“I wore him out.”
“Hope he took care of you before he crapped out.”
“Of course I did. I’m not an asshole.” Rhodes mumbled with his face pressed against Jessie’s neck.
“Get off her and let her breathe.” Vernon climbed on the bed and stretched out.
“Bitch, bitch, bitch. I’m going to take a shower.” He rolled off of her before heading for the door.
Jessie shook her head. He wasn’t going to bother putting anything on either. She was going to be so glad when they moved into their own house. Her men seemed to be entirely too comfortable in their birthday suits.
Vernon ran a hand over her abdomen. “How about another round?”
Jessie laughed. One thing was for certain. She would never go without having two men to pleasure her. She might need to think about investing in a supply of cream to battle the soreness though.
“Only if you can make it worth my while.”
Vernon growled and sat up. “Roll over on your hands and knees, little girl.”
Jessie grinned and rolled over. When she positioned herself with her ass in Vernon’s face, he popped one cheek then the other. She relished the burn as it morphed into a heated pleasure. The more he spanked her, the hotter she got until she was meeting him halfway with each pop of his hand on her ass.
“Your ass cheeks are the prettiest shade of red. I love seeing my handprint there.”
When he ran his hand over and over the marks he’d made, Jessie nearly came. She wouldn’t have thought it would be possible to come from a spanking, but maybe she could. Instead of continuing, he kissed a line up her spine before nipping at where her shoulder and neck met. The feel of his thick cock and the skin of his thighs against her hot ass settled the heat deeper into her muscles.
Vernon sat back and spread her ass cheeks so that she was sure her back hole winked at him. Would he fuck her there or take her pussy? She wasn’t sure what she wanted him to do more. It had felt so good when they had both been inside of her that she hadn’t minded the slight burn and bite of pain before it had changed into the darkest kind of pleasure.
“Vernon! Please. I need you inside of me.” God. Was that her voice? It sounded so desperate.
“Easy, babe. I’m going to take care of you.” The heat from his body left hers for a brief second before returning once again.
A plop of something cold hit her puckered opening so that she jerked away from Vernon.
“Be still. I’m going to lube up your sweet ass. I want to fuck you there.”
“Oh, yes, Vernon. Please fuck my ass.” She couldn’t believe she was begging him to take her there.
He chuckled as he added more lube and began to swirl it around her back hole. Slowly he entered her with one finger, pumping it in and out until it glided without a hitch. Then he added more of the slick jelly and pressed two fingers into the tiny hole. She couldn’t stop the whimper that escaped her lips at the pinch of pain. When it changed into a good feeling so that she was pumping her ass on his fingers, he pressed a third finger into her back hole and spread them as he thrust them in and out.
Vernon added more lube before she felt the head of his cock pressing into her ass. It stung then pinched as the flared head slowly pushed past the resistant ring that tried to keep him out.
“Ah, hell. I love seeing your ass take my dick. You’re all flared out around it while I push it in deeper and deeper.”
Jessie couldn’t say anything around the pressure that seemed to fill her completely. Once he was all the way inside, he reached around and rubbed his finger through her pussy lips until he could wet her clit with her juices. Then he began to pump his hips so that his shaft moved in and out of her while he stimulated her clit.
Her face felt as if it were on fire from the pleasure that surged through her body. She couldn’t believe that she would be able to come from anal sex alone, but the feel of his cock thrusting in and out of her ass was taking her breath away. She was sure that if he quit rubbing her clit, she would still explode around him.
As if reading her thoughts, Vernon stopped his teasing of her clit and grabbed her hips with both hands. He began to pound in and out of her so hard and so fast, she was sure she would have bruises. Still, nothing detracted from the extreme sensations that bombarded her as he ground himself into her. She reveled that he was losing control from the pleasure her body was giving him.
Without warning, her orgasm hit her, and she clamped down on Vernon’s cock in her ass. He shouted out her name as he thrust twice more before emptying himself inside of her. Jessie could barely hear his shout through the roaring in her ears as she soared out of her body. Over and over she milked his dick until she thought she would die if she didn’t stop.
