Raunchy Roommate

by Bethany Morgan

"Hey, you guys!" Mr. Robinson greeted happily as he opened the front door, a giant smile plastered on his face. I spotted Stuart in the background and his eyes instantly locked on my own, as if he could always sense my presence. He was wearing a t-shirt and a pair of black sweatpants that hung loosely around his waist, and I had the urge to just pull them down and reveal his toned legs right then and there. "Come on in!"

My parents were talking to Mr. Robinson about something, but I was only paying attention to Stuart and how hot he looked. He approached my family at the front door and finally peeled his gaze away from me. "Hi Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie. Thanks for coming to dinner tonight. My parents have been so lonely all day."

My mum laughed even though it wasn't funny, and hugged Stuart tightly. "Of course, Stuart. I can't wait to hear all about my favorite rock star’s adventures," She cooed, pressing a motherly kiss onto his cheeks that were now burning up to a shade of bright red.

"Stu," My father said as he extending his hand out for him to shake. My dad's eyes lit up. "Wow, you've got a nice firm handshake there. You're turning into a fine young man."

I wanted to roll my eyes. They wouldn't be saying any of this crap if they knew Stuart might have knocked me up.

Stuart's smile faded as he turned to me, his dark eyes piercing into mine and watching me with worry. "Hi, Ann."

"Hi," I mumbled shyly, as I suddenly grew rather uncomfortable remembering what had happened last time I came over here and the fact that both of our parents were watching the two of us like a hawk. "I'm so glad you clearly dressed up for this dinner."

Stuart chuckled at my sarcastic remark, swinging his arm around me again. "Hey Mum?" Stuart called over to Holly, who was setting stuff up in the kitchen and who I had yet to formally greet yet. "Is it okay if Annabel and I go play Fifa in my room again until dinner is ready?"

"Sure, honey," Mrs. Robinson replied, which made my parents grin from ear to ear.

"It's so nice that you two are friends again," My mother declared, leaning her head onto my father's shoulder as if she was so proud to see us having fun together, when we were actually completely lying to all of them.

I nodded before racing up the staircase, eager to get away from my family. Stuart shut the door behind us and locked it carefully, even though he was idiotic if he thought I was going to be having anymore sex in this room when I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

The sweatpants tightened around his butt as he walked into the room, making each cheek much more visible. "Okay, I take back my teasing. I'm really glad you wore sweatpants. You look hot."

Stuart raised an eyebrow at me, obviously shocked by the fact that I was saying this after ignoring all of his attempts to reach me. "Oh yeah?" He asked in amusement, and his arms extended out to grab my hips, pulling me closer to his body like he always did when I was too far away. "I'm just too exhausted to get dressed. I'm so sore and I barely got any sleep last night and I'm extremely hung-over."

"You're such a baby," I joked, then felt my face fall at the mention of a baby when I was in the middle of a pregnancy scare. I quickly composed myself since I didn't want to think about any of that right now. "Maybe next time you shouldn't drink on Christmas Eve."

Stuart pulled on the back of my legs, his calloused palms causing goosebumps to rise against my bare skin, as he lifted me up so I was sitting on his lap and straddling him. "Mm, well maybe you should give me a massage to help me feel better."

"Maybe you should check the expiration dates on your condoms to make me feel better," I shot back in a sassy manner, only half-kidding.

Stuart's lips pressed themselves to my neck, planting kisses on the skin. His tongue traced over the side of my neck and he gently sucked against the surface, knowing that it was one of my weaknesses. "Please, baby. I've missed you so much."

I let him continue to kiss my neck for a bit to savor the feeling before remembering that we would be sitting down with our families in a little while. "Fine. But only because I don't want a hickey."

"You're the best," Stuart cheered, laying down on his bed with his back facing me.

I sat down on his butt, both of my legs on either side of his body. My hands started by rubbing his shoulders and then slowly working my way down his back, kneading into each of his muscles. His back was so strong and I could feel it flex with every movement my palm made over it. This wasn't only to help him get rid of his sore back, this was also good for me that I got to feel every inch of his tight body.

