Love at First Hate Page 17

“About what?” I look at him confused, not following what he’s going on about.

“The decision you have to make for the Bahamas.”

  “The decision is already made.”

“What is it going to be?” He pauses with the bottle mid-way between the counter and his mouth.

“There was never a decision to make. It’s Matt. I love him. I just have to figure out how to break the news to my family.”

“Be honest. Don’t sugar coat it or bullshit them. Just tell them how you feel. Ask them to let you speak because you have a lot to get off of your chest, and if they have to say anything that they can wait for their turn, but nothing will change your mind and if they have any homophobic opinion or comments they can roll them up and shove them high up their ass.”

“Amen to that.” We clink our bottles and finish them.

We decide to call it a night and go up to our rooms. We continue to make small talk going up to our levels as we’re on the same one and part ways to go to our respective rooms.

Matt is fast asleep and looks so peaceful that I don’t have the heart to wake him up. Instead, I strip out of my clothes, brush my teeth, and take a leak before joining Matt in bed and spooning him. He instantly cuddles into me and in that moment, I know that I can face anything my family will throw at me when I decide to come out to them.

  May 7, 2016

Today started the right way. I was woken up by Nate’s lips around my dick, giving me the best morning head ever. Scrap that, the best head ever. I might not have had any the day before, but he made sure I wasn’t left out and took extra good care of me today. Which is slightly weird when we are having breakfast with my family today, and I’m introducing him to them as my boyfriend. Yes, I’m a fifteen-year-old inside and will obviously think about the fact that I had my dick in his mouth an hour before we met for breakfast. I wonder if he’ll be thinking the same thing.

“How are you feeling about meeting my parents?” I ask Nate who seems lost in his thoughts.

“Nervous. What if they don’t like me?”

“Don’t be nervous, my parents are awesome. You’ll know straightaway if they like you or not, especially my mom and my brother.” I chuckle remembering how they were to John.

“Why are you chuckling?” He narrows his eyes at me.

“Just remembered how bad it was with John the first time they met him.”

“That bad?” he asks in a worried tone.

“Yeah, my brother wanted to punch him, my mom wanted us to break up, and my father just couldn’t stand being around him. They all thought he was sleazy and was taking advantage of me and my situation. I should have listened to them, but you live and you learn.” I shrug.

  “What situation?”

“I have a good job, and it pays well. I get a load of free stuff through it, so I don’t have to spend a crazy amount of money for some of the stuff I actually want that is expensive.”

“In other words, you’re loaded, and he wanted to enjoy the money and free stuff.”

“Sadly, yes. Tough luck, though, I do like to spoil the ones I love, but I’m not going to give them a shit load of money or a car, and that’s what he was expecting.”

  “That’s sad,” Nate scoffs.

“It is. He’s well off, but I guess if you spend other people’s money you’re saving your own.”

  “I don’t get people nowadays.”

“Nor me. They’ll love you. Don’t worry,” I say kissing him.

“Won’t they mind the tattoos, or my past, or well that I’m missing a bit.” He chuckles nervously.

“Thank fuck it’s not the best bit.” I smirk and squeeze his cock through his jeans.

“Don’t start now! I don’t want to have a boner while meeting your parents.” He frowns, and I laugh.

  “That’d be epic, though.”

  “For you, not for me!”

“True. I’m heavily tattooed, and they don’t care. They all have tattoos actually. My mom got her first one done last year, my father has full sleeves, my brother is as bad as me, and Gabby has a few here and there. They always support the troops, and no they won’t care that you’re missing a bit. You don’t have to tell them if you don’t want to. It’s all up to you, babe.”

“Good to know.” He smiles nervously.

“As long as you have a great personality, aren’t a freeloader, and accept that they are very opinionated and won’t hesitate to say it to your face then you’re safe.”

“They’re just like you then.” He chuckles.

“Not as fabulous, though.” I grin smugly.

“No one can be as fabulous as you.” We both laugh as we walk out of the elevator and walk to the hotel’s breakfast restaurant.

