“Thank you.” She smiled tremulously, her eyes still swimming.
Cyrus’s gaze softened as he looked down at her, and he reached a gentle hand down to wipe away her tears before cupping her chin. “You’re forgiven, pet, by all of us. Forgive yourself.”
Prue nodded, feeling the weight of the world lift from her shoulders. “Thank you, Si—Master,” she corrected herself. And she wanted to make sure to respond to Cyrus in kind. “I love you too. So much, my Master.”
The ghost of a smile hovered on Cyrus’s lips. “I like the sound of that. Let’s go home and you can practice calling me that.”
With that, Prue felt herself scooped up into her Dom’s arms as he strode out of the club, the cheers and catcalls following them out into the sultry night.
Epilogue
Prue sighed as she rolled over, wincing a little as the welts on her back made themselves known once again. She knew that Cyrus had been careful not to break the skin when he’d flogged her, but she could also tell he’d been very thorough in his punishment. She smiled as she threw an arm over her eyes, closing them in bliss. He’d been just as thorough in his lovemaking the previous night, bringing her to multiple orgasms and fucking her every way he could, ostensibly to make up for lost time. Prue had been touched that Cyrus had looked her steadily in the eyes as he made a show of shutting the customary box of condoms in a drawer, revealing his intent to be skin to skin beginning tonight. They’d ridden bareback for the bulk of the night, and it had been a revelation for them both.
Now, as Prue bounced out of bed to begin her new life, she thought of all the future held for her. She’d already decided to try and persuade her mom to move, mentally planning all the brilliant arguments she’d make if her mom hesitated. She also made a note to speak with Olenka since she’d been struck by the idea of opening up a dance studio with the talented Russian, and she was willing to bet they could make a terrific go of it through Cuero’s guests and regulars.
Her mind spinning with possibilities, Prue absently looked at the calendar sitting on a table in the bedroom, noting that she had months yet to go before her next get-together with her best friends. Her heart warmed as she thought of the new friends she’d made, and she clapped her hands in glee as she pictured inviting her girlfriends and their Doms to spend some time at Cuero. At the rate they were going, they’d be able to do a tour of BDSM clubs all over the world!
Prue practically skipped her way to the bathroom, her mind working a mile a minute as she thought of all the things she wanted to do today. Her thoughts ground to an abrupt halt as she entered the bathroom to find the shower running, and she recognized Cyrus’s big frame as he soaked up the hot spray. Dismissing all her plans for the moment, Prue made her way to the shower, smiling wickedly. There was no method of starting the day she liked more than showering with her Dom, unless she counted her maintenance, and she eagerly opened the shower door, disappearing into the warmth of not just water, but new beginnings, second chances…and a really delicious Dom to share them with.
