run away from him screaming or run toward him moaning. Since the first second I saw him…it was his magnetic yet maddening effect on me.
“Hi, Violet. You look surprised,” Alex said with a grin on his face.
“Actually…I am. I didn’t think I’d see you guys here.” My eyes moved from Alex to Xander and back. Their eyes never left me.
“Then, you didn’t understand us well enough, Gorgeous. I thought we made it pretty clear that you’d see us again. Our bad,” Alex shrugged with a mischievous gleam in his pretty blue eyes.
“Well…what do you have in mind for the special show?” I asked, trying to keep myself professional but inside I was nervous, tense, turned on and alive…they were making me feel everything all at once.
“Dance for us, love,” Alex said with a husky but carefree voice. Even the way he talked was so different from Xander and I wanted to hear Xander’s voice, too.
“Okay. Pole dance?” I asked while they were positioning themselves on the couch in front of the stage.
“Yes, Gorgeous,” Alex answered again.
Walking toward the platform that was being used as a stage I felt someone moved behind me and a few seconds later music filled the room. The music wasn’t anything I knew. It was seducing, sinful and dangerous. It was also magical. I didn’t know why but I felt like I was in the middle of a sacrifice ritual.
“Don’t strip,” Xander said with his intense and demanding voice. I felt the shiver inside my body. I was in awe how he was affecting my body this openly with one command.
I turned to look at him and our eyes locked.
“Just dance. Don’t strip. I want to do that myself,” he said with his smoldering look. I could only imagine the look on my face. And he laughed. I was bewitched, watching his features when he was laughing.
“Don’t worry, Flame. Not now but soon,” he said and motioned for me to dance.
Was it normal that I wanted him to strip me just then and there?
I shook my head a little and started to move. I wanted to focus something else than the twins behind me. Generally, I could turn off my mind easily and could dance without thoughts. But in this room, while two gorgeous men were watching me…It was too hard to turn it all off especially since I was too turned on to be able to do it.
Thankfully, the song finished and I waited on the platform as a breathless mess. The moment I turned my back to look at them I wished I hadn’t.
After days, I thought I forgot about them. Strike that. I thought I could control myself around them. But no.
My breath caught in my throat when I saw them. They looked like sex in two bodies and they were coming toward me. There was hunger in their eyes.
Xander stopped in front of the platform and extended his hand for me to take. Taking his hand in a daze, he grabbed me by my waist and kept me flush to his body as I slide down to my feet. I was feeling every hard line of his body and his erection pressed through my leg until it rested on my lower belly. I couldn’t help but imagine him naked.
I cried out in surprise when I felt another touch on my back. I was too focused on the feelings Xander awaked in me I forgot about Alex all together. It didn’t take long to remember him, though. His hands were massaging my shoulders and his fingers were caressing my neck in a sensual way. I couldn’t look away from Xander’s magnetic eyes but I could feel every movement of both men on my body. Though they didn’t do anything yet, I’d never been this turned on.
I felt Alex move behind me. He got closer until I was sandwiched between two hot men. My mind was fogged.
“Do you want us, love?” Alex asked from behind me. He was moving his nose from my ear to my neck. Nuzzling, licking beneath my ear.
“Wha-What?” I stuttered.
“Do you want us? Xander and me? Both of us?” he asked in a seductive voice.
“Both of you?” I repeated. My mind was already conjuring fantasies about both of them.
“Both of us, Flame.” Xander answered with the ghost of a smile on his face. His one hand was on my neck and the other was on my hipbone, his hold was possessive. I was caged between them. All my curves were possessed with them, their touches.
“Do you want us to touch you? Kiss you? Fuck you? Make you scream our names? Do you want both of us…inside you, Flame?” Xander asked in the sexiest voice I had ever heard. I was already ready to combust. I wanted to moan, beg for him to do what he said. I couldn’t help but wiggle to get closer to him.
“What do you say, Violet? Think about how good we could make you feel.” Alex purred behind me. I think I moaned but I couldn’t be sure about what I did at that moment in this state of arousal. I felt his hardness on my back. It was hard to stop myself from acting like the cat in heat. I wanted to push myself against him. To feel some friction between us. To stop this maddening need inside me.
“Answer the question, Flame. Do you want us?” Xander asked sternly.
I couldn’t even remember my name. My mind was foggy, my body was screaming for some kind of relief. I wanted to press my thighs together to stop this throbbing in my core. But Xander’s and Alex’s legs were between my legs. They were keeping my legs spread.
“Flame…I won’t ask you again.” Xander pushed.
“You’re killing us here, love. I want you. We want you…so bad. Tell us you want us, too.” Alex said softly while caressing my hair and pushing some loose strands aside.
I turned my head to look at Alex and met his playful yet blazing look. I expected him to give me some strength but his gaze was promising me sweet and tender sex with great orgasm. In an attempt to escape his hot gaze I looked at Xander. His eyes weren’t an escape. His gaze was a prison. Domineering, determined, lustful and possessive.
I swallowed and wanted to close my eyes but couldn’t break the contact. Both of the men kept caressing my body in seductive yet innocent touches. Close but far from where I wanted them to. Finally, I found my voice but didn’t trust it. That’s why I whispered my answer:
“Yes. Yes, I want you both.”
Xander looked into my eyes like I gave him the best news or the most important answer he was waiting for m
onths to hear. Like I gave him a billion dollar business deal.
Under Xander’s captivating gaze Alex kissed my neck like some feather touches and I moaned with the sensual feeling.
I looked into Xander’s eyes to let him know that I wanted him to kiss me, too. But his gaze only moved between my eyes and lips a few times. This waiting created anticipation but it was pure torture. I was ready to beg him to feel his lips on mine.
He leaned into me until his lips almost touched mine.
“See you soon, Violet. Think of me,” he whispered and turned around to leave before I could lean enough to kiss him.
Alex was still by my side and winked at me. I had no idea how my face looked like. I was shocked I couldn’t get my kiss. I was hot and bothered beyond the limit.
“And think of me, love. Also, don’t forget about my offer.” Alex said and walked away without waiting for my reply.
Before he went out the room he looked at me over his shoulder.
“Next time…if that bastard brother of mine leaves you without a kiss, I’ll give you one hell of a kiss,” he winked and followed Xander.
I was soaking wet between my legs and fighting the urge to go after them.
Pacing in the living room without any purpose I groaned in frustration and pulled my hair to relieve some of the stress. The strange feeling was running through my body, making it impossible to stand still.
I was split in two. One part wanted to enjoy the life, be the real me, do wild things with the Vincent twins. But the other part tried to control me, didn’t let me have fun and wanted me to focus on Angel. That part blamed me for being selfish. It was the logical one. But it put weight on my shoulders at the same time. The other part was easy to deal with and it reminded me Rosie’s words:
This problem takes pieces of your soul, Dawn. Don’t let it.
She was right about saying how this situation was taking pieces of my soul. Since I lost Angel, I was the half of the person I used to be.
I left all my hobbies in these two years I focused only on Angel.