They are all waiting for us there. It’s just my family, Madeline, Nate and me this morning. The others knew he was going to meet them, so they just went and did their own thing. We could have had a major breakfast party, but something intimate will be a lot better, especially for Nate.

“Hi, sweetheart.” Mom comes to me and hugs me straightaway.

“Hi, Mom. This is Nate. Nate, this is my mom, Joan.”

“A pleasure to see you again, Nate.” She smiles and hugs him. I chuckle seeing him a bit taken aback by this display of affection.

“Good to see you again too, Joan,” Nate says with a big smile.

“You two know each other?” I ask confused.

“Yes, he’s the one who tattooed me.” She grins proudly.

“What were the odds.” I chuckle.

“Small world, isn’t it? I’m Adam, Matt’s dad,” Dad introduces himself, shaking Nate’s hand.

“Nice to meet you.” Nate shakes his hand back, smiling. He looks a bit nervous still but seems to be relaxing.

“Brody, I’m this fool’s brother.” He ruffles my hair, and I slap his hand away.

“Don’t you dare mess with perfection.” I glare at him and fix my hair. We get along really well. We just enjoy riling each other up.

“You’ll live.” Brody chuckles shaking Nate’s hand.

  “Good to meet you.”

“We know each other already,” Gabby says hugging him.

“How come you two know each other already?” Mom asks Gabby.

“We met at the opening of the tattoo shop he works at, and I’ve seen him a couple of times when I went to see Matt.”

“Oh, very good. How about we go for breakfast. I’m starving!” Mom walks in not waiting for us to answer her back. We all follow her in and to the table she picks.

“That went better than expected,” Nate whispers.

“It did, I can’t believe you’re the one who tattooed my mom.”

“Nor me. I should have known.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?” I ask him raising an eyebrow.

“She talks as much as you do,” he says with a smug grin.

“Yeah, you’re right about that.” I snicker.

“What are you two plotting?” Mom asks with a playful, scolding expression on her face.

“Us? Nothing, we’re innocent as can be!” I grin innocently.

“Yeah right. The day I believe you’re innocent, pigs will fly and chickens will grow teeth,” she scoffs.

  “Fair enough.”

We all sit around a large table, and a waitress is directly at our table to take our order.

“So, Nate, tell us a bit about yourself,” Dad asks him casually, wanting to get to know him better.

“Uh, what do you want to know?” He chuckles nervously.

“Anything you’re willing to share on meeting us for the first time.” Dad shrugs.

“I come from a military family, dating back to my great-great-grandfather. I served our country as well, and I’ve been a tattoo artist for the past ten years,” Nate says nervously.

“Don’t be nervous around us, we’re chill. We just want what’s best for Matt, and you’re already a lot better than the last one so don’t worry,” B
rody jokes.

“That’s reassuring. If it means anything, I couldn’t stand John either.”

“You knew him?” Dad asks surprised.

“Briefly. We crossed paths a couple of times, and he never left a memorable opinion on me.”

“I like you already,” Dad exclaims.

  “Thanks, that’s good to know.”

“Where were you based while you were serving?” Brody asks.

“Afghanistan for two years.” A sullen expression clouds Nate’s face. I know he doesn’t like talking about that time or why he was discharged.

“I can’t even begin to imagine the horrors you’ve seen out there.” Mom frowns.

“It was pretty brutal if I’m honest.”

“What made you decide to join the Army? Sorry if I’m asking too many questions, we’re always admiring the amazing people protecting and serving our country,” Mom says with a fond expression on her face looking at Nate.

“I’m going to be honest. My family sent me to join the Army. It was never my choice.” Gabby knows more or less what happened to Nate, but my parents and Brody look at him shocked.

“Why did they make you join, and why did you go out to war?” Dad asks him confused.