Stuart let out a groan as my thumb rubbed circles into the small of his back. "I wasn't just saying I missed you to get you to do this," Stuart admitted with a huff. "I mean, this feels really nice, but I did actually miss you a lot. Why didn't you text me back?"

I shrugged, despite the fact that his head was laying on a pillow and he was unable to view me. "I don't know. I'm really scared. I just needed time to think."

Stuart flipped around so he could see me. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me onto the bed so I was laying down next to him. His finger gently swept a piece of my hair behind my ear. "Hey, I just wanted to be there for you. I'm scared too. I'm scared out of my mind."

"Yeah, but you don't have to worry about carrying a baby around with you all the time and getting all the backlash from the press or having a baby squeeze out of your birth canal. Do you know how painful that's going to be?" I whined, feeling the nerves creep back into my veins again.

Stuart smirked. "Ann, I'm sure it can't be me more painful than my huge penis in there."

I clamped my hand over my mouth, feeling a burst of laughter about to escape. He was such an idiot and that was such a typical idiotic thing for him to say. "Oh my God, you're disgusting," I complained while in the midst of my annoyed, yet amused giggles.

Stuart laughed with me, tickling my sides with his hands. "Sorry, I just wanted to make you laugh," He confessed, leaning forward to kiss my forehead. "I just want you to be able to talk to me about all this, okay? I'm involved just as much as you are and I want to be here for you no matter what you need."

"But that's the other thing," I started, glancing up at him. "We didn't talk for so long and now we're acting like everything is back to normal. What are we, Stuart? We have to actually discuss what the two of us want so we don't have a repeat of last time."

He nodded in agreement, reaching down to intertwine our fingers together as if he couldn't get enough of touching me. "Well, I want-"

  "Stuart? Annabel? Dinner's ready!"

I groaned underneath my breath. We always had someone interrupting us whenever something important was about to happen. I started to get up off the bed, but Stuart yanked on my arm, pulling me back down on top of him. I giggled as another group of butterflies fluttered through my belly.

He collided our lips together quickly, his tongue only barely tracing along my bottom lip before he pulled away, letting his lips continue to linger right above my own. "I can't believe I ever went so long without kissing you," Stuart murmured, pecking me again.

I climbed off of his tall body, returning back to standing on his plush carpeting. This made a light bulb flicker on inside of my head, reminding me of something I had stored in my pocket. "Oh right! Speaking of what happened last time we started making out, I got you a present at the store yesterday."

Stuart's eyes lit up with anticipation. He rolled out of bed and stood in front of me, placing his palms onto my hips again, and immediately making my skin burn up from his warm touch. "Oh yeah?"

I grinned mischievously as I fumbled around in my pocket to find it. "Yeah. Merry Christmas, Stu."

I placed it inside of his palm. He anxiously looked down to see what I had gotten him as if it was something incredible. It was merely just a new condom. He rolled his eyes at me once he realized what the gift was, and I burst into laughter. "Well I'm sorry, Ann. I didn't get you anything for Christmas. Not that anything could top this gift, anyways."

I poked him in the chest. "What are you
talking about? You might have given me an embryo!" I cheered sarcastically.

Stuart blinked, making his long eyelashes appear to tickle against his under-eye bags. "Yeah I'll pretend I know what that means," He stated with a bit of irritation laced in his tone. "But hey, if you're giving me a condom does that mean we get to have a round two tonight?"

I pushed him away from me, starting to head towards his door so we could get back downstairs. "No. None of that until I get my results from my doctor's appointment tomorrow. Or until we figure out what we're going to do with our relationship."

A big smile etched across Stuart's features, making his chubby cheeks inflate even further as he nodded his head. It always amazed me how he was able to be so adorable and so attractive simultaneously.

I followed Stuart down the staircase towards the dining room table, sliding into the open seat next to him. My stomach nearly growled from hunger, or maybe that was its way of yelling at me for possibly getting pregnant. Mr. Robinson passed me a plate that was topped with ham, mashed potatoes and some of Holly's famous casserole on the side.

