Doctor's Orders (BDSM / Medical Play)

Pinching the ridge of my nose, I tried again, “Please, just tell me what’s going on.”
“Melanie,” Tony said again, using my name like he thought that would make me feel better, “Don’t get upset. We’re here because you’ve been committed for medical evaluation and treatment. Clearly, things aren’t working out the way they should, and you require some special attention. Isn’t that right?”
Valerie sidled a little closer to me, but I retreated back, still confused and more than a little aggravated now. “What? No. Look, I really don’t know what you guys are talking about, but I’m going to have to ask you to leave.”
“Unfortunately, that won’t be possible. You see, we have a legal mandate to take care of you. A member of your family has decided that you require this specialized attention due to mental instability.” Tony spoke slowly, as though I needed extra time to process each sentence. My fingers balled into fists, yet I maintained my composure.
“Family?” I demanded. “What are you talking about?”
“Your husband,” Valerie explained as she crept a step closer. “You see, he’s been very, very concerned about your well being. So today, he went to a lawyer and had all of the paperwork filled out. So don’t you worry about a thing, we’re here now and we’re going to take very good care of you.”
What? I kept thinking this had to be a joke, but when she mentioned my husband, I realized that he wasn’t as okay with the divorce as I first assumed. He had some mental health angle he intended to play. Well, I wasn’t about to have any of that. Inhaling, I was about to kick these people out of my house.
I didn’t care about what sort of paperwork they thought they had. I was not crazy, and I was not sick, and I was not going to report to some clinic so that my soon-to-be ex-husband could try to convince me I was making a mistake.
Valerie darted closer, faster than I could react. She jabbed the syringe outward in a flash of movement, and I felt a prick of pain against the side of my neck. I opened my mouth to protest, but then my knees gave out, and the world grew fuzzy around me. I might have fallen and hit the floor except Tony jumped out and grabbed me up.
“How’s our patient?” I heard from behind me. It was Adrian’s voice.
My husband approached us with the utmost confidence even as I struggled to regain the use of my body. I had no idea what kind of drug they had injected me with, but I was absolutely convinced that I could fight off its effects if only I tried hard enough. I didn’t think of the world in terms of chemicals or biological reactions, not like Adrian.
“Doctor,” Valerie said with a little bow that was almost a curtsy. I might have been more annoyed if they weren’t right in the process of kidnapping me. “She’s fine. I think she was going to get a bit fussy, but we seem to have her under control now.”
“Three cc’s of Setzazine?” he asked.
I tried to swallow or move my arms, but my entire body felt like dead weight. Tony kept me aloft as my husband leaned over me. He pulled the pen light from his pocket, flicked it on, and shined it in my eyes. “Beautiful. A perfect reaction,” he said. The other two relaxed a little bit, which made sense since he was their boss. Their careers thrived or died by his word.
The doctor touched my wrist, and I could tell he was checking my pulse, counting out the beats per minute. As the three of them waited, I fought to regain some motor control. Moving along the length of my body, I found my toes, feet, knees, hips, wrists, and even my fingers all unresponsive. Fear might have set in except I refused to panic. Instead, I embraced anger and tried to scream at them. My lips opened, but I couldn’t get any sound out, not even a squeak.
“Let’s get her on the gurney, then we can take her in,” Adrian said.
When I heard those words, the panic started to creep in. I managed to turn my head and face Adrian. I kept hoping that he’d smirk at me or flash some indication this was a joke despite all evidence to the contrary. My eyes were big and wet, but when he didn’t react to my silent expression, anger flared through me.
I tried to coax it out, to think about how he was going to be my ex-husband. He had no right to do this to me! Irritation burned at the back of my neck and down the length of my back as I tried to shrug Tony away from me. Again, my rebellious muscles refused to move, but I fought the drug’s effects anyway. I could do this, I kept thinking. If I just fought hard enough, I could make those nerve impulses work through my body and overcome whatever chemical blockers they had injected me with.
Valerie kindly opened the front door and left for a few seconds.
“I can tell that you’re fighting,” Adrian told me once she was gone. Tony still held me up like some of marionette puppet. “But you won’t be able to beat the drugs. It’s cute that you keep trying, but what you should really do is listen to me right now.”
My eyes focused on him, his face, and nothing else. Doctor Adrian Brent, my husband and now the man who had legally taken me captive. “You are mine. You tried to cheat me. I realize that now, but now it’s time to pay the price.” He stretched forward and kissed my forehead. It could have been such a sweet gesture, yet this was a moment of marking me, a reminder that until he decided otherwise, I would be his patient and thus in his power.
Valerie rolled the gurney into the entryway. Without a word, Tony hefted me up onto the soft, narrow mattress. Inside my head, I pictured myself screaming and thrashing and shouting for help even though this was all perfectly legal. On and on, my brain kept trying to get my body to work.
Nothing happened. If someone happened to walk by, they would have seen me lying there, docile and compliant. Working with everything I had, I managed to make one of my fingers twitch. It was a truly pathetic show of defiance, one that no one even noticed.
