  Spin off:

  Finding Her

  Nate and Nora

  May 2017

Note that finding her isn’t part of the Some Girls Do It series because it’s much, much more dramatic. There will be humour and all, but tissues and punching bags are recommended. I made myself cry when I thought the plot out (sorry? I swear that, like with any other one of my books, it will end happily. Some of my books end on Happily for Now but this one definitely needs a Happily ever after…)

I have some health issues that sometimes require me to change my release schedule. The best way to stay informed is to join my newsletter – and guys, I also have secret freebie days I only tell my newsletter about :P

I send one letter a week. In Scrooge McFuck, I previously gave my email address specifically for the 120 people who had pre ordered Bring On The Psychobitch before December the 27th and received Scrooge instead – I wanted them to be able to claim the book they’ve paid for for free when it became available.

I’ve received over a thousand emails, asking me random things about my release schedule, Psychobitch’s release, and other stuff. Now, I really appreciate my readers but answering 50 words (basically, the length of this paragraph) to a thousand people is actually the same amount of word as a full book. So, I’m going to stop answering emails of that sort. If you want to know when my books are coming out, join my newsletter (because I’ll tell you and tell you of every promo) or stalk me on amazon (press of follow author) or even facebook. When I hire a Personal Assistant, I’ll get her to answer all of those… but yeah I’m sure you’ll all be happier if I write a new book instead of spending two hours a day on emails :P

This isn’t a rant, I’m actually really happy you care enough to want to know when I release my stuff. I just genuinely have too much on my plate for one person :D

Okay, enough about all the blahblah, I’m sure you’ll be more interested to know about other books and upcoming stuff!

  Other Stuff

  Them Back Dimples

Cali believed she was done with men - after what the last one has done to her, she has zero reasons to want to open her heart or her legs ever again.

  Then he happened.

Wren Richards, genius with a scalpel in his hands, charming when holding a flute of champagne, is a mess outside of the public eye, and he knows it. He’s quite happy living in chaos, but when his friends ask him to take on a cute young woman who needs a break as a housekeeper, he takes the plunge.

Everything should be alright - as long as he remembers to wear pants when she’s around.

  Give me Your Name

They all said it was impossible; he'd made it fifteen years ago. Jax is it - the rockstar who doesn't even need to pretend he can sing anymore. His job is drama and he's tired of it.

She's his opposite. They told her becoming someone in Hollywood was a little girl's dream, and they were right. Lexi is ready to give up and go home.

But somehow Jax Knox, the legend himself, gives her the chance she's dreamed of when he starts a ridiculous, impromptu serenade about her in the street, making them a sensation overnight.

They have to sing together; the whole world demands it, and she can't let that opportunity pass her by... even if it means having to work with a strangely endearing perverted idiot.

Give me your name is about Anna’s sister.

  His Dudette

He can’t remember a time when he wasn’t hanging out with Anna; she’s his buddy, his dudette. Finn has no issue sharing the details of his conquests, or farting next to her…

Until his tomboy of a best friend somehow morph into the hottest woman he’d ever lay his eyes on.

  Day Job

Devon has never hated his best friend - until he meets Natasha.

She's everything Devon has ever wanted, and she belongs to Wayne.

Natasha doesn't feel guilty about the arrangement she has with her boss; they were sex friends before he'd known she was looking for a job - being his secretary and his plaything isn't an issue...

Until she meets a man who is everything she's every dreamed of, as well as her boss's best friend.

And on the fantasy/paranormal font, I’ll be launching three series as sleep is greatly over rated:

  Age of Gold:

  To Claim a King

As a powerless woman in a family of mage, Xandrie is treated with contempt and spends as much time as she can outside the fortified walls of her town; dangerous, of course, but after years, she hasn't even once seen the shadow of a dragon over their part of the world, so she feels safe enough.

She never expected that danger would come from elsewhere. She never expected a dragon to save her life.

  Cover Reveal scheduled 03/15

  Age Of Night:

  Kitty Cat

Shifters may be admired in her world, but she'll never shift in front of you. Never, ever.

Being a dominant shifter cursed to morph into a domestic cat would do that to a girl.

Shifter may be accepted, but don't make him shift in front of you. Never, ever. You'd get a heart attack at the first glimpse, and he'd enjoy it far too much.

Unstable, but being a creature of the past, transforming into a sabertooth tiger, would do that to a prince.

  Cover Reveal scheduled 03/01

  Beyond:

  Time

Aria likes her life just as it is: ninety-nine percent ordinary, so she isn’t about to let the hunky alien warrior tracking her get close.

Vrak can’t believe he’s been banished to Earth, of all places - but his stay takes a fascinating turn when he comes across a woman possessing a power that has been lost to his kind for centuries: the ability to bend time to her will.

