Ingredients:

While the fish is cooling down, we will prepare all the fruits for the salad: Kiwi, tomatoes, pears and apples will be cut into the same cubes. We will combine the prepared products and dress them with the sauce in which the onion was pickled. We will take out the onions first.
Squid stewed with vegetables
Ingredients:
Squid - 3pcs, about 400g
Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion-turnip - 1-2 pieces.

Since vegetables can be of different sizes, we take them so much that in cutting they are all the same in volume, except for tomatoes, which are twice as large. In this case, red, yellow and green peppers are considered as three different vegetables. Grind all the vegetables, as you want: Take the largest pan, which is only in the kitchen.
On the heated frying pan pour a little oil and at short intervals put the sliced vegetables in this order: carrots, onions, peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic, greens. Salt to taste.

In the presence of a frying pan with ceramic coating can do without, and completely without oil. We'll get the vegetables from the oven, put it on the fire right in this bowl. Add the fried apples and tomatoes, put the ketchup. Pick, pepper to taste. You can add vegetable oil, but this, as they say, also to taste. We all fry together for 10-15 minutes. Delicious roe from beets, from carrots, from apples, from onions and from tomatoes is ready.
Vegetable salad with shrimps
Ingredients:

Pumpkin and apple puree with cinnamon
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Take an equal share of apples and sweet pumpkins. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pumpkin peeled, cut, spoon scraped out the middle with seeds and coarse fibers. Wrap in two layers of foil. We put it on the baking sheet in the oven for baking. (Put some water on the baking tray first.)
Cut the apples into 4 parts, peel and core. We wrap in 2 layers of foil, wrap it well, so that the juice in the process of baking does not flow out onto the baking sheet, and we will send it to the oven to the pumpkin. Pumpkin cream soup in pumpkin
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Wash the pumpkin, cut off the tip and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds and the fibrous part of the pulp. Peel the apples from the peel and core.