Finally Vernon pulled from her and eased her down to the bed. He stroked her back while whispering how much he loved her against the back of her neck. By the time Rhodes returned, the fine tremors that racked her body slowed down. She could hear the two men exchange words before Vernon got up and Rhodes climbed on the bed. He pulled her into his arms and stroked her belly.
She felt the bed dip when Vernon returned. He ran a warm wet cloth between her legs then wrapped one of his legs over hers. Jessie sighed in contentment before falling asleep.
Chapter Fifteen
Friday afternoon Rhodes pulled up outside the lawyer’s office beside Vernon and Jessie. He had the papers ready for Jessie to sign. So far there had been no further word from Tussler and no sign of The Skulls or Ray. He had a bad feeling this wouldn’t last long. Whatever they had been planning to use Jessie’s inheritance for was about to be ruined. He didn’t look around since he knew his gang was in place in case there was trouble. Instead, he stepped up behind Jessie to cover her as they walked up to the building.
Once inside, he breathed a little easier. He couldn’t see The Skulls or Ray trying anything in the office. Once she finished signing the papers, there would be no reason for them to bother her anymore. Even if they kidnapped her, she couldn’t be forced to sign anything over to them because she wouldn’t have sole ownership of it. It was tied up in a multilayer corporation that rented parts of it out to other corporations. The mineral rights still belonged to her, but they couldn’t be sold. They would be passed down to her children or if she had none on her death, they would go to a trust to benefit a children’s cancer charity.
As soon as they finished their business at the lawyer’s office, they were going to the contractor’s office to look at house plans. Even though he loved his friends, he couldn’t wait to have a place that was all theirs. He and Vernon planned on christening every room with their Jessie as soon as it was finished.
While they waited for Matthew to make copies of all the forms for them, Rhodes started to relax. It was done. The Skulls had no reason to focus on Jessie anymore. It didn’t mean either he or Vernon would relax their guard around their woman, but it gave them some measure of relief.
“Here you are.” Matthew handed a thick document file to Jessie. “I’ll file these papers with the court right now. Once you have an accountant hired, I’ll send copies to them and they can handle the rest for you.”
“Thank you so much for everything, Matthew.” Jessie waited while everyone shook hands then followed the men out of his office into the waiting room.
“It was my pleasure. If you need anything else, don’t hesitate to call me.”
They filed out of the building onto the sidewalk. Rhodes grabbed Jessie’s helmet off of Vernon’s bike and pulled it over her head. The helmet cracked, and a piece of it cut into his cheek. Rhodes frowned, touching his cheek as Jessie flew out of his arms onto the pavement. His confusion evaporated as it sank in that someone had shot at Jessie.
“Fuck!” Vernon dove on top of Jessie.
Rhodes hit the ground next to Vernon and the sound of motorcycles filled the sudden quiet. A dozen bikes circled them. He could hear voices over the noise of the bikes, but he couldn’t make out what they were say
ing. After what seemed like forever, all the engines cut and Reece was kneeling by them, giving them the all clear.
“Jessie!” Rhodes helped Vernon pull her up.
He couldn’t see well with the blood from his cheek that had run into his eye. When Vernon pulled the helmet off of Jessie, her eyes were closed, and there was blood covering her face. Pain shot through his chest at the sight. He could see Vernon’s mouth moving, but he couldn’t hear what he was saying. His ears were ringing so loudly that it drowned everything else out. Someone forced their way through the crowd that surrounded them. He recognized the doctor that usually took care of them.
Reece and Dominic seemed to be clearing a path for someone. He looked at where Vernon and the doctor were bent over Jessie. What were they doing? Why couldn’t he hear them? As if someone pulled a cord, everything went black.
* * * *
“Rhodes? Can you hear me?” Vernon’s face appeared above him when he opened his eyes.
He tried to move his head but it hurt too much. He could see blood on Vernon’s shirt, and it all came back to him in fast forward. Bile rose in his throat. He fought to keep it down. Jessie. Where was she? Was she okay? He realized he wasn’t on the ground anymore. He was on a bed, and by the smell of things, it was in the hospital. Why was he in the hospital?
