It took her a split second to detect the teasing note under his solemn statement. He and Tae were eagerly awaiting her reaction. In a minute, that monitor cat was going to give all three of them — plus their Ka-Eens — hell. Who cared? Renamos giggled helplessly and muttered, “Oh, shut up, you weirdos!”