Once they have been on the gurney, Tony attached a set of ankle restraints while Valerie took care of my wrists. Each shackle was made of leather and had a soft inner lining to make sure I didn't hurt myself. The restraints were completely unnecessary because I couldn't move, but I could tell that Adrian wanted me humiliated. He wanted to make sure I felt trapped and powerless.
It worked.
They rolled me out into the hallway and down the corridor to the elevator. The double doors opened and from the corner my eye, I saw one of our neighbors. Mrs. Trafalgar was an older woman. She had graying hair, though I could tell she must've been very attractive in her youth.
Her eyes widened when she saw the small per session of me, Adrian, Valerie, and Tony pushing the gurney. "Oh my," she said, clearly startled. "What's going on? What happened?"
Again, I tried to work my body. This was my chance. If I could just communicate that this was happening against my will, then she could go for help. It wasn't like Adrian was a criminal mastermind who would start taking out civilians. Just one person, that was all I needed to get out of this situation.
My lower lip quivered a tiny bit, yet it wasn't enough for me to shape any of those words. I didn't make a sound as Adrian calmly explained, "Mrs. Trafalgar, I'm sorry to see this. Melanie here has had some trouble lately."
"I'm very sorry to hear that," said the woman. More frustrating than anything else, I could hear the genuine sympathy and her voice. "May I ask what happened?"
Adrian smiled at her. It was the gorgeously handsome curve of his lips, the one he usually reserved for me and investors. He only used that particular expression when he wanted to be impressive and charming at the same time. Seeing it again sent prickles of anger darting through my skin.
It was infuriating, laying there and being suddenly aware but unable to defend myself. Worst, I had to listen as Adrian said, "Stress. Melanie is always so good about taking care of other people. She is just way too selfless and now she's had something of little breakdown. I would very much appreciate your discretion."
Mrs. Trafalgar smiled and bobbed her head, "Absolutely. I wouldn't dream of breathing a word of this to anyone."
We got to the bottom floor and the doors slid open. Torn, I
I didn't even get to struggle, not that it would've meant anything with the restraints around my limbs.
For good or ill, the lobby was empty. Dr. Brent led staff and me back outside and into the parking garage where a medical transport van waited for us. It belonged to his clinic which meant that Adrian could keep me under his authority, at least until whatever legal loophole he used ran out.
After all, it wasn't like he could just adopt me and decide I required constant care indefinitely.
Could he?
That question and one hundred others swirled through my head as they loaded me into the back of the van and slammed the door shut. It may have been my imagination, but I thought I heard the click of a lock.
Adrian and Tony sat up front, so I was left to the tender mercies of Valerie. For the most part, she didn't say anything as we drove through the city. Occasionally we stopped at red lights, but with my eyes and the ceiling and unable to do anything more than blink or squirm a little bit, I had no way of telling where we were headed aside from my best guess.
After several minutes had passed, Valerie glanced around as though she worried someone might be listening in before she leaned down. Her mouth was close to my ear, and I could tell she wanted to say something very important. My heart sped up, and I started to wonder if maybe she was going to help me somehow.
"This is going to be very important. You need to remember what I'm about to tell you." The drugs must've been wearing off, at least a little bit, because I managed to nod my head a fraction of an inch. "Good," she said. "When you wonder why this is happening, you need to think about how you acted like a complete bitch. He thought you could get away with breaking his heart? Oh no. And now you're going to pay for it."
Valerie grinned down at me, but she didn't want to help me. She wanted to punish me. Right then, I could see the flicker of jealousy and how much she wanted Adrian. She must've been so envious of me over the two years when he and I were together. Now, she would be able to take out all those frustrations because I wasn't the boss’s wife anymore.
Now I was just a patient.
My best guess turned out to be right because when the doors opened again, they rolled out my gurney and we were at the back entrance into my husband's clinic. There wasn't anyone there to greet us, but then Adrian already had two of his employees there to make sure I didn't cause any trouble.
They opened the back entrance for me and wheeled me down one of the secondary hallways. Adrian called this place a clinic, though it seemed big enough to be its own hospital. "Her sedative will last much longer, so Nurse Valerie, I want you to get her bathed and ready for the examination."
“Yes, Doctor.”
Adrian turned back to me and stroked my cheek for several seconds. "Don't worry, Melanie. I'm going to take very good care of you." With those words, he smiled down at me and I knew he had very big plans for me.
I regained enough sensation to swallow. He touched my neck and shook his head. “No reason to be scared of the doctor, little girl. I’m going to make you feel all better. We’re going to work on your behaviors so that you’re a happy, healthy, obedient girl.”
Obedient?
He turned to the nurse. “Do you need anything else?”
“No, Doctor,” she said with that simpering little bow of hers.
“Good. I’ll be back to check on her once you finish getting her ready.” He patted me on the head. Instantly, the urge to snap back at him or bite his finger flashed through me. The instinct to pant with anger simmered through me, not that those feelings meant anything. My body was no longer my own.
Doctor Adrian Brent
Back in my office, I finished some paperwork. A few of my side projects included contracts with the government which meant I had to deal with an endless stream of paperwork. Even though much of my work remained classified with one agency or another, they insisted on keeping me busy with these forms and documents.