“Jessie?” Rhodes shoved her name through his lips. The sound of his own voice hurt his head.
“She’s okay. She’s in the room next door. Fuck, man. You had us worried.”
“Why aren’t you with her?”
“They kicked me out while they moved her to the room. I’m going back as soon as they let me back in.”
“Why am I here? Don’t tell me I passed out like a fucking girl.” Rhodes started to try to sit up. He wanted to go see Jessie for himself.
“Whoa. You can’t get up yet. You have to stay there until the doctor releases you. The damn bullet grazed you pretty good.”
“Huh? It was just a piece of Jessie’s helmet that got my cheek.”
“Yeah, that and the bullet. It ricocheted off of her helmet and damn near scalped you. You’re lucky your head is so hard.” Vernon’s expression had lightened up some.
“How bad is Jessie? Did they get the bastard that shot her?”
“She’s got a concussion and had to have some stitches. When the bullet hit the helmet, the percussion from it was like a hit to the head. Then when she hit the ground, she busted her head on the helmet. She’s going to be okay, but they are going to keep her overnight and watch her.”
“What about the shooter?” Rhodes asked again.
“They got him. He’s one of Satan’s Sons. We don’t know who sanctioned the hit. Tussler of course is denying it. He was actually pretty shocked when they told him she’d been shot. My money is on Ray.”
“I thought she was safe after the paperwork was finished.”
“Yeah, me, too. The lawyer said that she is now. Until he got the paperwork filed, there was still a window of opportunity. He’s filed it, and they rushed it through for him.” Vernon visibly swallowed. “I don’t know that I’m ever going to be able to get the sight of her out of my head when we pulled off her helmet.”
“I know what you mean.”
There was a knock at the door, and the doctor walked in. Vernon moved over so that he could get to him. Rhodes wanted out of the bed so he could go see Jessie.
“Are you letting me go now?” he asked.
“Your CT looks fine, so I’m going to let you go. The only reason is because I know you’re going to be next door with that lucky lady so you’re still here if something happens.” The doctor checked his eyes and then lifted the bandage near his ear. “Looks clean. You have two stitches in your cheek and three in your head. Sorry about the hair. It’ll grow back.”
Rhodes winced. He could just imagine what they’d hacked off to get to the wound. Maybe he would shave his head like Vernon. Naw, Jessie liked his hair. She liked to hold on to it when he went down on her. His eyes started burning, and he realized he had tears in his eyes. Blinking them back, he noticed that Vernon was looking the other way. Probably to give him a few seconds to get hold of himself.
When he groaned as he started pulling himself up in the bed, his friend hurried back over and helped him sit up. Thank God they hadn’t cut all of his clothes off of him. He didn’t want to walk around with a draft at his ass.
“I’m ready to go.”
“You’ve got to wait for the nurse to bring your paperwork before you can go.” The doctor frowned at him.
“Can she follow directions?” Rhodes asked.
“What? Of course she can.” The doctor looked confused.
“Good. Direct her next door to where I’ll be waiting with Jessie.” He scooted off the bed and stood up. The room jerked to one side.
Vernon grabbed him and held him steady until he nodded his head that he was okay. The doctor just shook his head and followed them out of the room. Rhodes walked slowly to the room next to his and shuffled into the room where Raven was standing next to the bed holding Jessie’s hand.
“Rhodes! Are you okay? They wouldn’t let me come see you.” Jessie’s tearful voice soothed the pain that had been festering in his chest ever since the incident.
“I’m fine, baby. What about you? You scared me to death, Jessie.” Rhodes grasped her hand when Raven let go of it and stepped aside.
“Oh, Rhodes. They cut your hair.”
“Baby, it will grow back. I was thinking about shaving my head like Vernon but figured two cue balls would blind you.”
“Is your head hurting?” Jessie asked.
“Just a little.”
“Well, mine is pounding like a bitch. They can’t give me anything but Tylenol though.”