“I never got along with my family besides Maddie here. My father thought sending me to a military camp when I was sixteen was a good idea, and then he sent me to join the forces, and I was deployed. I didn’t have a say in the matter. I just had to accept it and go with it,” Nate says with so much hate in his voice. I’ve never seen him like that. I rub his back in support. I don’t want to make him uncomfortable in front of my parents. I can’t even begin to imagine how he must feel right now.

“That’s horrible. Why would your father do that?” Mom asks, outraged.

“Because he’s a dickhead,” Maddie says shocking us all. “What? It’s true. Robert always had it against Nate, and it’s still that way now. He’s very controlling over all of his children. He sets us up for a ‘bright future’ as he says, but it’s only setting us up for failure and something none of us want.”

“What do you mean?” Brody is the one sounding confused.

“It’s a long story that neither of us knows the details of. Basically, Robert managed to get our sister, Caroline, to marry someone and get them the perfect house, and the same is happening for our brother. Sadly, he’s trying to set me up with someone too.” Nate sighs.

“I take it that’s not what you want,” Dad says firmly.

“Not at all, sir. I love your son. I don’t want anybody else in my life. I know me refusing what is supposed to happen is going to start a shit storm of problems that I don’t want to bring your son into, but I can’t stay away from him either,” Nate says truthfully.

“I love you too,” I whisper and kiss his shoulder.

“Proud of you for standing up for what you want and think is right. You’ve got our support, and if there’s anything we can do, don’t hesitate,” Dad tells Nate.

“Thank you, sir. I appreciate it.”

“Please, stop calling me sir, it’s making me feel old. It’s Adam.” He chuckles.

“Thanks, Adam.” Nate smiles, relaxing finally.

  “My pleasure.”

“Can I ask you something, Nate?” Brody asks him.

“If you’re going to ask him something about our sex life you can go suck a big fat one,” I tell him smirking.

“Oh god, I didn’t miss hearing these two bicker about sex at all,” Mom exclaims.

“I know you missed it.” I chuckle.

“No, you pervert. It’s not all about sex.” Brody shakes his head.

  “Go on.” Nate chuckles.

“Why did you decide to leave the military?” Brody asks, and I’m dreading Nate’s answer and the reaction of my family. I know it won’t matter to them, but they can have weird reactions sometimes.

  “I was severely injured.”

“Oh, honey.” Mom squeezes his hand.

“I’m alright now.” Nate smiles, trying to reassure Mom.

“Are you still suffering from PTSD or the aftermath of the injury?” Dad asks, and I just want to tell them all to shut up.

“Yes to both. Although, I haven’t had any nightmares in a few weeks. As for the injury, they had to amputate my leg below the knee,” Nate says matter of factly.

“Shit, sorry for asking. I feel bad now,” Brody says apologizing.

“No worries. It’s not my favorite thing to talk about, but I’m not going to hide it from you.” Nate shrugs.

“I can imagine. What do you think made you stop having nightmares?” Brody asks with a slight smirk.

“Matt is the reason why.” Nate chuckles as he catches on to what Brody was implying.

“I’m glad I was able to do that.” I smile at Nate.

“Me too.” He smiles back at me and kisses me, not caring that my family is there.

“You two really are perfect together.” Mom swoons.

“Cheers, Mom.” I wink at her.

  “Anytime, sweetheart.” She grins proudly.

Food arrives and we all dig in, sharing as we pretty much got everything off of the menu. All through breakfast, we make small talk, and my family gets to know Nate and vice versa. He seems really at ease now that the first few minutes have gone.

I’m so glad and relieved that they like him and approve of him. I didn’t doubt they would, but there’s always that small part of you that worries about what could happen if your parents didn’t like the person you love.

Things are pretty natural between all of us. Conversation is flowing as well as jokes. Nate really enjoys digging at my brother, and it makes it even better for me as I have an ally. Gabby always stayed neutral and would tell us both to fuck off if we asked her to stick to either one of us.

My heart skipped a few beats when my dad told Nate that if he needed help or anything regarding his parents wreaking havoc between us, that he would be there. I know my family wants me happy, but to know that they would go against another family and do what they can to ensure that Nate and I remain happy is quite special to me.