When aliens invade Earth, it’s time for both of them to step out of the shadows. But can one time traveller and an outcast alien stop playing cat and mouse long enough to save the world?

  Age of Tomorrow:

  Till Dawn Do Us Part

Three hundred years has passed since the Last War. That's how the Elites called the third worldwide conflict, swearing that their rule would ensure that humanity would stay at peace forever.

  They lied.

After the war, two thirds of women were born barren, so the fertile ones have a duty to society they must fulfill by either giving birth to a child by their twenty-fifth year, or go through the Auctions.

Xander spends most of his time in his lab, but once a year, he has no choice: every unattached, childless male in the City is bidden to attend the Auctions, even the very first genetically engineered soldier they now call Elite.

He never had any intentions to bid on a woman; children weren’t on his radar, and if they had been, he wouldn’t have needed the ridiculous farce his party intended to abolish as soon as they were elected.

Then, he sees her. Ruby Ruth Sterling.

The woman for whom he would destroy the world.

  As for the rest…

When Hell Freezes Over (Wicked Crown 2) is scheduled to be out shortly.

My fairy tales, Age of Blood, Rise, and my previous series are taking a step back due to the appalling reviews the first in the series got (particularly Cinderella).

Long story short, I gave them away for free a few times and on each occasion, received about 20 one star reviews by people who didn’t read the description, and complained about the sexual content, the length, or my apparently appalling writing. The sales I got do express that a lot of reader
s enjoy the series but given the fact that Cinderella, book one, is a 3.7/5 currently, I can’t advertise it efficiently anywhere which means that making the series take off is an uphill battle. I’m considering unpublishing it altogether. I do love to write it, but I won’t be able to write full time for long if I concentrate on series I can’t advertise, and I know you guys all want me to carry on writing awesome stuff ;) So, the next in the series are supposed to be the retellings of Rapunzel, Captain Hooks and Tinkerbell, a lengthened version of That Damn Pea, and the 12 princesses, but they currently aren’t on schedule.

Without further ado… find attached unedited excerpts!

  Day Job

Devon forcefully unclenched his jaw, forcing a smile. He was well practiced in that art; since he'd first met his best friend's... girlfriend? plaything? Whore?

He chastised himself for even thinking that; Wayne didn't see his assistant with benefits like that at all; she was one of his friends, hence why she was sitting on their table, a flute of bubbly in her delicate hands, celebrating Wayne's birthday with a handpicked circle of close acquaintances.

Still, he couldn't even pretend to approve of what they had going on.

He'd known about her since Wayne hired her; his friend came to see him once a week, and confessed to all his sins.

"Wayne," Devon had told him, for the umpteenth time, "you do realize that I'm a doctor, not a shrink, right?"

  He'd just rolled his eyes.

"We both know you had to pass some psychology classes."

"Perhaps, but if anyone needs a fucking expert, it's you."

Never had he been convinced of that fact more than the day when Wayne explained what he'd done.

He'd hired a personal assistant who'd agreed to fuck him on demand.

Shit. This kind of things only happened to people like Wayne Huntley.

"Don't you see? This solves all my issues."

Although Wayne didn't have any problem filling his bed in normal circumstances, his needs had to be satisfied constantly, which meant that he'd hired a rotating number of actual escorts who'd visit him twice, three times a day. Instead of coffee breaks and lunch, he got Morning Blowjob, Lunchtime Munch and Afternoon Tits.

That had caused a number of issues professionally: he couldn't hire an assistant as he didn't want anyone to see the chain of women and guess that he paid them - the business wouldn't survive a scandals of that sort - and of course, there was the constant fear that they might have gone to the press.

But the fact that Natasha had fixed his technical difficulties didn't mean that she'd fixed his problem.

  "She's your enabler, nothing more."

He'd hated the very thought of that girl and in his imagination, he'd painted her as a surgically enhanced Cruella.

Instead, he'd met a damn Vivien Leigh, big baby blue eyes, thick glossy brown hair, and pouty mouth, opened in a pretty O. He didn't pay any of that much attention, understandably, as her skirt had been pushed up to her waist and her blouse, opened, spilling out heavy, perky tits with dark nipples.

She was so fucking beautiful he hated her on sight.

"Shit, Devon. Don't you knock," Wayne asked only mildly embarrassed.

It wasn't the first or the last time he caught him with his pants down.

"I didn't think of it," he admitted, "but I will in the future, count on it."

The girl had hastily lowered her skirt and crossed her arms on her chest to hide her breasts.

  A shame.

"Devon Jefferson," he introduced himself stiffly.

"Umm... Tash?" She cleared her throat, before trying again. "Natasha Stanley."

"It's my secretary," Wayne explained, his look meaningful.

He'd explained about her the previous week.

"Natasha is aware of my issue and is helping me manage it."

