Gill Ainsworth, a British writer, lives in leafy-green Kent in South East England with her husband and children. She is the Senior Editor of Apex Magazine. As well as having numerous scientific publications to her name, her fiction has seen print in the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. Her writing has won several awards and, jointly with Jason Sizemore, she was a Bram Stoker nominee in 2007 for their anthology, Aegri Somnia.