The first few notes of Pony by Genuine resonate in the penthouse the guys rented for the afternoon. We’ve been planning this for quite some time.

Spencer and Haven didn’t want traditional bachelor and bachelorette parties. They wanted to have fun together with their friends and just be themselves. Hence why all the guys, besides Nate, are dressed in stripper clothes and getting ready to do our things for the ladies and Nate. We’ve been rehearsing for the past couple of weeks, which has been a challenge considering the amount of time I’ve been spending with Nate.

My eyes are trained on Nate who’s sitting on a chair, looking both turned on and uncomfortable, not knowing what to expect. His legs are slightly spread, and it looks like he doesn’t know what to do with his hands. They can soon be all over me, baby. I smirk as I slowly swagger toward him.

The pants I’m wearing are hanging low on my hips, revealing the black band of my underwear. The guys and I do the couple of moves we rehearsed, kinda like in Magic Mike. That was our inspiration for the idea, not gonna lie, but it’s all in good fun.

After a few moves, I straddle Nate’s lap and start gyrating my hips in slow motions, making eye contact with him. Everything around us just blurs into nothingness. There’s only Nate and me at this moment.

Our eyes never break contact, no matter what move I do. His hands caress down my back, grabbing my ass as he helps me grind and ride him. If the others weren’t in the room, I’m sure we’d be doing this naked.

Stepping away from him, I rip the stripper pants off, revealing just the tight black thong I’m wearing. We went as far as wearing thongs, and I’m not fond of the feeling. I can’t wait to get rid of it later.

Turning my back to Nate, I grind my ass on his dick, feeling him get hard straightaway. Neither of us caring that the others are here. I lean back, and he caresses down my chest and my stomach to
grab my dick through the thin material of the thong. I grind into his hand, unable to stop the moan of pleasure and lust from escaping my mouth.

I stand back up and straddle him facing him one last time before our little number is over.

“You better use those moves later on me, baby,” Nate whispers against my lips.

“You can count on it.” I smirk and kiss him deeply as I grind my hips into him to the beat of the music.

“It feels like watching live porn, I love it!” Haven exclaims, making all of us laugh.

“Not for me, it’s my brother,” Brody says, disturbed, as he’s getting a lap dance from Madeline who seems to be enjoying herself much to Nate’s despair, but he doesn’t make any comment about it.

“Got a bit carried away.” I smile apologetically.

“A bit? You two were proper going at it,” Brody exclaims amused.

“Our dicks are still covered, so it doesn’t count.”

“I give up trying to argue with you,” he says chuckling.

“Matt wins again.” I smirk and kiss Nate hard before getting up and getting into some sweatpants. Thongs are really not my thing.

Today’s events have rendered me a horny mess. Since the Magic Mike stunt, I’ve been in a constant state of being hard, and it’s slowly becoming painful. I can’t wait to have my way with Nate.

He went back to the room earlier than me as I had to answer a phone call from work, and I wasn’t sure if I’d lose service once we got in the elevator. It seems to be hit and miss here, so I stayed behind and told him to go up that I’d be there in a minute.

That was half an hour ago. I’m finally done with the phone call and on my way to see my man, impatient and hard as ever to join him and have wild passionate sex.

Finally reaching our level, I get out of the elevator and walk to our room. I slip the key in the slot and walk in quietly just in case Nate fell asleep. We’ve all done so much partying that we’re all tired, but it’s so worth it.

The scene unfolding in front of me is something made out of the sweetest dreams you could ever imagine.

Nate is naked in our bed, and he’s lazily stroking his hard cock. He turns his head toward me and smirks as he keeps going. I’m transfixed and can’t move. The movements of his strokes are hypnotizing, and I can’t keep my eyes away from it. My boxers are getting tighter, and it’s becoming all too painful. I do something I’ve never done but always wanted to try. I make my way across the room and sit on the couch that’s facing the bed and take my boxers and sweatpants off as Nate props himself against pillows. He knows what I want without saying a single thing.