"She's helping you avoid it," he corrected, then, because he didn't want to be a sick to the girl, he said, "I'll leave you my number. I'll text before I come in. If you're not answering, I'll know you're otherwise engaged."

And he'd legged it out of there, after reminding Devon that they had a lunch scheduled in fifteen minutes.

  He'd needed to go.

Otherwise, he might have done something utterly stupid, like asking Natasha Stanley if she would be so good as to put her skirts back where they belonged: off her delightful ass.

I really don’t send more than once a week – and I don’t actually try to sell you stuff. If you got there, it’s because you’re already buying from me *shrug* I tell you about cool books I’ve read, add recommendations of stuff which are free or reduced, but more to the point, it’s the only place where you’ll get my exclusive free promo, that you might just find by chance, but I don’t advertise them anywhere else. I advertise about one free promo out of ten – the others are only, and will always be exclusively shared with my newsletter. I can’t give all my books away for free – I have four fur babies to feed! – but when I do, I like to reward my biggest supporter

  Little Morning Star

She knew she was imagining things – Lily Star Morgan wasn’t the kind of girl a guy like him checked out – but she had felt eyes on her back quite frequently over the course of the morning, and when she’d been bold enough to turn, she’d met his eyes a time or two.

Come on, Lil. You’re just paranoid or delusional.

The annoying little voice at the back of her mind had a point. There was no way the new guy – who had been ogled, and then promptly accosted by the beautiful trio of perfect girls next to whom he now sat – was paying attention to her.

He wasn’t hot; hot was too common a word for a man of his stature, his composure. If someone had blown a trumpet and announced that His Majesty the Prince of Some Kinda Country Out There had arrived, no one would have raised an eyebrow.

He wasn’t gorgeous either, the term lacked maturity; one couldn’t help picturing a pretty boy with a whitened smile and fake tan. He looked older than the average freshman, probably close to twenty-five, and he seemed intense, handsome, charismatic; and sensual, too. After meeting the green eyes under his dark lashes, she couldn’t possibly portray him without using that term. He definitely knew a thing or two about smoldering.

All that being said, Lily wasn’t particularly drawn to the newcomer. She’d lived through close to two decades without ever feeling the stomach dwelling butterflies romance books were on about, and apparently that wasn’t going to change.

Obviously, she was curious. Was he an actor? A model? The heir to a Fortune 500? There was something about him; he projected too much confidence to be an inconsequential nobody – hence why she could formulate no logical reason why he would be looking at her.

  Lily was…

She sighed, resigned and a bit dejected because if she was sincere, the most accurate word to describe her was “weird.”

For a start, Lily was a witch; not a wiccan, but a full-fledged witch whose spells actually created visible, concrete results. She may not have looked like the usual stereotype, warts and all, but she exuded a vibe, an otherness that warned others to stay away.

It had been three months since she’d started trying not to be a witch; she hadn’t even casted a micro-mini spell, and well, it wasn’t exactly working out as planned. She felt on edge, restless, and irritated, which probably projected “the vibe” over a five-mile radius.

Ignoring the fact that she was able to conjure fire and wind to exercise her bidding, she was your average nineteen-year-old, really. A light skin with a greenish tone, suggesting an exotic heritage – alas, her similarities to Mila Kunis thus ended. Her eyes were a shade of blue too piercing to suit her complexion and her hair just couldn’t make up its damn mind. Some strands were blond and other, actually black; after spending most of her teens covering it under layers of dye, she’d finally given up, and resolved to pretend that the multicolor mess was supposed to be a thing. It worke
d rather well with the leather-jeans-boots combo she had going on, firmly establishing her as an edgy weirdo no one normal should want to hang out with.

All of that to say, there was zero chance of Mr. Come-To-Bed-Eyes actually checking her out.

Come on, the guy wore a shirt. If it wasn’t for the two open buttons at the top, and the fact that it hung loose around his chinos, she might have taken him for a lawyer.

Lily couldn’t help the compulsion, she turned again, and there he was, sitting three rows up, a perfectly poised blonde’s hand on his forearm; Nathalie Maine, admittedly the most attractive freshman at NYU, was trying to get his attention, and failing, because the aforementioned sexy green eyes were fixed on Lily.

The little voice she’d heard before conceded that she might have had a point; he was looking at her… and it had one word to say about it; one simple word–

  danger.

Her life might have been simpler if she had paid more attention to her first impression.

She put her things away after the doorbell rang; it always took a little while because despite what the chaotic hair and the rock-chick image might suggest, Lily was quite organized.

Her mahogany brown satchel had cute little pen holders inside; she kept her gold trimmed Waterman fountain pen on the right, next to an assortment of Bic ballpoints, and there was room for just one pencil. Needless to say, she never used anything but the pencil.