"Thank you. This looks delicious," I said gratefully, smiling at Stuart's parents.

My mum, who was lifting her glass of wine up to her lips, nodded her head in agreement. "It really does. Thank you so much for having us over. Maybe for New Year's you guys can come over to our house to celebrate."

Stuart placed his hand on my thigh. It was underneath the table cloth and out of sight from the rest of them, but it still caused my heart rate to incline. "Actually, Ann and I were already invited over to my band mate Bradley's house for New Year's."

His fingers crept even further up my thigh as I continued to cut my ham into slices, trying my best to seem completely unfazed by his actions. "Oh, that sounds like fun. It's just still so nice to see you two hanging out again. I'm glad you're both being mature about the break-up," Holly responded. If only she knew that her son's hands were centimeters away from being inside my underwear right now, or that he might have knocked me up already. "Anna, I didn't know you and Bradley were friends?"

Stuart's fingers started to ascend even further up my inner thigh, making goosebumps appear. He started to move them against my skin as if he was playing the keys on a piano. I wasn't sure why he was acting this way, but he clearly was unaware that Christmas dinner, while I am still unsure as to whether I'm not I'm pregnant, was not the appropriate time to be doing this.

I placed my fork back onto the napkin next to the plate. "Yeah, we are. When Stuart and I were roommates the boys used to come over all the time. It's nice to see them again," I responded politely, reaching down with my free hand to grasp Stuart's wrist tightly, digging my nails into his skin, and pushing his hand out from under my skirt. "Mum, Bradley is the one who dated Grace for a little while."

Stuart was biting down on his lip to prevent himself from smirking. Our parents returned back to some conversation that only appeals to middle-aged couples, and I leaned over in my chair to talk in his ear. "If you ever try that again I will cut your balls off," I whispered, barely inaudible.

Instead of intimidating him, this only made Stuart's goofy grin on his face widen at my attempt to threaten him. He leaned back over to whisper in my ear, letting his lips delicately trace over my lobe. "At least we won't have to worry about me making anymore sperm, babe."

I rolled my eyes at him. Our parents were too consumed in their own conversation to even recognize that Stuart and I were basically flirting with each other in our own weird way. I went to lift a spoonful of mashed potatoes to my lips, but we were interrupted by Mali-koa bursting through the door.

"I'm so sorry I'm late! My boyfriend's family talks forever," She complained, smiling at everyone. "Oh my God! I forgot the McKenzie's are here! How's the new baby? Is Oliver doing okay? And Annabel! Wow! Look at you. You get prettier every time I see you, I swear. How was the new movie? Tell me all about what it was like kissing Jordan Hartford."

I chuckled at her enthusiasm. Jordan and I weren't really friends anymore after his whole little hissy-fit when I chose Stuart over him, but I forgot that nearly every girl was still in love with him. "The movie went really well. I can get you some passes to the premiere next summer if you want? And yeah, kissing Jordan was nice. His lips are always really soft. It must be a Hollywood thing."

Mali took a seat across from me as the whole table began to laugh at my remark. Well, except for Stuart. He was glaring at me, his jawline clenched together and protruding out even further. I forgot that what happened with Jordan caused us to get into that big fight and he obviously didn't like the guy.

Stuart kept his intense stare on me as he lifted his glass of water to his mouth. Unfortunately, due to the fact that he was glaring at me instead of paying attention, he completely missed his mouth and spilled the water all over himself. I laughed.

Stuart stood up from his chair and reached behind the back of his neck to latch onto his soaking wet t-shirt and pull it over his head, revealing his lovely abs to me. Holly suddenly gasped. "Stuart! Your back is covered in scratches! What happened? Are you okay?"

  Crap.

My father's eyes knowingly snapped towards me, but I threw my hands up in the air in defense. My cheeks felt like they were on fire due to embarrassment. "Ew, Dad. Don't look at me like that. Stuart and I are just friends," I lied, but it was better than admitting that I was the one who ran my nails over his tan back until it altered to a shade of red.