“I’m sorry, baby.” Rhodes’s legs were beginning to get weak. He looked to locate a chair where he could sit down.
“You look like you need to lay back down, man. Why don’t you climb up in bed with Jessie? That way I can keep my eye on both of you easier.” Vernon winked when Rhodes grinned.
Jessie didn’t say a word. She quickly scooted over to make room for him in the bed. No doubt they were going to scandalize the nurses, but he couldn’t care less. Being able to hold his woman went a long ways to helping him heal. Guilt over not being able to keep her safe still tore at him. They should have thought of the need to actually file the papers before it was official.
“Stop it, Rhodes. I know what is going through your head. It’s not either of your faults. It’s over with now.” Jessie laid her head on Rhodes’s chest. “I woke up and you weren’t here, and Vernon couldn’t look me in the eye and tell me you were fine. It scared me to death. I don’t ever want to go through that again.”
“Ditto, baby,” Rhodes and Vernon said at the same time.
Someone knocked on the door, and a nurse walked in. She took one look at Rhodes in the bed and opened her mouth as if to fuss. Jessie stopped her from uttering a word.
“Don’t say one damn word! We are both hurt and need to be here. If he leaves, I’m leaving.”
Vernon seemed to be fighting a smile. Rhodes did his best to look puny as the nurse closed her mouth and glared at them. She didn’t say anything. Instead, she pulled the bedside table over and slapped some paperwork on it. Handing Rhodes a pen, she pointed at a line and waited for him to sign it. Then she tore off one page and left it on the table before stalking out of the room.
“I don’t think you made any friends there, baby,” Vernon told her.
Rhodes agreed, but he didn’t care. He was happy to have her in his arms. He was sure Vernon envied him, but since he was the one with stitches in his head, he was going to take advantage of it.
“I love you so much, Jessie.” Vernon stroked his hand down her arm that was lying across Rhodes’s chest.
“I love you both. I thought living at the clubhouse was hard, but this is a little too constricting. I want both of you in the bed with me.” Jessie squeezed him.
>
“It’s only overnight, baby. We’ll all be back in our bed tomorrow.” Vernon’s expression mirrored how he felt.
Rhodes never wanted to be apart from Jessie for any reason. No matter what happened with The Skulls or Ray or her brother, they wouldn’t leave without one of them watching over her. What good was there being two of them if at least one of them couldn’t be with her all the time? He only hoped she wouldn’t feel claustrophobic with their constant presence.
“I wanted to have a normal life so badly for so long that I almost lost the best thing that ever happened to me.” Jessie’s soft voice pulled Rhodes from his musings.
“What do you mean?” he asked.
“You and Vernon were the best thing that ever happened to me. You offered me everything I wanted and needed, but I was too scared to believe in it. Now I have a family and friends, and we’re building a home.”
“What finally convinced you that we were what you needed?” Vernon asked.
“I ended up between a rock and a hard place with nowhere to go. Then it dawned on me that there wasn’t anywhere I wanted to be more than between the two men who cared about me and supported me no matter what. Nothing could ever be better than that.”
“The only thing that would be better is if you agreed to marry us.” Vernon’s expression seemed cautious.
Rhodes couldn’t believe his friend had broached the subject all on his own. They had planned to talk about how to ask her when they discussed the house plans. Obviously nearly losing her had shaken him up. Watching Vernon let go of some of his hang-ups and fears relieved him. He knew Jessie was the catalyst behind it, and that made him love her even more. “Seriously?” Jessie’s eyes grew wide and bright with tears.
“We love you, baby. This is forever for us,” Rhodes watched her look from Vernon back to him.
“I love you both so much. Yes. I’ll marry you both. You’re right, Vernon, that makes it even better.”
Rhodes kissed the top of her head, carful to not jar her in the process. When he glanced up at Vernon, he saw tears in his friend’s eyes. Jessie had no idea just how much she had given them. Looking at his best friend, Rhodes vowed to be the best man he could be for her. She had given them both unconditional love, something neither of them would have ever thought to have. She was their rock, and they would build their home with her.