It didn’t make sense to me.
Once I slogged through as much as that stuff as I could reasonably handle without losing my mind, I turned back to checking on my patients. We dealt primarily with the wealthy, though I included some pro-bono work to make sure no one paid too much attention to my facility. We had a few children who were in for minor surgery. Then two patients were wealthy young women who insisted there was something wrong with me. I assumed it was primarily two cases of boredom, but again, their parents invested with me, so I didn’t have much choice in whether or not to treat them.
Satisfied that they were all in the capable hands of my associates and employees, I leaned back and grinned. Yes, the practice of medicine was an incredible thing. Few people could understand how it felt to study the human body with this sort of intensity.
So much of the world happened unnoticed, I thought. No one really took the time to understand how things work. The average person couldn’t explain the mechanics of a car’s engine or how the internet worked. It seemed even stranger to me that few individuals bothered to learn about their own bodies.
With a sigh, I shook my head and decided that it was just a function of time. People have a lot going on in their lives. Just look at my beautiful wife. She burned so much energy with her charities and volunteer work that she had no idea I would have her committed for attempted robbery.
Because what she had done was nothing less than theft. I was certain she had some sort of justification for her actions. Well, I wasn’t going to stand for it.
After about forty minutes of dealing with the niceties of running a state-of-the-art clinic, I gave in and clicked on my clinic’s surveillance system. A few clicks later, a new window opened on my screen. It flashed open to one of the wash rooms.
Valerie had already drawn a bath for my wife. Some of the drugs had worn off but their influence could still be read in Melanie’s body language. Valerie had Melanie down in the tug. With her hands secured by nylon restraints, Melanie occasionally tugged on the straps, but her fight was half-hearted at best.
The sedative kept Melanie nice and cooperative. She could kick and thrash against those chemical bonds, but it wouldn’t mean very much. Legs spread and dipped in the warm water of a large bath tub, she waited there and watched as Nurse Valerie lathered up a sponge and ran it down the length of Melanie’s body.
Valerie started with my wife’s neck. She then worked the sponge down to her breasts. I smirked as Valerie took some extra time on Melanie’s breasts. She circled the sponge along those gorgeous little globes. Leaning back, I smiled at the screen and recalled how very good she felt.
Melanie had delightfully sensitive nipples. Those nubs would perk up at the slightest provocation. Judging from the bright blush touching Melanie’s cheeks, I guessed that she was boiling with humiliation and shame.
Through the room’s microphone, I heard everything Valerie said. She employed her most cutesy and patronizing tone of voice. “There’s a good girl. Yes, you like being a patient here, don’t you? It’s so easy now because you have all of these great people to take care of you. So right now, we’re going to get you nice and clean.”
Nurse Valerie took up the cup, filled it with water, and poured it down my wife’s chest. I zoomed in on her breasts and smiled even more widely. It was an incredible view.
Satisfied that her breasts were finally clean, Valerie scrubbed her stomach. She took several seconds, and in that time, Melanie fought off enough of the sedative to shake her head. Her chin quivered from side to side as she worked through the paralyzing effects of that specialized drug.
It was fun watching Melanie battle her own physiology. She was going up against biology and chemistry. Certain she would fail, I shook my head and enjoyed the show. Melanie didn’t know it yet, but I planned on recording every moment of her treatment.
Eyes wide, Melanie tried to get Valerie to stop, but her nurse continued, “This is going to be good for you. You’re going to stay nice and calm for me. And because you’re going to behave so well, you’ll get a nice treat. I’m going to make sure you get some relief. Isn’t that wonderful?”
I grinned because Valerie was going to make my wife orgasm. Nurse Valerie had asked for permission earlier this day, so I wasn’t surprised.
Clearly, Melanie hadn’t expected this tactic.
“But first, let’s get you nice and clean and ready for Doctor Brent.” A few quiet and mumbled whimpers made it from Melanie, but she couldn’t get out anything coherent or compelling.
The sponge slid down Melanie’s torso, past her pubis, and stopped right between the patient’s legs. Melanie lifted her hands and raised her legs, but the nylon restraints only allowed for a few inches of movement before they went taut and kept her in place. Valerie didn’t stop. She swirled the sponge between Melanie’s thighs, teasing her slit.
Melanie opened her mouth again in another vain attempt to beg or argue. Sure, she had sensitive nipples, but her slit was even more vulnerable. It took very little to get her slick and hot and ready for penetration.
“There we go,” Valerie said deliberately. “There we go. Good girl. You like that, don’t you?” The nurse kept stroking and teasing my wife. Perhaps I should have been jealous, but then I was perfectly aware of how much Melanie hated the idea of being with another girl. This sense of humiliation and powerlessness would be a useful part of her treatment.
Valerie did a nice job of reading my wife’s expression. Melanie’s lips tightened as she tried to resist her body’s natural inclinations. As a matter of course, she believed that her orgasms should have been under her control. A climax should have been subject to her sense of self and will. It was just one way my wife didn’t understand science.