"Just friends," Mali repeated, with a small snort. "I wonder how long that's going to last."

Holly was still inspecting her son's back as if he was involved in a murder scene. Stuart threw his wet t-shirt into the laundry room and throwing on another sweatshirt that had been lying around. "Uh, Mum, it's nothing. When I went over to Clayton's the other day his dog kind of attacked me."

"Oh my Goodness!" Holly exclaimed in horror. "I can't believe Anne Marie didn't tell me! See, this is why we are never getting a puppy."

"No! Don't say that!" Stuart whined, slumping back down into his chair. "I still want a puppy even if they scratch me."

He was so cute. I wanted to buy him a puppy just to stop him from whining about never having a dog. But I wouldn't do that until I found out whether or not we'd be expecting a baby, or until we figured out what our relationship was. All I knew for certain was how much I loved that boy.

  Chapter 60

  Stuart

I could see Annabel's bedroom was still being brightly illuminated by her light, even though it was nearly two in the morning. I automatically let out a sigh. I knew she was up, lost in her thoughts the same way that I was, and I just desperately wanted to talk to her.

Ever since she has entered my life again I couldn't get enough of her. I was so damn in love with her. I wanted to make up for all of the lost time we spent being apart back when I was an idiot and she was stubborn. I always seem to be craving her.

Unfortunately, I don't think she feels the same way as me. Annabel always seems so guarded lately, which is like the two of us had switched roles. I'm usually the one who locks everything inside and doesn't share things, but now she is the one who keeps pushing me away whenever we're not forced to be around each other.

I leaned over, gripping onto my phone. I switched her contact name back to something more suitable now that we were sort of together again.

  To: baby mama- come over

  To: stu- i'm asleep

  To: anna- no you're not

To: anna- i can see your light on

To: stu- congrats you have nice vision

To: mckenzie- don't be such a prick

To: stu- well my name is stu-dly

To: mckenzie- ok that was funny

To: mckenzie- i'm coming over if you don't

  To: mckenzie- i miss you

  To: stu- clingy

To: stu- you just saw me at dinner

To: mckenzie- sorry i'm in love with you

To: stu- my window is open

  I sm
iled in a victorious manner, tucking my phone into my pocket as I stood up from my bed. I carefully crept towards my window and made the familiar journey across the sturdy tree branch before leaping towards her own window pane.

I gripped onto the sill, letting my feet kick against the side of her house to get some traction. I scooted my belly up further into her room, remembering this being a lot easier when I wasn't the size of a giant. "Help me," I hissed at Annabel, since she had just been standing there, watching me in amusement.

Annabel kneeled down a bit to reach my body and tried to slide her hands underneath my armpits to tug my upper body inside, but it just resulted in me giggling as I squirmed out of her touch. "I'm ticklish," I reminded her, which only made that beautiful smile appear on her face again.

I took this opportunity with her crouched down at eye level with me to press a kiss onto her lips. She rolled her eyes at me. "Give me your hand," She insisted.

My other palm gripped tightly against the wooden window sill, letting my chest lean forward onto it as well as I gave her one of my hands. My feet were still dangling out of her house as she took a hold of my forearm and began to pull, finally assisting me in letting my body squeeze through her window and land on the plush carpeting.

I slowly rose to my feet, dusting myself off and removing the mess that was now sticking onto my black jeans. I tried to brush my shaggy hair off to the side as well, but then Annabel sighed, stepping closer towards me. "No, let me do it."

Her fingers combed through my hair, skimming across my scalp and gently massaging it, as she tried to make it look more presentable. "Oh baby," I said obnoxiously, in an overly goofy manner. "I love it when you pull my hair like that."

She rolled her eyes at me again, except this time I could see a faint smile tugging its way onto her face. "You're an idiot," Annabel told me. "And don't talk so loud. My parents are finally sleeping."
